This research aims at Service Quality and Management Reputation for Bank BTN Syariah KCP Solo Products. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research was a purposive sampling technique with the sample used amounting to 96 respondents. The data collection technique uses online questionnaire distribution with the help of Google forms. Data analysis techniques in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f test and t test. Based on data research analysis, the results show that there is an influence of service quality on bank products, there is an influence of management reputation on bank products, the f test shows that there is a simultaneous influence of service quality and management reputation on bank products. The results of the coefficient of determination test show an r square value of 0.502, which means that the influence of the service quality variable (x1) and management reputation (x2) simultaneously on the bank product variable (y) is 50.2%..

This study aims to determine and analyze how the legal protection of consumers due to default in the housing loan agreement in the perspective of Consumer Protection Law No.8 of 1999. The type of research used in this study is normative juridical approach to legislation (statute aprouch) and case approach (case aprouch). The results of this study indicate that the case of default in the housing loan agreement, which occurred in the city of Gorontalo. Create legal protection against consumers (customers) who are harmed by Bank BTN who do not carry out their obligations in accordance with existing rules or regulations, where the bank does not issue housing certificates even though the consumer (customer) has paid the installments

This research is entitled “Effectiveness of Subsidized Sharia Mortgage Financing for Low- Income Communities at BTN Syariah Langsa City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with the formulation of the problem, 1) How is the implementation of Islamic mortgage financing for low-income customers at Bank BTN Langsa City?, 2) How is the effectiveness of Islamic mortgage financing for low-income people at Bank BTN Langsa City?, from the results of the research of the bank and the dispatcher have followed the regulations from the government from the housing mortgage program, but with regulations from the government, the depeloper is an obstacle they cannot freely choose customers, with regulations made by the government even though people who are gardeners are farmers and fishermen even though they are able to take mortgage housing, there are also people who feel helped by the KPR program from thegovernment.

This study aims to see how the difference in financial performance between state-owned banks and national private banks through analysis from 2019 to 2022, using the RGEC approach to measure the level of bank health and the Zmijewski model to measure financial distress. With descriptive and comparative research types, as well as a quantitative approach, secondary data from four state-owned banks (Mandiri, BRI, BNI, BTN) and four private banks (BCA, CIMB, Danamon, Permata) were used. The analysis shows that private banks and state-owned banks do not have significantly different health levels in terms of risk profile (LDR and NPL), GCG, and earnings (NIM, ROA, BOPO). However, there are differences in the capital aspect (CAR). Overall, based on the Zmijewski X-score method, between private banks and state-owned banks do not have significantly different financial distress conditions. In conclusion, from 2019 to 2022, both state-owned banks and private banks show healthy financial conditions. Even though there are differences in the capital aspect, the overall health of state-owned banks is not significantly different from private banks.
