In a more competitive business environment, employee performance is a crucial factor that influences an organization's success. Elevated employee performance not only facilitates the attainment of business objectives but also fosters a positive and productive work environment. This study seeks to examine the correlation among employee motivation, work discipline, and performance, along with external influences that may affect the interplay among these three components. By comprehending this link, it is anticipated that firms can devise more effective strategies for managing human resources, hence enhancing total employee performance. This study used a quantitative methodology with a sample of all employees from energy companies in Madura, comprising a total of 50 individuals. Data were gathered via questionnaires with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Data study employed multiple linear regression, revealing that job motivation and work discipline significantly influenced employee performance. The analysis results indicated that the regression model accounted for 44.1% of the variance in employee performance, with work motivation and work discipline identified as significant independent factors. This study's conclusions offer theoretical and practical insights for firms to enhance employee performance. Organizations must cultivate a work environment that fosters internal drive and work discipline, while also considering external elements such as effective supervision and leadership structures. Consequently, firms can formulate more efficient human resource management strategies to enhance employee performance across diverse sectors.

This This Study aimed to (1) understand the overview of employe, performance, Organizational support, and work discipline, and (2) analyze the influence of organizational support and work discipline on employee performace both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees of the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency (BAPELITBANG) of the Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, the study was conducted using a census or saturated samping method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and infertial statistical methods, specificallymultiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using f- tesr and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicated that the employee performance variable was categorized as good, the organizational support variable was also categorized as good,and the work discipline variable was categorized as good as well. The results of the t-test showed that partially,the organizational support variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, the work discipline variable had  a positive and significant effect and employee performance.the result of the f-test showed that simultaneously, the organizational support and the work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis results indicated that the two independent variables in this study could explain 23,4%  of the variation in the rise and fall of employee performance at the regional planning, Reseach, and Development Agency ( BAPELITBANG) of Sikka Regency.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, workload and work discipline on employee performance at the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique through a questionnaire created via Google Form with the criteria for all employees of the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, totaling 56 employees. The data analysis method uses statistical methods with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, (2) Work load has no partial effect on employee performance of the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, (3) ) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, and (4) Leadership style and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, but workload does not partially affect employee performance at the Corintek Inti Sejahtera sub-branch. Human Resources are a valuable asset and are the focus of every company. Therefore, so that employees can be active at work and have high work morale, companies need something that can motivate their employees, namely by providing support in the form of compensation and work discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the South Jakarta City Central Statistics Agency. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 60 respondents. Then this research shows that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance and partially the compensation variable does not have a significant effect while the work discipline variable has a significant effect.

Leadership style and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at UPTD roads and bridges in the service area of ​​1 SPPJJ unit in Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency 1. The population in this study is all SPPJJ employees in Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency. 1 as many as 31 people. By using quantitative methods and collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis uses data quality tests, namely validity tests and reliability tests, and classical assumption test analysis, namely: normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The research results show that simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 0.341 which explains that the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance variables is 34.1%. It is hoped that the results of this research will lead leaders in the UPTD roads and bridges service area 1 of the SPPJJ unit of Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency 1 to develop a leadership style and continue to improve their work discipline to obtain maximum performance.

The phenomenon of changing market dynamics and increasingly complex business competition, where employee performance factors become crucial for the company's success. The novelty of this research lies in exploring the contribution of organizational citizenship behavior and work discipline to employee performance in the context of local companies. This research aims to explore and analyze the dynamics of employee performance at CV. Dadi Djoyo Malang with a focus on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Discipline. The research method used is quantitative by collecting data through surveys using questionnaires to CV employees. Dadi Djoyo Malang. Data analysis was carried out using a statistical approach to identify the relationship between OCB, work discipline and employee performance. The findings of this research indicate that OCB and work discipline have a significant positive influence on employee performance at CV. Dadi Djoyo Malang. The implications of this research point to the importance of companies paying attention to and developing organizational citizenship behavior and improving employee work discipline to achieve optimal performance. This study contributes to the context of improving employee performance in local companies as well as becoming a reference for management in adopting relevant and effective policies to increase the company's competitiveness.

The aim of this research is to understand how the use of technology and motivation influences the performance of employees at the Makassar Agricultural Quarantine Agency (BBKP). This data was surveyed to obtain primary data. The Slovin formula was used in this study, and a total of 37 people were sampled. The validity and reliability of these findings have been evaluated, through tests of heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality have all been considered. The data analysis method uses multiple regression.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. This type of quantitative research, this research uses primary and secondary data. The research sample consisted of 35 employees of SMPK Mardi Wiyata Kediri using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and test the coefficient of determination (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program.The research results show that the t test results of the Leadership Style variable (X1) have a partially significant effect on Employee Performance by getting a sig value. 0.001 < 0.05 and the Work Discipline variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance with a sig. 0.004 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at SMPK Mardi Wiyata Kediri with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. In this research, it is also known that the coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R square variable Leadership Style and Work Discipline has an influence of 60.5% in influencing employee performance, while the remaining 39.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.
