Early Marriage in Pagar Alam City is currently still quite high, the Pagar Alam Religious Court only relies on a recap of the number of cases per year to draw conclusions about the early marriage data. This method has limitations in classifying early marriage factors, so the Religious Court has difficulty in monitoring and controlling the occurrence of Early Marriage in Pagar Alam City. The purpose of this research thesis is to produce a classification system for Early Marriage factors using the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm to find out what factors influence the occurrence of Early Marriage, the method used in this study is the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) which has 6 stages, namely: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment. The testing stage in this study uses Confusion Matrix and BlackBox Testing. The final results of this study indicate that the system can classify Early Marriage factors. The classification model built achieved an Accuracy of 94.12% and a Precise value of 85.71% and a Recall value of 100.00%, while testing using Black Box testing in the form of alpha obtained a feasibility value of 83.2%, so this system is very suitable for use.

Teacher performance evaluation is a crucial factor in improving educational quality, but many schools still conduct it manually and subjectively, resulting in less transparent, time‑consuming, and error‑prone outcomes. This study aims to design and develop a web‑based decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for selecting the best teacher at MTs Mambaul Ulum. The system was developed using the Waterfall model with the Laravel 12 framework and MySQL database, incorporating two evaluator roles: the principal (assessing 5 criteria: teaching hours, responsibility, mastery of material, personality, and attendance) and the vice principal (assessing 4 criteria excluding personality). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review. System testing employed Black Box Testing and accuracy validation by comparing system outputs with manual Excel calculations. The results show that the SAW method effectively ranks teachers objectively, with Kusyanti achieving the highest score of 0.9450. The system attained 100% accuracy, as no difference was found between manual and system calculations. Moreover, the system reduced evaluation time from days to seconds and provides well‑documented results, thus supporting more transparent and accountable decision‑making. Therefore, this system proves to be reliable, objective, and efficient in assisting school administrators in evaluating teacher performance in a structured and fair manner.

This research was conducted at the Semarang City Public Works Department, particularly in the secretariat section responsible for correspondence administration and public information management (PPID). The study focuses on the conventional management of letter disposition, which makes it difficult for PPID officers to monitor letter status quickly, reduces process transparency, and may cause delays in decision-making and public services. This research aims to develop and implement a Disposition Monitoring Information System (SIMODIS) to digitize correspondence administration so that it becomes more effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable. The study uses ASTRID Analysis to identify strategic issues and a Design Thinking approach consisting of the Empathize, Define, Ideate, and Prototype stages. Empathy Map and Persona were also used to understand user needs. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to assess functionality and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to evaluate user experience. The results show that SIMODIS was successfully developed with features such as an admin dashboard, digital disposition forms, and a public mail status search portal. The SUS score reached 83, categorized as Excellent, indicating high usability and user acceptance.

Children's literacy can be improved through interactive learning media. A digital children's story platform, previously a mobile application, required web version development to expand user accessibility via browsers. The main challenge in this development was presenting multimedia content such as text, images, and audio dubbing synchronously scene-by-scene without degrading system performance, as well as facilitating reader interaction through a rating feature. This research aims to design and develop the platform using a Decoupled Architecture approach. The software development method used is Waterfall, encompassing requirement analysis, system design (UML, CDM, and PDM), implementation, testing, and maintenance. During implementation, ReactJS is utilized on the client-side for responsive interface rendering and state management, while Laravel is implemented on the server-side as a RESTful API provider to manage multimedia asset transmission, rating records, and the MySQL database. Functional system testing was evaluated using Black-box Testing, while user experience was validated using Spearman's Rank Correlation. The results indicate that this architectural separation (front-end and back-end) effectively resolves server overload issues commonly found in monolithic architectures and produces a seamless, stable asynchronous data transmission system across various devices.

Digital documents have become an essential medium for storing, managing, and distributing information in various sectors. Nevertheless, the risk of document alteration and forgery requires an effective mechanism to verify document authenticity. This research focuses on the implementation of Base64 and Pepper methods in a QR Code-based document verification system. The system was developed following the Waterfall software development model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. A web-based application was created using PHP and MySQL. Verification tokens were produced from document identity data combined with a Pepper value, encoded using Base64, and embedded into QR Codes attached to PDF documents. During verification, the QR Code is scanned and the extracted token is compared with records stored in the database. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system is capable of verifying document authenticity accurately and efficiently. Furthermore, Black Box Testing confirmed that all implemented functions operated as expected. Therefore, the integration of Base64 and Pepper contributes to improving the security and dependability of digital document verification.

The development of information technology and the internet has increased the use of online marketplaces as sources of transaction and information, including in the used vehicle sector. OLX provides vehicle information such as price, brand, year, fuel type, mileage, and seller location, but the data is presented individually, making overall market analysis difficult. This study aims to design a used car market analysis dashboard based on OLX advertisement data in the Greater Jakarta area using a Business Intelligence (BI) approach. Data were collected through web scraping and processed through data cleaning to improve quality. Market segmentation was conducted using the K-Means Clustering method based on vehicle price, year, and mileage. A Star Schema analytical database was implemented to support data management and visualization. User information needs were identified through questionnaires to determine Measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The dashboard was developed using Microsoft Power BI and features interactive visualizations, including KPI Cards, Bar Charts, Line Charts, and Pie Charts. Results show that the dashboard presents market information in a structured and informative manner, including vehicle counts, average prices, market trends, brand and location distributions, and segmentation results. Black Box Testing confirmed that all dashboard functions operated as expected, supporting faster and more effective data-driven decision making.

The absence of integrated blood stock management in hospitals, relying on current manual procedures, frequently results in delayed services and challenges in fulfilling blood requirements under emergencies. This research seeks to design and build a web-based blood stock monitoring platform called HemoBridge, offering real-time data accessible by the public, healthcare facilities, and the Ministry of Health. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework with the well-known Waterfall approach was adopted, encompassing needs analysis, system architecture, development, verification, deployment, and upkeep. This study used a qualitative methodology through field observation and literature review. The platform was developed using PHP and the Laravel framework, with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL as supporting technologies. Findings indicate HemoBridge was successfully deployed with core features comprising a comprehensive landing page, donor education, role-based access control, an integrated hospital management panel, a Ministry of Health dashboard, and an advanced blood stock search module with referral capability. Validation through Black Box Testing across six primary functions confirmed all features performed as intended. The platform demonstrates the capacity to enhance data management efficiency, accelerate information retrieval, and strengthen evidence-based decision-making in healthcare. Prospective enhancements include automated stock alerts, data encryption, and wider interoperability with health institutions throughout Indonesia.
