All companies that have a business must always have competition, therefore every company must hold training and development for new and old employees. Because to make a company superior, sophisticated technology will not be enough because it will be useless if the technology is sophisticated but users or employees are not competent enough to use the technology. But the current situation is very different, because the virus is rampant in the world, not only in Indonesia, 200 other countries are also infected with the virus, this will certainly greatly affect the work system, teaching system and other systems. Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

  Packaging is one part of the product as a whole. Packaging must be able to attract the attention of consumers. Getting the attention of consumers is very important, because if a product does not get the attention of consumers (consumer attention), then consumers will not have a picture of the product (Hine, 1995). Packaging can give an initial picture of a product, both in terms of quality and value offered. “Jenang Kudus” is a type of traditional food originating from the city of Kudus. At first it was produced in a home industry since about a century ago. Initiated by mothers as a supporter of family income, and marketed directly to local consumers in traditional markets. Because the development of this business in the future is considered quite prospective for the Kudus community, the Kudus Regency Government makes the Jenang Kudus product as the mainstay product of the Kudus Regency. Based on some of the explanations above, there are several weaknesses in the packaging design of CV jenang products. Sinar Aisyah Kudus which can cause delays in the marketing process of its products due to unattractive packaging designs. This causes a desire to increase the competitiveness of jenang sales with other companies through attractive and varied packaging designs. Due to some of these things, raises the desire of CV. Hj Siti Aisyah to redesign the product packaging according to the type of jenang product, type of taste, quantity of contents, without leaving the characteristics of the previous design.

Inventory of goods that are not right cause some losses in terms of time and also costs, it is necessary to have a forecasting system. Forecasting is a technique to identify a model that can be used to predict conditions in the future. By using the weight moving average method, it can be seen that the error value is more than smaller than other methods and the estimated results can be more precise so that it can help owners make decisions in carrying out inventory.

The aim of the writer is to determine the best e-commerce, therefore the author uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method because the method is able to make a more precise assessment because it is based on the value of criteria and preference weights that have been determined, besides that the SAW method also can select the best alternative from a number of alternatives because there is a ranking process after determining the weights for each attribute.

The increasing use of the Internet by a society marked by soaring costumer and businessmen, to encourage the emergence of an internet service demand in excess of what can be obtained in the real world. This includes the opportunity to sell goods online commodity. Business people in general are still conducting business transactions manually through direct face to face or over the phone. But sometimes this method is not very effective, because not everyone knows the phone number of the company. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively. Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system. Maos Lor Village, is one of the villages that has considerable agricultural potential and is one of the centers for banana production. However, the added value of banana cultivation in the village is not yet optimal. The selling price of bananas given is still quite low so that it has an impact on the level of economic development of the community which is still low when compared to the potential of the area owned. The objectives of this community service are to: 1) Increase knowledge in processing bananas into banana Dodol through training for community groups in the Maos Lor Village environment and 2) Improve community skills in increasing the added value of the Banana Dodol processed business. The activity was carried out in March-July (4 months) with several activities including socialization, training on making Calcium Dodol and post-production assistance. Initial efforts to restore the economy and increase the bargaining power of the Village have been carried out by initiating development into a Convection Tourism Village. The steps that have been taken are to carry out an inventory of convection throughout the village and develop a marketplace, the results obtained are that 80 convection businesses have been recorded and an e-commerce web has been created whose address is wisatakonveksi.com, as a follow-up to this effort is to conduct sales process training and socialize the existence of this marketplace.

Along with the development of technology, computerized systems are needed in the business world. MA Nurul Ulum as an educational institution, especially in the implementation of payment administration activities, still uses a manual or conventional system, so there are still many shortcomings and obstacles that result in a job not being able to run properly. Therefore we need a new system, namely a computer-based payment administration system in order to be able to manage and process payment data quickly, because with computer technology both students and other parties who want to know information related to tuition payments can get it quickly. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of service to students or parents in making tuition payments. The advantage of the system that will be made is that it provides an administrative information system for paying school fees so that it can make it easier to perform data processing and data retrieval. Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. Stock reports on purchases and sales of a period. useful for helping employees to assess the amount of inequality in the flow of purchases, monitor stock / inventory of goods, and provide reports both purchase reports, sales reports, stock condition reports, and profit / profit reports to management to determine further business policies The process of recording transactions in a conventional or paper-based manner is identical with several weaknesses, namely easily damaged, difficult / long when looking for stored data, difficult / long when it comes to generating reports. These weaknesses can be corrected by implementing computer-based monitoring applications. If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

Pandemi covid-19 yang berlangsung sejak awal 2020, telah berdampak pada Kesehatan, social dan ekonomi masyarakat. Pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang biasanya menjadi roda kehidupan keonomi masyarakat tidak mampu bertahan. Berbagai kebijakan yang diuluncurkan pemerintah suka tidak suka harus diterima demi Kesehatan sekaligus uasaha yang tidak berhenti. Deregulasi dan debirokratisasi menjadi tempat untuk menguatkan dan mengembangkan perekonomian masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana deregulasi dan debirokratisasi mampu memberikan peluang bagi UMKM untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi respon kebijakan pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan masalah UMKM, dan kemampuan UMKM dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bertahan menghadapai pandemic covid-19. Lokus penelitian di Kota Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan deregulasi dan debirokratisasi mampu untuk mendorong usaha mikro kecil dan menengah menghadapi pandemic covid-19. Meskipun poeningkatannya masih cenderung melambat namun berbagai upaya telah membantu bangkit dan bekerja.

This Community Service program aims to instill the values of entrepreneurship and creative economy in order to foster an entrepreneurial mindset among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Baturaja. Through counseling, training, and entrepreneurship bazaar activities, students received both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in developing creativity-based business potential. The results of the program showed an increase in students’ motivation, understanding, and enthusiasm in running independent businesses. The activity also demonstrated that participatory and applicative approaches in entrepreneurship education can bring about changes in attitude and encourage the development of an entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation and economic empowerment. Therefore, this program positively contributes to strengthening students' entrepreneurial capacity through community service activities.

Kartikajaya Village is part of the Wonosari village area, before it became its own village known as Bleder. At that time it was still in the form of forests and swamps and was often used for TNI war games, especially Soldiers of the VII Military Command (now Kodam IV Dipenogero). Kartikajaya Village means the village is Resetement (Prokiamad) which is inhabited by retired TNI AD. It is one of the efforts. Located approximately 9 km from Kendal City, and approximately 10 km from the City of Patebon. Transportation that can be used is angkudes no. 3 and gig by day, and motorcycle taxi at night. When it was first formed this village was a local transmigration site for veterans of the war for independence, so that almost part of the population was retired soldiers. Now, along with the development of the region, the population of Kartika Jaya Village has begun to be heterogeneous in terms of livelihoods, from farmers, fishermen, factory workers, to private employees and civil servants. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa faktor tersebut merupakan Faktor Yang Mendorong Tamu Dalam Melakukan Reservasi Hotel Secara Online di MG Suite Hotel Semarang. Dan untuk mengetahui Variabel mana yang lebih dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. Model penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan metode Wawancara mendalam, Observasi dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Peneliti mewawancarai E-Commerce Manager MG Suite Hotel Semarang, Marketing & Business Development Online Travel Agent, dan 10 tamu MG Suite Hotel. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai Faktor yang mendorong tamu dalam melakukan reservasi hotel secara online di MG Suite Hotel Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel yang dominan adalah harga, macam produk, pembayaran, hubungan pelanggan, dan citra.
