This study aims to analyze traders’ perceptions and behaviors toward the implementation of sharia principles in Islamic banking products and services. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving traders at Parung Market selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained through in depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using thematic analysis through coding, categorization, and pattern identification. The findings reveal that most traders hold positive perceptions of core Islamic banking values such as fairness, transparency, and the prohibition of usury. However, their understanding of sharia contracts varies and is not fully comprehensive. Despite these positive perceptions, actual behavior does not always align, as traders often prefer conventional banks for business transactions requiring speed, efficiency, and more reliable digital services. This indicates a clear gap between religious intentions and economic practices, commonly referred to as the intention behavior gap. The study concludes that improving Islamic financial literacy, strengthening digital service innovation, and enhancing service quality are essential to promoting wider adoption of Islamic banking products.

This study aims to examine various factors that influence customers' engagement in choosing the Cicil Emas product as a form of long-term investment at Bank Muamalat Purwokerto. This research is based on the increasing trend of gold investment in the community caused by the increase in gold prices and awareness of the importance of halal investment according to sharia principles. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of Bank Muamalat Purwokerto. The results show that customer interest is influenced by several main factors, namely trust in sharia principles through the murabahah contract, a positive perception of gold as a stable investment asset, the ease of installment procedures that are flat and transparent, and the efficiency of the payment system through autodebit. In addition, social factors such as family recommendations and active promotions from the marketing department also strengthen customer interest. From the SWOT analysis, it was found that the main strength of this product lies in Bank Muamalat's reputation as a pioneering sharia bank and a stable installment system, while its main weaknesses are limited physical gold stocks and low public investment literacy. With increasing public awareness of sharia investment and the large market potential in Purwokerto, the Cicil Emas product has strong prospects for continued growth as a safe and Islamically-compliant long-term investment instrument.

This study aims to analyze market sentiment towards Gold Financing Products (PKE) in Islamic banking before and after the Trump Effect phenomenon using the text mining method. This technique involves extracting information from unstructured text data to then be visualized and analyzed using the Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach and a RoBERTa-based classification model. Data was collected through web scraping from the X application with the help of API and processed using Google Colab. From a total of 4,074 tweets analyzed, it was found that the majority of public sentiment was neutral (59%), followed by negative (24%) and positive (17%). This reflects the public's tendency to discuss informatively rather than emotionally, although there was a spike in negative sentiment in certain periods indicating sensitivity to global dynamics, especially the impact of the Trump Effect on gold prices. The resulting wordcloud reveals key topics such as gold prices, buying and selling activities, and institutions such as Pegadaian Syariah and BSI. Terms such as "sharia", "riba", and "principles" emphasize the importance of Islamic financial values in public perception. The results of this study indicate that text mining-based sentiment analysis is effective in capturing the dynamics of public opinion in real-time and can be a strategic tool for Islamic financial institutions in responding to market changes.

The study aims to understand how the elements of marketing—product, price, place, and promotion—affect Generation Z’s perception and preference toward Islamic banking products. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants from among university students and Islamic banking practitioners. The analysis results show that the use of social media, delivery of religious values, and ease of access are dominant factors in increasing interest. This study aims to analyze the implementation of content marketing strategies in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, with a focus on the effectiveness of content in enhancing audience engagement and building the image of Islamic brands. The research was conducted through a literature review of various academic sources and previous studies, as well as an analysis of the content marketing of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) on its YouTube channel as the main object. In the digital context, the types of content used include educational videos, marketing videos, and collaborations with influencers. The findings indicate that visual, educational, interactive, and authentic content has a significant impact on driving digital engagement and increasing brand awareness. Meanwhile, promotional content delivered through influencers tends to be more effective when preceded by strong brand image reinforcement, enabling consumers to develop a more positive perception of the institution. Further analysis reveals that BSI’s YouTube channel has demonstrated consistency in branding, Islamic positioning, and delivering educational messages. However, audience interaction remains limited, as reflected in the minimal responses to comments, underutilization of community features, and subscriber growth lagging behind major banks such as BCA. This situation highlights the need to optimize strategies through strengthening two-way communication, delivering serial educational content, employing more strategic calls-to-action (CTA), and integrating with the official website and other digital platforms. The study concludes that the success of content marketing in Islamic banking heavily depends on value relevance, publication consistency, and the ability to build sustainable interaction with audiences, thereby supporting increased loyalty and customer acquisition. These findings provide important contributions to designing effective and sustainable digital communication strategies that align with ethical principles and Islamic values.
