The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region has experienced tremendous growth in the higher education sector with many public but internationally recognized universities, colleges, and programs. Annually, within and outside of the GCC zone, high school students and guardians undergo repeatable and time-consuming experiences for inhomogeneous university, college, and program admission and tracking processes. This research project aims to provide a unified management tool to manage the admission and tracking process to multiple accredited GCC universities, colleges, and programs through one unified central mobile-based application. The research project aimed to achieve two objectives: exploring the GCC university admission process phenomena and developing and evaluating a unified mobile-based university admission application (denoted by HEIM) for higher education institutes' mobile applications. An Agile-SDLC methodology was employed, entailing two phases; the Exploratory phase to the phenomena of the university admission process and the development and evaluation phase of the potential mobile application. The 1st phase was based on an interview with the Ministry of Education (MOE), employing SLR and CA techniques for articles and mobile applications collection and analysis, and 1st questionnaire to collect user requirements. The 2nd phase employed several design techniques, including DFD, ERD, etc., a 2nd questionnaire to collect system requirements and coding by .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML, and a 3rd questionnaire to evaluate the usability of HEIM based on Nielsen heuristics at which the empirical findings revealed 97.7% of usability.

Anemia in pregnancy may have a bad effect on the mother and fetus. The anemia occurred in a pregnant mother will increase the risk of mortality of the mother compared to those without anemia. The presence of iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy could be identified through ANC examination through the admission of iron (FE) tablet supplementation which is very vital for the increase of hemoglobin (Hb) of the blood of the pregnant mothers. According to the research conducted  in Aceh Regency, any pregnant mother who does not receive a standard ANC service could result in inconstancy of FE tablet consumption, which later will increase the risk of anemia. To find out the effect of antenatal care frequency on the constancy of FE tablet consumption on pregnant mothers in Puskesmas (Community Health Center) of  Meukek. The research design used in this research is the quantitative research with cross-sectional approach. The sampling was conducted by using total sampling method with a total of 40 pregnant mothers as the respondents. The instruments used in this research are the KIA card for pregnant mothers on the antenatal care visit variable and the questionnaire on the constancy of FE tablet consumption variable. The bivariate analysis was conducted using Chi-square test. The x2 value obtained is 9,401 and the p value = 0,002 (p<0,05) and OR=17,889 (95% CI [1,919-166,782), which showed that there is an effect of the antenatal care frequency on the constancy of Fe tablet consumption on the 3rd trimester pregnant mothers. The antenatal care frequency has an effect on the constancy of Fe tablet consumption on the 3rd trimester pregnant mothers.

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is self-flowing concrete that can be printed on formwork with very little or no compaction. One of them is by adding admixture superplasticizer. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of superplasticizer admixture with various variations on flexural strength. The method used in this research is the experiment of adding superplasticizer admixture to the concrete mixture with variations of 3%, 4% and 5%. The sample was made of 3 test objects in the form of blocks with dimensions of 15 cm x 20 cm x 100 cm for a design value of 15 MPa. Based on the results of the flexural strength test of concrete beams after 28 days of flexural strength testing, the highest yield was obtained in the second sample of 4% mixture with a maximum P load of 32.2 KN after converting to 18.22 MPa. Whereas for the 1st sample it was a 3% mixture with a maximum P load of 22 KN after converting to 12.44 MPa and for the 3rd sample it was a 5% mixture with a maximum P load of 22.9 KN after converting it to 12.95 MPa. 3. It was found that the average of the 3 samples was 14.54 MPa, a little more to exceed the target of 15 MPa.
