This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) is a plant known by the public as a drink that is quite economical and easy to obtain. Green tea contains polyphenol compounds that can lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Excessive cholesterol (Hypercholesterolemia) is a very feared threat because it is one of the causes of coronary heart disease and stroke. High cholesterol has become a common disease for the elderly, the increase in the number of elderly people must be followed by an increase in the degree of well-being, one of which is in the health sector. The rise of lifestyle and the effects of unhealthy eating behaviors have an impact on increasing cholesterol levels. The purpose of this activity is to reduce the rate of hypercholesterolonemia in the elderly through the use of the consumption of green tea brew on cholesterol levels in the elderly in Sumber Cirebon District. The method in this activity is to conduct counseling, observer of respondents and experiments by giving green tea brew then followed by checking cholesterol levels. The result of this activity is that green tea is able to lower cholesterol levels. The conclusion is that the infusion of green can provide benefits for the community, especially the elderly, in improving health and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Universitas Maritim AMNI carried out community service activities at Tambak Lorok  to support the government of Semarang program. It is not only students/cadets and lecturers who carry out community service activities but also the surrounding community. They are very enthusiastic in participating in implementing various program activities carried out at Tambak Lorok  . The method of implementing this activity uses a direct socialization and training approach , observation, interviews and literature studies. Socialization and training materials on efforts to increase fishing yields to increase fishing family income. The observation was held in Tambak Lorok  . The data collection was carried out through interview methods and as a reference for implementing community service activities was using the literature study method. The success of these program was  indicated by improve the healthy lifestyles and increase the income of the Tambak Lorok  Community.

Blood is an important component of the human body, therefore the supply of blood at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the amount of blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross decreased. Seeing this condition, lecturers and students from the Management Program of the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta initiated blood donation activities to the community with the aim of providing education and socialization of the importance of blood donation in the pandemic era, increasing the number of blood bags, humanitarian efforts to help others and a concrete manifestation of the implementation of community service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity was held on October 14, 2020 at the Keluarahan Tipes, Serengan with health protocol and 3M principles. Participants who registered were 28 participants, who qualified as donors as many as 25 participants. The amount of blood that was collected was as many as 25 bags. The result, the event can run smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that this activity can be held regularly.

Maos Lor Village, is one of the villages that has considerable agricultural potential and is one of the centers for banana production. However, the added value of banana cultivation in the village is not yet optimal. The selling price of bananas given is still quite low so that it has an impact on the level of economic development of the community which is still low when compared to the potential of the area owned. The objectives of this community service are to: 1) Increase knowledge in processing bananas into banana Dodol through training for community groups in the Maos Lor Village environment and 2) Improve community skills in increasing the added value of the Banana Dodol processed business. The activity was carried out in March-July (4 months) with several activities including socialization, training on making Calcium Dodol and post-production assistance. The results of this activity include the formation of a small business group of Banana Dodol "BAJA MAOS) which so far has been able to produce as much as 52 kg

The elderly are a group of people who are vulnerable to degenerative diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and others. The causes include a lack of knowledge about healthy diet and the lack of health checks. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of life of the elderly in Kelurahan Utama of South Cimahi by socializing healthy diets and conducting health checks. Media used for healthy diet counseling are power points, videos, and posters. Health examinations conducted include measurements of body mass index, blood pressure, blood glucose levels, triglycerides, total cholesterol, and uric acid. The results of the health examination showed quite a lot of elderly people who suffer from degenerative diseases. Through this activity, the elderly in Kelurahan Utama of South Cimahi gained knowledge about healthy diet in order to avoid various diseases and know the disease that is being experienced so that they can immediately undergo proper treatment.

In an effort to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum majoring in Building Information Modeling Design in building structure subjects, it is necessary to introduce to students that there is a computer program that can support it. The computer program is SAP 2000 which can be used to analyze the forces acting on the structure of beams, columns, plates, and the cross-section of a 2-story house construction. As a form of effort that can be made to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum, majoring in Building Information Modeling Design (DPIB) in building structure subjects, it is necessary to make a proposal to hold an activity "Training on Design and Modeling of 2 Floor House Buildings Using the SAP 2000 Program in the Department of Design and Building Information Modeling SMK PGRI 1 Gresik".

Improving the quality of human resources in the field of vocational education becomes the focus of goals in this community service activity. Through the training of software inventors, the quality of human resources in vocational schools SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik, SMK KAL 1 Surabaya, SMK Maskumambang 1 and SMK PGRI 1 Gresik given understanding and knowledge about software Inventor that 73% of participants have never known the software before. With lecture methods, Q&A, demonstrations, and practices are given in the presentation of the material. The results of this software inventor training obtained a satisfaction score of 60% with a good assessment scale for facilitators, 53% for facilities and 53% for presenters, and 67% for materials provided. Suggestions for future training can be held with a longer duration and participants get an alloy book.

Art education in kindergarten is part of the process of forming a whole individual in accordance with the goals of national education. Art education includes dance, music, visuals and drama. This activity aims to provide assistance to kindergarten / early childhood teachers in artistic creativity and creativity, especially painting activities using local wisdom-based media so that they can be applied in teaching and learning activities in kindergarten / early childhood education. As for art and reativity, what is meant is not only to form skilled students at imagination through fine arts, but also to form appreciative and creative personalities through the experience of art processing. This activity can contribute not only to the development of teaching materials, but also to the ability of kindergarten / early childhood teachers to create art, especially art and creativity which can have a positive effect on the development of teacher skills by packaging teaching materials based on art and creativity according to the needs of garden children childhood and early childhood education. This PKM activity was attended by Kindergarten / Early Childhood Teachers who are members of the entire West Semarang District, Semarang City.

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Apart from that, the weak business management which causes them to be unable to increase the scale of their business. From the background of the problems above, In general, this Community Technology Dissemination activity seeks to solve partner problems with introducing appropriate technology and providing business management assistance for quality and the quantity of products from the two prospective MSME partners increased. The methods given are: 1) Introduction technology for preparing material components with a spinser (a combination of spindle and serkel machines); 2) Mini introductions cold press; 3) Introduction of finishing technology; 4) Training on diversification of processed materials into products mixmedia (mixmedia furniture design / prototype.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

 Infection prevention therapy generally uses antibiotics (Priyanto, 2009) where inappropriate use of antibiotics (Paterson, et al., 2005) can cause resistance to antibiotics. Increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics provides a great opportunity to obtain antibacterial compounds by utilizing the diversity of plants in Indonesia (Manik et al, 2018). Dayak onions on Lembata Island are known as forest onions, their alkaloid content has an antimicrobial function. This research aims to further study the potential of Dayak onion bulbs / forest onions (Eleutherine palmifolia) (L) Merr taken from the Lembata area, East Nusa Tenggara, in inhibiting the growth of Gram-negative Escherichia coli bacteria which include the Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) strain. ) with Escherichia coli bacteria. Dayak onion 96% ethanol extract was made in a concentration of 10% to 100% which was tested with ESBL strain Escherichia coli bacteria, the inhibitory power formed was measured to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) value. Data obtained from Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract has antimicrobial activity in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria in Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract at concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% of Escherichia coli bacteria is a concentration that is included in the weak group.

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a glucose tolerance disorder that was first discovered during pregnancy which had never been diagnosed with diabetes in the mother and then showed high glucose levels during pregnancy. Women with GDM almost never give complaints even though the incidence of GDM can be threatening and very dangerous because it can cause several complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after childbirth is also one of the causes in cases of maternal and infant mortality. Pregnancy accompanied by diabetes is also at risk of causing maternal death up to 4 times 2. One other prevention that can be done is more intensive counseling and counseling from officers to all pregnant women about the description of the incidence of DMG. This activity was carried out at the Tanralili Public Health Center with the method of individual counseling to pregnant women in turn with brochures distributed to each pregnant woman, after which they took blood/glucose checks while. This activity was attended by 2 lecturers and 2 midwifery students as well as 20 pregnant women. This community service provides good benefits, namely getting knowledge about Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and being able to know glucose levels in the blood as screening so that it can prevent and detect early complications that will occur.

Main Objective: This research targets AP sizing entrenched on image structure to raise denoising performance using an improved method for classifying image pixels. Background problem: Digital images may be blended by noise while the addition or communication process, affecting the authentic image signal. Image noise can cause problems at several stages of image processing equally image distribution. Accordingly, image denoising is a significant activity to recover the initial clean image signal from the detected noise signal. Novelty: The proposed WAV method has been refined and improved regarding the classification scheme, and the APS, and the classification results can be used as a mask on the noise image to fix identical patches. Research Method: This study proposes a WAV reprojection algorithm, with the PS being set dynamically entrenched on the image structure. Image structures are consistently taken with an upgraded and enhanced analysis method entrenched in the structure tensor matrix. Analysis results are also used to develop the analysis of comparable patches in images. Finding/Result: Empirical outcomes present that the noise cancellation work of the suggested method is better than the authentic WAVRA, along with several other modifications of the NLMA. This study aims to analyze the potential of the Blenduk church area in Semarang. The potential of this area needs a visual identity design as a form of tourism promotion in the city of Semarang, which incidentally the government is still active in increasing the promotion of local tourism. This study intends to design a visual identity for the Blenduk church area, so this research was carried out with qualitative research. As a persuasive communication activity, this design uses the A-A Procedure approach. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. This study intends to contribute to the Semarang city government, especially the Culture and Tourism office, to design the visual identity of the Blenduk church area so that it has an identity that can be sold to the public and can increase the attractiveness of stakeholders to increase

Fostering students’ creativity in learning is not effortless because the average learning activity is usually less challenging. Authentic problem-based learning is a learning model that is expected to foster students' creativity in education. This study aimed to examine expert and practitioner validation on authentic problem-based learning tasks prototype in promoting student creativity. The prototype product was displayed and simulated in virtual zoom and validated by 14 learning experts and 18 practitioners/teachers. The initial data were collected through self-evaluation using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of real experiences as a learning stimulus could foster creative solutions, which are marked by the emergence of new, unusual ideas, imaginative ideas, new creations that have an impact on the development of student creativity.
