Legislation function owned by DPD is still limited, it shows the weak position and role (position and function) of DPD when compared with DPR. DPD does not have the authority to form laws together with DPR and the President and has no authority in setting the state budget. The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) How is the legislative function of the House of Regional Representatives in the formation of the Act? (2) What is the ratio of the legislative function of the House of Regional Representatives that is different from the House of Representatives? This research is a normative juridical research which can be interpreted as a library legal research conducted based on literature or secondary data. In other words, this research is library research (library reseach), meaning that this research is conducted by reading works related to the issues to be studied and then containing a study of the research. The results of research and discussion show that: (1) The legislative function of DPD has a major role in the formation of the Act at the stage of discussion and ratification. At the discussion stage, although its participation is limited to level 1, DPD provides input and consideration of the bill relating to regional autonomy, central-regional relations, and management of economic and natural resources. Furthermore, at the stage of ratification, a joint agreement between DPR and the President strengthens the status of the bill into law. Although DPD can provide input and consideration of some bills, the final decision remains in the hands of DPR. This confirms that the main role of DPD is more as an advisory body in the legislative process. DPR has greater power than DPD in the formation of the Act, with the authority to take the final decision. Thus, although DPD has an important role in certain aspects of the formation of the Act, the main power and final decision remains with DPR. (2) Comparison of legis ratio between DPD and DPR has different representation. DPD represents the interests of the region directly, while DPR represents the interests of the people through political parties. DPD is present to accommodate regional aspirations that are not always represented by DPR. This reflects that the legislative role of DPD has significant limitations. DPD should function as a mechanism of checks and balances in Indonesia's bicameral system. However, due to its limited authority, the implementation of this function has not been optimally realized. Thus, although DPD has an important role in representing regional aspirations, the differences in authority and rights between DPD and DPR cause their position to be unbalanced in the legislative process.

Where the Spearman Rank test results were obtained with a p-value < 0,001 and a Correlation Coefficient value of 0.503. So, based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between sleep quality and MAP value in elderly people with hypertension in the work area of the Palasari Health Center, Subang Regency in 2024 with a p-value<0,001 with a positive correlation coefficient. According to the state, all constructs of crime, especially domestic crime, are included with human rights violations, crimes against human dignity and discriminatory practices. Domestic crime, usually abbreviated as domestic violence, is a phenomenon that often occurs in or around the family. The majority of domestic violence is experienced by women or children because there are many aspects of life that are less or even unfair to them, thus providing opportunities for crimes against them. Physical abuse or violence, exploitation, neglect, and sexual abuse by spouses, children, or household staff are just some of the many forms of domestic crimes that can occur. In real life, there are many documented and unusual instances of domestic abuse. The purpose of this research is to determine and assess the impact of withdrawing a domestic violence report on the legal standing of the perpetrator. To examine the ambiguous standards surrounding the revocation of domestic crime reports, this research was written using normative legal research techniques with a statutory approach. The research findings show that, in accordance with Article 44 of Law Number 23 Year 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence, husbands who commit violence against their spouses can be subject to sanctions. Domestic crimes are included in the relative complaint offense but are only covered in Articles 51 and 52, which basically do not make it painful or difficult for someone to carry out daily activities or hold a job or other position. Shortly after the perpetrator was named as a suspect in this domestic violence case, the victim withdrew the domestic violence report. As a result, the revocation of this report has legal consequences with the issuance of a Letter of Termination of Investigation in accordance with Article 75 of the Criminal Code.

Sabu woven fabric is one of the cultural heritages of Sabu Island. In addition to being a cultural heritage, Sabu woven fabric is one of the handicrafts that still exist today which is preserved by Sabu women. Based on its manufacture, the classification process of Sabu woven fabric is based on color or motif identification. However, the classification process is not an easy process, because the classification process requires time and experts in the field of Sabu woven fabric. In addition to the classification process, the wider community also does not get much information about Sabu woven fabric clearly, because it is necessary to introduce the type of Sabu woven fabric, so that people can know or recognize the type of Sabu ikat woven fabric based on its type. Digital image processing techniques are utilized to build a system that can overcome the problems faced. Furthermore, image feature extraction will be carried out using gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) with 4 features namely contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity with angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, and 135°. Each GLCM feature shows the same value even though the original image is rotated. After image feature extraction, the extracted data will be classified using the TensorFlow library. From these results it can be concluded that the program succeeded in selecting the type of Sabu ikat woven fabric class.

The aim of this research is to determine the equality of men and women in the context of receiving salvation based on Galatians 3:26-29 with relevance for today's church. The research method in writing this scientific work is a qualitative method, namely a descriptive approach. This method is used by the author to find useful materials in accordance with the research objectives. In this research, equality between men and women will be explored in the context of receiving salvation and its relevance for the church today. The result of the exegesis of Galatians 3:26-29 is how humans view the equality of men and women in the context of receiving salvation and its relevance for the church today. As is known, Christians always emphasize that humans, both men and women, have equality in receiving salvation through His Gospel or His Word, namely the Faith and Trust of His people. In this case, it also really depends on the theological interpretation of each church sect, because some sects may emphasize a personal relationship with God as the main way to receive salvation, while there are several church sects that emphasize the role of the church as a community of faith that facilitates spiritual growth and receiving the gift of salvation. Salvation (grace) from God is universal (general). God's action in Jesus Christ has effectively eliminated differences according to Gal. 3:26-29. The good news of salvation is that there is no longer such a thing as a select group, those who hope to receive the benefits of Jesus' Messiahship should be part of every believing people. Salvation in the context of Galatians 3 is through God's promises to His people who believe. Apart from that, the concept of salvation is a primary doctrine that becomes a dogmatic guide for God's church. The church must also see and emulate the equality of men and women in the context of receiving salvation. God emphasizes that all mankind should not do things that God does not want. He hopes that those who come with Him are those who truly believe in their faith. Salvation is given to humans as a form of His goodness to His people who believe through Faith and Actions that are always loyal to Him. Salvation is Grace, meaning that there is only one way to obtain salvation, namely through Jesus Christ. He said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” And if you belong to Christ, then you are also Abraham's descendants and have the right to receive God's promises (Gal. 3:29).
