Preferensi bermain anak-anak di era digital cenderung beralih ke permainan digital sehingga permainan tradisional seperti congkak mulai ditinggalkan. Sebagai upaya pelestarian, permainan congkak dialihwahanakan ke bentuk digital, salah satunya melalui aplikasi Congkak di Google Play Store. Namun, congkak digital menghadirkan pengalaman dan aturan bermain yang berbeda dari congkak tradisional yang berdampak pada pewarisan nilai dan fungsi budaya congkak tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik dokumentasi dan observasi partisipatif serta diolah dengan analisis komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Congkak tidak sepenuhnya mewariskan unsur nilai dan fungsi budaya permainan congkak tradisional. Aplikasi Congkak memberikan rasa senang dan bebas serta mewariskan fungsi permainan congkak untuk melatih keuletan, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan berhitung anak.  Ketika aplikasi dimainkan berdua, unsur nilai yang diwariskan meliputi nilai demokrasi (musyawarah dan kejujuran), nilai sosial (kemampuan berkomunikasi, bersosialisasi, serta menghadapi dan memecahkan masalah), dan nilai kesatria (sportivitas, rendah hati, lapang dada, dan tenggang rasa).  Namun, ketika aplikasi dimainkan sendiri, unsur nilai-nilai tersebut tidak terwariskan. Meskipun inovasi ini relevan dengan era digital, peneliti berharap pengembang dapat memperbarui aplikasi dengan mempertimbangkan pewarisan nilai dan fungsi budaya congkak tradisional. Dengan demikian,  nilai dan fungsi congkak tradisional yang terwariskan bisa lebih banyak.

This community service activity aims to improve elementary school students' multiplication skills through the use of the Multiplication Pocket Book in a tutoring program. The activity was implemented using a descriptive qualitative approach and involved 10 elementary school students as mentoring targets. The community service program was conducted over four sessions, each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation throughout the mentoring process. The results showed a gradual improvement in students' multiplication skills, from understanding basic concepts to mastery of the 1-10 multiplication table. Furthermore, the use of the Multiplication Pocket Book, equipped with a learning achievement initialing system, increased student motivation, self-confidence, and active participation during the tutoring program. Therefore, the Multiplication Pocket Book can be used as a simple and effective learning medium in community service activities to support the improvement of elementary school students' basic arithmetic skills.

Interest and motivation in learning mathematics among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students remain relatively low, particularly in understanding basic arithmetic concepts such as addition and subtraction. This condition has led to poor learning outcomes and a lack of active student engagement in the learning process.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Scratch-based learning media in improving MI students’ arithmetic skills. To achieve this objective, a qualitative research method with a case study approach was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman.The findings indicate that the use of Scratch media can enhance learning motivation, student engagement, and understanding of arithmetic concepts in a more enjoyable and interactive way. Thus, Scratch-based learning media is proven effective in improving the arithmetic skills of MI students. It is recommended that teachers utilize interactive digital media such as Scratch as an innovative alternative in teaching mathematics at the elementary madrasah level.

This study aims to improve the numeracy skills of early childhood through the use of number card games. Numeracy is one of the basic competencies that is important to develop as a foundation for future mathematics skills. The method used in this study is game-based learning, where children are involved in interactive and fun number card playing activities. The subjects of this study were children aged 5-7 years at RA Al Busyro Ngimbang. The results of the study showed that the use of number card games can significantly improve children's numeracy skills, especially in the aspects of number recognition, addition, and simple subtraction. This game helps children understand basic mathematical concepts more naturally and without pressure, because the learning process is carried out in a fun and informal atmosphere. In addition, number card games can also increase children's motivation in learning mathematics, improve social skills through interaction with peers, and improve concentration and focus during the learning process. The conclusion of this study shows that number card games can be used as an effective learning strategy to improve the numeracy skills of early childhood. It is recommended for educators and parents to utilize this method in order to develop children's mathematical abilities more optimally.

This study aims to improve the mathematical subtraction calculation ability of class I-A students of SDN 104202 Bandar Setia through the puzzle playing method. The problem in this study is low mathematics learning outcomes. The method used in the study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) as many as 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were class 1-A students at elementary school SDN 104202 Bandar Setia Jl. Terusan Dusun V Bandar Khalipah, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, 2024/2025 Academic Year, totaling 27 students consisting of 10 female students and 17 male students. Classroom Action Research (CAR) improves students' subtraction calculation ability by using the mathematical puzzle playing method of class 1 SDN 104202 Bandar Setia, it can be concluded as follows: "The application of the mathematical puzzle playing method in class 1-A SDN 104202 Bandar Setia which is proven by an increase in research results in each cycle. Assessment of achievement in mathematics learning subtraction in cycle I with an average of 69.25, percentage of completion 69%, and in cycle II began to show an increase with an average value of 90.74 percentage of completion 90%. The results also show that this classroom action research achieved the specified completion indicator, namely completion above 90% .

This research aims to develop a new learning media called "Malo Maretong" which can improve the numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods by applying the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. There are five steps in this development, but researchers focus on the first four: analysis, design, development, and implementation. This research involves literature study, validation by experts, as well as product evaluation and revision. Data was collected through questionnaires conducted by media experts, language experts and early childhood experts. Malo Maretong was successfully developed as an effective learning medium to improve the numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years. The assessment from media experts received an average of 3.9 with a feasibility percentage of 97% and a "very feasible" category. The assessment from linguists received an average of 3.2 with an eligibility percentage of 80% and the "decent" category. The assessment from early childhood experts received an average of 3.2 with a feasibility percentage of 80% and the "decent" category. The validation results showed a very positive assessment from experts with a high average rating and a "very feasible" category. After validation by experts, product revisions and small-scale trials were carried out. The results of the small-scale trial showed an average assessment of 3.7 with a feasibility percentage of 93% and a "very feasible" category. This research makes an important contribution to the development of learning media that suits the needs and characteristics of early childhood, and provides strong recommendations for the implementation of Malo Maretong in the learning context of children aged 5-6 years.

Learning is a process of change for each individual, both in knowledge and attitudes. Every individual after learning will experience changes in their life. When studying at school, teachers only tend to teach students to memorize, read and calculate. Teachers have an important task in the learning process in class to improve students' learning abilities and understanding of the material provided. Based on observations made by the author, at SD N Pajang 3 teachers tend to be monotonous and use the same learning methods every day so that students quickly get bored and have difficulty understanding the material, especially in mathematics lessons. Based on the researcher's observations during the learning process in class 3, especially in mathematics, it was proven that many students did not understand so that based on test scores students got a score of 60. This research uses a qualitative approach which aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class 3 students at SD N Pajang 3 before and after carrying out learning using concrete media. This research was conducted descriptively, namely by providing a pretest and posttest. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that the use of concrete media had a positive impact and was effectively used in improving students' addition skills.

The purpose of this research is to determine (1) Difficulty in calculating in class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok. (2) The teacher's efforts to overcome students' difficulties in calculating using number media in class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was carried out in class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok. The data sources in this research were divided into two, namely (1) primary data, namely students of class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok, (2) secondary data, namely teachers of class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok. . Data collection techniques in this research were obtained through observation, oral tests and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is a qualitative data analysis technique. Based on the results of the research carried out by the author, conclusions can be put forward: (1) The difficulty in calculating in class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok based on the results of observations of the level of difficulty in calculating in the pre-cycle stage, there were 13 students experiencing difficulties in learning arithmetic, while 14 students did not have difficulty learning arithmetic. Based on the results of these observations, researchers want to overcome students' difficulties in calculating using number media in class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok. Because by using number media, learning will be more fun so that students will find it easier to overcome counting difficulties. (2) The teacher's efforts to overcome students' difficulties in arithmetic using number media in class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok have been resolved, because with each action taken, students' arithmetic difficulties begin to decrease gradually, as in cycle I, students' difficulties in arithmetic using using number media in class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok experienced a decline, namely the remaining 6 students or 22.22% who experienced difficulties in learning arithmetic, while 21 students or 77.78% had no difficulty in learning arithmetic, and in cycle II students had difficulty in learning arithmetic. arithmetic using number media in class II of SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok cycle II experienced a decrease from the previous cycle, namely there was 1 student or 3.70% who had difficulty learning to count, while 26 students or 96.30% had no more difficulty in learning counting. So it can be concluded that by using number media, the numeracy difficulties of class II students at SD Negeri 1501 Hurung Jilok can be overcome.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the use of slide rule media can improve students' numeracy skills in integer arithmetic operations for Kanatang State Special School students. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) was conducted at the Kanatang Foreign School in the Odd Semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects in this study were the students of the Kanatang State Special School, which consisted of 10 students, namely 5 students and 5 female students. The research object is the Ruler Count media in learning addition and subtraction of integers in Mathematics. The procedures/steps of this Classroom Action Research consist of cycles. Implementation of this Classroom Action Research each cycle includes: planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. The instruments used in this study were pre-test questions, post-test questions for each cycle, and interview guidelines. The questions made consist of 10 numbers in the form of an essay test. The data collection technique used was the provision of tests, interviews, observations and field notes. The instrument used is a test in the form of a description. Data collection was carried out in three stages, namely: (1) reducing data, (2) presenting data, and (3) drawing conclusions. The results showed that student activities and teacher activities in learning activities in cycle I reached the Good category and cycle II was very good. The results of the analysis of the final test cycle I obtained the percentage of average scores with student absorption reaching 60% and learning completeness reaching a percentage 70% of 10 students. Whereas in the analysis of the final test cycle II there was an increase according to the results of observations of student and teacher activities, the percentage of the average value of student absorption reached 90% with classical learning completeness reaching the target percentage of 100% of 10 students. This has shown that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of Kanatang State Special School students in the material of addition and subtraction of integers by using the integer slide rule.

This research was conducted to overcome the problem of low numeracy skills in grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Therefore the researchers made efforts to improve students' reading skills through the Jaritmatika method. This research involved 40 grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. The design of this study was classroom action research. From the results of the research, the average score in cycle I was 62.41% of 40 grade 1 students at SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Whereas in cycle II the learning completeness that has been achieved classically is 74.88%.

This study aims to improve numeracy skills using beads in class I SD Inpres Talaborong Kec. Bajeng Barat Kab. Gowa. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were first grade students of SD Inpres Talaborong Kec. Bajeng Barat Kab. Gowa, totaling 21 students. This research was conducted in 2 (two) cycles and each cycle was carried out in three meetings outside the final test of each cycle. The data collection used is observation and tests. The results showed that in the first cycle the average score of the students as a whole was 63.3. This shows that the numeracy skills of the first graders of SD Inpres Talaborong Kec. Bajeng Barat Kab. Gowa is still relatively low. Therefore the researcher made a contribution by applying the bead media in learning and giving the media to each group so that students more easily understood how to learn to count integers. After applying the media, there was an increase in cycle II which obtained an overall average student score of 95.7. Based on these results it can be concluded that the use of media beads can improve the numeracy skills of the first graders of SD Inpres Talaborong Kec. Bajeng Barat Kab. Gowa.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui  kesulitan berhitung siswa Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Kanatang. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 siswa.Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara semistruktur serta pengamatan respon dari siswa selama wawancara berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  kesulitan berhitung yang terbentuk oleh setiap siswa adalah berbeda.Terdapat 3 siswa mengalami asosiasi visual-motor, dan semua siswa kesulitan dalam menyebutkan tanda dan membedakan tanda.Kesulitan dalam membedakan angka juga dialami oleh 2 dari 5 siswa. Selanjutnya terdapat kesulitan lain diluar aspek yang diteliti yaitu perseverasi yang terjadi pada 2 siswa dan berdampak pada hasil pekerjaan akhir siswa.Pola kesulitan berhitung yang pertama adalah asosiasi visual-motor, kesulitan menyebutkan tanda, kesulitan membedakan tanda, kesulitan menggunakan operasi hitung bilangan disertai kesulitan lainnya yaitu perseverasi. Kesulitan berhitung yang kedua adalah asosiasi visual-motor, kesulitan membedakan angka, kesulitan menyebutkan tanda, kesulitan membedakan tanda, dan berakhir pada kesulitan menggunakan operasi hitung bilangan. Kesulitan berhitung yang ketiga adalah asosiasi visual-motor, kesulitan membedakan angka, kesulitan menyebutkan angka, kesulitan menyebutkan tanda, kesulitan membedakan tanda, dan kesulitan menggunakan operasi hitung bilangan. Pola kesulitan berhitung yang keempat adalah kesulitan menyebutkan tanda, kesulitan membedakan tanda, kesulitan menggunakan operasi hitung bilangan disertai kesulitan lainnya yaitu perseverasi.

Kegiatan ini dimotivasi oleh keadaan anak-anak asli papua yang putus sekolah dan tidak sekolah, mendapatkan pembelajaran non formal dari unit PKBM. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan pembelajaran calistung kepada anak-anak PKBM Jehova Jireh, tahapan yang dilakukan tim yakni, persiapan, dan pelaksanaan. Lokasi pengabdian berada di dalam kota Merauke, namun bila cuaca hujan, maka tim akan kesulitan untuk menuju lokasi karena kondisi tanah yang sangat berlumpur. Pelaksanaan berlangsung selama 7 kali pertemuan. Tim pengabdian menjadi pengajar dan pendamping anak-anak dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kelas terdiri dari 3 kelompok belajar, dengan jumlah total anak-anak sebanyak 50 orang. Materi pendampingan yang diberikan adalah membaa, menulis, dan berhitung yang disesuaikan dengan kelompok belajar. Hasil yang diperoleh, bahwa terdapat 65 % anak usia 4-6 tahun yang mampu mengenal huruf, dan angka, 70% anak usia 7-9 tahun yang memiliki kemampuan calistung yang baik, dan 80% pada usia 10-13 tahun.

Bimbingan belajar dapat membantu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di Kelurahan Bukit Pinang RT 16, karena dapat membantu melengkapi apa yang dipelajari di sekolah. Hal ini dikarenakan pembelajaran di luar sekolah memiliki dampak yang jauh lebih besar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan pendidikan nonformal adalah untuk meningkatkan minat atau keinginan siswa untuk belajar. Dalam pendidikan nonformal, siswa didorong untuk belajar dengan berbagai cara, dari pendidikan formal pada umumnya. Pendidikan nonformal lebih santai dan memberi siswa ide atau cara baru untuk memahami konsep yang mungkin mereka perjuangkan dalam pendidikan formal, sekaligus lebih menyenangkan. Padahal, belajar dapat menjadi selingan yang menyenangkan bagi siswa, yang tidak hanya dituntut untuk mengingat informasi atau berhitung, tetapi juga mampu berpikir kritis Seorang siswa harus tertarik pada materi pelajaran untuk mempelajarinya lebih lanjut. Ini berarti mereka harus terlibat dalam materi, yang akan membantu mereka menemukan apa yang tidak mereka ketahui. Ada beberapa cara untuk membantu siswa belajar lebih kreatif, termasuk menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang mendorong mereka untuk lebih aktif dalam berpikir dan memecahkan masalah. Peneliti pengabdian ini di lakukan di kelurahan bukit pinang Rt 16, kegiatan bimbingan belajar ini di lakukan dengan memberikan penjelasan atau mengajar tentang berhitung, membaca dan mengulangi pelajaran yang di lajari oleh guru di sekolah. Dalam waktu 3 minggu mengadakan kegitan Bimbingan Belajar pada anak-anak di Kelurahan Bukit Pinang, dengan hasil yang baik dan harapan bisa membantu wawasan anak-anak, dengan mengetahui dan memahami kegiatan Bimbingan Belajar, bisa diterima di lingkungan masyarakat.

Membaca menulis berhitung merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki anak dan sangat penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan dan perkembangan hidupnya. Jika kemampuan anak terhadap kemmapuan dasar tersebut cukup baik, maka kemampuan literasi sebagai penunjang keberhasilan dalam pendidikan maupun pekerjaan akan mudah tercapai. Namun sistem pendidikan dan capaian pembelajaran di PAUD dan SD sangat berbeda. Hal ini yang menyebabkan perbedaan persepsi antara pendidik dan orang tua dalam memandang pembelajaran calistung pada anak usia dini. Tujuan pengebdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang karakteristik perkembnagan  anak sesuai usia dan kebutuhannya.  Metode yang digunakn dalam kegiatan ini adalah melakukan analisis awal tentang terkait pemahaman orang tua dalam pendidikan anaknya, melakukan persiapan dan melaksanakan pengabdian dan pendampingan setelah dilakukan sosialisasi dan materi pengabdian. Hasilnya ada peningkatan pemahanan sebesar 50% dari pre test dan post test. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan tes (pre tes dan posttest), wawancara ,  pengamatan dan dokumen hasil pekembangan anak.
