The rapid advancement of digital technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has reshaped various sectors, including the field of law. This study aims to examine the integration of AI in law firms’ operations, focusing on its potential benefits, legal challenges, and ethical implications in the Indonesian legal context. This research employs a qualitative approach through a normative juridical method, supported by literature review and case analysis related to the use of AI in legal practice. Relevant legislation, including Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, is analyzed to assess the existing regulatory framework. The study reveals that while AI enhances efficiency in tasks such as document analysis, case prediction, and legal drafting, it also raises concerns about algorithm reliability, data bias, and the absence of specific AI-related legal regulations in Indonesia. Law firms must ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical responsibility when adopting AI to align with the principles of justice. Human interaction remains crucial to maintain trust and professional integrity in client services. The research contributes to the ongoing discourse on developing legal and ethical frameworks for AI implementation in the legal sector. It suggests the need for comprehensive regulation and professional guidelines to optimize AI utilization while safeguarding justice and ethical standards. The study is intended for publication in a national academic journal.

This study explores the relocation of Indonesia's capital from Jakarta to Nusantara (IKN), a strategic initiative aimed at addressing environmental, economic, and social challenges while fostering sustainable economic growth. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the research examines existing studies to assess the potential and challenges associated with the project. Key findings highlight IKN's role in redistributing economic activities, mitigating Jakarta's overpopulation and infrastructure strain, and promoting regional development in East Kalimantan. The project is expected to enhance national GDP distribution, create millions of jobs, and position IKN as a smart and sustainable urban model. However, concerns over financing, environmental impacts, and socio-cultural adaptations present critical challenges that require comprehensive strategic planning. This study contributes to the discourse on national capital relocation, providing insights for policymakers to optimize the economic and environmental benefits of this transformative endeavor.

This study examines the implementation of post-employment remuneration within corporations, focusing on compliance with PSAK 24 standards and its alignment with efficient contract theory. The research emphasizes the importance of financial reporting in ensuring transparent, accurate, and accountable management of employee compensation obligations. Using PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk as a case study, the study evaluates the consistency of post-employment contracts and their impact on corporate financial stability. Key findings reveal that precise actuarial calculations and adherence to regulations are critical for maintaining a balance between organizational obligations and financial sustainability. The paper also highlights risks related to changes in actuarial assumptions and investment performance, offering strategic recommendations to optimize post-employment benefits management. This research provides valuable insights into improving corporate governance and fostering stakeholder confidence through robust financial accountability.

This study explores the implementation of the Midtrans payment gateway system on the Bloxstore.id website using the Prototyping method. The main objective is to enhance the website's payment transaction process by integrating an efficient and secure payment gateway. The Prototyping method was chosen for its iterative approach, which allows for continuous feedback and system refinement. This research demonstrates how the integration of Midtrans improves the user experience by streamlining the payment process and offering various payment options. The results indicate significant improvements in transaction speed, security, and user satisfaction. This study’s findings are valuable for e-commerce platforms looking to optimize their payment systems and build customer trust through secure and efficient transaction methods.

Urban farming offers an effective approach to maintain sustainable food availability. farming, urban communities can optimize limited space into areas that produce a variety of agricultural products.The implementation of urban farming not only contributes to family food security, but also supports the creation of a greener and more sustainable urban environment. With a systematic approach and the support of various stakeholders, urban farming is proving to be a promising solution to address food security challenges in the modern era. The program also encourages healthy lifestyles and environmental awareness among urban communities.This community service program is a collaboration between UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan Group 24 students and SD Negeri Kandang Panjang 10 students in implementing urban farming as a food security solution. This program aims to educate and introduce the concept of urban farming from an early age.

Social media has become a strategic platform to support education and promotion, including in the energy sector. This research aims to optimize the role of Instagram as a means of electricity education and promotion of the Electrifying Lifestyle at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Surabaya Utara. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, based on observation of company Instagram account activities, interviews, and social media performance data. The results show that the utilization of interactive features such as stories, reels, and informative feeds can increase audience engagement and strengthen public understanding of electricity-based services and lifestyles. This study concludes that optimizing content strategy, consistency of posts, and collaboration with local communities are effective in expanding reach and supporting the company's digital transformation.

This study aims to analyze the intuitive thinking skills of junior high school students in solving geometric problems based on their learning styles: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. The research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through a learning style questionnaire to categorize students, problem-solving tests on geometric shapes, and in-depth interviews to explore students' intuitive thinking abilities. The findings indicate that students with a visual learning style exhibit stronger intuitive thinking skills compared to those with auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. Visual learners provided clear and well-structured answers aligned with intuitive thinking indicators such as Catalytic Inference, Power of Synthesis, and Common Sense. Conversely, auditory learners tended to give less detailed answers, although they could identify relevant information. Kinesthetic learners offered brief and less detailed responses, particularly in specifying measurements and units in their calculations. These findings underscore the importance of understanding students' diverse learning styles to optimize mathematics teaching strategies, particularly in enhancing problem-solving skills and intuitive thinking.

In the era of artificial intelligence (AI), technology is growing rapidly and changing the way businesses are run. AI enables automation, big data analysis, and increased operational efficiency. However, this development also raises various ethical issues that companies need to pay attention to so as not to harm consumers, society, and the environment. This study explores the paradigm of artificial intelligence in the context of business ethics, focusing on its impacts, challenges, and potential benefits in the business world. This study uses a systematic literature review approach from various reputable sources. The article criteria include literature published from 2019 to 2024 with the theme of business ethics in the AI era, and other articles relevant to this study. Based on the search, 15 articles were determined that were relevant to the predetermined criteria. The results of the study found that in this study, AI is not only a technical tool to improve operational efficiency, but is also able to redefine business ethics in the modern era. AI offers great potential to overcome traditional ethical challenges and create new paradigms in business decision making. However, this opportunity is also accompanied by significant challenges, such as algorithmic bias, data privacy, and lack of regulation. This discussion will review the role of AI in business ethics, the benefits it brings, the challenges it faces, and the steps that can be taken to optimize the ethical use of AI.

This study examines the intense competition in the contemporary franchise beverage industry in Gorontalo City, where consumers have many choices that affect loyalty to certain brands. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand equity and marketing mix on customer loyalty. This descriptive quantitative research uses accidental sampling with 100 samples. Data analysis includes statistical tests as well as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) models. This study shows that brand equity and marketing mix have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously, with the t-count and f-count values exceeding the table limit at the 95% confidence level. SEM-PLS analysis confirmed the significant relationship with p-values of 0.05 and t-statistics of 1.96, supporting the tested model. The research conclusion shows that brand equity and marketing mix have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. As advice, business owners of contemporary beverage franchises in Gorontalo City are advised to strengthen brand equity, as well as optimize creative and effective marketing strategies to increase competitiveness.

The Kampung Melayu bombing tragedy in May 2017, which involved a suicide bombing, highlighted new dynamics in terrorism crimes in Indonesia in terms of attack patterns, targets, and impacts. The study of the Kampung Melayu bombing case can provide a clearer picture of how terrorism crimes develop and how state defense strategies can be optimized to prevent similar threats in the future. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of terrorism development in Indonesia, especially through the Kampung Melayu bombing case study, and explore the implementation of the concept of state defense as a collective response to the threat. The research method used is normative juridical, with a statutory approach and analysis of relevant legal concepts. Therefore, it is important to examine more deeply how the crime of terrorism develops by examining it from the legal and social aspects. This study concludes that the eradication of terrorism must be a shared responsibility between the government and society by integrating legal policies and the implementation of state defense in order to strengthen national resilience.

The rapid growth of online English learning platforms has introduced new opportunities for language acquisition, yet maintaining student engagement and motivation remains a persistent challenge. Many learners experience reduced participation and limited knowledge retention in digital settings compared to traditional classroom environments. Addressing this issue, the present study investigates the effectiveness of gamified quizzes as a pedagogical strategy to enhance engagement, motivation, and retention among online English learners. A quasi-experimental design was employed with two groups: a control group that used a standard online platform and a treatment group that engaged with gamified quizzes incorporating points, badges, and leaderboards. Data on engagement were collected through participation frequency and time spent, while motivation was measured using pre- and post-intervention questionnaires, and retention was assessed through follow-up tests. Statistical analyses using independent-sample t-tests and ANOVA revealed significant differences between the two groups. The treatment group demonstrated higher engagement, stronger motivation, and improved retention outcomes compared to the control group. These results, supported by both tabular and graphical representations, highlight the pedagogical value of gamification in addressing motivational challenges and fostering meaningful learning. The study concludes that gamified quizzes serve not only as motivational tools but also as effective mechanisms to strengthen long-term knowledge retention in online English education. Implications for practice suggest that educators and digital learning designers should integrate gamification elements as a central feature of online platforms to optimize learner outcomes.

Goat urine is liquid waste from goat feces. Goat urine is able to provide macro and micro nutrients and contains growth regulators (ZPT) that plants need. Goat urine contains 1.5% nitrogen, 0.13% phosphorus, and 1.8% potassium. Goat urine contains natural hormones of IAA, gibberellin, and cytokinin higher than other livestock urine. Goat urine processing can be done by fermentation. Fermentation is a process of chemical changes in an organic substrate through enzyme activity produced by microorganisms. The results of fermentation of organic materials such as sugar, alcohol, amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and other organic compounds are easily absorbed directly by plant roots. The use of effective microorganisms in the manufacture of goat urine fermented liquid organic fertilizer aims to accelerate the fermentation process. Effective microorganisms or also known as probiotics are mixed cultures of various types of beneficial microorganisms such as photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, actinomycetes yeasts, fermentation fungi that can improve soil microbes. The use of solid waste of goat manure is commonly done by farmers, but the use of liquid waste (urine) of fermented goats has not been widely known. Therefore, it is important to optimize the use of fermented goat urine as liquid organic fertilizer.

Facebook is one of the social media that people are interested in communicating and disseminating information. Facebook's social media provides a variety of feature options, such as status, photo and video sharing, user-created content. Status, photos, and videos features are commonly used to disseminate information. This form of information dissemination can be a digital design that includes graphic design, illustrations and communicative explanations. A communicative design is a design created to convey information. Where communicative design is absolutely necessary to disseminate information to the public. Communicative design contains valid, interesting, concise information but the information delivered remains easy to understand and clear. That's why information dissemination is well received by the public. Energy efficiency has become a critical focus in manufacturing plants due to rising operational costs and increasing environmental concerns. The growing importance of energy management is driven by the need to reduce energy consumption, lower emissions, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Traditional maintenance practices, such as reactive and preventive maintenance, often lead to unnecessary downtime, high repair costs, and inefficient energy usage. In contrast, predictive maintenance (PdM), supported by Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled sensor networks, offers a proactive approach to minimizing energy waste by predicting equipment failures before they occur. This study develops a predictive maintenance framework using IoT-based sensor networks to optimize energy usage and reduce energy losses in manufacturing plants. The research begins with an overview of IoT sensor network architectures and their applications in industrial automation, including sensors such as temperature, vibration, and pressure sensors. It explores predictive analytics techniques, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, used for failure prediction, which are key to enhancing energy efficiency. The study emphasizes how predictive maintenance contributes to industrial sustainability by reducing carbon footprints and optimizing energy consumption. The research methodology involves the installation of IoT sensors in critical machinery, real-time data analysis using machine learning algorithms for failure prediction, and energy consumption measurement before and after implementing IoT-based interventions. The results show significant improvements in energy consumption efficiency and operational productivity. Predictive maintenance led to reduced unplanned downtime, increased equipment reliability, and a more sustainable manufacturing process. However, challenges such as sensor integration, initial setup costs, and data security concerns were identified. The study concludes with recommendations for integrating IoT-based predictive maintenance systems into manufacturing plants to further optimize energy usage and promote sustainability.

This research is motivated by the problems found by researchers related to the promotion mix at Syamsiah Padang Lawas Hotel. This study aims to determine the promotion mix strategy carried out at Syamsiah Hotel Padang Lawas. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive methods. This research was conducted at Syamsiah Hotel Padang Lawas in June-July 2020. Determination of research informants using purposive sampling technique with a total of 4 informants. The data used are primary data in the form of direct communication with informants carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and secondary data obtained from Syamsiah Hotel Management documents. Data validity checking technique is done by tringulation. The data analysis techniques used are inductive analysis, deductive analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of research on the meeting package promotion mix strategy at Syamsiah Padang Lawas Hotel, it can be concluded that the hotel has strengths in utilizing various advertising media, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations, and direct marketing. Advertising strategies through social media and print media allow hotels to reach a wide market segment, while providing discounts in sales promotions can increase bookings. Personal selling is effective in building direct relationships with customers, and involvement in public relations can improve the hotel's image. Direct marketing through WhatsApp has also proven to be efficient in targeting specific customers. However, there are some weaknesses, such as the design of pamphlets and brochures that are not updated, customer dependence on discounts, limited reach of sales calls, and lack of collaboration with the media and website development. Threats from competitors, negative public perception, and strategic mistakes also need to be well anticipated. By maximizing strengths and opportunities and overcoming weaknesses and threats, Hotel Syamsiah can optimize promotional strategies to achieve better results.

In the current digital era, social media has become one of the most effective marketing tools for businesses. Instagram, as an image-based platform, provides great opportunities for coffee shops to build and develop their brands. This research aims to analyze how Instagram social media is utilized. , especially the Kawan.cafespace Instagram account, in forming the branding of a coffee shop. By taking a case study on this Instagram account, this research tries to understand the strategies and techniques used in forming a strong brand image in the digital realm. Through a qualitative approach and content analysis, this research shows that the use of Instagram from Kawan.cafespace is able to create wide exposure, positive interactions with followers, and build a unique brand identity for the coffee shop. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of using social media in improving branding and online presence for food and beverage businesses such as coffee shops. This research can provide insight for coffee business owners and marketing practitioners to optimize the potential of Instagram social media in strengthening their brand image in the digital market.

The adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has emerged as a crucial strategy for medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to streamline back-office operations, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs. RPA involves the use of software robots to automate repetitive, rule-based administrative tasks, allowing employees to focus on more complex, value-added activities. This study explores the implementation of RPA in medium enterprises, focusing on its impact on cost efficiency, administrative workload reduction, and operational performance. The research uses a case study approach, analyzing medium enterprises that have adopted RPA to assess the effectiveness of automation in improving business processes. Data collection methods include interviews, surveys, and company reports to evaluate how RPA affects workload, accuracy, and cost savings. The findings indicate that RPA significantly reduces manual administrative tasks, leading to faster processing times, lower error rates, and substantial cost savings. Employees in enterprises that adopted RPA reported increased job satisfaction due to the reduction of monotonous tasks and the opportunity to engage in more strategic work. However, challenges such as employee resistance, data security concerns, and system integration complexities were also identified. The study compares RPA’s impact with traditional manual processes, highlighting improvements in speed, accuracy, and overall cost efficiency. Additionally, the study compares RPA adoption across industries such as manufacturing, retail, and service, revealing sector-specific challenges and successes. The paper concludes by emphasizing the practical implications for SMEs, suggesting that RPA can optimize business operations and urging further research on its long-term effects on employee roles and organizational culture.

The purpose of this research is to analyze E-voting arrangements in organizing elections in Indonesia in accordance with the principles of organizing elections in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research which bases its analysis on applicable laws and regulations that are relevant to the legal issues that are the focus of the research. The research data sources are primary data, secondary data and tertiary data which are then analyzed juridically-qualitatively and presented in descriptive form. The research results show that implementing E-voting can overcome various problems in conventional voting systems, but implementing E-voting in elections in Indonesia faces challenges in terms of the readiness of the government, election organizers (KPU), and community culture. Although E-voting offers efficiency and increased participation, clear regulations are still missing, hindering widespread implementation. The readiness of infrastructure and human resources is also an issue, considering the need for adequate training and technology. In addition, people's cultural tendencies that tend to be skeptical of new technology can influence the acceptance of E-voting. Therefore, a comprehensive study and gradual preparation are needed to optimize the implementation of E-voting.

Early childhood is a "golden age" that is crucial for a child's development, where education plays an important role in optimizing their potential. According to psychologist Dinny H. A. Rully, parents have a significant responsibility in channeling their child's talents from an early age to ensure they do not miss out on this golden period. Developing a child's potential requires a conducive environment and a parenting style that supports creativity, including clear communication and positive parental control. A child's talents can be identified through aptitude tests from an early age, aiming to optimize potential, prevent learning problems, and select appropriate curricula and activities. Internal factors such as motivation and perseverance, as well as external factors like parental support, greatly influence a child's talent development. Aptitude tests, involving child psychologists, encompass various activities to identify types of talents such as intellectual, academic, creative, artistic, psychomotor, and social. Nurturing a child's interests and talents requires attention from parents and the surrounding environment, including providing diverse experiences, motivation, and recognition, as well as offering the necessary resources to overcome obstacles and fully develop the child's abilities.
