This research explores the dynamics of public administration in Indonesia by comparing the roles and interactions of the formal and informal sectors in service delivery. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the study examines how these two sectors function independently and collaboratively within the broader context of governance. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with stakeholders from both sectors, including government officials, community leaders, and informal service providers. The findings reveal that while the formal sector is essential for providing structured public services and ensuring accountability, it often faces challenges such as bureaucratic inefficiencies and limited responsiveness to local needs. In contrast, the informal sector plays a critical role in addressing gaps left by formal institutions, offering agile and community-driven solutions, particularly in underserved areas. However, the informal sector also encounters significant challenges, including a lack of recognition and resources, which can hinder its effectiveness. The study highlights the importance of fostering collaboration between the formal and informal sectors to enhance public service delivery. By integrating the strengths of both sectors, it is possible to create a more responsive and effective public administration system. The research emphasizes that recognizing and supporting the informal sector as a complement to the formal sector is crucial for improving governance outcomes in Indonesia. The study provides actionable recommendations for policymakers to promote synergy between these sectors, ultimately leading to better public services that meet the diverse needs of the Indonesian population.

Managing incoming and outgoing letter archives is an important aspect in supporting administrative performance at the Regional Secretary's People's Welfare Bureau. This research aims to design a web-based administration system that can increase effectiveness and efficiency in managing mail archives. The methods used in this research include requirements analysis, system design, and prototype testing. The results of the analysis show that the mail management process is currently still carried out manually, which results in difficulties in searching and archiving data. By designing a web-based system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to input, search and manage mail archives in real-time. The resulting system prototype is equipped with features such as mail data management, reports and notifications, which are designed to increase data accessibility and security. Test results show that this system can function well and meet user needs. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to the Regional Secretary's People's Welfare Bureau in improving administrative performance through better archive management.

An effective school payment system will trigger the performance of the agency to be better than before. Web-Based School Administration Payment System Application at SMPI Nurush Shodiqin, In the world of education, an efficient and integrated administration system is very important to maintain the smooth running of academic and management processes, including data management of students, teachers, and school management. Nurush Shodiqin Islamic Junior High School (SMPI), as one of the educational institutions in the region, experiences problems in administrative management. The administration system used is still manual, especially in terms of recording student data, recapitulating grades, and paying tuition fees. This causes various problems such as data input errors, loss of important records, and delays in delivering information to related parties. . Therefore, the implementation of a Web-based Administration System at SMPI Nurush Shodiqin is a relevant solution. This system is expected to be able to overcome existing problems and improve the quality of school administration services. With a web-based system, it is expected that the administration process can be carried out more quickly, accurately, and transparently.

The policy for Independent Learning Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) internship activities is an example of a new idea in higher education that provides flexibility to students. In accordance with the mandate of Permendikbud Number 03 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards, the Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) was formed. Students of the IAIN Palangka Raya Islamic Education Management Study Program complete an internship assignment for one semester. The purpose of this program is to provide opportunities for students to apply the theories and knowledge that have been learned in lectures to the workplace situation. The method used is mentoring conducted by one Internship Assistance Lecturer to 4 participants for one semester. This internship activity is located at the Regional Staffing Agency of Central Kalimantan Province. The results of the office internship activities that have been carried out, student interns can do work practices and learn firsthand how the office administration system and staffing services at the BKD of Central Kalimantan province.

Currently, the level of use of means of transportation in Indonesia is quite high, this can be found in daily life. Almost all the time we see a large number and type of vehicles popping up. This research is (1) normative research so that the data source used is a secondary data source obtained from company records, (2) empirical research so that the data source used is a primary data source obtained from the results of interviews. The results of this study show that: (1) The Regulation of Motor Vehicle Tax Collection Procedures in Kupang City is carried out based on Presidential Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of the One-Stop Manunggal Administration System by going through the stages of registration, examination of registration files, data collection, determination and control of SSPD, re-examination of SSPD and affixing of paragraphs, payment, control of SKPD, endorsement, and finally archiving, (2) The first inhibiting factor namely economic factors where there are taxpayers who have low income, high dependent burdens and unstable sources of income. The second factor is weak compliance or legal awareness of taxpayers.

The current administration system for apartment buildings in Pontianak city still relies on manual data recording methods, which tend to cause various recording errors such as delays in data processing, incorrect data entry, and difficulties in accessing information. This condition has an impact on suboptimal service to apartment residents. As an alternative to address this problem, it is proposed to develop a web-based information system that can digitize data from various business processes in apartment management. This system is designed using the Laravel framework, a popular framework for web application development. The stages in this community service include in-depth analysis of system requirements that are suitable for the conditions of apartment buildings in Pontianak city, designing a user-friendly and efficient system, building the system based on the design that has been created from manual form recording, and conducting training for apartment managers to be able to operate the system well. This technology transfer has a positive impact on the change in the administration model and it is expected to create more effective and efficient apartment management and is easily accessible because it is online. Some other benefits that occur include increased accuracy of resident data, ease of accessing information, data transparency, and improved service quality for residents

The land holds significant importance for the people in Indonesia and is one of the country's natural resources. As an agricultural country, a large portion of the Indonesian population relies on agriculture as their primary source of livelihood. Farming, which involves cultivating land to produce food, has long been a cornerstone of rural economies. Notaries and Land Deed Officials (PPAT) play a critical role in Indonesia’s legal and land administration systems. Notaries, governed by Law No. 2 of 2014 and Article 1868 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata), are authorized to create authentic deeds, ensure legal certainty, and maintain document custody. Meanwhile, PPATs, under Government Regulation No. 37 of 1998 and Law No. 4 of 1996, are responsible for drafting deeds related to land registration and mortgage rights, including transactions involving the sale, purchase, and transfer of land rights. The distinct authority of notaries and PPATs is clearly defined by the relevant regulations, with the Constitutional Court Decision No. 5/PUU-XII/2014 affirming that their jurisdictions do not overlap, thereby safeguarding legal certainty in land administration.

This research was conducted to find out how the Recruitment and Selection Process affects employee performance at Radio Del FM Laguboti, to find out obstacles and alternative solutions in solving problems. Data collection techniques are through observation and interviews, namely directly observing the object being studied and with documentation. Based on the results of the discussion, it shows that the Employee Recruitment and Selection process at Radio Del FM Laguboti is in accordance with the general standards of roles and authority as stated in the job description and has been effective in finding new employees needed by the company. company. The obstacles that occur are lack of focus at work, a backlog of work and work taking a long time to complete, this is because the capacity is insufficient if there is only one worker. The solutions implemented temporarily are still not effective because some alternatives are sometimes still disrupted by urgent work that must be prioritized. In developing an administration system in a company, although development is slow, to achieve good development, the support of many parties and focus in its development is very necessary.  

General elections (elections) in Indonesia are an important mechanism in the democratic process which aims to elect people's representatives and government leaders directly by the people. This research aims to examine the principles, objectives of the election administration system, and the election system implemented in Indonesia. Using a descriptive and analytical approach, this study explores various aspects related to elections in Indonesia, including the basic principles underlying their implementation, the objectives to be achieved, and the electoral system used. This research concludes that although the electoral system in Indonesia has run with strong democratic principles, there is still room for improvement in its implementation and supervision. Recommendations include increasing political education for the community, strengthening election management institutions, and stricter law enforcement against election violations. With these steps, it is hoped that elections in Indonesia can be more effective, fair and democratic, so that they are able to fully reflect the will of the people.  

This study aims to design and build a hotspot network system using userman and proxy server radius at SMK Negeri 5 Luwu to solve problems because users are not limited in using devices to make internet connections in the school environment. Radius servers run a centralized user administration system. This system will certainly simplify the task of an administrator. With this system, users can use hotspots in different places by authenticating to the radius server. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 5 Luwu. The research method used in this study is Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Data collection methods consisting of direct observation methods to the research location, interviews with one of the operators as well as network operators / administrators in the school, literature studies. Testing was conducted using browser, CMD and Speedtest. The results of research with the hotspto using userman and radius server using the same user as the password in user authentication management to improve network security have been successfully implemented internet networks in schools to improve network security, so it is very helpful for network providers in managing and monitoring all users connected to their networks.

In the medical field, the difficulty of taking medicine is eased by drug donors fitted with sensors. It reminds them to take medicine via a signal and supply the necessary medicine at the specified moment. In health care, older individuals, athletes, and risk patients benefit from modern sensor technology. The current industrial trends driving innovation include ultrasound, radar, and non-contact optoelectronic solutions and laser technology. The paper gives a brief overview of the numerous types of sensors that are utilized in everyday life. Various capabilities of sensors for day-to-day healthcare are discussed. Various features, associated nomenclature, and measures for sensors in day-to-day routine life are discussed diagrammatically and finally, the paper identifies and discusses twenty-two significant applications of sensors for daily life. Sensors also produce vital information and exchange data with other connected devices and administration systems when linked to a network. Thus, for the effective running of many companies, sensors are critical. Various types of sensors are used in our daily life, which is more accurate and makes quicker analysis.

This article aims to examine the Role and Responsibility of Notary Related to Disclosing Beneficial Owner Information in Company Establishment. This research is a prescriptive normative legal research, using the statutory approach method and conceptual approach. The legal materials used consist of primary and secondary legal sources, which are analyzed through literature study of documents or library materials, and interpreted using deductive reasoning techniques and syllogism. The result to be achieved is that the notary is responsible for recording and identifying the beneficial owner. The notary is responsible in this capacity for ascertaining the identity of the beneficial owners and ensuring that all information related to them is correctly and accurately recorded in the company's official documents. In addition to ensuring recording accuracy, notaries are also responsible for reporting beneficial owner information to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through online reporting systems such as AHU Online and the Administration System for Legal Entities (SABH).

The implementation of the General Administration System in the Administration Division of PT Anugerah Santosa Abadi (ASA) in Surabaya has a significant impact on the smooth operation of the company. This research highlights tax invoice and invoice management as a key element in daily administrative activities. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research aims to analyze the administrative practices implemented and their impact on company efficiency. The main objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of the general administration system, with a focus on the management of tax invoices and invoices, as well as identifying the impact on the smooth operations of PT ASA. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by carrying out an internship practice for one month at PT ASA. Data was collected through observation, interviews with administrative personnel, and analysis of documents related to tax invoices, invoices, and company tax policies. The research results show that PT ASA consistently applies two types of invoices, namely tax invoices and invoices, with clear roles and functions. Tax invoice color management contributes to the effectiveness of archiving and transaction tracking. Implementation of payment terms with the "Accurate" application also allows adaptation to the needs of customers from different sectors. Overall, good integration of administrative systems ensures company compliance with tax regulations and provides optimal service to customers. This research concludes that the implementation of the general administration system at PT ASA, especially in the management of tax invoices and invoices, makes a positive contribution to smooth operations and company compliance with tax regulations. The practical implication of this research is the importance of understanding and managing administrative aspects holistically to improve the efficiency and quality of company services.    

  The effectiveness and  efficiency of the production administration at  MSMEs MAMIN Pakis process needs to be supported by competent human resources.  The reason for the dedication is because the production administration system is not yet perfect. The aim is to provide practical knowledge of strategy and application of performance evaluation in a continuous improvement manner. Targets of a continuous structured work evaluation system and employee motivation in improving performance. The training process carried out, namely manual data collection, structured recording of integrated production application program input for each department, provides important insight and becomes the basis for progress so that the discipline of manual data input and programs becomes an error controller.  Activities processed from analysis of errors in inputting service release materials increase success and insight into production administration performance in a sustaainable manner.

This is an obstacle for President Jokowi to nominate his son to be vice president, who according to rumors has emerged as a pair with Prabowo Subianto. This research tries to understand how much influence there is in political intervention on the State Administration system and the influence of the family in the Constitutional Court's decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023. The results of the research show that the Constitutional Court's decision regarding the age limit for presidential and vice presidential candidates in October 2023 is a judicial decision that shows the family's interests because first, the discussion of the judicial review of the law is procedurally flawed

The position of the prosecutor's office in the Indonesian constitutional system is a law enforcement agency whose role is as a prosecutor in the justice system, which is also related to the legal system. However, this is not stated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The position of the Corruption Commission (KPK) in the Indonesian constitutional system is often discussed, the Constitutional Court decided differently on several occasions in its (KPK) decisions regarding the position of the Indonesian constitutional system in that system. The Constitutional Court once considered that the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) is an independent state institution that is not included in the executive powers of parliament and the judiciary.

The function of computers in government is seen from government activities that have begun to implement e-Government system, where each region, government agencies already have their own information system, or better known as e-Government. Implementation of e-government is certainly to improve service to the community. The use of computers at the level of village government is currently more focused on the use of Microsoft office programs both Microsoft word, excel and power point. This program is preferred for improvements in administrative services such as the making of invitations, certificates, letters of moving, APBDES, reports on financial statements and others. Thus it is natural that every village device capable of using Microsoft office program both Microsoft word, excel and power point besides important is also the basic operation of computer. The condition of the community in Jumantono district is classified as society whose level of education is increasing, so it has demand for high quality of service in various ways. In terms of the ability to handle administration and documentation of village data, the average is still classified as not yet maximal, as evidenced from the results of random observations of 11 villages in Jumantono district, it is known that the village administration system has not been all using computer equipment but still done manually, each village government has been equipped with a computer but the device can not be utilized optimally because not all village devices have the ability to operate it. this devotional activity is to provide understanding to the Village's tools in Jumantono district by equip themselves with computer skills in operating Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, well to improve quality village administration so as to improve the effectiveness of services to the public. Microsoft Excel (MS-Excel) is the most popular and most widely used spreadsheet application program. Village Devices in Jumantono district is one part of government employees who also provide village administrative services to the community. Villages have the opportunity to develop the potential they have had since the birth of the Law on Villages. Optimizing the potential of the village is used for the benefit of the village community. The aim of optimizing village potential is to improve the life of the village community. The aim of establishing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one of the government's efforts to stimulate the village economy. BUMDes is expected to become a locomotive for village economic movements that can improve the welfare and reduce poverty of village communities. In order for this goal to be achieved, BUMDes need to be managed professionally so that they can compete and develop well. BUMDes in Gandasari Village, Bekasi Regency. BUMDes receives full support from the local village government. BUMDesa Gandasari Village has limited human resource capabilities. The limitations of existing human resources are the ability to report financial results from operational activities carried out. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to provide financial management methods that were previously manual to become systematic and digitalized. The output of the activities carried out is that BUMDes administrators understand the Bumdes administration system and accounting/bookkeeping and have the ability to create BUMDes Financial Reports in the form of simple accounting, namely creating daily cash books, balance sheets, profit and loss reports and systematic, digital-based capital change reports.
