Gross motor development in infancy is a crucial aspect of child growth that requires early and continuous stimulation. Limited maternal knowledge and skills in providing appropriate stimulation may hinder the achievement of infants’ gross motor milestones. This program aimed to empower mothers to stimulate infants’ gross motor development through tummy time and baby yoga at PMB Lina Contesa. A community empowerment approach with a one-group pretest–posttest design was applied. The participants were mothers with infants aged 3–12 months. The intervention included health education, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and mentoring in performing tummy time and baby yoga. Evaluation was conducted by assessing maternal knowledge and skills before and after the program. The results showed an increase in the mean knowledge score from 56.4 ± 8.7 to 85.2 ± 6.9 after the intervention. In addition, the proportion of mothers who were able to correctly perform gross motor stimulation techniques increased from 27.8% to 88.9%. These findings indicate that empowering mothers through education and training in tummy time and baby yoga is effective in improving maternal knowledge and skills and has the potential to support the optimization of infants’ gross motor development.

In order to improve the welfare of the community, it is expected that the government will also participate in improving health standards, especially for mothers. This is because healthy mothers will produce superior generations. The best food for babies is breast milk, therefore it is expected that mothers can give their babies exclusive breast milk so that the baby's growth and development are optimal and grow into a healthy, intelligent and productive adult generation. Breastfeeding itself also has obstacles including sore nipples, babies who often cry. Oxytocin massage aims to increase breast milk production in mothers in labor. The implementation of this community service is aimed at prospective breastfeeding mothers and breastfeeding mothers. This activity took place at the Afisya Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method of implementing assistance and application of oxytocin massage consists of refreshing the knowledge and skills of midwives in implementing oxytocin massage. The results of this community service can improve the knowledge and skills of midwives in implementing oxytocin massage. There was an increase in midwives' knowledge by 53% and skills by 100% and all mothers in labor gave breast milk to their mothers. It is hoped that the implementation of oxytocin massage will be applied to all mothers giving birth so that mothers can provide exclusive breastfeeding.

This counseling was conducted with the aim of increasing the mother's knowledge related to how to give massage to babies so that it can provide optimal benefits related to child growth and development. The media used is leaflet media distributed to all counseling participants containing definitions, what not to do, and recommended times for doing baby massage with 20 participants. The evaluation results of this counseling showed an increase in knowledge for mothers.

One of the activities carried out is socialization about worm disease in stunted children as an effort to increase public awareness from an early age through monitoring children's growth and development at posyandu. The aim of PkM is to increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about preventing and treating stunting and worms. The method used is counseling through health education on how to prevent and treat worms early in stunted children. The PkM target is 28 mothers of toddlers. The implementation was carried out in Bone Village. The results of the outreach show that the education and knowledge of mothers of toddlers is still low so that the implementation of socialization activities can increase knowledge and build commitment among mothers with toddlers in the Bone Village area to monitor the nutritional status and growth and development of toddlers against worms at the Posyandu.

Iron needs can be met by food consumed daily with the addition of iron supplements and if iron needs are not met it can cause anemia. Anemia in pregnant can increase the risk of premature birth, maternal and child death, and infectious diseases. Anemia can affect the growth and development of the fetus or baby during pregnancy or after. The government's efforts to prevent anemia include improving the quality of health services, financing health insurance, providing 90 blood supplement tablets during pregnancy, and health education about nutrition and preventing anemia. Increasing knowledge is urgently needed to strengthen awareness in increasing knowledge and behavior in preventing anemia in pregnant. One of the efforts made is health education activities regarding the prevention and early detection of anemia in pregnant. The result of this community service activity is that there is an increase in knowledge about anemia in pregnant before and after being given health education

Providing education to the community about the importance of growth and development screening of infants, toddlers and APRAS is very useful for mothers and health cadres. Where mothers or cadres can detect early developmental deviations in children in their growing age. The purpose of this community service is to provide education about the importance of early detection of growth and development and screening to determine whether the growth and development of children is in accordance with age. The implementation of this education uses leaflets and teaching sheets and growth and development screening using KMS and KPSP which is one of the instruments to determine the normal or deviant growth and development of children. The number of counseling participants was 29 people (20 parents and 9 cadres) while the number of screening participants was 20 people. After being given education to mothers and cadres, it is very helpful for mothers and cadres to increase their knowledge and get the results of screening 20 normal children according to age.

Housemart Cirebon is a trading company engaged in staple goods located on Jalan Cideng Indah, Cirebon Regency - West Java. Cirebon Housemart provides basic ingredients from national brands ranging from household needs, baby products, to body and beauty care products. At present the business activities carried out are somewhat less effective. Sales, promotions and orders are still done manually, this is less effective because there is no detailed information on what products are being sold to buyers. . Recording and checking of transaction data, customer data, goods data, is still done manually in written document archives, data loss is still very likely to occur. The development method used to design the system uses the prototype method. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based Housemart Cirebon Sales Information System that is capable of performing sales, ordering and data processing services at Cirebon Housemart so that it can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of performance and time. The hope is to be able to provide complete information regarding the ordering process, services and promotions so that it is even better at Housemart Cirebon.
