This needs to be done by a company as an effort to maintain loyalty customers as well as acquiring new customers. Good product quality is indeed an important factor to be able to increase company sales. However, there are other things that you should pay attention to, namely establishing good relationships with customers it is undeniable that customers are one of the factors that will affect the condition of your business. If you don't have customers, then you won't get any income. Therefore establishing a good relationship with customers becomes important for the sustainability of the company. By definition, a customer relationship is a marketing strategy that retains and manages customers to make repeat purchases. Customers that you have successfully attracted must be managed as well as possible so as not to switch to competitors. The more customers you have, the better the impact on business development. The way this is done is to manage it in such a way that it encourages purchases repetitive and prevents them from switching to competitors.this can also be done by providing answers and solutions to problems owned by customers. Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources. Through education, students are expected to acquire the right intelligence, skills, and attitudes towards life in order to successfully face their environment. However, there are still many parents and teachers who only prioritize their children's academic ability and prioritize grades. There are differing views on this issue as to whether parents and teachers prioritize student academic achievement or student non-academic achievement. Even if children are created differently for something bigger in this world. Yes, a student's achievement is not only achieved through academic achievement, but also through non-academic achievement, students can develop their potential according to their talents and become great in their own way.  Intelligence or intelligence can be described as the ability to understand the world, think rationally, and use resources effectively when faced with difficulties. The aim of this research is to describe what factors cause students' anxiety about learning Mathematics. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were class X students majoring in Culinary and Office Management at Tunas Pembangunan Vocational School, South Jakarta. Research data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research show that the anxiety of studying Mathematics experienced by class and anxious. Factors that cause moderate level anxiety are that learning Mathematics is too monotonous so that students quickly feel bored and causes students to feel afraid if their Mathematics grades do not match expectations. Meanwhile, the factors that cause low levels of anxiety are not feeling afraid when studying Mathematics and considering Mathematics as a fun subject so that students like Mathematics.

Self-image is a description or assessment of each individual's self, both in terms of knowledge and physical aspects. Meanwhile, social relationships are relationships between people who need each other and have a reciprocal relationship. The research objective is to determine the relationship between self-image and social relationships between peers on the level of self-confidence at SMAN 1 Cilaku-Cianjur. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. Population and sample of students in grades 10 and 11. The sampling technique is: simple random sampling. The results and discussion concluded: 1. The results of the research found that there is an influence of Self Image. 2. The results of the research found that the influence of social relationships was that most of the respondents, 29 (61.7%) had moderate social relationships and some of the respondents, 18 (38.3%). ) have high emotional regulation skills in social relations. 3. The results of the study found that the self-confidence of the majority of respondents as many as 43 (91.5%) had moderate self-confidence and some respondents as many as 3 (6.4%) had high self-confidence and 1 (2.1%) of the respondents had low self-confidence. 4. There is an influence of self-image on self-confidence among teenagers at SMAN 1 Cilaku. 5. There is an influence of social relationships on self-confidence among teenagers at SMAN 1 Cilaku. 6 .Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the results of this hypothesis are accepted as showing that there is a relationship between self-image (X1) and social relationships (X2) on self-confidence (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes, perceptions, and emotions on the implementation of the inventory accounting system that is run at PT. Flores Business Partners is a company that trades goods. The research population was all employees of PT. Flores Business Partners are 90 people. Meanwhile, the research sample was 55 respondents obtained from purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this research used primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The method of multiple linear regression analysis using SSPS 26. This study shows the results that the attitude aspect does not affect the application of the inventory accounting system. This is because the attitude of employees is classified as good so that they do the job according to the procedures set by the company. Meanwhile, aspects of perception and emotion influence the implementation of the accounting accounting system.

This research aims to describe the use of statistics by teachers for recording and determining student learning outcomes in cultural arts (dance) lessons in Class X of State High School 2 KerinciProvinsi Jambi. The background to the research problem is on the teacher's initiative to use statistics in the measurement and assessment of student learning outcomes that are routinely carried out each semester. This type of research is qualitative research, with descriptive methods of analysis. The choice of this type and method of research is because the researcher describes all the field facts of the observed research object, especially in teachers as the main source of research. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. Research instruments are records of observations, interview guidelines, and documents. Data collection techniques use observations, interviews, and library studies. Data analysis techniques exist in 8 stages, namely (1) collection; (2) transfer; (3) marking; (4) bending; (5) the application; (6) Explanation; (7) discussion; and (8) The level of inference. The results of research have described that statistics can be used to help teachers determine and assign the value of the process and the value of student learning outcomes in order to record student grades based on (1) attendance, Daily Replay (UH) grades, Midterm Examination (UTS) scores; Final Semester Exam (UAS) scores, and assignment scores. All records of values that have been collected, can be used for the determination of the final value of the semester validly.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the application of Article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the bonded bondage system to clove farmers as local wisdom in preventing the occurrence of problems that arise because of the clove bonded agreement and to find out the obstacles faced in the application of article 1320 of the civil code to the bonded system. On Clove Farmers in Kaidundu Village as Local Wisdom. Research Using this type of normative-empirical research. By using several approaches, namely: statutory approach (statue approach), case approach (case approach). The results of this study indicate that: First, the clove bonded bondage system in Kaidundu Village is a custom or habit that was born and developed in the Kaidundu Village community since the last decades, the agreement system by means of bonded bondage involves sellers (farmers) and buyers (middlemen). . However, based on the law in force in article 1320 it is stated that, that the legal requirements for an agreement are agreement, competence, a certain matter and a lawful cause. However, in reality in society not all parties understand and understand what an agreement is considered. So that researchers can conclude that the bondage system in Kaidundu Village is a habit that has been passed down from generation to generation, but the community must understand and know that there are rules governing this bondage system. Second, the obstacles faced by the people of Kaidundu Village, especially those involved in the case of the Clove ijon system, several obstacle factors faced, namely: Legal factors, where there is no agreement or agreement that binds both parties, both the seller (farmer) and buyer (middleman). And there are no regulations in the form of Perdes (Village Regulations) which regulate the existence of the clove bondage system. The ijon system agreement is only based on trust.

Lack of student learning motivation makes sociology teachers take motivational actions that must be adapted to their students. This study aims to look at the sociology efforts of teachers in motivating students' learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that sociology teachers in student learning use problem-based learning models that have been adapted to the learning desires of students in which they want to get grades and master learning material and prohibit their friends who have not mastered learning material and interactions occur between teachers and participants. teach in the classroom.

The problems of this research are (1) the relationship of similarities and similarities in the vocabulary of Dentong and Duri languages ​​(2) the relationship between sound and meaning in Dentong and Duri languages ​​(3) the kinship relationship between Dentong and Duri languages. This study aims to find out, describe the relationship of similarities and similarities in the vocabulary of Dentong and Duri languages, describe the relationship between sound and meaning in Dentong and Duri languages ​​and describe the kinship relationship between Dentong and Duri languages ​​and information about vocabulary comparisons between Dentong and Duri languages. Duri language. The theory used is comparative linguistic theory using 207 Swadesh vocabularies as the basis for the vocabulary being compared.This type of research is qualitative research. The techniques used are observation techniques, interview techniques, recording techniques, observation/note-taking techniques and documentation. This research was conducted for 2 weeks and the research subjects were native speakers of Dentong and Duri languages.The results of this study obtained similarities and similarities between Dentong and Duri languages ​​based on five word classes, namely verbs, pronouns, nouns, numerals, and adjectives. The basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ​​total 46 words or 23%, one of the data is that the word [fur] in BDNT is also called [bulu] in BDRI, the basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ​​are 20 words or 10 % one of the data in the word [two] 'rua' in BDNT and [two] 'two' in BDRI.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the comparison between Dentong and Duri languages ​​has similarities and similarities. The similarities and similarities, if totaled, there are 66 similarities and similarities or 33% of the vocabulary. Therefore it can be stated that the two languages ​​being compared are cognate languages.

Competency tests organized by universities in collaboration with professional organizations, health care training institutions become a requirement for vocational and professional education graduation. Based on the results of the 2019 competency test, 19.66% of competency test participants were declared competent which means it is still far from the expected target. This research aims to find out the effectiveness of web-based competency test models against increasing the confidence of midwifery students in the face of competency tests. The method used in this study is the Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest. The study was conducted at Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Makassar and Universitas Megarezky.Sampling is done with the Purposive Sampling Technique which is as many as 45 samples. Data is analyzed using statistical analysis, namely byconducting a data normality test and then followed by the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The effectiveness of using a web-based competency test model found that the average level of confidence of students before the intervention was 78% in the high confidence category and the average confidence of students after the intervention was 84% in the category of very high trust. Based on the analysis of pretest and posttest results there is an increase in student confidence before and after the intervention. Furthermore, the Wilcoxon Test has obtained a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05 which means there is asignificant difference between the pretest and posttest grades of students so that the web-based competency test model is effective in increasing theconfidence of students facing competency tests

This journal explains how to improve language comprehension through literacy education in SD or what is often called the School Literacy Movement (GLS). The School Literacy Program is designed using the Read-Summary-Tell-Share method. The subjects of this study were all students including low grades (1, 2 and 3) and high grades (grades 4, 5 and 6), educators (teachers), education staff, principals and librarians. This research was carried out according to the stages of student development based on their characteristics; 1) implemented in a balanced manner; 2) use a variety of texts and pay attention to the needs of students; takes place in an integrated and holistic manner in all areas of the curriculum; 3) carried out on an ongoing basis; 4) involving oral communication skills; 5) considering the diversity and condition of schools. The results of this study students understand the language properly and correctly.
