This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction, with purchase decisions as a mediating variable, specifically among Alfamart consumers in the Singosari area, Malang Regency. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition in the modern retail sector, which requires companies to understand the key factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this context, product quality and service quality are considered essential elements that shape customer perceptions and influence their purchasing decisions. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was used in this study. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, involving 97 respondents who had made purchases at Alfamart at least twice within the last three months. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of structured questionnaires, which included items measuring perceptions of product quality, service quality, purchase decisions, and customer satisfaction. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to examine the relationships among variables comprehensively and simultaneously. The results of the analysis show that both product quality and service quality have a significant and positive effect on purchase decisions and customer satisfaction. Moreover, purchase decisions are proven to significantly mediate the influence of both product and service quality on customer satisfaction. This indicates that the purchase decision acts as a crucial mechanism linking the effect of quality to overall satisfaction. These findings contribute theoretically to the consumer behavior literature in the modern retail context and offer practical implications for retail management, such as Alfamart. Retailers are encouraged to focus on improving both product offerings and service delivery as strategic efforts to enhance customer experience. By doing so, they can effectively increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty in the long term.

This study analyzes the influence of transformational leadership style in building a culture of innovation and increasing the involvement of Gen Z employees at PT. Alfamart. The study is based on the fact that Gen Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has unique characteristics that require a different leadership style than previous generations. Transformational leadership is considered to be able to meet the demands of Gen Z who want an innovative and flexible work environment. This study uses a quantitative method with survey data from 50 respondents of PT. Alfamart Se-Cikarang. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics (SmartPLS) to see the relationship and influence between transformational leadership variables, innovation culture, and employee engagement. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on the culture of innovation and employee engagement. The culture of innovation has also been proven to mediate the relationship bet employee.

Jurnal ini mengkaji tentang praktik penggunakan Member Card Ponta dalam Transaksi Jual Beli Di Alfamart dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam (Studi Kasus Alfamart Jembatan Serong Kota Depok). Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mengenai bagaimana menjadi pengguna member agar mendapatkan banyak keuntungan seperti diskon produk, promo, undian dll. Serta langkah mendapatkan undian dan implementasinya menurut perspektif hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perspektif hukum Islam dengan berdasarkan praktik pada penggunaan member di Alfamart Jembatan Serong yang memang dalam pelaksanaannya tidak mengandung unsur gharar, maisir, dan riba. Unsur ini dijelaskan pada pemaparan data dalam langkah memiliki member sehingga dapat menjadi pengguna member secara langsung dan mudah, paparan data perspektif dalam keuntugan yang didapatkan tidak merupakan riba sehingga aman, dant tidak rugi. Adapun perspektif dalam mendapatkan atau mengikuti undian ialah tidak mengandung unsur maisir namun adapun undian yang diharamkan dan dapat dilihat dari ketentuan dan tujuan si pelanggan dalam pelaksanaan untuk mendapatkan undian.

Penelitian ini mengacu pada upaya yang dilakukan oleh seluruh masyarakat di Indonesia dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian yaitu Usaha Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Dalam rangka pembenahan birokrasi menjadi lebih agile, perlu dipertanyakan kesiapan pemerintah dalam praktik Agile Governance. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan tantangan UMKM dalam menghadapi Perusahaan Ritel Modern yang telah berdiri di setiap sudut kota yaitu Indomaret dan Alfamart. Hal ini terlihat dari jumlah gerai yang telah berdiri dimana Indomaret pada tahun 2020 mencapai 17.681 gerai, sedangkan Alfamart pada tahun 2020 tercatat sebanyak 15.102 gerai di seluruh Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan implementasi Agile Governance dalam menangani permasalahan UMKM di setiap daerah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dari hasil yang telah disebutkan kesimpulannya, perusahaan retail seperti Indomaret dan Alfamart menjadi tempat persaingan yang ketat bagi Pasar Tradisional atau UMKM, namun jika pemerintah gesit dan mampu mensinkronisasikan kebutuhan masyarakat dan perekonomian maka akan berdampak kemajuan di suatu daerah dan Indonesia.
