The Malaysian Higher Education Framework 4.0 is a blueprint produced by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia (MoHE). This framework is referred by higher education institutions to develop their own study programs and comply with international standards and demands. Embedding elements of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into the curriculum is commonly included in many educational frameworks today. This research conducted to measure the current ICT awareness and competency among commerce lecturers in Malaysian Polytechnic’s. This preliminary research uses descriptive analysis with the mean score formula to classify the level of ICT awareness and competency. The research found that the level of ICT awareness among commerce lecturers was high, with a total mean score of 2.991. The ICT teaching pedagogy also indicated a high level, with a total mean score of 3.209. Additionally, there was a very high level of ICT competency in using web tools and applications, with a total mean score of 3.389. This research finding will contribute as input to the relevant authorities in planning their future plans based on the readiness of commerce lecturers' ICT awareness and competency.

The development of digital radiology technology improves the quality of medical services, but challenges in image distribution and interpretation encourage the use of teleradiology. The development of web-based teleradiology applications is a cost-effective solution with the ability to integrate patient data and DICOM image display to improve the efficiency of radiology interpretation. This has the potential to improve the quality of radiology services by accelerating the diagnostic process and reducing the physical accessibility limitations of radiologists. This study aims to develop a web-based application as a solution to radiographic image delivery and PACS weaknesses, and test its effectiveness in improving the quality of radiology services. The research method used is the research and development (R&D) method, which aims to produce and test new products. The results of this study show that the development of a web-based teleradiology application provides an appropriate solution to the constraints of the reader's presence at the image capture site, while maintaining image quality according to DICOM standards. The application allows easy use of various devices, data exchange between medical professionals, and secure data storage. In Addition, it reduces the waiting time in the delivery and reading of radiographic images by radiologists. Compared to older methods, such as delivery via email or Whatsapp, this web application shows improved quality and accuracy of radiographic image reading.

Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) is a network technology designed to support high-speed data transfer by utilizing small fixed-size data packets called cells. This study aims to analyze the implementation and performance of ATM in the context of the Canva application, a web-based graphic design platform. The study includes a theoretical review of ATM's working principles, advantages, and limitations, as well as the network performance analysis methods used.In this research, we examine how ATM can optimize data transmission in the Canva application, considering the importance of network speed and efficiency in ensuring an optimal user experience. The analysis results show that ATM can provide the high transfer speeds and stability required by the Canva application, especially in managing complex and large-sized graphic data. The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of ATM technology in web-based applications like Canva can significantly enhance network performance. This study also offers important insights for further development in integrating advanced network technologies for internet-based applications to support increasing data demands.
