This study aims to analyze the development process of a creative economy based on bead waste and the use of digital platforms as a marketing medium to increase product competitiveness. The background of the study is based on the phenomenon of increasing volumes of waste that have not been optimally managed and the low skills of business actors in utilizing digital technology. The research method used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and literature studies, with informants consisting of business actors, community leaders, representatives of relevant agencies, and consumers. The results of the study indicate that processing waste into beads not only reduces environmental impacts but also opens up creative business opportunities with high economic value. The use of digital platforms has proven effective in expanding market reach, improving branding, and driving sales, although there are still obstacles in the skills of digital entrepreneurs. This study recommends strengthening digital marketing capacity and ongoing mentoring for creative waste-based entrepreneurs to achieve economic and environmental sustainability. In addition, synergy between business actors, the government, and local communities is a crucial factor in supporting the development of a waste-based creative economy. The involvement of local governments through entrepreneurship training and facilitating access to technology is essential to address the challenge of limited digital capabilities of entrepreneurs. Local communities also play a role in maintaining sustainable production and encouraging innovation in bead designs based on local culture to add value and attract market share. This collaboration can create a conducive ecosystem for the growth of creative small and medium enterprises (SMEs), while strengthening local identity and increasing product competitiveness in national and global markets. Thus, developing a waste-based creative economy and utilizing digital marketing are relevant innovative strategies in addressing current economic and environmental challenges.

In today's world, many young individuals still lack effective communication skills, a trend that is evident among university students, particularly those from Generation Z. These students, despite having access to technology and social media, are often not taught how to communicate in a professional and respectful manner. This paper discusses the importance of communication skills and their development through the Interpersonal Skills (KI) course. Within this course, students not only develop communication abilities but also both soft and hard skills essential for their personal and professional growth. The course includes various assessments, one of which is the Community Service (PKM) output. This PKM aims to provide students with practical experience in communication by engaging with external partners and presenting ideas related to their academic programs. The activities conducted under this PKM serve as an assignment for the course, contributing to grades for assignments, Mid-Semester Exams (UTS), and Final Semester Exams (UAS). Students are tasked with creating proposals, reports, posters, and videos as part of the assignment, and for the UTS, they present proposals to their partners. The UAS grade is based on the final report presentation, showcasing the results of their PKM activities. Through the KI course, students gain valuable experience in communicating with external partners, collaborating in teams, and presenting their work confidently in front of their peers. These activities not only enhance students' communication skills but also foster leadership qualities and teamwork, preparing them for professional environments. Thus, the KI course plays a crucial role in developing interpersonal communication skills that are essential in today's interconnected world.

The development of digital technology has significantly changed the global marketing landscape, providing a huge opportunity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to build and strengthen their brands in a more effective, efficient, and affordable way. This research aims to examine and analyze digital branding strategies implemented by MSMEs in facing various challenges and taking advantage of opportunities that arise in the era of digital transformation. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study, with data collection through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation studies on a number of MSME actors who actively utilize digital platforms. Interactive analysis techniques are used to process and analyze the data obtained systematically. The results of the study show that the strategic use of digital platforms such as social media, marketplaces, and websites has great potential in improving brand image, expanding market reach, and strengthening the competitiveness of MSME products in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. One of the key elements of successful digital branding is consistency in visual communication, relevant message delivery, and activeness in building interactions with customers. In addition, the use of digital marketing features such as paid advertising, creative content, influencer marketing, and customer relationship management also supports strengthening brand identity and consumer loyalty. However, the effectiveness of this strategy is greatly influenced by the level of digital literacy, access to technology, and managerial capacity of MSME actors. Therefore, support from the government and related institutions in the form of training, mentoring, and affirmative policies is needed to encourage inclusive and sustainable digital transformation. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting Indonesia's economy, contributing 61.07% to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, MSMEs still face various challenges, particularly low productivity due to limited access to technology and production equipment. A clear example is Kedai Ndeso, located in Jiyu Village, Kutorejo District, Mojokerto Regency. This small food business faces inefficiencies in the noodle boiling process, which is still done manually using conventional methods, resulting in limited production capacity and longer service times. Through this community service program, the implementation team aimed to develop and apply an appropriate technology innovation in the form of a multi-strainer noodle boiler to help improve MSME productivity. The method used was a participatory approach, actively involving the Kedai Ndeso owner throughout each stage of the program, which was conducted from July 13 to 24, 2025. The developed noodle boiler measures 35x35x35 cm and is made of food-grade stainless steel. It features six separate strainers, allowing six portions of noodles to be cooked simultaneously in the same amount of time.nTesting results demonstrated that this tool significantly increased production efficiency without compromising the quality of the noodles. It also led to operational cost savings, especially in terms of energy use and labor time. Additionally, training and outreach activities were carried out to ensure effective knowledge transfer to the MSME owner. This appropriate technology innovation has proven to be a practical solution for MSMEs in the culinary sector, helping them increase productivity and competitiveness while maintaining consistent product quality and ensuring food safety. Therefore, this initiative provides a tangible contribution to supporting the sustainability and independence of small enterprises in rural areas, empowering them to compete more effectively in the modern economy.

Public finance is a key element in state governance, especially in the collection and allocation of funds for public services and government. In the Islamic tradition, the concept of public finance has developed since the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW with sharia principles such as justice, transparency, and accountability to achieve prosperity (falah) in the world and the hereafter. In the modern era, Islamic public finance faces new challenges and opportunities, especially through digitalization and economic globalization. Technologies such as blockchain and big data open up opportunities to increase the effectiveness and openness of Islamic public financial management. Innovations in sharia financial instruments such as zakat, waqf, and sukuk further strengthen the contribution of Islamic public finance to social and economic development. However, challenges such as low public understanding of sharia finance, gaps in access to technology, and the need for supporting regulations and infrastructure are still obstacles. Issues of fiscal sustainability, debt management, and the development of adaptive sharia instruments are also important concerns in the dynamics of the global economy.
