This article discusses the perspective of pastoral counseling in addressing bullying among late adolescents aged 15-18 years that affects the psychological well-being of adolescents. Bullying is a significant social problem among teenagers and can have negative impacts on their psychological well-being. The purpose of this research is to explore the role of pastoral counseling in helping adolescents cope with the psychological effects resulting from bullying. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach, depicting the characteristics of late adolescents aged 15-18 years who are vulnerable to bullying and its impact on their psychological well-being. The research findings indicate that pastoral counseling can provide emotional support, moral guidance, and reinforcement of religious values that assist adolescents in overcoming the pressures of bullying. The implications of this research are that the perspective of pastoral counseling is relevant and beneficial in aiding the protection and recovery of adolescents affected by bullying. It is hoped that this article will provide further understanding of the role of pastoral counseling in addressing bullying among late adolescents aged 15-18 years.

Based on the results of this study, researchers found many factors and habits of students in the field, students feel burdened in completing assignments as a responsibility, students view the task as a heavy burden in doing the task as the responsibility of a student. Whereas students who have an academic attitude should, the more tasks, the more students work hard to add insight into doing tasks as the responsibility of an academic student. As for this research method, the researcher uses a qualitative research method with a library research approach. As for the findings of this study, researchers found that many students of the Ecumenical Theological College of Jakarta delayed in completing assignments as a responsibility that must be done optimally. After conducting research, researchers found many factors that hinder students in completing assignments, namely: playing games, playing social media, piling up tasks, difficulty finding references, easy sleepiness, no one motivates and hanging out with friends discussing something that is not important, so that the time to do the task is limited. The strategies that researchers can list to improve the stability and quality of motivation in completing assignments as the responsibility of students of the Ecumenical Theological College Jakarta include: Students make a priori scale.

This research aims to find out how the implementation of parking retribution in Bajawa City and the supporting and inhibiting factors of parking retribution implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with empirical legal research type. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview, and document study. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of parking levies in bajawa city is not good enough seen from the results of research on parking lots, parking rates, the work of parking attendants, and community responses regarding parking where the four aspects have not been implemented properly where parking lots are still narrow, parking attendant services have received a lot of criticism from the community Parking rates set by the Ngada Regency Government are correct but the results of the levy itself are still very dependent on whether or not visitors are busy. The work of the parking attendants is not optimal because the parking attendants on duty have never received special training, so the work of the parking attendants has received a lot of criticism from the community. Parking attendant services to parking service users are said to be ineffective and need to be improved. Supporting factors in the implementation of parking levy collection are joint operations and the role of mass media as a source of information for the community. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of parking levy collection are the emergence of illegal parking, lack of awareness of parking attendants and the public in traffic and inadequate parking facilities.

Based on the results of research conducted that: (1) The concept in Islamic economics is something promised and paid by tenants as compensation or payment for the benefits they enjoy. In principle, anything that can be used as a medium of exchange in buying and selling may be used for payment in wages. In addition, wages must be something of value and permitted by syara' and the amount must be known. The amount of the prescribed wages is known by both parties, both in terms of rent and wages. An appropriate reward according to syara' is something of value and there is pleasure between the two parties. (2) The concept of Islamic economics regarding the payment system for rice field plowing services in Aek Bonban Village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, is in accordance with Islamic economic theory. The land owner gives the plowman's wages at the promised time. For every job of plowing a field, the owner of the field immediately gives his wages. There is a small portion that pays wages later or even after the harvest, but there is no intention to delay or prolong the payment of wages. Even so, this can be understood by both parties, because financially the owner of the rice field must be able to pay wages, and usually. this has been agreed before. because it has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of wages. where in the agreement made between the owner of the rice field and the rice farmer contains the amount of wages and the time of payment of the wages. So that there is no element of fraud in it that can harm either party.

In the world of the PLTU industry, the need for material, especially the need for the sapot process and conveyor repairs, occurs in the world of PLTU, which is installed on the conveyor construction and when connecting materials, different grades are often used and this often occurs in the field during the process of combining plates with different grades. on the sapote. and for installing the plate on the sappot, use grade A and the plate that is often used is the plate for the machine foundation with grade B on the sappot material using low carbon grade A steel. In this research report, welding is carried out and combined with grade A steel which is usually used for sappots. the conveyor is combined with low carbon grade B steel in the construction of the PLTU sapot. Where welding is carried out 3x why this needs to be done is because to know the characteristics of low carbon grade A steel and low carbon grade B steel, whether the characteristics are the same or not because they are used in When grade A steel material runs out in the industry, the testing process uses 3 tests, namely to determine NDT testing (Non Destructive, test), tensile testing, and micro testing for the testing process. (DonyPerdana and Ahmad Bazy Syarif, 2017).

Since its invention in the 19th century until today, reinforced concrete has become a leading construction material due to its qualities; it is a strong and durable building material that can be used in any form of architecture at an affordable and reasonable cost. Thus, humanity has abandoned traditional building materials (stone, earth, straw, lime, wood and hemp, etc.) to benefit from the many advantages of reinforced concrete (Yasser et al., 2013). However, this conversion comes at a cost; the environmental consequences are serious, cement is the third largest emitter of CO2 after cars and coal-fired power plants, and the same applies to steel, despite significant progress in recycling (Ranjitham et al., 2021).

A company is one of the types of business entities protected by law as the place where the production process of a good or service is used to meet the needs of society. To the company’s goals, it requires the contribution of good employees. Cultivating a high working spirit should be considered by the company’s managers as an obligation whose nature is constant. Especially with regard to the workload that can cause work stress, communication between employees that can lead to an increase or decrease in working spirit. The aim of this survey is to know the impact of workload, work stress, and communication on employee work spirit. This research population is the entire staff of PT Iron Steel Metalindo of Mojokerto district. The sample was 78 using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use double linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Research findings show that workload variables have a negative and significant influence on the work spirit, work stress has a negative, significant impact on the working spirit, and communication has a positive and significant effect on the job spirit.

Welding is an important thing in shipbuilding. There are several types of joints and types of materials with different material thicknesses, on of which is Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). FCAW is a welding process that has a high level of productivity so that it is suitable for fabrication activities. Double-sided welding is often performed on joints. This causes time inefficiencies and costs quite a lot. Therefore, the solution so that welding is only done on one side, by using a backing ceramic. The Backing Ceramic is used to hold the welding penetration better and get better welding result. The purpose of this study was to determine the result of the strength of Backing Ceramic Weld on FCAW welding of A36 carbon steel material so that it can get perfect results, not defective and can be accepted according to the desired criteria.

PT. Z merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi pelat baja yang berlokasi di Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Proses produksi di PT. Z memanfaatkan sepenuhnya mesin yang berjalan sepanjang waktu. Hambatan dalam pembuatan pelat baja adalah bahwa sering ada kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh manusia, material, dan mesin. Seringkali, kerusakan mesin pada faktor mesin menghentikan jalanya proses produksi. Kerusakan pada mesin produksi mencegah proses produksi bekerja dengan lancar. Waktu henti yang tinggi sering disebabkan oleh perawatan dan penggantian komponen pada bagian-bagian mesin tertentu. Akibatnya, peralatan membutuhkan perbaikan atau pemeliharaan (maintenance). Diantara semua mesin produksi, mesin rolling mill  merupakan mesin dengan angka downtime tertinggi. Komponen pada mesin rolling mill yang menyebabkan downtime paling tinggi sebesar 12.851 menit yakni komponen roll. Studi ini bermaksud  membuat rencana penjadwalan penggantian roll pada mesin rolling mill.  Metodelogi yang diterapkan dalam  penelitian ini adalah Preventive Maintenance dengan menghitung keandalannya dan membuat jadwal penggantian roll. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata penggantian roll setiap 6 hari dengan keandalan 63,21%, dan rata-rata waktu proses penggantian roll adalah 131 menit.

The smooth production process is one of the factors supporting the success of a manufacturing industry in producing quality products, timely completion of manufacture and low production costs. Industrial machines are an important factor in a manufacturing industry besides reliable human resources (HR) and other supporting facilities, so that industrial machines require special attention that is carried out on an ongoing basis in order to support the smooth operation of an industry. Practical work at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction is carried out in the Maintenance division, especially the electrical parts. In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction. . In this study using field research techniques where the author conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company accompanied by industrial supervisors and maintenance division employees for 1 month.

PT. Nadha Karya Utama Indonesia, a company engaged in the manufacturing service industry that produces mild steel, located on Jl. Cold Hamlet, RT 04 RW 07, Ngronggot, Kab. Nganjuk, East Java. The purpose of this study is to plan the Roll Forming machine maintenance schedule in order to minimize maintenance costs. The method used in this study is using the Preventive Maintenance method. The calculation results obtain the reliability value of each component on the Roll Forming machine, namely 0.5 for the reliability of the Roll component, 0.5 for the Gear Box component, 0.5 for the Main Engine component, 0.46 for Bearings, and 0.5 for reliability Roll Stand. Determination of maintenance time intervals is based on Peventive Maintenance on Roll components for 37 days, Gear Boxes for 108 days, Main Machinery for 108 days, Bearings for 53 days, and Roll Stands for 146 days. Based on the calculation results, the total cost of maintenance before carrying out preventive with reliability is known to be Rp. 19,340,000, after carrying out preventive calculations with reliability is Rp. 13,120,139.10, it can be seen that before and after carrying out preventive calculations there is a difference in costs of Rp. 6,219. 860.9. From these results it is known that preventive maintenance can reduce the costs incurred by PT. Nadha Karya Utama Indonesia from before the Preventive Maintenance calculations were carried out.

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang melakukan kajian terkait terkait peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan baja pada bangunan beton bertulang. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Berbagai sumber diolah dalam penelitian ini seperti buku, hasil penelitian, jurnal dan artikel penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapatkan adalah diketahui bahwasannya beton bertulang merupakan salah satu bahan konstruksi yang banyak digunakan dalam proses konstruksi. Menjadi salah satu bahan yang penting, menjadikan perlu adanya pertimbangan dampak lingkungan yang diakibatkan dari penggunaan beton bertulang sehingga tujuan utama pembangunan yang berkelanjutan bisa tercapai. Dalam prosesnya, berbagai penelitian yang meneliti tentang penggunaan baja atau serat baja pada struktur beton bertulang sudah banyak dilakukan. Hasil yang didapat sangat bervariasi diantaranya menyebutkan bahwasannya penggunaan serta baja pada beton bertulang ini bisa meningkatkan sifat dari beton bertulang secara keseluruhan, daya dulung dari beton bertulang pun juga mengalami peningkatan, adanya penambahan serta baja membuat beton bertulang lebih kuat terhadap retakan yang terjadi di kolom betonnya serta meningkatnya kinerja dari kolom bertulang. Yang paling adalah jika ditinjau dari perspektif sisi kelayakan, serta baja mampu menggantikan tulangan melintang yang ada pada struktur beton bertulang.
