Radio Communications Media of the Republic of Indonesia (RRI) Aims to: Objectives 1) To find out the role of one of the communication media, in this case Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Biak, which is used as a means of information presented by Radio in the form of news events, information and environmental education to the community through non-formal channels. 2) To find out the responses given by the community regarding radio programs/broadcasts related to the environment. Subjective Objectives to fulfill one of the requirements in completing a bachelor's degree at the North Sulawesi University of Technology. To find out the expectations and experiences of the listeners of RRI Biak, the data collection technique in this study was the data triangulation method. Document analysis is carried out before respondents or informants, direct interviews will be conducted with respondents or informants along with direct observations in the field. The data analysis used in this research is using qualitative analysis. Data analysis is a process in which the data is simplified into a form that is easier to read and interpret. This research was also conducted in the Biak Numfor City area of ​​RRI Biak, with the criteria of the respondents being radio broadcast listeners. Based on the results of interviews with several respondents or informants, it can be concluded several things as follows: RRI can be a bridge or link of information to the community regarding an event or events that occur.

Cadet self-assessment underscores both confidence in academic intelligence and an identified need for additional language support, calling for targeted interventions. Exploring professional competences uncovers a disparity between technical proficiency and English Maritime communication, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to bridge this gap. Cadet motivations vary from a genuine passion for maritime activities to the allure of lucrative career prospects and international recognition. Recognizing this diversity urges the need for personalised career guidance and mentorship programmes. The research also sheds light on English Maritime and Literacy proficiency, differentiating between basic skills and the ability to handle complex communication scenarios. Recommendations include integrating advanced language modules and tailored language support initiatives within the curriculum, ensuring a seamless development of linguistic skills alongside technical competences. Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

Online communication media and social media are effective organizational communication tools and can improve the organization's image. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. This literacy and numeracy training and mentoring service activity is to prepare the nation's next generation to face challenges in the global era, where to produce selective education requires quality human resources, including the development of literacy and numeracy in learning at SDN Sri Mukti 01, North Tambun, use digital-based technology at SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara and knowledge for teachers and parents and guardians regarding the use of digital-based technology in learning. Training and development methods are carried out offline or face-to-face by students through lecturer assistance which includes introducing the scope of literacy and numeracy learning, as well as supporting teachers in developing literacy and numeracy by utilizing digital-based technology in learning and teaching activities. It is hoped that with this training, SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara students and teachers can develop digital-based learning and teaching activities for numeracy literacy

This journal examines The development of english learning strategies by using flash card for early childhood in Tunas Karya kindergarten, Mojodadi Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto. The research aims to analyze the english learning in kindergarten.. The research is using the classroom action research to improve the learning practice in the classroom, so that the learning practice can be done in more professional way. The results indicate that some factors, such as changes, can be happened in english childhood vocabulary.

Forests are the body organ of the earth, where a variety of flora, fauna, mineral resources, and other wealth can be taken from forests that are indispensable to human life. However, the use of forest resources massively destroys forests and consequently alters their functioning. The forest area in Indonesia is 125,797.052 ha with the implementation of deforestation until. December 2021, which is 90.233.159 ha with a total number of decrees of forestation of 2.157 SK. There has been a significant increase in the extent of forestation in the period of the last 10 years to a total of 72% of the total area of Indonesian forest area, while the results of the forest monitoring of Indonesia in 2022 show that the total forested land area of the entire mainland of Indonesia is 96,0 million hectares, or 51.2% of the total land area. From the case that the parties have a chance to misuse or even de-function the land. The situation adds to the author's enthusiasm and interest in identifying any kinds of exploitation and development of Dangku Marga Asylum Forest related to community cohesion, as well as identifying how the implementation of Community Based Forest Management (CBFM) will maintain the sustainability of Dungku Margasatwa Forest. The research was carried out in the area of the Dangku Wildlife Asylum Forest in the Keluang district in Dawas Village, the Tungkal Jaya district, and Tungkal District in Sido Mulyo Village. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the conditions to be observed in the field in a more specific, transparent, and in-depth manner. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of community-based forest management in the Dangku Wildlife Refuge Area was categorised as “fairly effective” by identifying some unoptimal assessment indicators.

Rock mass is a volume of rock consisting of rock material in the form of minerals, texture, composition and also consisting of discontinuous planes, forming a material and interconnected with all elements as a unit. The rock mass itself is composed of several intact rocks which basically have isotropic, continuous and homogeneous properties. However, the conditions found in the field are different, namely anisotropic, discontinuous and heterogeneous. These properties will certainly influence the test results in the uniaxial test. There are several factors that influence the results of uniaxial rock tests, one of which is the scale effect. The purpose of this test is to determine and analyze the effect of rock sample size on the uniaxial compressive strength value of claystone. This rock testing was carried out at the Mineral and Coal Technology Laboratory and the rock sampling locations were in Palaran District, Samarinda City and in North Samarinda District, Samarinda City. In this uniaxial compressive strength test, 3 side widths with different lengths will be used. After carrying out the uniaxial compressive strength test, the average uniaxial compressive strength test value was obtained in each formation, such as the Balang Island formation, the average rock compressive strength test value was 1.68 Mpa and the Balang formation, the average rock compressive strength test value was 3.10. Mpa. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the larger the sample size, the smaller the rock compressive strength test value tends to be.      

This research uses the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to predict Persebaya Surabaya's ranking in BRI Liga 1. The data used includes goals scored, goals given away, total end-of-season points, and status as champions. The results of the analysis using Orange software show that Persebaya Surabaya does not necessarily become a champion if it has a point value of 42 and an SVM value of 41. To become a champion, Persebaya Surabaya must score 69 points or more in a season and achieve an average of more than 54 goals per season. The suggestion of this research is to have more data so that the results of data processing using Orange software are more optimal and accuracy is more precise.

Graphic design has become a necessity in various areas of life, including branding and website design. Nowadays, graphic design has become an important part of various sectors of life, especially to support the economic and marketing sectors. Therefore, graphic design visual arts abilities and skills are very necessary. This is an opportunity to equip young people with graphic design skills. The results of a survey conducted by the service team showed that Medan city teenagers have a high interest in graphic design art. So real efforts need to be made to equip Medan city teenagers with graphic design skills. Therefore, in this community service activity, graphic design training and assistance was carried out using the Canva application to increase the creativity of Medan city teenagers. The method of implementing community service is in the form of lectures providing material directly by resource persons to partners.

One of the common vocations of Christians is to proclaim to all people of all ages. The age of the child is a golden age in development, it needs special attention in faith formation. Companions need to get enough training so that faith building in children will be right on target. Child assistance is usually carried out on Sundays so it is called Sunday school, Sunday School assistants are not professionals who get special education such as ECCE educators in schools. Many of these Sunday School faith companions are armed only to serve or guide this child's faith. This Community Service or PKM aims to equip Sunday School faith companions to be better in mentoring. With the right learning method or model, the faith materials given are in accordance with the child's reasoning and grasping power. The assistance was carried out by involving students to be directly involved in three rayon parishes in Semarang city and inviting all Semarang Rayon Sunday School Faith companions at Oak Tree Hotel on December 10, 2023, to share experiences and provide input to children's Faith Companions. As a result of this debriefing, Sunday School Faith Companions felt cared for and greatly helped in fostering faith in children.

As a result, many institutions are now beginning to use green budgeting techniques. A budgeting model known as "green budgeting" gives environmental considerations top priority during the planning, execution, monitoring, and assessment stages. Organisations can use budgets as a tool to promote the accomplishment of environmental goals by implementing green budgeting. The OECD-based green budgeting theory and idea is applied. The purpose of this study is to offer a framework for implementing the green budgeting idea in line with business needs. This study employs qualitative methodologies grounded in financial company case studies. The information used came from documents and interviews pertaining to the organisation's green corporate roadmap and budgeting procedure. The study's findings demonstrate that PT. Smart Finance has strategic goals for environmental management in its frame design, and these goals are guided by the company's long-term aims and its shareholders. The company has relevant policies, such as the Green Company Document Blueprint, to put this idea into practice. It also has media, such as management reports and sustainability reports, to report on its progress and provide information on programme realisation. If this idea is put into practice, the annual budget of the company will need to be prepared with a grading system for environmental management.

This research analyzes one case of defamation committed by a Media Zein celebrity on social media. Medina Zein was charged with article 27 paragraph (3) of Republic of Indonesia Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Defamation is one of the problems in forensic linguistics that often occurs in the real world and cyberspace. Defamation or defamation can be done verbally and in writing. The aim is to bring down someone’s good name and/or embarrass others. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research contains a general, clear picture and is based on facts that occur in the field regarding what is being researched. This research uses data analysis in which there is an explanation of the perpetrator and the crime he committed. The results of this research stated that sister Medina Zein was found guilty and sentenced on charges of defamation with a sentence of 6 months in prison.

It becomes particularly crucial for educators when guiding visually impaired students, necessitating the utilization of a variety of learning strategies that extend beyond the confines of sight within the classroom. To effectively achieve educational goals, teachers employ a myriad of methods to convey instructional materials. This research endeavors to scrutinize the communication strategies implemented by teachers while educating visually impaired children, delving into the intricate communication dynamics between educators and students. The study delves into the exploration of multimodal learning techniques employed by teachers to impart educational messages within the classroom setting. The results elucidate distinct phases within the learning strategies embraced by teachers, ranging from the cultivation of personal and intimate connections to the meticulous selection of teaching materials. The study sheds light on the application of multi-modal learning, encompassing auditory-kinesthetic, kinesthetic-visual, and audio-visual styles. Additionally, the research delineates stages pertaining to learning outcomes and the responses of teachers to their students.    

This research aims to explore the consequences of brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsers on consumers' tendency to buy Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products again. Survey participants included consumers who bought and used Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products from Yogya Mall Brebes, with a total of 464 people. The research sample was taken as much as 25% of the population, namely 116 respondents, with the implementation of random selection procedures. The information collection equipment used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity, reliability, and meets the assumptions of classical responses. The data were tested by multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, as well as coefficient of determination. The results show that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product variables have no effect on purchasing decisions, price and celebrity endorsers have no effect on purchasing decisions. In totality, brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsers have an influence on the purchase decision of Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products.

Bukalapak's success in implementing this innovative business model has been proven through the growth of active users of its application, increased transaction turnover, and increased market value. This success reflects the importance of implementing innovative business models in facing competition in the current e-commerce industry.  

This research aims to elucidate the design of metaverse learning media with the goal of improving the quality of education. Metaverse is a virtual environment that enables interaction among users through 3D avatar representations. In the context of education, the use of metaverse offers a different learning experience, optimizing the current technology and educational media, and supporting the development of soft skills and building confidence through the simulations offered. This research also discusses the potential and limitations of metaverse educational applications, as well as the challenges and opportunities for their use in the education world. The research findings indicate that the use of metaverse in education can overcome existing limitations, such as classroom capacity, distance, and time constraints. However, the use of metaverse also poses some challenges, such as user security and privacy. Therefore, the design of metaverse learning media needs to consider these aspects to enhance the quality of education.

Marriage is a very important event in the life of our society. Marriage not only involves the bride and groom, but also the parents of both parties, their siblings, and even their respective families. In traditional traditions, marriage is not only important for living people, but is also a very meaningful event and receives full attention, and is attended by the spirits of the ancestors of both parties. A customary law community is a social community (paguyuban) consisting of people who are united because they have blood relations and/or a certain territory, have their own wealth, and are led by one or more people who are considered to have authority or power.
