There are several developments in the practice of pawn gates, on the condition that pawn gates can also be done for the educational needs of nephews or business capital. Developments in the use of transaction tools can now use money. The settlement of the problem of pawn disputes in Nagari Parik Panjang, Matur District, Agam Regency using the principle of bajanjang naiak, batanggo turun means that it is resolved from the lowest level, namely deliberation and consensus, then the Nagari Customary Density, to the highest level, namely the court level.

For the Langa indigenous people, Waja is a process of recovery for mistakes because someone has violated a prohibition or certain customary law norms that apply in the Langa indigenous people. There are several marriage problems that occur in the Langa community that are not resolved with waja. The practice of waja serves to break the bond of engagement or marriage that has occurred between a man and a woman, the purpose is as a deterrent effect and also as a means of value education for the community so that marriages that violate customary norms can be eliminated or no longer repeated. This research is an empirical research, so the data source used is the primary data source, the primary data is obtained from the results of interviews. The data were analyzed in a descriptive-qualitative manner. The results of this study show that: (1) The function of waja customs in the marriage legal system of the Langa indigenous people is for the enforcement of customary norms and rules, the restoration of good name, efforts to break the bond of engagement or marriage between men and women and to realize justice and balance in community life, including in terms of marriage. (2) The process of applying waja customs in the practice of marriage of the Langa indigenous people is carried out in accordance with the marriage violations that have been carried out by both parties. The types of violations of waja customs are infidelity, relationships that are not approved by parents and abusive behavior of husbands towards wives.

Indonesia menghentikan ekspor nikel kadar rendah  melalui  Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral  No. 11 Tahun 2019 (Permen ESDM 11/2019) terkait perubahan kedua atas Peraturan Menteri Energi  dan Sumber Daya Mineral, pada tanggal 25 Desember 2018 mengenai pengoperasian tambang mineral dan batubara per  31 Desember 2019, Uni  Eropa sebagai salah satu importir nikel dari Indonesia menyatakan tidak setuju dengan pasal  dan mengajukan gugatan. Uni Eropa telah mengajukan keluhan ke Organisasi Perdagangan Dunia (WTO) atas larangan ekspor nikel  Indonesia. Uni Eropa menyatakan bahwa nikel yang diimpor dari Indonesia biasa digunakan oleh Uni Eropa  sebagai bahan baku industri baja tahan karat Eropa. Uni Eropa menuduh bahwa pembatasan tersebut dirancang oleh Indonesia untuk menguntungkan industri baja tahan karat dan pengecorannya. Adapun identifikasi masalah dengan bagaimana dampak terkait kasus larangan ekspor nikel terhadap hubungan perdagangan antara indonesia dan uni eropa dan apa alasan terkait kebijakan pembatasan ekspor nikel yang diterapkan pemerintah indonesia. Larangan ekspor nikel yang diberlakukan pemerintah Indonesia berdampak besar pada hubungan perdagangan antara Indonesia dan Uni Eropa. Uni Eropa,  konsumen  bijih nikel terbesar di dunia, telah mengambil tindakan hukum dan mengajukan gugatan terhadap Indonesia di Organisasi Perdagangan Dunia (WTO). Peristiwa tersebut telah menimbulkan ketegangan  hubungan dagang dan penyelesaiannya bergantung pada keputusan WTO. Pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan kebijakan pembatasan ekspor nikel karena berbagai alasan, antara lain meningkatkan nilai tambah tambang nikel, melindungi sumber daya alam, dan mendiversifikasi perekonomian. Keputusan tersebut juga berkaitan dengan upaya menjaga keseimbangan  perdagangan internasional dan mendorong praktik pertambangan yang lebih ramah lingkungan.  

This research aims to find out how the implementation of parking retribution in Bajawa City and the supporting and inhibiting factors of parking retribution implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with empirical legal research type. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview, and document study. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of parking levies in bajawa city is not good enough seen from the results of research on parking lots, parking rates, the work of parking attendants, and community responses regarding parking where the four aspects have not been implemented properly where parking lots are still narrow, parking attendant services have received a lot of criticism from the community Parking rates set by the Ngada Regency Government are correct but the results of the levy itself are still very dependent on whether or not visitors are busy. The work of the parking attendants is not optimal because the parking attendants on duty have never received special training, so the work of the parking attendants has received a lot of criticism from the community. Parking attendant services to parking service users are said to be ineffective and need to be improved. Supporting factors in the implementation of parking levy collection are joint operations and the role of mass media as a source of information for the community. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of parking levy collection are the emergence of illegal parking, lack of awareness of parking attendants and the public in traffic and inadequate parking facilities.

Building security is a mandatory requirement that must be met by a building. Before being built, it is necessary to review academic studies and structural analysis in advance regarding the technical requirements of the building whether it meets the standards or not against existing regulations in Indonesia. Currently, the Brebes Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office has an outdoor tennis court that is not yet representative. So it is planned that the field will be upgraded to become a semi-indoor field, by adding a curved roof in the 2022 fiscal year. The purpose of this community service activity is to determine the safety of semi-indoor roof coverings from a structural point of view. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goal of Community Service (PPM) is the method of literature, field surveys, data processing and report preparation.

By four element of marketing mix above must be implemented base on level market competition will by target of company, on focus price strategy or marketing strategy analysis to enhance off selling in marble company, and another strategy four element of marketing mix improperly will make marketing activity, will be useless and spend of human resource which is issued.
