Pemeriksaan ANC merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting dalam mengidentifikasi kesejahteraan ibu   dan   janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam pemeriksaan antenatal care (ANC) 10T. Desain penelitian ini Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil yang di peroleh adalah mayoritas karakteristik responden berdasarkan usia yaitu 17-25 Tahun, mayoritas karakteristik responden berdasarkan pendidikan yaitu SMP, mayaoritas pekerjaan tertinggi yaitu IRT, mayoritas karakteristik Usia Kehamilan tertinggi yaitu Trimester II, mayoritas karakteristik Kepatuhan ibu hamil berdasarkan kunjungan ANC tertinggi dan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Asparaga Kabupaten Gorontalo di dapatkan hasil 24 ibu hamil patuh kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC) dengan tidak berkualitas (10T) dan di dapatkan hasil 21 ibu hamil dengan tidak patuh kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) dan mampu memberikan pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) berkualitas. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang akan bermanfaat bagi kita semua, khususnya dalam pemilihan variabel penelitian yaitu pekerjaan dan dukungan suami.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran manajemen strategi dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan PTP. Nusantara VI Kebun Teh Kayu Aro Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif  yang merupakan studi lapangan yang mengungkapkan, menemukan dan menggali berbagai informasi tentang Peran Manajemen Strategi Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kualitas Produk Diperusahaan PTP. Nusantara VI Kebun Teh Kayu Aro Kabupaten Kerinci. Penulis juga harus memahami dan menafsirkan suatu data tersebut serta menyajikan dalam bentuk cerita dan narasi. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Observasi, Wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa divisi pertanian yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk teh diperusahaan PTP. Nusantara VI karena dapat dilihat dari cara dan teknik yang digunakan pada divisi pertanian dimulai dari cara pembibitan, penanaman, dan pemetikan yang menggunakan teknik dan caranya masing-masing.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of product excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari. The population in this study were all consumers of CV Pucuk Daun Lestari totaling 1,320 consumers. The number of samples for research uses a margin of error of 2.5% of the total sample, namely 92 consumers. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling method. The data collected was carried out using questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of product excellence and service excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari, either jointly or partially.

Antenatal Caree (Pemeriksaan Kehamilan) merupakan caraa pentingg untuk mendukung dan memonitoring kesehatann pada ibuu hamill serta mendeteksi kehamilan normal, ibui hamil sebaiknyaa dianjurkann mengunjungii bidan serta dokterr sedinii mungkinn semenjakk iaa merasakan dirinya hamil untuk mendapatkann pelayanann Antenatall Caree. Pada masalah kasus psikologis ibu hamil yang beratt perluu doronganu dan dukungan darii orang terdekat dalami keluarga. Karenaa pengaruh faktor psikologis kepada kehamilann merupakan ketidakmampuani pengasuhan kehamilani dan mempunyaii potensi melakukan tindakani yang membahayakani terhadap kehamilan. Penelitian inii bertujuani untuk mengetahuii hubungan antara karakteristik dukungani suami dengani kunjungan Antenatal Caree padai ibu hamil di Posyandu Desa Janegara Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Brebes Tahun 2022.Pada jenis penelitian inii menggunakan penelitian analitikk dengan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional. Sedangkan populasi penelitiann ini adalahi  ibu hamil yang melakukani kunjungan Antental Caree di Posyandu Desa Janegara Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Brebes bulan Januari sampai Mei Tahun 2022 dengan sampel berjumlah 47 responden yang diambil secara random sampling. Pengumpulani data dilakukan dengan  menggunakani data primeri dani sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa Sebagian besar mendapatkan dukungan instrumental 33 responden (70%), dukungan informasional 45 responden (96%), dukungan emosional 42 responden (89%), dukungan penilaian 43 responden (91%), sedangkan Hubungan dukungan instrumental dengan kunjungani Antenatal Care  pada ibu hamil sebagian besar responden 30 (63%) melakukan kunjungan ANC secara teratur mendapatkan dukungan instrumental dan sebagian kecil responden 4 (9%) yang melakukan kunjungan ANC secara teratur tidak mendapatkan dukungan instrumental, Hubungan dukungan emosional dengan kunjungan Antenatal Caree pada ibu hamili sebagian besar responden 32 (68%) melakukan kunjungan ANC secara teratur mendapatkan dukungan emosional dan sebagian kecil responden 10 (21%) yang melakukan kunjungan ANC secara teratur tidak mendapatkan dukungan emosional. Terdapat hubungan antara dukungan instrumental dan dukungan emosional dengan kunjungan ANC pada ibu hamil di Posyandu Desa Janegara Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Brebes Tahun 2022. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa sebagiani besar ibu hamili yang melakukani kunjungani Antental Care di Posyandu Desa Janegara mendapatkan dukungan dari suami baik dukungan instrumental dan dukungan emosional, dan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan  referensii khususnya bagi tenaga kesehatan sehingga akan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pada masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan kunjungan Antental Care.

Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to how people operate, engage with coworkers, solve problems, and manage the task for which they are responsible. Soft skills are required for future leadership jobs and will influence their effectiveness in managing teams to execute diverse initiatives. Furthermore, the capacity to show attentiveness and empathy to clients indicates a dedication to solving problems or meeting their requirements. To strengthen the ability to work with others and positively impact one's profession, a soft skills development program was held for the community in Wonoplumbon Urban Village, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City, and its stakeholders comprising of RW leaders. This activity aims to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely that governments, workers' organizations, and employers all over the world work to improve workers' employability, place young people in decent productive jobs, and increase company productivity through higher quality and relevant training.

Marketing strategy is an effort made by a businessman in introducing his product to achieve the desired goals by developing competitive advantages and efforts used to generate profits. The marketing strategy is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in marketing their products. Where in marketing management there are four marketing strategies through the Marketing Mix, namely product, price, place and promotion. The purpose of implementing a marketing strategy through Marketing Mix is ​​to increase product sales and provide an understanding of marketing strategies in order to solve specific problems in marketing. This community service activity was carried out in the Bojo Environment, Awang Tangka Village, Kajuara District, Bone Regency. The results achieved in this activity were an increase in image and sales as well as an increase in knowledge and insight regarding marketing strategies at Mrs. Asriani's MSMEs Pastry Business. The method used in this activity is the socialization method of implementing marketing strategies by utilizing brochures as learning materials.

Suasana yang serba cepat dan aktivitas ICU yang sibuk menyebabkan keluarga mengalami masalah kecemasan. Dampak dari berbagai aspek memanjangnya lama rawat atau / average length of stay (AVLOS) seperti dalam bentuk medis dan ekonomi yang dapat memberikan kerugian baik untuk rumah sakit, pasien maupun keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui Hubungan Average Length Of Stay (AvLOS) Dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Keluarga Pasien Di Ruangan Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RSUD Otanaha. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 orang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas lama rawat responden berada pada kategori lama rawat panjang ≥ 5 hari sejumlah 15 orang atau sebesar (68.2%) serta tingkatan kecemasan sedang sejumlah 10 orang atau sebesar (45.5%). Terdapat Hubungan AvLOS (Average Length Of Stay / Rata-rata Lama Rawat) dengan Kecemasan Keluarga di RSUD Otanaha dengan nilai  p value = 0.03  < 0.05). Disimpulkan bahwa lama rawat berhubungan erat dengan kejadian kecemasan yang dialami oleh keluarga pasien dalam masa perawat pasien dirumah sakit. Saran Perawat dapat mencegah terjadinya kecemasan keluarga dengan meningkatkan komunikasi efektif pada pasien serta keluarga pasien.

This community service activity aims to identify the existing conditions of the location that is planned to become a tourist village, in the form of outreach so that the Government of Kalurahan Banjarasri Kapanewon Kalibawang can find out a general description to plan an ecotourism, especially in the scope of transportation management. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goals of Community Service (PPM) are surveys, observations, planning and outreach as well as discussions from the community service team to Kalurahan Banjarasri officials. There are two alternatives routes to Bukit Watu Belah, and from the observations it is known that the second alternative route has a road width varying from 1,5 to 5 meters. Pavement of this village’s main road is asphalt while the road to the top of the hill is still a dirt road. In terms of transportation, the new “Bukit Watu Belah” ecotourism is worth continuing, with an ecogreen feeder transportation concept for 4-wheeled vehicles or buses.

Pada anak usia prasekolah, apabila anak mengalami kecemasan tinggi saat dirawat di rumah sakit kemungkinan anak akan mengalami disfungsi perkembangan, maka dari itu perlu adanya penanganan untuk mengatasi kecemasan yaitu dengan terapi bermain mewarnai. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi bermain mewarnai terhadap tingkat kecemasan efek hospitalisasi pada usia pra sekolah di ruang perawatan anak RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Boalemo. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian dengan metode Pra-Eksperimental. Populasi anak usia pra sekolah yang di rawat di ruang perawatan anak RSUD Tani dan nelayan Boalemo 48 orang anak. Sampel berjumlah 16 orang dengan cara Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis Accidental Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Zung-Self Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) dan SOP terapi bermain mewarnai. Uji statistik menggunakan paired t-test. Hasil yang diperoleh rata-rata tingkat kecemasan sebelum 6.13 dan sesudah 3.25, serta nilai signifikan yaitu 0.000 (<α0.05). Disimpulkan, adanya pengaruh terapi bermain mewarnai terhadap tingkat kecemasan efek hospitalisasi pada usia pra sekolah di ruang perawatan anak RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Boalemo.

Assistance in learning English using the discussion method carried out by KKN Students of the English Language Education Study Program FKIP, University of Subang which was carried out at SDN Kotasari, Pusakanagara aims to foster interest and attractiveness of participants in learning English and to find out the significant effect of the discussion on students' vocabulary skills. For this study, 20 participants participated in 3 experimental groups. A total of 20 participants were tested using the direct discussion method. The data collection used in this activity was that students were asked to write down lists of words that had been determined and then discussed to measure the amount of participant vocabulary mastery and field notes, carried out by documenting the English learning process and photos of activities during the teaching and learning process both before and when the action was carried out. . Based on the mentoring activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there was a change in the attitude of the participants from those who were less active, not enthusiastic and less involved to become more active, enthusiastic and willing to interact collaboratively during the mentoring activities the students became more active and enthusiastic about learning English with the method discussion and have a positive impact on vocabulary skills.

This community service activity program seeks to teach teachers and students participating in the Teaching Campus MBKM the basics of preparing financial reports. Teachers and students in elementary schools need a basic understanding of the preparation of financial reports to apply the theories learned at school. Training from Lecturers to Teachers and Students at SDN 131 Cijawura and SDN 027 Cicadas Bandung City is the method applied in this community service project. Indonesia's situation is still in the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020 President Joko Widodo informed that many Indonesian people have contracted COVID-19 until the community service activities were carried out on March 5 2023, the counseling was carried out via zoom sessions. The teachers and students who are currently implementing the government program, namely the Teaching Campus MBKM at SDN 131 Cijawura and SDN 027 Cicadas Bandung City clearly understand the subjects taught by the lecturers, seen from the excitement with which these questions are answered during this counseling activity. This activity is expected to help teachers and students understand how to record and make reports so that they can successfully adapt when entering society and make accountability reports for the MBKM Campus Teaching activities.  

Undang-Undang No. 14 Tahun 2008 yang mengatur tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik telah memenuhi salah satu hak asasi manusia serta memberikan harapan baru kepada setiap warga negara Indonesia dalam hal mendapatkan informasi, UU tersebut menjamin hak bagi setiap warga negara untuk memperoleh informasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini diharapkan agar Komisi II DPR RI dapat menumbuhkan rasa percaya masyarakat pada kinerja pemerintah, dan iharapkan melalui keterbukaan informasi tersebut tercipta peran aktif masyarakat baik dalam aspek pengawasan, aspek pelaksanaan serta aspek keterlibatan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan khususnya terkait tahapan pemilu di tahun 2024. Metode Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara studi literatur dengan melakukan pengumpulan dan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan mencari studi pustaka dan observasi. selama melakukan pemantauan pada Komisi II DPR RI melalui website dpr.go.id telah memberikan kelengkapan informasi yang jelas dari proses tahapan pemilu 2024 maka dengan Melalui keterbukaan informasi terwujudnya transparansi kepada masyarakat, sehingga terjalin hubungan yang harmonis antara pemerintah dan warga negara dalam upaya menjalankan pemerintahan.  

Pregnancy is a period in which a woman carries an embryo or fetus in her body. The period of pregnancy starts from conception to the birth of the fetus. During pregnancy, the mother will experience physical and psychological changes. The physical changes that occur sometimes even cause discomfort for the mother, one of which is back pain. This study aims to determine the effect of Pregnancy Exercise on Reducing Back Pain in Pregnant Women at Elisabeth Midwife Independent Practice, Mandailing Natal District in 2022. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a research approach with a prepost test design with one group test. Population is all pregnant women in the Elisabeth Midwife Independent Practice, Mandailing Natal District in 2022, totaling 28 pregnant women. The number of samples used was 28 people obtained by using total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses the Paired-Samples T Test. The results obtained in this study were from 28 respondents, there was an effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing back pain in pregnant women with a value of p = 0.000. Conclusion: there is an effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing back pain in pregnant women. It is recommended for health workers to improve counseling related to reducing back pain in pregnant women with pregnancy exercise.

This study aims to determine the application of simple accounting carried out by the Pematangs erai tourism village community who have a business. This research approach with qualitative descriptive method. The sample of this research is a business actor in the village of Pematang Serai which is as many as 8 business actors. The data analysis technique used is direct observation using interviews and documentation. The results of this study are Pematang serai is a village in langkat district that has potential in the development of village tourism, the development of this tourist village is supported by the langkat government, people who have a business in the village have not applied simple accounting records.    

Secang wood from the Caesalpiniacea tribe which was commonly found in Indonesia had secondary metabolites as antibacterial. This study aims to formulate secang wood ethanol extract into a transparent solid soap that is able to meet quality requirements. This research method was begin with formulating the extract into a transparent solid soap preparation with 3 concentrations, namely 5g (F1), 10g (F2), and 15g (F3). Furthermore, appearance tests, foaming ability, free alkali, free fatty acids, irritation, hedonic, and pH were carried out. The results of the research on transparent solid soap gave different colors for each concentration, namely transparent bright red (F1) and transparent dark red (F2 and F3) which were stable for 4 weeks; the foam power test shows a height of 4.5-6.5 cm after 10 minutes; free alkaline test shows a value of 0.07-0.08%; free fatty acid test 0.16%, and pH test 8.96-9.66 at week 4; and transparent solid soap does not cause irritation, attractive and liked by volunteers

Secang wood is one of the plants that contains many antioxidants, secondary metabolites and antibacterial compounds. This study aims to determine characterization of simplicia and chemical substances of Secang wood extract. Secang wood which was already in the form of simplicia was extracted by maceration using 96% ethanol solvent and the extract was concentrated with a rotary evaporator at a temperature of 40°C, then screening and characterization tests were carried out. The results of this study showed that phytochemical screening of the ethanol extract of sappan wood (Caesaloinia sappan L) showed the presence of flavonoid, tannin, saponin, alkaloid, steroid, and phenolic compounds. Characterization of simplicia obtained results at water content (3.95%) water soluble extract (11.01%), ethanol soluble extract (17.22%), total ash content (1.81%) and non-soluble ash content. acid soluble (0.28%).

The mail management system is a much-needed development in the current era of information technology development, especially in an agency. However, at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency, the management of correspondence which can manage incoming mail and outgoing mail numbers is still done manually, namely by recording it in a large book because it collects data every year.The problem that occurs is the difficulty in finding recorded data, which must be searched manually in a book with the risk that the book will be damaged due to search activity. Furthermore, when making outgoing letter numbers, there is also a problem when you need a letter number on a date that has already passed.This research was carried out by using the extreme programming method which is a derivative of the Agile method which uses an object-oriented approach. The stages involved in the extreme programming method are Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The results of this study are Information System for Management of Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail Numbers Web-Based at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang insidensinya semakin meningkat. Indonesia menempati peringkat 4 di dunia setelah Amerika Serikat India dan China. Peningkatan kemakmuran di negara berkembang dan perubahan gaya hidup menyebabkan peningkatan prevalensi penyakit degeneratif salah satunya Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi tentang diabetes mellitus dagusibu dalam meningkatkan rasionalitas penggunaan obat kepada masyarakat. Metode kegiatan ini melibatkan apoteker dan masyarakat di Taman Cadika, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara.  Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah Tim pengabdian masyarakat berharap agar masyarakat dapat mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang diabetes mellitus dagusibu dalam meningkatkan rasionalitas penggunaan obat serta cara mendapatkan, gunakan, menyimpan, dan membuang obat antibiotik yang benar, sehingga tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan obat. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Apoteker Kota Medan. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik serta masyarakat dapat menerima pengetahuan tentang sosialisasi dan edukasi tentang diabetes mellitus dagusibu dalam meningkatkan rasionalitas penggunaan obat.    

This PKM is an activity that has a role in carrying out useful service to the community. The main purpose of this PKM activity is to provide insight to the public regarding the use of Go Mart e-commerce as an effort to improve marketing for UMKM Ayah Shops in Medan City. This PKM activity is expected to provide marketing opportunities for the owner of Ayah's Shop to increase sales volume with the help of Go Mart e-commerce. The approach used in this activity was qualitative with the methods used to collect data in the form of group discussions, documentation, biographies to interviews as well as observation and content analysis. In this activity, the researcher provides directions for the owner of Ayah's Shop to take several steps as a marketing medium through the Go-Mart. The existence of Go-Mart as a shopping application platform that is efficient and easy to use. In practice. The marketing process carried out with the Go-Mart application goes through several stages so that Toko Ayah's products can be recognized by a wide range of people through postings on e-commerce and can increase the quantity of service to consumers.  

Dengue Hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is caused by a dengue virus that spreads through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito, which breeds a lot in densely populated areas with humid and warm climates. Anti-mosquito drugs in the form of burns, sprays, lotions, or other types are already widely used, but these anti-mosquito drugs are not entirely beneficial. This research is purely experimental research with Post-test Only Control Group Design by making air spray solution products from noni leaf infusion and cananga flower, which are analyzed descriptively and analytically. Experiments carried out with Randomized Complete Design 1 time repetition to analyze effectiveness. The study used two factors: treatment (P) using infusion products while the control (K) using distilled water. From the results of mixing, it was obtained as much as 400 ml of infusion solution. Obtained in each measurement, there was a reduction in live larvae until the last measurement. Noni leaf contains five flavonol glycosides (flavonoid compounds) as respiratory poisons and a combination of saponins and tannins as stomach poisons that have the killing power against the death of Aedes aegypti larvae. Cananga flower extract itself can resist mosquitoes because of the content of linalool, geraniol and eugenol. This makes a change in the larvae's behavior, where the previously active movement will be slow and eventually will die.
