Akuntansi Pajak dan Kebijakan Ekonomi Digital 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study describes the fluctuating exports and imports over the past five years, from 2020 to 2024, which also influenced fluctuations in Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of exports and imports on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves from 2020 to 2024. The research method is quantitative using secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. The population in this study was 5 years from 2020 to 2024. Data analysis used classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. In addition, hypothesis tests were also used, consisting of partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study indicate that the export variable has a negative effect on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves from 2020 to 2024. The import variable has a positive effect on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves from 2020 to 2024. Export and import variables do not simultaneously affect Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves from 2020 to 2024. The implication of this research is that the government needs to manage export and import policies more effectively, as they do not always have the theoretical impact on foreign exchange reserves. Improvements in export quality and import controls are needed, as well as consideration of other factors such as foreign investment and economic policies to maintain the stability of foreign exchange reserves.

The Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDesma) plays an important role in empowering the local community's economy. BUMDesma "Bumi Artha Mandiri LKD" in Kemujan Village runs a revolving loan program to meet the capital needs of the community, particularly for micro-business actors. This study aims to describe the structure, procedures, and performance of the accounting system applied to the program, as well as to identify obstacles and efforts for improvement. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through direct observation, interviews with BUMDesma managers and borrower members, and financial document analysis. The results show that the running accounting system includes modules for member registration, lending, payments, and financial reports with recording procedures in accordance with basic accounting principles. The advantages of this system include high transparency and adequate risk control, but it still faces challenges such as limited technology, management capacity, and availability of accurate data. Planned improvements include the adoption of information technology, continuous training, and enhanced cooperation with the community. The study concludes that the existing accounting system has made a positive contribution, but it needs to be strengthened to support the sustainability of the revolving loan program and the economic empowerment of the village.

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are established to support the improvement of the local economy. One of the recurring challenges faced by BUMDes is capital availability, which is essential for business expansion and achieving shared objectives. This study aims to analyze the effect of cognitive bias on investment decisions through reward-based investment balance as a mediating variable. The study employed a sample of 165 BUMDes distributed across the Pati Residency, using a combination of purposive sampling and cluster sampling, where the selected BUMDes represented each district and involved investors from the local community or community groups. Data were collected from BUMDes located in five districts within the Pati Residency, and the analysis was conducted using SMART PLS. The results indicate that cognitive bias has a direct and significant effect on community investment decisions as well as on reward-based investment balance. Furthermore, reward-based investment balance was found to have a direct effect on investment decisions. The findings also confirm that reward-based investment balance mediates the relationship between cognitive bias and investment decisions.

Pulau Ketam, a small fishing village in Selangor, Malaysia, faces persistent economic challenges despite its abundance of marine resources and longstanding tradition of herbal knowledge. Limited access to modern markets, dependence on middlemen, and a lack of digital literacy have restricted the community’s ability to fully benefit from its local assets. This study aims to explore the implementation of digital branding strategies as a means of empowering local communities and strengthening the marketing of seafood and herbal products. Employing a community-based participatory approach, the research integrates digital marketing training, brand development workshops, and the establishment of an e-commerce platform tailored to local needs. Data collection was carried out through surveys of 150 local entrepreneurs, focus group discussions with community leaders, and performance metrics analysis over a six-month period. The intervention generated a 65% increase in online sales, a 40% improvement in product visibility, and notable progress in community digital literacy. Findings reveal that structured digital branding programs not only enhance entrepreneurial capacity and market competitiveness but also support the preservation of cultural identity and traditional knowledge systems. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on rural digital transformation by providing empirical evidence that community empowerment through technology adoption can lead to sustainable economic development. The results suggest that similar models can be replicated in other marginalized communities to bridge digital gaps, strengthen local economies, and promote inclusive growth.

Waste management has become a critical issue in efforts to create a clean and sustainable environment, particularly in Klungkung Regency, which has seen a significant increase in waste generation following the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the local government’s initiatives to address this issue is the establishment of waste banks, including the Lestari Waste Bank in Besang Village. This study aims to analyze the influence of community participation, sustainable economic literacy, and environmental policy on the performance of the waste bank. The research was conducted in Besang Village, covering three sub-village areas: Besang Kawan, Besang Tengah, and Besang Kangin, with a total of 182 waste bank customers as respondents. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that community participation significantly contributes to improving the effectiveness of the waste bank program. Furthermore, community understanding of sustainable economic principles influences individual mindsets and waste-sorting behavior. In addition, environmental policies implemented by the local government strengthen the institutional capacity of waste banks to manage waste systematically and sustainably. Therefore, the collaboration between community involvement, economic understanding, and policy support is key to the success of waste banks as a community-based waste management solution.

Economic growth is one of the key indicators that reflects the welfare level of a country's population. Therefore, economic growth is always a central focus in national development planning, with the expectation of continuous improvement year after year. Java Island plays a vital role as the largest contributor to the national economy. However, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which occurred recently, caused a significant economic contraction, and Java Island was the most affected region. This crisis has impacted all sectors of the economy, including industry, trade, and tourism, which in turn affected the national economy. Nevertheless, the economic recovery efforts have begun to show results, with the economy, especially in Java, growing significantly in 2021. However, rapid growth in certain districts/cities in Java has caused new issues, such as population explosions, environmental degradation, and increasing crime rates. Therefore, it is essential to conduct a thorough analysis of the factors influencing economic growth and to map out the potential economic indicators in various regions across Java. This study uses multivariate biplot analysis and spatial econometrics to analyze and map the uniformity of districts/cities, industry mapping, and areas that serve as growth centers and those that are less developed. The results show that factors affecting economic growth in districts/cities vary. Generally, inflation has both positive and negative effects on the economy, while the unemployment rate, human development index, and population growth rate have a positive impact on economic growth. This study provides clear insights to support more targeted and effective development policies on Java Island, as well as improve the quality of life for residents in less developed areas.

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a critical indicator that measures the quality of development in a region through health, education, and economic dimensions. This study aims to analyze the key factors influencing HDI and its impact on social development in Indonesia. Using a descriptive analysis approach, secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) were utilized to evaluate HDI trends and disparities in recent years. Findings indicate that HDI improvement directly impacts community welfare, strengthens social stability, and reduces economic inequality. However, challenges such as regional disparities and unequal access to basic services must be addressed to achieve sustainable development. The implications of this study are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in designing more inclusive development strategies.

This paper examines the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation and the relationship between the Nigerian economy and the Treasury Single Account Policy (2015-2024). The Nigerian economy has developed slowly over the years, which has led to little to no improvement in the country's residents' standard of living. The study's overall goal was to determine how the Treasury Single Account Policy affected Nigeria's economic developments between 2015 and 2024. Its specific goals were to determine whether the human development index, Gini coefficient, and poverty rate of the country's economy differed significantly between the pre-and post-implementation periods. The research utilized the design of the quantitative study. Nigerian citizens make up the study's population, while the citizens of Nigeria for the years 2015–2024 make up the sample size. The study employed secondary data that came from the World Bank's National Accounts Data, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the Central Bank of Nigeria's Statistical Bulletin. The paired sample t-test was used to assess the data. The outcome showed that, except the variable of human development index, which showed a significant difference between the periods before and after the implementation of the treasury single account policy, economic development indicators (gini coefficient and poverty rate) did not differ significantly between the periods before and after the policy. Consequently, the analysis found that the Treasury Single Using the poverty rate and Gini coefficient as stand-ins for economic development, account policy had no discernible effect on the Nigerian economy. Additionally, it was determined that the Treasury Single Account Policy had a major influence on Nigeria's economic development using the Human Development Index as a proxy for economic progress. Therefore, it was advised that government programs for human development be maintained and improved, particularly in the fields of health and education.
