In the digital era, e-commerce has developed not only as a platform for buying and selling activities but also as a strategic medium for marketing and business development. University students theoretically possess strong potential to become edupreneurs because they are closely connected to technology and supported by higher education environments. Nevertheless, the reality at Al-Amien Prenduan University indicates that students tend to act more as consumers in e-commerce rather than as entrepreneurs. This condition creates a gap between theoretical expectations and practical implementation, raising questions regarding the effectiveness of e-commerce in encouraging students’ entrepreneurial spirit. This study examines strategies for strengthening Edupreneurship graduates through the optimization of e-commerce. The research specifically explores ways to maximize e-commerce in supporting the development of Edupreneurship graduate profiles and improving graduates’ competitiveness in entrepreneurship and employment sectors. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed at Al-Amien Prenduan University. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving female students of the Islamic Education Edupreneurship program who actively engage in entrepreneurial activities through e-commerce platforms. The findings reveal that optimizing e-commerce can be achieved through identifying students’ digital competencies and needs, as well as utilizing flexible technologies that support broader market access and global transactions. In addition, strategies such as enhancing digital marketing creativity, strengthening market research capabilities, and understanding consumer behavior significantly contribute to entrepreneurial development. The study concludes that e-commerce effectively fosters entrepreneurial attitudes, adaptability, and competitiveness among students in facing the challenges of the digital economy.

This research is motivated by the reality of ethnic and cultural diversity in congregation life which reflects the dynamics of a multicultural society, where differences in cultural identity have the potential to cause social friction if not managed wisely. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with normative studies, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of informants consisting of pastors, congregation councils, and presbyters. The theory used is Ralph Linton's role theory which explains how individuals carry out social functions according to their status in society. The results of the study indicate that the life of the GMIT Sion Oepura congregation is characterized by multicultural dynamics as seen from the diversity of ethnicities such as Timor, Rote, Sabu, Flores, and Alor which not only enriches church life through cultural expressions in worship and church activities, but also gives rise to symbolic friction between ethnic groups, such as the tendency for the dominance of certain cultural symbols and the emergence of group ego attitudes in several worship activities, for example in the celebration of Language and Culture Month. In this situation, religious leaders play a role as leaders who embrace diversity, mediators in managing potential conflicts, and social and moral role models for the congregation through sermons, pastoral guidance, and various service activities that involve the entire congregation without differentiating cultural backgrounds. Despite the existence of cultural differences and the tendency for certain symbolic dominance, religious leaders are able to manage this diversity normatively so that it does not develop into open conflict. This study concludes that the role of religious leaders is very important in strengthening social solidarity and maintaining harmony in multicultural congregations.

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly through digital marketing, particularly through the role of influencers in influencing consumer preferences and purchase intentions. Several influencers are no longer merely collaborating with brands, but are also becoming business owners by leveraging their personal branding and follower base. However, when promoting their own products, the effectiveness of these strategies on purchase intentions is not always consistent. This study aims to examine the influence of the Theory of Planned Behaviour on purchase intention and analyse the role of Parasocial Relationship through influencer authenticity and influencer trustworthiness in regional cuisine at RM Padang Payakumbuah. The research uses a quantitative approach with data from 182 respondents in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, analysed using PLS-SEM. The results show that attitude and influencer authenticity do not have a significant effect on purchase intention, while subjective norm and perceived behavioural control have a significant effect. Furthermore, influencer trustworthiness strengthens the relationship between perceived behavioural control and purchase intention. These findings emphasise the importance of social recommendations, ease of purchase access, and building trust towards influencers.

This study examines the phonological disorder in the form of mild articulatory dysarthria experienced by actress Junior Roberts in an entertainment media interview on the Cinema 21 YouTube channel. The study was conducted using a phonological approach, specifically articulatory phonetics, to analyze the inaccuracy of pronunciation of language sounds in spontaneous speech. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with the Free Listening and Speaking (SBLC) technique as a means of data collection. The analysis results indicate that the phonological disorder experienced by the subject is evident in the phoneme /r/ through three main processes: substitution (/r/ is replaced by /l/ or /y/), elision (the /r/ sound is lost), and distortion (the /r/ sound is heard muffled). This disorder is caused by articulatory muscle weakness due to neuromotor dysfunction. Despite this, the subject displayed a positive attitude and made her speech characteristics a personal identity in the entertainment world. This study confirms that the study of phonology does not only focus on the sound aspects of language but also encompasses the physiological, psychological, and social dimensions that influence human speech production.

Apart from that, there are still students who show bad attitudes towards the guidance and counseling teacher. The guidance and counseling teacher's efforts are also complemented by a service delivery plan (RPI) and carrying out routine evaluations of students both individually and in study groups. The guidance and counseling teacher coordinates with the school principal and then the school will take action by bringing in lecturers from outside the school to rebuild students' declining confidence. (3) The time that Bk teachers have to enter Rombel is also limited so that BK teachers experience difficulties in carrying out orientation. Guidance and counseling teachers can only rely on the time provided by the school for students and what class they go to if a class teacher is absent because they are absent. Apart from that, the guidance and counseling teachers in schools are also lacking, making it difficult for guidance and counseling teachers to handle large numbers of students.

In organizational behavior you will study three basic things, namely the science of individual behavior, group behavior and organizational behavior itself. This chapter is the beginning of understanding organizational behavior by first understanding individual behavior in the organization. In an organization there are various individuals who have a set of different backgrounds and characteristics that differ from one individual to another such as race, culture, ethnicity, motives, hopes, education, abilities, skills, etc. So a manager must be able to study various individual characteristics from each other to maximize each individual's potential so that they can provide good performance for the organization. Individual behavior tries to analyze the determinants that determine an individual's behavior in an organization, including personality, attitudes, values, and perceptions as well as abilities and skills. By knowing the characteristics of each individual, it is hoped that they can make a maximum contribution to the organization.
