Sales and purchase agreements that occur electronically between sellers and buyers create online buying and selling. Internet and social media users in Indonesia, online E-Commerce businesses are increasingly growing. E-Commerce is business activities involving consumers, manufacturers, service providers and intermediaries using computer networks, namely the internet. E-Commerce users are also of various ages, because there are many conveniences when shopping online, just open the desired E-Commerce application, choose the items you buy and the goods arrive as desired within a few days. The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. This is due to the fact that the conditions necessary for the validity of an electronic agreement have not been specifically regulated. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. Research results Electronic documents are binding and recognized as valid evidence to provide legal certainty regarding the operation of electronic systems and electronic transactions, especially for proof and related to legal actions carried out through electronic systems

The advancement of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) is transforming the way scientists conduct deep-sea exploration and environmental monitoring. AUVs equipped with sophisticated sonar, AI-driven navigation systems, and real-time data transmission capabilities can explore extreme marine environments where human intervention is impossible. This paper reviews state-of-the-art developments in AUV technology, including enhanced battery efficiency, swarm intelligence for coordinated underwater missions, and AI-based anomaly detection for marine biodiversity assessment. Additionally, the study highlights the role of AUVs in disaster response, such as oil spill detection and ocean pollution analysis. By addressing technical challenges such as communication latency, data processing in harsh environments, and energy efficiency, this research aims to contribute to the next generation of AUV applications.

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the company's strategy dominates the international market.  PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the companies that is able to enter the international market.  The products of PT Indofood in this study sell their products in several countries.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely scientific investigation that aims to understand a phenomenon in its natural social context through a process of in-depth communicative interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied.  From the results of this research, Indomie is the instant noodle brand of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in Indonesia and is the largest instant noodle producer in the world with 16 factories that produce 15 billion packs of Indomie each year.  Indomia is also exported to more than 60 countries around the world.  The application of continuous innovation, namely the construction of factories abroad, product strategy, quality maintenance, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy, customer relationship (consumer relationship building strategy).

The inheritance law itself is part of the civil law and the smallest part of the family law. The customary law inheritance system includes 3 (three) patterns, namely patrilineal, matrilineal, and parental. One of the tribes that still applies customary inheritance law is the Talang Mamak Tribe. This research explores the application of the inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe in the customary inheritance system in Indonesia and its legal consequences in terms of aspects of Indonesian civil law. This research is of a normative juridical type using a statutory debate approach and a concept approach. The secondary data used comes from literature studies with analytical descriptive analytical methods. The result of the research obtained by Penilis is that most of the Talang Mamak people are known to have converted to Islam. The traditional inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe basically uses a matrilineal system, where the heirs are daughters. The role of Ninik amak and the daughter here is to be the ruler or controller of the inheritance and the custodian of all the brothers of the wife including the sons. According to Article 105 and Article 109 of the Civil Code, this is inversely proportional to the position of women who are classified as legally incompetent. The Industrial Revolution 4.0, which coincided with the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic, demanded that the world of education implement a different system. Classroom learning that involves students directly is now starting to switch to online learning. One of the learning media used is the Kahoot application. Interactive quizzes in this application can be implemented on an ongoing basis, including in face-to-face learning after the pandemic. Unfortunately, not all educational institutions know about the existence and benefits of this application. Sungai Putih High School, Kampar Regency, which is our service partner, is one of them. This dedication to introducing interactive learning through online media has had satisfactory results. From 38 respondents covering all classes and teachers at the high school, 100% of respondents felt interested in this learning and 96% of respondents agreed that learning evaluation using Kahoot was felt to be more effective than tests in general. For the continuity of implementation, the service team provided a Kahoot Usage Guide book which was designed directly by the service team.

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

In the current era of globalization, there are many problems with hair loss, dandruff, and unhealthy hair. Hair mask is one of the treatments to treat hair damage. Bitter gourd is known to have a bitter taste and has the benefit of reducing hair loss and dandruff, which is the main ingredient in making hair masks. The purpose of this study was to determine the manufacturing process, application method, and public acceptance of pare fruit hair masks to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The research methods used are literature, experiments, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Making pare fruit hair mask with composition. stearic acid 20 g, liquid paraffin 40 ml, bitter melon juice 70 ml, menthol 0.5 g, TEA 3.5 ml, lime seed perfume 3.5 ml, nipagin 0.5 g. The use of hair masks is done 2 times a week, the use has been seen after use. The results of the public test to 41 respondents to determine the acceptance of the community. It can be concluded that pare fruit hair mask is effective in reducing hair loss and dandruff as an innovation of pare fruit in making hair masks. Need clinical trials and durability tests of bitter melon hair mask products to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The need for other efforts by diligently washing hair to reduce hair loss and dandruff.

Weaving is a unique variation whose manufacturing method is quite complicated and requires precision and patience. The process of making woven fabric which is quite complicated with unique results makes the writer interested in choosing woven as a variation of dramatic exotic clothing in the clothing. The problem discussed is how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The aim is to find out how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The benefit is to know about how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The method used is the method of research and development (research and development). The process of applying variations of weaving techniques in dramatic exotic clothing is as follows: making designs, determining the materials and weaving techniques to be used, preparing the tools and materials, taking measurements, making patterns, cutting fabrics, merging, pressing, weaving, making trials, sewing the clothing, applying weaving to clothing. The completion process is soom stitching and attaching the buttons. In the process of weaving, it is better to use a used cardboard base or Styrofoam, then both ends of the material are pinned using a pin to ease the weaving process. For woven braids, it should be decorated with stitches to beautify the appearance and maintain the shape of the weaving. The four-axis weaving should be pinned by hand sewing using a hand sewing needle and the thread to maintain the shape of the weaving. 

Current learning after the pandemic is more towards the Hybrid learning method where this method combines online learning with face-to-face learning. In this learning, interactive learning media is needed by teachers. Prezi application is a software for internet-based presentation (SaaS). In addition to presentations, it can also be used as a tool to explore and share ideas on a virtual canvas. It is superior because this program uses the en:Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which allows Prezi users to zoom in and out of presentation media. The partner problem is that teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mijen Demak still need training and assistance in making interactive multimedia. Therefore, the community service team at the Faculty of Language and Culture, University of 17 Agustustus 1945 Semarang conducted intensive communication with the manager of the MA Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda to find solutions to these problems. There are three methods applied in this service, namely Presentation, Demonstration, and Practice Method. Presentation method is applied in the introduction of the Prezi Application, its benefits, and its application in making interactive learning media, Demonstration Method regarding the operation or use of the application and Practical Method where teachers practice directly making interactive learning media according to their respective subjects. After this service, teachers can position and use learning media as a needed component of a learning process. Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Teachers are always required to be able to develop and use learning tools available in schools in accordance with current developments.

Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. Limboto Subdistrict, which is the capital of Gorontalo Regency, has fairly high population growth and is an area that is vulnerable to the effects of drought. This causes the availability of groundwater to decrease. This study aims to utilize the GIS application to determine the pattern of groundwater flow in the Limboto District. This groundwater flow pattern can be used as a reference for further research related to groundwater. The type of data in this study is the type of primary data. The method used in this research is a survey method, namely by measuring directly in the field. The data analysis technique used to determine the pattern of groundwater flow in Limboto Regency is utilizing software (GIS) using ArcGIS 10.7 software to obtain a map of groundwater flow patterns in Limboto District. The results of the spatial analysis of the groundwater flow pattern map in Limboto District show that water flows from the northern part of the study site to the southern part of the study site.

Teenagers with inadequate knowledge about cosmetics are more likely to use harmful or unlawful goods. Students at SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta have never received instruction on the selection and application of beauty products. This counseling session is anticipated to raise the SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta students' awareness of the importance of utilizing adolescent-appropriate and safe skin care products and how to select them. This counseling procedure is conducted offline for counseling participants at Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. The given counseling material addresses a variety of adolescent skin conditions, as well as the many types of skincare ingredients and how to choose the appropriate one based on the adolescent's skin. Compared to the Pre-test, which was administered prior to the presenter's explanation of the topic, there was an increase in knowledge on the Post-test. Therefore, it can be inferred that participants gained knowledge from this activity's material and conversations, particularly in regards to the skincare material offered.

21st century learning has had a huge impact on students and teachers. Students must be guided to be able to think critically to overcome various kinds of problems that occur. Furthermore, teachers as education play an important role in honing problem solving skills in their students. The problem solving learning model is a learning model that directs students to solve problems in the learning process. In addition, the problem solving learning model is not fully capable of being applied by science teachers. Although, in the 2013 curriculum in Indonesia a teacher is required to be able to apply the problem solving model in conducting science learning. Not only that, the limited experience of teachers in applying variations of these learning models is still the main obstacle in learning science. So, teachers in Indonesia must have extensive experience in adopting problem solving learning models. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the problem solving learning model in learning science in Indonesia. This research is a kind of meta-analysis research. The research sample came from analyzing national and international journals published from 2010-2022. The selection of data used as samples was carried out very strictly and thoroughly. Searching for this research sample through Google Scholar, Eric, Hindawi, Sage, Springer, Proquest, IEEE, DOAJ, and Wiley. The sample selection technique is a purposive sampling technique. In this technique, the data that is used as a sample must have a relationship with the research variable. In searching for sample keywords, namely problem solving learning models in learning science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) in various schools in Indonesia. Data analysis is descriptive statistical analysis with the OpenMEE application. Data analysis was performed by calculating effect size, standard deviation (SD), average value (mean), and N-gain. The results of this study concluded that the application of the problem solving learning model was very effective in learning science in Indonesia. This learning model is able to increase student learning outcomes with an average score of 86 students in the experimental class and 65.5 in the control class, the effect size value is 1.39 in the high category and N-Gain is 0.55.

This study aims to describe training in the use of the ClassDojo learning application as an effort to increase learning for YPK Merauke Middle School teachers. This study discusses the training provided to YPK Merauke Middle School teachers to the assistance provided by the team. Implementation of learning using learning applications can increase teacher creativity in conducting learning in class. This, of course, must be carried out by training so that teachers can apply it in the classroom. This research uses descriptive qualitative method as a process in conducting research. One of the general users of website users in public schools is the use of web-based learning aplications that contain tutorials, exercises or vidios that are developed and uploaded to web. 

Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all countries and no exception beloved our country Indonesia, has resulted in destruction and the collapse of the community’s economy. At the same time there is information about the covid-19 virus that still needs to be questioned about the validity of the source. With the development of technology in today’s era, it is easier for us to filter information that has valid sources so that there are no misunderstandings about the information obtained. So on this basis, this study aims to develop a chatbot model regarding Covid-19 in a relevant and fast manner according to the questions and statements entered. Chatbot itself is an Artificial Intelligence-based program or we can call it a digital assistant, which can simulate user conversations or chats like humans through an application either based on Android or the web. In this era of rapid technological development, many things are developing rapidly, one of which is the development of games in the world. Many games have been made by the developers themselves, so there are already many variations of the type of game itself, one of which is the endless runner genre game. In the endless runner game itself, there is an object that we have to create massively and repeatedly which usually applies to how to create and delete these objects massively. However, there is a better method in optimizing the implementation for massive object creation and deletion with the object pooling method, where the difference is in this method uses how to activate and deactivate objects. So in this way, it will optimize the game so that its performance does not drop and memory usage does not take up much space.

SMA YATPI Godong merupakan perwujudan dalam membentuk, mencerdaskan generasi muda Bangsa Indonesia. Untuk menghadapi ini masalah, sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web dibutuhkan di SMA YTPI Godong sebagai amemberikan solusi yang akurat, cepat dan tepat informasi. Sistem informasi akademik ditawarkan dapat mengelola informasi akademik, baik data kehadiran siswa, absensi mengajar dan absen mengajar guru, mengelola data nilai, jadwal pelajaran, jadwal mengajar guru, dan bisa mempublikasikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan akademik. Itu pengembangan informasi akademik berbasis web ini sistem menggunakan pengembangan aplikasi cepat (RAD) metode, model pengembangan ini digunakan karena ini model dianggap model dengan mengutamakan waktu, jadi prosesnya relatif singkat sehingga dengan pengembangan sistem informasi ini dapat dilakukan bermanfaat dalam memberikan kemudahan baik bagi siswa maupun guru.

From the problems that occur above, it is necessary to have a learning media that can help children with disabilities, especially the deaf, especially for the introduction of numbers and letters so that they can easily understand and understand letters and numbers. not bored, bored and lazy in learning. Learning media in the form of an android application so that it can be used on smartphones which are currently very widely used by both teachers and parents of students with disabilities.
