Market Day merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran kontekstual yang diterapkan di sekolah dasar untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan sejak dini. Melalui program Bakti Desa, Market Day tidak hanya menjadi sarana edukasi ekonomi sederhana, tetapi juga menjadi media pengembangan karakter dan keterampilan siswa dalam berorganisasi, mengambil keputusan, dan bekerja sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kegiatan Market Day di sekolah dasar yang difasilitasi oleh mahasiswa Bakti Desa serta menganalisis keterkaitannya dengan prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung selama kegiatan, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Market Day mampu melatih siswa dalam keterampilan kewirausahaan dasar, seperti perencanaan produksi, penghitungan modal, promosi, dan penjualan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini secara tidak langsung menanamkan prinsip-prinsip MSDM seperti pembagian tugas yang adil, kerja sama tim, kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal, dan tanggung jawab individu terhadap peran masing-masing dalam kelompok. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan ruang bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan soft skills seperti kreativitas, inovasi, dan kepemimpinan. Dengan demikian, Market Day tidak hanya menjadi media pembelajaran kewirausahaan, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai sarana pembinaan sumber daya manusia secara dini melalui pendekatan manajemen sederhana yang kontekstual. Artikel ini merekomendasikan agar kegiatan serupa diintegrasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam program pendidikan dasar.

In this Community Service Program (KKN) activity, the main goal is to strengthen social solidarity among the residents through the celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day in Penagan Ratu Village. Social solidarity is one of the key factors in maintaining harmony and togetherness within the community. However, in today’s modern era, the spirit of cooperation and mutual assistance tends to decline due to individualism and people’s busy daily routines. Therefore, the Independence Day celebration serves as a strategic moment to revive the sense of brotherhood, unity, and social awareness among the villagers. This program was carried out with the active participation of all community members, including village officials, youth organizations (karang taruna), women’s groups, children, and teenagers. Various activities were conducted such as community clean-up (kerja bakti), traditional games, art performances, and a local MSME (UMKM) bazaar. The implementation method was participatory, emphasizing the active involvement of the community in every stage. The results of the program showed a high level of community participation, stronger social bonds, and an increase in the spirit of mutual cooperation. Moreover, the event brought a positive impact through the empowerment of local MSMEs. Thus, the Independence Day celebration was not merely ceremonial, but also served as an effective medium to strengthen social solidarity, fostering a more cohesive, respectful, and socially aware community in Penagan Ratu Village.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kebersihan dan kerapian lingkungan di Desa Rejo melalui pendekatan gotong royong yang melibatkan mahasiswa KKN dan masyarakat setempat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi kegiatan partisipatif dengan rangkaian kegiatan seperti pembuatan tempat sampah, penanaman tanaman hias pinang, pembuatan dan pemasangan plang RT/RW, serta kegiatan kerja bakti pembersihan lingkungan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2025 dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam setiap tahapan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan perubahan positif baik secara fisik maupun sosial, dimana lingkungan desa menjadi lebih bersih dan tertata, pola pembuangan sampah masyarakat mulai terarah, area publik memiliki elemen penghijauan yang memperindah lingkungan, dan struktur wilayah administratif menjadi lebih jelas dengan adanya plang RT/RW. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai gotong royong di kalangan masyarakat

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara empiris pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi kepala dusun di Desa Era Baru, Kecamatan Tellulimpoe, Kabupaten Sinjai. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala dusun berperan aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan, antara lain koordinasi kerja bakti rutin, pengawasan pembangunan rabat beton, keterlibatan dalam rapat-rapat penting desa, serta dukungan terhadap pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik. Peran ini menegaskan posisi kepala dusun tidak hanya sebagai pelaksana administratif, tetapi juga sebagai penggerak sosial, koordinator pembangunan, dan fasilitator pemberdayaan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, pelaksanaan tugas kepala dusun masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, minimnya akses terhadap pelatihan formal, koordinasi internal yang belum optimal, serta meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik. Faktor pendukung yang memperkuat kinerja kepala dusun meliputi partisipasi aktif masyarakat melalui tradisi gotong royong, dukungan kepala desa dan perangkat desa, serta adanya inisiatif lokal berbasis potensi masyarakat. Adapun faktor penghambat mencakup keterbatasan sarana dan fasilitas kerja, minimnya insentif dibandingkan beban kerja, serta ketiadaan mekanisme evaluasi kinerja secara berkala. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas kepala dusun dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas personal, dukungan kelembagaan, serta partisipasi masyarakat. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penguatan kapasitas kepala dusun melalui pelatihan teknis dan manajerial, peningkatan kesejahteraan, penyediaan sarana penunjang, serta penerapan sistem evaluasi kinerja berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Tanjung Laut Village holds significant potential in the songket handicraft sector. However, local artisans face challenges in utilizing digital technology for marketing. This community engagement project aims to optimize human resources and time management to support the adoption of e-commerce among local MSMEs. The methods include time management training, e-commerce workshops, international HR management socialization, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). The results show an increased understanding of digital marketing strategies and production time planning. These trainings also encouraged collaboration and technology adoption, expected to enhance the village’s economic independence and competitiveness.

The Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) program was conducted with the “Giat Bakti Lestari” Farmer Group in Cibadung Village, Gunung Sindur, Bogor. Partners faced two main problems: low banana harvest quality caused by Fusarium wilt disease and the presence of idle, unproductive land. As a solution, the PKM team introduced banana propagation using tissue culture technology through socialization, training, and mentoring. This method offers several advantages over conventional propagation, including faster cultivation, mass production, disease-free seedlings, and genetic uniformity. However, partners had no prior exposure to tissue culture technology. Thus, the PKM activity focused on equipping farmers with skills in household-scale tissue culture techniques and providing simple facilities to support sustainable seedling production. By engaging in this program, the farmer group is expected to gain essential knowledge and practical skills, enabling them to independently manage tissue culture propagation. This initiative not only addresses crop loss due to disease but also promotes the use of modern agricultural practices to maximize land productivity. The activity ultimately aims to foster self-reliance among farmers and contribute to the development of innovative an sustainable farming in the village.

This study aims to explore the influence of maternal education on the incidence of stunting in children in Lhok Setuy Village, Baktiya District, North Aceh Regency. Stunting is a chronic nutritional condition characterized by a child's height below the standard for their age, which is often caused by inadequate diet, poor sanitation, and limited access to clean water. Qualitative research methods were used involving eight mothers as respondents. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and field observations to explore mothers' knowledge of child health, diet, access to sanitation facilities, and nutrition education. The results showed that most mothers in Lhok Setuy Village had adequate knowledge of the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, but only a small number were able to provide animal protein sources to their children. Most mothers also had healthy latrines at home, and access to clean water was not a major problem. Although mothers' knowledge of nutrition and child health was quite good, the application in everyday life still needs to be improved. These findings indicate that further support is needed in more specific nutrition and health counseling to help mothers in this village provide optimal nutrition for their children. Through more intensive educational interventions, it is hoped that the incidence of stunting can be reduced, so that the quality of life of children in Lhok Setuy Village can improve significantly.

KKN-Thematic (Real Work Lecture) is a form of student service to the community as part of the tridharma of higher education. This program aims to support village development and provide students with the opportunity to practice the knowledge they have learned directly. The purpose of this program is to identify challenges and opportunities in aligning the village financial management system to be more effective. A case study approach is used to analyze the implementation process and collect data on the integration efforts. Some of the problems faced by Baskara Bakti Village include data compatibility, limited technical capacity, and information gaps between SISKEUDES and PDAM. This service activity underlines the importance of strengthening institutional coordination, increasing technical support, and developing standard data formats to facilitate smooth integration in SISKEUDES. By addressing these challenges, villages can optimize financial management practices and improve the provision of public services.

This training aims to serve the community to provide an understanding to grocery store entrepreneurs about the importance of recording or bookkeeping of their activities and business progress, and to introduce the BukuWarung application to grocery store entrepreneurs in Marga Bakti Village. The problem found was their lack of knowledge and understanding of accounting, especially recording and bookkeeping to the preparation of financial reports. Their previous understanding that recording and bookkeeping were difficult, troublesome, and time-consuming became an obstacle to learning accounting. In the era of IT-based technology and the Internet of Things (IoT), the use of BukuWarung-based technology that can be accessed anywhere has become a basic human need. The BukuWarung-based bookkeeping application can be used as a tool for recording the flow of money in and out that can be used easily and applicatively for business actors, both small and medium.

This method is environmentally friendly, reduces the use of hazardous chemicals, and produces unique motifs that cannot be repeated. Ecoprint is increasingly popular in the world of art and fashion as a sustainable alternative. The target of this PKM is children in Marga Bhakti Village, so that they can learn about the dangers of synthetic dyes and natural dyes and foster environmental literacy. The method applied in this PKM activity is to directly train children in Marga Bhakti Village to carry out eco-print activities directly. This activity can improve the knowledge and skills of children in Marga Bhakti Village. By introducing and also practicing eco-printing through eco-print making training attended by children, it will be able to improve creativity, skills and foster environmental literacy.
