The purpose of writing this article is to find out that Dalihan Natolu in Batak customs, especially us as Toba Batak people and we can understand that this theology is also connected to the concept of Dalihan Natolu as a symbol of unity in Toba Batak tribal customs and we also as Indonesian people are a reflection of traditions and culture that have been known throughout the world since the time of our ancestors. However, with the entry and domination of Western religions in Indonesia, traditional and cultural values ​​began to experience a process of desacralization and were even marginalized. As a result, the identity of the Indonesian people seems to be lost in expressing their beliefs. To face this challenge, a new theological model is needed that is rooted in what exists in Indonesia, in this case the concept of Dalihan Na Tolu, namely the customs of the Batak tribe. And dalihan na tolu is a kinship system that brings society to an egalitarian status in love and sacrifice.

The process of directly appointing supervisors for non-state civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the Medan Customs and Excise Laboratory (BLBC) creates obstacles, due to the absence of a comprehensive assessment such as the social and managerial competence of prospective mentors. This research aims to increase the accuracy of selecting PPNPN supervisors using the profile matching method. This method compares individual competency with position competency to find the gap value between the two. There are 10 alternative names that will be analyzed in this research. The results of this research are a ranking of the names. The alternative that gets the highest ranking is the one who has the right to become the PPNPN supervisor. From the results of the profile matching method calculations that have been carried out, it is found that the employee candidate who has the right to become the selected PPNPN supervisor is Eka Soraya Siregar with a score of 4.18.

Writing this paper or research paper has the aim and objective of knowing the Procedure for Handling the Arrival and Departure of Export Ships Loaded with Liquid Bulk at PT. Tarahan Cipta Kencana Branch, Lampung Branch. The methods applied are the literature method or (library research) as well as the field inspection method (field research) by describing the Arrival and Departure Handling Procedures for Export Vessels Containing Liquid Bulk Cargo at PT. Tarahan Cipta Kencana Branch, Lampung Branch. In this paper we have explained the obstacles faced, including the cargo not being ready from the shipper and the cargo analysis results not yet being published from the customs and excise agency. There are things that can be done to achieve the goal so that the ship is not hindered in the ship loading process and there are no delays in the ship's departure. So that the ship agency service process can run smoothly, precisely and quickly, PT. Tarunabuat Kencana must pay attention to and prepare all the facilities and infrastructure needed in the ship service process.

The Indonesian nation is a nation which is often called a multicultural nation, in which there are various religions, ethnicities, races, even languages ​​and cultural customs. This research was conducted so that readers realize that living amidst a diverse society is not easy, so it is necessary to have a sense of love and tolerance within oneself to produce harmony. This is in line with the basic Christian faith in love and harmony. Then what is the role of Christian Religious Education in maintaining tolerance in diverse communities, for example, from religion, ethnicity, culture and so on.

This study ams to find out more clearly how the process of unloading sugar from the Dancewood SW ship to the truck by PT. PBM Gelora Perkasa Belawan starts from before the unloading process until it is finished. The stevedoring company is a unit of activity carried out at the port, especially the Ujung Baru Belawan port. PT PBM Gelora Perkasa Belawan as a company engaged in the field of stevedoring plays a very important role in the activities at the Ujung Baru Belawan port. Government agency officers related or associated with the activities of ships entering and leaving the port organized by the shipping company are the Belawan Man Harbormaster's office, Port Authority, immigration, PT Pelindo, Customs and Excise. This ams to find out about the process of unloading sugar from the Dancewood SW ship to the truck at PT. PBM Gelora Perkasa Belawan, and also to find out the obstacles found during unloading at the Ujung Baru Belawan port. The method used by the author in completing this paper is Field Research to make it easier for the author to complete this paper and Library Research, the author obtans material or paper materials and books in the library or other reading sources related to the topic of discussion taken.

This research aims to find out and analyze how law enforcement efforts are carried out in cases of distribution of illegal tobacco products by Gorontalo Customs and Excise officials. This research is classified as empirical research using a qualitative approach and then using data collection techniques by means of interviews, literature review, documentation, and using descriptive data analysis. The results of this research indicate that law enforcement efforts against the distribution of illegal tobacco products by Gorontalo Customs and Excise officials include preventive law enforcement (prevention) and repressive law enforcement (Action). In preventive law enforcement Customs and Excise officials carry out legal socialization activities, routine patrol activities and carry out observations, to enforce repressive laws from Customs and Excise officials when they receive information from the intelligence unit or complaints from the public, the data received is then analyzed. If the results of the analysis show that the data meets operational standards then the process of action, deterrence, inspection, sealing and confiscation is continued. Customs and Excise officials in carrying out law enforcement have not yet reached the realm of court, only the imposition of administrative sanctions.    

Advertising ethics regulate advertising practices to ensure that advertisements delivered to consumers are accurate, honest, and not misleading. Unethical or inappropriate advertising can harm consumers by providing false or misleading information, which can ultimately damage brand reputation and consumer trust. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using a case study method on the Sedaap noodle advertisement, Tasty Beef Yakiniku version. The results of the study showed that there were violations of the Indonesian Advertising Ethics (EPI) that were not yet known by many people, so that they could mislead consumers who watched them. Advertisers must pay attention to norms, regulations, customs and traditions in producing advertisements so that unwanted incidents do not occur and also do not offend the community affected by the advertisements made to avoid controversy among the community

That the purpose of this research is to find out about the concept of criminology in the circulation of non-tax cigarettes in Non-Free Trade Areas (outside the Area) as well as to know how the role of the government in minimizing the problem. That this article uses the method of juridic research normative and makes an approach to the law. The sources of data used for this research to be valid are laws, books, journal articles, as well as web pages with similar topics in this article about non-tax cigarettes. The results of this study can be concluded that the criminology of non-tax cigarette trafficking perpetrators is divided into three main parts: criminal biology, which is the reason for the perpetrator, criminal sociology that is the background of circularity that can be the driving force of the non-tariff cigarette traffic and criminal policy that is an action that gives the effect that no other perpetrates follow the traffic and the role of the government in minimizing the circulation of cigarettes is by carrying out both direct and indirect surveillance. In addition, the government can also socialize to the public about tax obligations.

The study aims to determine the development of the village Talun Kondot seen: livelihoods, production, education,     institutions, infrastructure, technology, customs and levels of development Talun kondot village. The research was   conducted in the village of Talun Kondot Panombeian Subdistrict Data collection technique used documentation study. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. Research shows that: (1 The livelihood of the people in Talun Kondot is in the agricultural sector, namely growing rice, palm oil, rubber, corn and snake fruit.(2) average income is around 2 million to 2 million 500, (3) education level 60% have graduated from elementary school and some have even graduated from college, (4) existing institutions consist of government institutions, social institutions, educational institutions, economic institutions , health institutions, and the 5 institutions are running well, (5) infrastructure already provided more than 4, namely infrastructure and transport infrastructure, education facilities, health facilities, electric utilities, communications and clean water supply, (6) the application of agricultural technology has been implemented.

In the current era of globalization, many local communities throughout the world, including in rural Ambulu, Jember, are experiencing changes in values ​​and customs due to global influences. The local cultural values ​​of the Ambulu rural community are known to be very rich and diverse, but face challenges as a result of rapid globalization. This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of globalization on local cultural values ​​in the rural community of Ambulu Jember, with a focus on how these values ​​persist or change over time. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying contemporary theory from Michael Foucault to analyze the data. The focus of analysis in this research looks at how the discourse and practices of power in society change along with the introduction of global values ​​and how local communities react to these changes. The research results show that the Ambulu community experiences dualism in maintaining local cultural values. On the one hand, there are efforts by the community to maintain old customs and values, while on the other hand, several aspects of local culture have evolved or even been eroded due to the influence of globalization, such as changes in language, social rituals and kinship systems. The impact of globalization on local cultural values ​​demands more inclusive adaptation strategies and more strategic cultural preservation so that rural communities such as those in Ambulu can maintain their cultural identity while receiving the benefits of globalization.  

Local wisdom is considered as part of the culture and identity of indigenous peoples, which contains values, norms, ethics, beliefs, customs and traditions developed through social and cultural interactions. This research focuses on one of the traditions in Indonesia, namely the larung offering ceremony. Larung offerings is a religious ritual as a form of gratitude to God. In this research, it was found that the Javanese Blitar indigenous people still maintain the tradition of larung offerings as part of their culture and beliefs. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from written sources. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the existence of the Blitar Javanese traditional community carrying out offerings and how customary and Islamic law influences this process.

Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is very inherent for us Indonesian citizens. Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is a defense of harmony between each tribe, respecting differences while also strengthening Indonesia's identity profile which has existed for a long time. The development of the globalization era can bring more modern changes to people's lifestyles, especially in Indonesia. The development of the era of globalization itself makes people tend to choose new cultures that are considered simpler than the local culture in Indonesia. Preserving Indonesian culture and customs is an important aspect in the lives of indigenous peoples, because indigenous peoples are still synonymous with a lifestyle based on local customs. Therefore, this article aims to explain efforts to preserve Indonesian culture in the era of globalization. The method used in this research is qualitative with the data collection technique being library research, where the author examines several library sources as references in this writing. The results of this research show that it is very important to preserve Indonesian culture and traditional communities. In current developments, information has become very influential on human thinking patterns. To overcome this, there needs to be awareness, especially among the younger generation, of the importance of local culture as national identity and being able to preserve and maintain local culture. Efforts to preserve and preserve Indonesian culture are carried out in two ways. That is; cultural experience and cultural knowledge.

Juridically in the context of Indonesian law, there are two perspectives that can be used to discuss the need for LGBT legal regulations, namely the customary law perspective and the Islamic law perspective. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) groups in Indonesia have received significant attention. This research uses normative legal research techniques as its methodology. This research further examines the need for clear legal regulations regarding LGBT. Considering the fact that Indonesia is a legal country where people respect each other's customs and religious beliefs, it can be said that the legalization of LGBT people is not justified. Thus, it is hoped that this research can answer problems that are of concern to the Indonesian people. As well as, it can open insight that legal regulations regarding LGBT in Indonesia are very necessary to achieve benefits, certainty and legal justice.

This study examines the contribution of Islamic philosophy and local wisdom of the archipelago in strengthening social cohesion, with a focus on understanding the values of moderation, harmony, and mutual respect. The background of this research is the increasing social conflict caused by the lack of integrative understanding between Islamic values and local wisdom. The main objective of this study is to assess how these two aspects contribute to creating a more cohesive and harmonious society. This research uses a qualitative approach with hermeneutic methods to analyze Islamic philosophical texts such as taṣawwuf, morals, and kalam, as well as local cultural practices such as customs, mutual cooperation, and other traditions of the people of the archipelago. The results of the study show that Islamic philosophy, with concepts such as salam (peace), akhlak (ethics), and tawhid (unity), plays an important role in building social harmony. Likewise, the local wisdom of the archipelago emphasizes the values of tolerance, cooperation, and togetherness through social practices such as mutual cooperation. The integration of these two elements, i.e. Islamic values and local traditions, has proven to be more effective in strengthening social cohesion when compared to an exclusive approach to one of the sources of value. Therefore, an integrative approach, combining Islamic teachings and local wisdom, is essential to strengthen community bonds and create a more inclusive and harmonious society.

Culture is a result of human creativity, taste, intention which is passed down from generation to generation. Culture is not just dance, clothing, houses, customs, or songs, but culture is a complex system which is full of physical and spiritual values ​​that strengthen the soul. A strong soul will not be easily swayed by any attack. A strong soul will be able to live by combining the progress of the times with noble values. Using qualitative methods such as literature studies, here we will discuss culture and globalization. This aims to ensure that each of us can be more inspired by God's grace towards all of us, in which God has made us part of the great, noble, civilized Indonesian nation to become leaders on earth.

This research is a comparative study of two laws in the world, namely Indonesian law and Malaysian law. The two studies were carried out in comparing the definitions, characteristics, objectives and legal systems of judicial structures. This research aims to compare the two to find possible advantages and disadvantages, especially regarding the criminal justice system as well. By comparing the Malaysian legal system, Indonesia is no worse than Malaysia. In this research it turns out that Indonesia has many advantages, namely people who work and work in the legal field, and therefore it is possible that the rule of law in Indonesia is still better because there are many people who law-abiding. The Indonesian state must create a good legal system, the court structure must take into account the culture of a society like Malaysia, because law enforcement will be more effective if it is in accordance with the values ​​or customs that have been formed in the society itself.

 The third source of law referred to in the civil law system is jurisprudence. When argued that customary law applies to all members of society as a whole not directly, but through jurisprudence. However, the position of jurisprudence as legal sources in the civil law system have not long been accepted. This was caused by the view that rules of conduct, especially statutory rules, are aimed at to regulate the existing situation and avoid conflict, thus the rules made for matters after the law was enacted. The law of engagement is a concept that has existed since ancient times. In the past, engagements often relied on customary law and social norms applicable in a particular society. However, with the increasing development of society and trade, there is a need to have more formal legal rules to regulate agreements and agreements. The term "engagement" refers to the equivalent of the Dutch term "Verbintenis" (Fuadi, 1999: 1). The term contract law includes all provisions in the third book of the Civil Code. The research method uses empirical methods where this method is through observations made by the public. Then it is studied through the customs of the people of Southwest Sumba, especially in kodi regarding the legal relations of engagements that occur with the traditional ritual of removing the bones of ancestors. The data was obtained from an interview with a native Kodi resident named Andreas Ikit Bani, a native descendant of Kodi who often participated in bone dissection rituals. The Galih Tulang event is a traditional ritual carried out by the people of Southwest Sumba to move the bones of their ancestors from old graves to new graves. This ritual is part of a sacred traditional ceremony and is considered important for the people of Southwest Sumba to honor the spirits of their ancestors (Andreas Ikit Bani, 2023). This event has a meaning and purpose that we must know, namely Galing Tulang is a ceremony that must be held to honor our deceased ancestors. The aim is to pay respects to the spirits of deceased ancestors, ask for blessings, and/or give them their proper place in the afterlife.
