This study aims to analyze the influence of remuneration, work environment, and work-life balance on employee performance at PT Duta Utama Mustika. The background of this research lies in the importance of improving employee performance to achieve optimal company goals. Factors such as a fair remuneration system, a comfortable work environment, and maintaining a balance between work and personal life are believed to significantly impact employee productivity and performance. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 80 employees selected using a specific sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale to measure variables including remuneration, work environment, work-life balance, and employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that remuneration has a significant effect on employee performance, meaning that providing appropriate and fair compensation can enhance motivation and work performance. Similarly, the work environment significantly influences performance, suggesting that a safe, comfortable, and supportive workplace contributes to employee productivity. In addition, work-life balance was also found to have a significant effect on performance, demonstrating that balancing job demands with personal life is essential for employees to remain focused and perform effectively. Based on these findings, the company is recommended to improve its remuneration system, create a more conducive work environment, and implement policies that promote work-life balance in order to enhance overall employee performance sustainably.

Human Resource Management is the development of human resource that carry out planning, implementation, recruitment, career development of employees, employees and carry out initiatives on organizational development in an organization, or company. This study aims to analyze the implementation of employee performance management in a notary office. Performance management is a systematic process of organizational goals. In the notarial work environment, performance management plays a crucial role in ensuring legal service are accurate, timely, and professional. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document analysis. The result indicate that performance management has been applied through the setting of work targets, monitoring of outcomes, and the provisions of evaluations and feedback. However some challenges remain, such as the absence of structured evaluation system and a lack of regular training. The conclusions of this study emphasizes the importance of developing a more formal and measurable work management system in order to increase employee motivation and overall performance. The implications of the research are expected to be a reference in human resource development in notary office and other legal service institutions.

This study was conducted because the author saw the facts at PT Pelita Mulia Bersinar Each employee has different knowledge that is adjusted to their level of education, this is a determinant for the placement and success of the goals of the targets to be achieved by the company; The experience of employees certainly varies according to how long they have worked in the field which will indirectly form different thought patterns. In addition, it will also affect decision making to achieve the best quality of livestock production; The variety of employee socialization styles with partner farmers who have their own characteristics and different socialization models; and The achievement of livestock production quality in a company is fluctuating which is influenced by different employee competencies, in this case, influenced by different levels of employee knowledge and experience. The purpose of this study is to study, find out, and analyze the influence of employee knowledge on the quality of livestock production; the influence of experience on the quality of livestock production; and the influence of employee knowledge and experience on the quality of livestock production. While the method used in this study is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach, while the technical data analysis, namely descriptive statistics Analysis and Inductive Statistics (Inferential) with correlation and multiple regression analysis tools. The results of the study and discussion show that employee knowledge has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; experience has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; and employee knowledge and experience have a positive effect on the quality of livestock production.

Singular Digital Printing is the name of a business operating in the printing, digital printing, advertising & merchandise sector. As a business activity in providing services to consumers and in the midst of increasingly tight competition, companies are required to provide services quickly and precisely according to the expectations of today's consumers who want smart services. Therefore, in an effort to motivate the performance of its employees, Singular Digital Printing provides rewards in the form of additional income to its employees in the form of incentives, the results of which have yet to be felt. Suryani (2019) states that incentives are stimuli given to employees with the aim of encouraging employees to act and do something for company goals. In this Community Service, the aim is to carry out socialization activities regarding the mechanism/pattern of giving rewards in the form of additional income in the form of incentives so that when implementing incentives there is a standard operational basis/guidelines, and employees know and understand their rights and obligations.  Incentives provided programmatically in the form of performance bonuses, awards or additional allowances have fostered motivation, loyalty and enthusiasm to be more productive and perform better in employees.

The purpose of this study is to determine the literature review on Influencer marketing and product quality on the purchase intention of generation Z consumers. Advances in internet technology have led to shifts in human lifestyles, especially in purchasing patterns. In writing this article, literature review plays an important role in formulating research ideas, understanding previous findings related to the topic, and identifying gaps in existing knowledge.A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted in two well-known databases, ScienceDirect and Scopus. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 1,498 out of 2,036 articles were assessed as relevant, after which these papers were carefully examined to produce an in-depth analysis of the subject. Ultimately, 13 papers were selected for in-depth examination in the study. Based on SLR data, the articles were written between 2021 and 2024. The research methodology used in this paper includes descriptive analysis and bibliographic analysis.The results of writing the article are known that Influencer marketing is one of the company's strategies in achieving their strategic goals by utilizing influencers as messengers for products or brands so that they can reach a wider market.Brand is the identity of a company, where companies build a good brand image so that potential consumers can remember the good image of a product and stick to potential consumers.The results of this study show that many factors influence consumer behavior, including the role of influencers, product quality, and social media marketing strategies.

This article discusses the development of accounting information systems to improve efficiency and accuracy, focusing on a case study of the implementation of accounting program changes. Previous studies have shown that effective accounting information systems can significantly improve the quality of accounting and managerial information. The implementation of accounting program changes often involves the integration of information technology to improve the process of financial reporting, internal control, and analysis of company performance. Previous studies have shown that companies that adopt information technology in their accounting systems have a competitive advantage in managing and analyzing financial information more efficiently. Important factors in the development of accounting information systems are the need to ensure data accuracy, reporting speed, and real-time availability of information for internal and external stakeholders. This study also explores the positive impact of the use of accounting information systems on the company's operational efficiency and strategic decision making. Successful implementations show that modern accounting information systems are able to integrate various business functions, such as finance, inventory, and manufacturing, to improve the coordination and effectiveness of the organization as a whole. Thus, the development of accounting information systems not only improves the company's internal processes but also enhances the company's adaptability to rapid and complex changes in the business environment. This study provides a strong theoretical foundation for understanding the importance of information technology integration in the context of accounting program changes to achieve higher efficiency and accuracy goals.

Human resource management (HRM) plays an important role in helping organizations achieve short-term and long-term goals by aligning those goals with overall business strategy. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and to provide an overview of effective employee training and development to increase company productivity. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through literature study. Based on the studies conducted, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory emphasizes that human resource management methods are selected according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy should align with the company's core mission and vision, and serve as a roadmap for achieving profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. In addition, proper training and development can significantly influence employee productivity, which in turn will improve the well-being and prosperity of the company. For a company to achieve its goals, the human resource aspect must be competitive. Human resource performance is the spearhead of this achievement. Therefore, the company must provide work comfort to employees so that their performance is optimal and maximum. The purpose of this study aims to analyse the extent of the effects of job increments and remuneration on job performance through job comfort. The effect of job increments and remuneration on job comfort directly or indirectly through moderating variables. The population in this study totalled 136 people. With 120 respondents taking the sempel. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling method. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are job increments affect job comfort, remuneration affects job comfort, job increments affect job performance, remuneration affects job performance, job comfort affects job performance, job increments have no effect on job performance through job comfort, remuneration affects job performance through job comfort.

The success of Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor is greatly influenced by the performance of its employees. Good work results can help Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor in achieving the goals and objectives that have been set. In other words, the better the employee's performance, the easier it will be to achieve the goals of Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor. On the other hand, if employee performance is low, it is not easy for Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor to achieve its goals. So the role of employee performance is a factor that cannot be separated from the objectives of Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor so that the quality of employee performance will influence the achievement of the objectives of Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor. This research aims to determine and analyze the role of organizational culture and career development in improving the performance of Perumda Tirta Pakuan employees in Bogor City. This research uses descriptive qualitative, with the data collected mostly in the form of words or images rather than numbers. The objects of this research are employees at Perumda Tirta Pakuan, Bogor. The research carries out analysis of the data obtained through interviews and other documents by combining and selecting data that is close to suitability related to the research study. The research results show that the role of organizational culture in improving employee performance at Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor is based on a talent management strategy which is an integrated system, designed to improve performance through the process of attracting and selecting, developing, utilizing and retaining employees who have skills and talents. in order to meet current and future organizational needs. The role of career development in improving the performance of Perumda Tirta Pakuan employees in Bogor is known that career development is an activity for future career planning by the employees themselves or the company concerned so that the company can also develop itself optimally.

Attendance and punctuality of employee attendance are often used as one indicators in employee performance assessment.Employee absenteeism has a big impact on work productivity in achieving company goals, especially in government agencies related to community services. Regarding the village apparatus in Bengkayang District, it is ONE of the government agencies that still carries out the attendance process manually so that data collection on attendance hours, entry hours, departure times, recapitulation of employee absences requires a relatively long time in the calculation and data search process. This manual attendance process is prone to causing incidents loss of data can affect the credibility of the data used to make employee absence reports. Based on these problems, something is needed employee attendance information system to manage data related to employee absences. The Employee Attendance Information System in this research was built using a qualitative method, where this method consists of the stages of problem analysis, system requirements, system requirements analysis, and system design. Employee work behavior will influence company performance and direct the achievement of company goals. employee work behavior at PT. Indolakto Pasuruan is the subject of this research. Primary data was obtained through surveys, observations and interviews. This research involved all production department employees at PT. Indolakto Pasuruan, numbering 160 people. The results show that employees have motivation, can show work productivity, are responsible and work hard.

Companies can invest time and resources in developing, motivating, and nurturing the well-being of their employees. This not only has an impact on short-term success, but also on the company's long-term growth and sustainability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The method used is quantitative in the form of explanatory research. The data was collected with a questionnaire that was distributed to all staff at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency, totaling 80 people. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is SEM with PLS as the analysis technique. The results of the study showed that work discipline had an effect on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency. Work motivation affects employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects employee performance through work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The conclusion in this study is that work discipline includes punctuality, precision, and consistency in carrying out tasks. Meanwhile, work motivation is a key factor that encourages employees to achieve their goals and give their best performance.

This study examines the work engagement of millennial employees at PT Jamkrindo in 2022. The work engagement level at PT Jamkrindo is reported to be high and has shown an improvement compared to the previous year. However, there are key areas that need to be the company's top priority, namely providing an adequate work environment and ensuring certainty in employee career development. Self-determination acts as a mediation factor, allowing the research to explore and understand the internal processes that occur in the minds and emotions of individuals. How individuals respond to and interpret the work environment and career development personally can explain why and how work engagement is formed, involving psychological factors such as individual goals, values, and self-perceptions. Based on the research findings, the work environment at PT Jamkrindo has a significant impact on the level of work engagement. Similarly, career development at PT Jamkrindo also significantly influences the level of work engagement. The work environment at PT Jamkrindo has a significant impact on the level of work engagement through self-determination as a mediating factor. However, career development at PT Jamkrindo does not have a significant impact on work engagement through self-determination. There is potential for further in-depth research, including a deeper understanding of specific factors in the work environment and career development programs that have the most significant impact on millennial employees.

A good company is one that takes care of its employees. If employees feel uncomfortable working in the company, it can cause the risk of employee turnover intention in a company. A high turnover intention rate can hinder the achievement of company goals. Supriadi, Trang, and Rogi (2021:1217) explain that turnover intention is a situation where employees of an organization have plans to leave their jobs, or the tendency for employees to voluntarily stop working from their jobs according to their own choice. In the novel Resign by Almira Bastari tells the story of an employee who is tired of working from a company and wants to Resign from the company immediately. From the novel, the researcher aims to analyze the factors that cause the turniver intention of company employees in the novel using qualitative descriptive methods. Qualitative descriptive method is a research procedure that can produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of people and behavior that has been observed (Moleong, 2018: 4). The results of the analysis that has been carried out by researchers found that there are 4 factors that cause turnover intention in the novel, namely workload, job satisfaction, unsupportive leadership style, and compensation. The conclusion of this study is that a company cannot run without employees, therefore to achieve the goals of the company, it is important for companies to pay attention to the condition of their employees so that employees can work as much as possible and reduce the risk of turnover intention in the company.

Companies face the challenge of achieving goals and objectives with effective, efficient and risk-free operations. One strategy that is commonly used is opening new branches or establishing new branches. This research focuses on PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, an oil palm plantation company, and investigates the implementation of PSAK 65 in preparing consolidated financial statements. PSAK 65 is important for recording transactions during the consolidation process, recognizing subsidiary profits, and preparing financial reports according to general accounting standards. This study involves comparisons with previous research, such as the implementation of PSAK 65 by PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This research aims to provide further understanding of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk's consolidated accounting practices and compliance with these standards.

The profile book is an important element that summarizes information about the company. This includes various aspects, such as company history, company vision and mission, organizational structure, products or services offered, as well as relevant achievements or projects. Technology that continues to develop makes profile books an effective communication tool. Profile books are designed to provide external parties with a general overview of a company's identity, goals and capabilities. This activity was carried out at the Outbound Base which is located in Ngingas Hamlet, Simpang Village, Prambon District. Alas Outbound Education offers various innovative educational programs. However, to achieve the current vision and mission, an important step in increasing community participation is to expand outreach and outreach activities. Therefore, designing the Alas Outbound profile book is an important step in marketing tourist attractions. This profile book design activity uses problem analysis methods and design analysis methods. This method is useful for determining the topic of the problem that will be studied and discussed. This method is carried out by interviewing Alas Outbound business owners. The design analysis method is useful for analyzing the flow in designing a profile book. This activity can be used to carry out field observations (site surveys) and also interviews with several Alas Outbound employees. An important aim of designing this profile book is to be an effective marketing tool for the public or potential investors to support this educain Simpang Villagetional tourism destination.

The purpose of this research is to dissect the relationship between capital structure and variables including liquidity, business size, and sales growth. A crude measure of liquidity, the current ratio formula may be found here. A company's size is sometimes described in terms of its Ln (total assets). The debt-equity ratio is used to assess the firm's financial health, and sales growth is calculated by contrasting t+1 with t sales. Researchers employ purposeful sampling to pick research participants from a broader community so that their findings are generally applicable and applicable to the study's goals. Purposive sampling allowed us to gather information from 69 separate companies trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange within the property and real estate industry for the years 2019 and 2020. The development of the business world and increasingly rapid economic developments encourage business competitors to improve company performance. The establishment of a company must have clear goals. To achieve the company's goal of making a profit, various strong supporting factors are needed, one of which is good funding management. Determining the optimal level of capital structure is a funding decision in achieving company goals. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 Period.This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data source used is a secondary data source originating from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The research results show that the Return On Asset variable has no influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021, then the Return On Equity variable has no influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021 , then the Net Profit Margin variable has no influence on Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021, and Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Net Profit Margin simultaneously have an influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia 2019-2021.
