Training and accompaniment in the financial management of female fishermen in catch processing and marketing groups by accounting lecturers has a significant role in increasing financial literacy in Tasikmadu Village, Prigi, Trenggalek Regency. This community service article discusses the importance of efforts to increase financial literacy. Accounting lecturers provide training on financial management and accounting practices to the Catch Processing and Marketing Group, as well as providing guidance in applying these concepts in daily business operations. Apart from that, lecturers can introduce financial management guidebooks, accounting applications and help business groups understand financial records and create accountable financial reports. The positive impacts include increasing economic prosperity, reducing business risks, sustainable growth, contributing to local economic growth, and improving the overall community economy.

The background of this research is that there are still many employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II who have not been able to provide brilliant ideas into the operational performance of the company. This can be seen because there are several work processes that are less effective and efficient, therefore it is very important for Perum Jasa Tirta II to further improve Innovative Work Behavior. From a total of 947 employees, it is estimated that only some employees have developed their innovations, then the results of the innovation development of some of these employees resulted in 14 applications and service websites that have been implemented at Perum Jasa Tirta II from the standard number of applications and which should be 26. This research using a quantitative research model, data were collected using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, the test method used IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that Cyberloafing had a significant negative effect on Innovation Work Behavior in Perum Jasa Tirta II employees and Leader Member Exchange had a significant positive influence significant effect on Innovation Work Behavior among employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II.

This research was conducted at Online Shop XYZ, a medical equipment shop that operates online and utilizes technology such as marketplaces and financial applications such as Jubelio. From the research results, it can be concluded that the Jubelio application has an important role for the inventory accounting information system owned by the XYZ online shop. The jubelio application makes it easier for the XYZ online shop warehouse to maintain its stock, the jubelio application can also improve the performance of the warehouse department. This research aims to develop a web-based palm oil sales application at the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. The research method used is a qualitative method, a case study carried out by researchers at the Palm Oil Research Center on Jl. Brigjend Katamso No. 51, kp. Baru, Medan. Researchers collect data through observations and interviews, then the data is processed and analyzed so as to obtain temporary assumptions to draw conclusions from the results of these observations. The research results show that the website, called my palm oil, can increase the effectiveness of palm oil sales, especially in marketing palm oil sprouts, fertilizers, pesticides and other superior products. However, there are several shortcomings that need to be corrected, such as limited features and lack of cooperation with expeditions and users cannot access the application freely like general buying and selling applications. Overall, My Sawit is a useful tool for those in the agricultural industry who are looking for an easy way to shop for palm oil seeds and other related products. The development of the My Sawit application is expected to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales of palm oil seeds and related products, as well as expanding PPKS market reach.  

The emergence of online transportation services has changed the way humans access areas of life, increasing accessibility significantly. The integration of digital technology has brought increased speed, efficiency and connectivity to services, especially through applications on smartphones. For example, online motorcycle taxi services in Indonesia have become an important source of income for many individuals. Many people rely on work as online motorcycle taxi drivers to meet their family's economic needs. This research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of online motorcycle taxis as a source of income, taking into account the diversity of drivers from various backgrounds, including those with families, those without families, and female drivers. This research uses a qualitative approach, a method suitable for exploring the condition of natural objects. The results of this research are based on interviews with 8 sources from online motorcycle taxi drivers around UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Pondok Labu Campus. Interviewees involved a variety of backgrounds, and the responses received varied, some were satisfied with their work, while others saw it as just a side job. Even though online motorcycle taxis offer accessibility and flexibility in working hours, research findings show that this profession has not become the main job for most drivers. Tight competition in the online motorcycle taxi industry is also a factor that contributes to the economic constraints felt by some drivers, especially those who have family responsibilities.

This research explores the application of Monte Carlo Simulation in estimating portfolio risk in the Indonesian stock market. The primary objective is to assess the effectiveness of this method in predicting portfolio return distribution and managing risk compared to traditional methods like Value at Risk (VaR). Data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) were used to analyze stock returns, focusing on sectors such as telecommunications and property. Monte Carlo Simulation was applied to generate multiple scenarios of stock returns based on historical data and probabilistic distributions. The findings show that Monte Carlo Simulation provides a more comprehensive risk estimation, especially for stocks with high volatility and small market capitalization. Unlike VaR, which assumes a normal distribution, Monte Carlo Simulation accounts for extreme risk events and market uncertainties. The study also highlights the importance of diversification, as portfolios with a mix of high and low volatility stocks demonstrate a more stable risk profile. The results suggest that Monte Carlo Simulation is an effective tool for investors looking to manage risk in dynamic market conditions, providing more accurate and reliable estimations compared to traditional risk assessment methods. This research recommends further exploration of Monte Carlo Simulation in other sectors or with varied data for broader applications in risk management.

At present, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is not only happening in the industrial world but also in government agencies that apply technology to fulfill service needs to the community. The government is expected to answer all community needs by providing the best services based on information technology. One of them is the Jambi City Public Complaint Information System Applications or Online-Based Jambi City Community Complaint Application (SiKesal) is a form of information technology-based service application for incoming public complaints dominated by infrastructure, roads, drainage, cleanliness, street lights, clean water, and parking problems and about damage to be repaired. With the public complaint report, it will not be followed up by the relevant OPD admin, so it is necessary to train how to use the SiKesal application for OPD Admins in Jambi City so that each OPD admin knows what to do. On this basis, in the community service program (PkM) activities on this occasion, assistance in using the SiKesal application for OPD admins in the Jambi City which is one of the right solutions for the government to improve government services to the community so that public satisfaction and trust in the government can increase.

According to the theory, Account Officers have an important impact on determining customers. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the analysis of the role of the Account Officer in overcoming problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank? and How is the performance analysis of the Account Officer in overcoming problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank? This study uses a qualitative research method with a type of field study research. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study mention the role of the account officer in analyzing and processing financing applications at the BSI KCP Ponorogo bank including managing accounts, managing products, managing financing and managing sales by approaching debtors and the need for review at any time. Currently, the KPSP Pro application is available, which can be accessed via smartphone, which can be used by parents to carry out independent developmental screening of their respective children. The problems currently faced by partners are the minimal knowledge of parents regarding screening and stimulating growth and development in children, the lack of utilization of the facilities that are already available for conducting screening, many parents who are not open to technology, and do not understand how to access and use applications. KPSP Pro is also unable to utilize information from screening results. The solutions offered to partners are: conducting seminars for teachers and parents regarding the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children, informing regarding the availability of the KPSP Pro application, teaching how to access/download the KPSP Pro application, conducting roleplays, carrying out development screening using KPSP Pro and provide an understanding regarding the use of screening results. The results of this activity showed an increase in mothers' knowledge about developmental screening of preschool-age children.

wakqf is one of the economic instruments of the people that can be used for the economic empowerment of the people. Basically, waqf is productive in the sense that it must produce because waqf can fulfill its purpose if it has produced where the results are utilized in accordance with its designation (mauquf alaih) This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature study and observation. The purpose of this research is to provide information related to waqf management. The results showed that the application of productive waqf to improve Islamic economic welfare can be done with a variety of applications with development design models, including establishing mosques (places of worship), business shops, gas stations or gas stations, banking, offices, multi-purpose halls, photocopying, apartments or boarding houses, hotels, and others so as to achieve general benefits as a benefit for the people with social, economic and cultural development of the community.

The aim of this study is to provide a detailed account of the exhaustive methodology employed in the XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Ulakan Tapakis course to enhance the learning experience and cultivate students' enthusiasm for the study of dance culture. This investigation is classified as descriptive qualitative research, and its data collection methods include documentation, interviews, and observation. According to the results, the holistic approach utilized in class XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Ulakan Tapakis comprised several interdependent elements, such as learning objectives, method selection, and learning media selection, all of which were in accordance with the content or learning material, teachers, and students. These components are intended to foster increased student participation and creativity in the educational process. By promoting students' ability to identify, understand, value, and implement the information presented by the instructor, this methodology guarantees the successful achievement of the Dance Culture educational goals. Class XI IPS 1 SM A N 1 Ulakan Tapakis demonstrates the implementation of a comprehensive approach to dance culture education by employing learning videos, PowerPoint presentation applications, and jigsaw method-based group discussions. Students are not only emotionally stimulated, but also intellectually, sensually, and physically enriched through the implementation of this methodology.

This article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the IndependentThis article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) in the form of teaching assistance to empower students in assisting the learning process in elementary schools in various villages/cities, one of which is SDI Bistio which is located in Masebewa, Sikka Regency, NTT. In this program, students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching process, assist with technology adaptation, and assist school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of students in adapting technology at SDI Bistio, especially in using the Zoom and Google Meet learning applications. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. Data analysis includes (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this program is an increase in the knowledge of SDI Bistio teachers and students in terms of using the Zoom and Google Meet applications. This activity is limited to training students so long-term follow-up activities are needed to support technology adaptation at SDI Bistio.

Community service activities are carried out at Bintang Timur Kindergarten in Pematang Siantar in order to help children at an early age understand android educational games that are suitable for consumption by the child himself. Educational games as a support for children's cognitive development so that parents must understand various types of educational game applications, how to choose the right educational games, and how to install on cellphones. The implementation method used is presentation, demonstration, practice, brainstorming, and sharing about educational games to the Principal at Bintang Timur Kindergarten, Pematang Siantar.  This activity was carried out through three stages, namely 1) socialization, 2) mentoring, 3) monitoring and evaluation. The results of the implementation of this activity are:  1) understanding of android educational games as a support for children's cognitive development in the very good category.  This is indicated by the percentage of indicators of achievement of recognizing educational games (96%), choosing educational games (89%), installing educational games (93%), and implementing educational games (86%); 2) obtained a positive response as seen from the attendance indicator of participants reaching 93% of the target and enthusiastic participants during the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity. The ultimate goal of introducing educational games is that parents are IT literate so that they are able to monitor their children in using cellphones, especially when playing games.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques use interviews and documentation, data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques using inductive thinking, and this research data uses primary data sources obtained from supporting sources, namely books, the internet and literature. other. PT. BSM Kcp Aksara has applied the precautionary principle in bad credit using the 5C principle analysis, which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Colliteral as well as producers that customers must go through in submitting financing applications, providing financing, paying financing installments and obstacles to bad credit. . The results of this research, PT. BSM Kcp Aksara in implementing the principle of prudence in the financing that has been carried out is not good enough, BSM provides financing by emphasizing the 5C principle which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Collateral. The important thing in providing financing to customers is Collateral (Guarantee). Judging from the results of customer data, the 5C principle has not been able to completely prevent bad credit due to the Account Office (AO) being less careful in analyzing financing. However, BSM's consistency in handling problematic financing customers has been carried out according to producers by collecting them periodically and providing warning letters I, II and III in stages.  

One of the most basic and most important things in dealing with the circulation of false information is to strengthen digital literacy and ethics in students, the purpose of this study is to provide education and socialization about the urgency and strengthening of digital literacy and ethics as a preventive in preventing Hoax and Hate Speech information circulating on social media, this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with the results: First, strengthening digital literacy is an effective solution in dealing with fake news circulating, because the higher a person's cognitive abilities, the more selective he is in sorting out the information presented, Second, the implementation stage in strengthening and learning literacy and learning ethics is with various learning methods, especially digital-based learning media, school literacy movements, e-learning and utilization of online learning platforms and applications in honing students' cognitive skills and skills in digital literacy, as well as the effectiveness of socialization about the impact and dangers of hoaxes and hate speech. Third, the obstacles in strengthening digital literacy and digital ethics are student skills, weak parental control and supervision, social and economic status, and the skills and abilities of teachers who are required to continue to innovate.

The use of learning media that is less than optimal is the basis of this research with the aim of developing learning media for Android applications and knowing the process of student answers. This type of research is development research with a model adapted from Borg and Gall with a  sample of class VIII-2 students of Santa Maria Private Middle School Medan, totaling 25 people. From the results of the study, it was obtained (1) the quality of the developed learning media met the valid, practical, and effective categories with an assessment by media experts of 3.82 and material experts of 3.87, practicality from the student response with a score of 3.61 and the teacher's response with a score of 4, and the effectiveness of classical student learning completeness reaches 92% of students and an n-gain score of 0.62 which means an increase in mathematical visual abilities is included in the moderate category. (2) The process of student answers shows that students have been able to identify problems, understand problems, generalize patterns and explain what is obtained, which means that students have fulfilled each indicator of mathematical visual ability, namely looking, seeing, imagining, showing and telling.
