Strategic management plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational sustainability and competitiveness of PT Karya Giri Palma, a manufacturing company specializing in springbed and furniture production. In an increasingly competitive market environment and amid ongoing production challenges, the company is required to implement well-structured and adaptive strategic management practices. This study employs a qualitative research approach to explore the implementation of strategic management within the organization and to identify obstacles that arise during its integration into daily operational activities. Data were collected through in-depth observations and interviews to obtain a comprehensive understanding of managerial practices and employee involvement. The findings reveal that the active participation of both management and employees in the formulation and implementation of strategies significantly contributes to improved employee motivation, higher productivity levels, and enhanced work quality. Strategic alignment between organizational goals and employee roles encourages a stronger sense of responsibility and commitment among employees. However, several challenges remain, particularly in cross-divisional coordination and the consistent execution of strategies at the operational level. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening interdepartmental communication, optimizing the use of management information systems, and enhancing human resource capabilities through continuous training. These findings may serve as a valuable reference for similar manufacturing companies seeking to optimize strategic management practices in order to achieve sustainable performance and long-term competitiveness.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of strategic management in improving organizational performance based on previous research findings. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative-descriptive approach through the collection, evaluation, and synthesis of scientific articles from reputable national and international journals published between 2021 and 2026. The research findings indicate that the stages of strategic management, including strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation, contribute significantly to improving organizational performance in both financial and non-financial aspects. Determinant factors such as strategic leadership, resource mobilization, and organizational culture alignment are proven to strengthen organizational effectiveness in facing environmental uncertainty. Furthermore, strategic management plays a vital role in building organizational resilience to adapt to dynamic external changes. The implications of this study emphasize the importance for managers and organizational leaders to implement strategic management practices consistently and integratedly to ensure long-term survival and success. The results of this literature synthesis provide a theoretical framework for practitioners in optimizing organizational strategic capabilities amidst complex global challenges.

Internal performance evaluation is an essential process within strategic management, aimed at assessing a company's internal capabilities to achieve its strategic goals. This evaluation involves a comprehensive analysis of key internal components, including human resources, finance, operations, and marketing. The primary objective is to identify internal strengths and weaknesses, along with external opportunities and threats that may influence organizational performance. This study employs a qualitative research method to explore how internal evaluations contribute to strategic decision-making. The findings suggest that regular and systematic internal performance evaluations can serve as a strong foundation for formulating effective strategies, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing competitive advantage in the market. Thus, internal performance evaluation plays a vital role in supporting the strategic development and long-term sustainability of a company.

the external environment has an important influence on the sustainability of an organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the role of the external environment in educational institutions. The research method used in this research is a literature study approach, in other words, the research was conducted without a research location, but all data was taken through previous studies in the form of books and scientific articles relevant to the research theme. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results found that the external environment helps educational institutions to understand external factors that can affect their performance and success. SWOT is used as a tool to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of educational institutions. The external environment in organizations is divided into two: micro (small scope) involving competitors and partnerships, and macro (general scope) involving economic, political/legal, socio-cultural, technological, and global factors. The steps used in the analysis process involve scanning, monitoring, forecasting, and assessing.

This study aims to determine the implementation process of strategic management in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, Siliwangi University. The sample taken was 35 student representatives consisting of Management, Accounting, Economics, and Digital Business majors. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations and distributing questionnaires distributed using Google Form. The data collected is then processed by analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of strategic management plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. The provision of facilities that support the administration and learning process, satisfying services, active participation of teaching staff and students, effective performance evaluation and control, and collaboration of all components are key factors in the implementation of strategic management.

Therefore, implementing strategic management is very important in dealing with this pandemic. Strategic management is the process of planning, organizing, controlling, and making decisions in achieving long-term organizational goals. In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, strategic management must be directed at efforts to minimize the negative impact of the pandemic, while maximizing the potential benefits that can be gained from this situation. The implementation of strategic management in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic can be done in several ways, among others, the first is Strengthening the health system: The first step in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic is to strengthen the existing health system. This includes increasing hospital capacity, increasing the availability of medical equipment, and increasing the number of available medical personnel.

Keluarga merupakan pondasi pendidikan bagi anak. Rusaknya bangunan rumah tangga berakibat buruk bagi pendidikannya. Tujuan penelitian mengungkap manajemen strategik entititas setan dalam merusak mahligai rumah tangga, untuk kemudian dicari langkah antisipasinya dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Dengan pendekatan teoritik, disimpulkan, bahwa setan mempunyai entitas yang bertugas merusak keutuhan rumah tangga yang disebut divisi Dasim. Manajemen mereka terstruktur rapih dengan melibatkan agen konspirasi global dari unsur manusia, yakni tukang sihir, pelakor dan pebinor. Capain tertinggi dari progam ini adalah perceraian. Kejahatan terstuktur mereka dilancarkan melalui tiga segmen: pra nikah, rumah tangga dan pasca cerai. Solusi untuk mengatasi gangguan ini, dengan memahami hakikat pernikahan dan menjalani bahtera rumah tangga dengan semangat ibadah untuk memperoleh ridha Allah. Penelitian merekomendasikan agar manajemen ini menjadi solusi mempertahankan rumah tangga yang bahagia.
