This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Dukuh Pakis District Office in Surabaya City in carrying out daily administrative tasks as well as socialization activities with the community. The performance measurement method used refers to the four dimensions of employee performance proposed by Mangkunegara (2004), namely quality of work, discipline in work, initiative, and responsibility. Through observation and interviews, it was found that several obstacles hindered the performance of employees, such as lack of discipline in working hours, mismatch between job descriptions and tasks performed, and low supervision and enforcement of sanctions for violations. Nevertheless, there were good initiatives from some employees and a fairly high level of awareness of their responsibilities. Based on these findings, it is recommended to make improvements in time management, increase supervision and enforcement of discipline, provide training to enhance initiative, and solidify job descriptions to optimize employee performance. It is hoped that with the implementation of these recommendations, the performance of employees at the Dukuh Pakis District Office in Surabaya City can be significantly improved.

Workload analysis provides an opportunity to smooth workload or reduce work activities that do not provide added value. Detailed evaluation and analysis of each work element of a position will display a more detailed workload map. PT. XYZ requires detailed workload mapping to be able to display the load profile for each position. The results of this load mapping can be used for workload normalization analysis. This research uses the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method. The data used in this research are job descriptions, frequency and working hours. The research results show that the FTE-based workload value of the Vacum Geiss AG operator is FIT (value 1-1.28), namely on 03-10-2023 it is 1.030 and on 04-10-2023 it is 1.030 which is fit because the FTE value is between The value is 1-1.28 so that the operator's work load is appropriate on that day, then on 05-10-2023 on the Geiss AG vacuum machine it is 0.915, it is still underload because the FTE value is below the value of 0.99 so the operator on that day is underloaded. the work is not suitable and additional work is needed.

This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and job descriptions on the performance of PT employees. Sharia Pawnshop Ginte Market Branch. The population in this study was 30 employees, consisting of 20 permanent employees and 10 contract employees at PT. Sharia Pawnshop Ginte Market Branch. The sample in this study was 30 employees of PT. Sharia Pegadaian Pasar Ginte Branch uses a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population is used as a sample in this research. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study, data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. A notary is a public official who aims to serve the public in the field of legal services in making authentic deeds by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2004. This goal can be achieved if human resource management provides job descriptions and specifications to achieve employee work effectiveness one of which is the Notary Office of Ebony Kiki Haga, S.H., M.Kn, which requires employee work effectiveness in service activities. In this case, the administrative staff is the most important role related to the effectiveness of the notary's office. Work effectiveness has not been achieved properly because there is no defined job description and specifications, so there is often a miscommunication regarding the division of work. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using field methods (observation), interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions, then testing the credibility of the data using the triangulation method. The result of this research is that the work effectiveness of administrative staff has met 3 (three) indicators of work effectiveness, after doing job analysis with the results being able to apply job descriptions and specifications for administrative staff.
