The Covid-19 pandemic has given rise to long-lasting multi-sector problems, including the economic sector, which then resulted in an economic recession and its implications. It is certainly hoped that such conditions will not occur for a long time, it is the hope of all parties including the government that the recession will soon return to normal by pursuing various steps and approaches such as the business law approach. This article focuses on studying how to photograph an economic recession and its implications from a business law perspective as an alternative to economic recovery. This research is a library research by searching literature texts related to economic recessions that focus on a business law approach. The research findings are that from a business law perspective, law is able to provide procedural solutions (procedural capability) in resolving the economic recession. Law can play a role in creating balance, because it is related to economic development initiatives. Law also plays a role in determining clear definitions and status. In the end, the law must also be able to provide a clear definition and status regarding the consequences of social interaction as well as accommodate a clear balance for the interests of individuals or groups in society.

The presence of invasive plants can often threaten biodiversity, affect the availability of natural resources, and even disrupt the balance of the ecosystem. In a residential context, in-depth knowledge of invasive plant species is important to identify risks and potential impacts on the environment and consider the possibility of their positive use. Therefore, this study aims to find out data on invasive plant types in this housing complex. The method in this research combines qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the characteristics, distribution and interactions of invasive plants in the Bumi Panyileukan Housing Complex. Meanwhile, a quantitative approach was applied in data analysis to measure a number of variables related to the identified invasive plants. The observation method in the form of sampling invasive plants is used as a basis for collecting focused and representative data on plant types in the residential environment. It is hoped that the integration of these methods can provide a comprehensive picture of invasive plant species and their characteristics in the context of Bumi Panyileukan Housing in Bandung City. The location was chosen deliberately, namely around 16% of the total area. The results obtained were 31 families of 60 invasive plant species. The highest families are in the Araceae and Euphorbiaceae families with a percentage of up to 26% in this area. There are 58 species of plants introduced from outside Indonesia and two species are native to Indonesia. Most plants are used as ornamental plants and some are wild invasive plants which can threaten the balance of the ecosystem so comprehensive control needs to be carried out

Children's education is a critical aspect in shaping the future of society. This article discusses the importance of learning with children as an effective way to enhance their educational experience. Holistic learning is an educational approach that recognizes that a child's development is not limited to academic achievement only, but involves other aspects such as physical, emotional and social interactions. The main goal of holistic education is to develop children as a whole, including life skills, values and deep understanding of themselves and their surroundings. This activity is carried out through active and collaborative interaction. Adults have an important role in creating a constructive learning environment, stimulating creativity, and developing positive emotional relationships. Joint activities such as reading books, simple experiments, and listening to music can be effective media for facilitating intellectual and social growth for young children. This learning is carried out by including elements of play and fun, which can stimulate the curiosity of young children and stimulate their willingness to learn. This “Sinau Bareng” activity shows that learning together with children can increase their intrinsic motivation, as well as form a solid character foundation for future academic achievements.

Data was collected using the literature method. The results of this research show that the use of IS in marketing MSME products has several significant benefits, such as increasing online visibility, enabling personalization in product offerings, and facilitating interaction with customers via digital platforms. This research provides a more in-depth view of how MSMEs can utilize IS to market their products in the digital era. The practical implication is that MSMEs need to invest time and resources in understanding and implementing IS in their marketing strategies, while also paying attention to the challenges that may arise. In this way, MSMEs can maximize their potential in marketing their products effectively and competing in an increasingly competitive digital market.

The impact of social media on economic changes in society can be seen from various aspects. Social media has had a significant impact especially in consumer behavior, marketing and business interactions. Apart from that, social media also influences people's social and economic behavior patterns, such as adapting to new habits, communication patterns, and creating a digital entrepreneurial ecosystem. Social media also has positive impacts, such as making interaction easier, expanding reach, and obtaining information at lower costs. However, there are also negative impacts, such as decreased face-to-face interaction, potential for addiction, conflict, and privacy issues. The use of social media has also initiated changes in social and economic behavior, for example in the case of farmers switching to the agrotourism sector due to social media activities, as well as influencing the presence of agrotourism and collaboration with outside parties. Thus, it can be concluded that social media has a significant role in shaping social and economic change in society, both in positive and negative terms.

Social media serves as a tool that enables individuals to easily interact with each other without the constraints of time, distance, location, or additional costs. Its usage has become a societal necessity, bringing both positive and negative impacts on cultural and social changes. The presence of social media has deeply integrated into modern society, becoming an inseparable element of mass media. Its effects are evident in the transformation of norms, habits, and attitudes gradually eroded by the advancements in mass media, replaced by new patterns of behavior. The ongoing technological advancements, particularly in social media, require attention to ensure that the society does not fall prey to its negative effects.

It tells the story of education and contains motivational messages and enthusiasm to overcome life's difficulties, through perseverance and unyielding spirit. Several elements in the novel illustrate the importance of forming moral values in children, good ethics are considered an important foundation for building individuals who are tough, have integrity, and care for the surrounding environment. The application of ethics education in Laskar Pelangi does not only occur through formal learning in schools, but also through life experiences and social interactions.

In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. This research aims to analyze the branding strategies implemented by Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) through the Instagram social media platform to see their brand image. The study employed a field study with a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that UNJ has successfully built a strong and positive image through a consistent approach in highlighting academic achievements, campus activities, and cultural diversity. Active interaction with users has also proven to be key in strengthening the relationship between UNJ and their Instagram audience. Additionally, clear differentiation in emphasizing unique advantages and the distinctive identity of UNJ significantly contributes to distinguishing UNJ's brand from other educational institutions. However, challenges such as maintaining consistent user engagement need to be addressed through improved research and more innovative content strategies in the future. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for marketing and branding practitioners in developing more effective strategies on social media platforms..

Maturation during infancy usually occurs through direct experience with the environment and interaction with objects and people around them. Unwanted sex-related behavior, such as demands for sex and other physical and verbal sexual abuse, is known as sexual violence or harassment. These actions certainly have a significant and broad impact on people's lives, especially children and teenagers. The impact of sexual violence can last long after the experience ends and is closely related to the life circumstances of children and adolescents both during and after sexual interactions. Finding factors that influence the prevalence of sexual violence among adolescents is the aim of this research. In this study, 390 samples were randomly sampled using a cross-sectional strategy. Chi square was used in univariate and bivariate analysis. The analysis findings show that gender, age, knowledge, peers, and information media are the variables that have the strongest relationship with adolescent violence (p value <0.05). Sexual violence against teenagers is taught in schools, and as a preventive measure, local governments should expand their services for victims of sexual harassment.

English speaking skills are an important aspect in developing high school students' communication skills. This workshop aims to improve high school students' speaking skills, especially in understanding and expressing ideas clearly. The workshop will cover a variety of communication strategies and techniques involving active interaction, group discussions, and hands-on exercises. Through a practical approach, workshop participants will be empowered to overcome common obstacles in speaking, including unclear expression of ideas, appropriate use of body language, and effective word choice. The expected result of this workshop is an increase in students' ability to compose and convey ideas in a structured and convincing manner. Apart from that, it is also hoped that there will be an increase in students' self-confidence in speaking in public. Thus, this workshop focuses not only on academic aspects, but also on developing interpersonal skills that are important for future success.  

Providing accessible open educational resources (OER) is essential for users with impairments to access university resources. To achieve this, web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) have been developed. In this study, we used the AChecker web accessibility evaluation tool to assess the content of 42 federal university websites in Nigeria and recorded their conformance level to the WCAG. The findings show that at Level A (Minimal Compliance), there were 855 known problems, 55 likely problems, and 7536 potential problems. At Level AA (Acceptable Compliance), 2516 known problems, 58 likely problems, and 15537 potential problems were identified. At Level AAA (Optimal Compliance), 2679 known problems were found, while there were no likely problems, and 16772 potential problems. The results indicated that most websites did not conform to the accessibility guidelines, highlighting the need for educational institutions to comply with WCAG2.1 content standard. The study recommends introducing accessibility training courses in web design and development to ensure effective OER creation for people with diverse abilities. Furthermore, enforcing the implementation of these guidelines by flagging down non-compliant educational websites was suggested. There is a problem of lack of accessibility in federal university websites in Nigeria, leading to unequal access to web content for users with varying abilities. The study aimed to identify aspects of the websites where accessibility needs to be improved and promote diversity and inclusiveness for users with different abilities to have equal access to web content.

The era of digitalization has brought progress in the field of accounting through the use of various new technologies, but it has also brought new challenges and potential threats related to data security and integrity. Misappropriation of Assets is one of the problems that may arise. Cases occur when internal or external parties steal financial data or access identity information to manipulate accounts or access company assets. This research is research that applies qualitative descriptive methods. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of remote audits and agility audits in detecting misappropriation of assets that emerged in the post-Covid-19 pandemic. The type of data in this research is qualitative. The data source for this research is secondary data. Remote audit and agility audit represent a paradigm shift in audit practice from traditional to modern. Remote Audit allows the audit process to be carried out remotely, which is increasingly important in technological transformation. Meanwhile, audit agility focuses on increasing the ability to respond to change and efficiency in the audit process. Remote audits can provide efficiency and effectiveness in the audit process, provided that the process is supported by both the auditor and the audited party. In addition, this approach allows auditors to carry out analytical procedures with electronic evidence, interactions with auditees, and reporting that contains reliable financial data.

The spread of the Covid-19 virus and the emergence of various variants became a global pandemic in just a matter of minutes.  The Indonesian government swiftly implemented several policies to prevent the spread of the virus.  In the pandemic phase which requires social distancing for the community.  The government does not stop urging the public to always obey health regulations and protocols.  Moreover, the role of regional governments is very central in handling the Covid-19 pandemic, even though they limit direct contact with the community, thanks to advances in science and technology, central or regional leaders can use social media to convey texts or videos in the form of appeals to the public.  After passing through the pandemic phase, the time has come to rebuild and overcome various problems that have arisen due to the impact of the pandemic.  Conditions after the Covid-19 pandemic have become the focus of attention of regional governments, including Regional Heads in Central Java.  This research uses a qualitative research approach.  The aim of qualitative research consists of describing the research object, expressing the meaning behind the phenomenon, and explaining the phenomenon that occurs.  The method used is descriptive and content analysis.  Data is obtained critically through speech discourse contained in content on social media and produces inferences regarding the use of spoken language as a form of speech act.  The results of this research show that in the speech video of the Central Java Regional Head, Ganjar Pranowo, there is macro structure (thematic) analysis, superstructure (schematic) analysis and micro structure analysis.  Macro structure analyzes discourse that influences thoughts, actions and implied ideologies.  Superstructure analysis understands the way speech discourse is structured and the appearance of its interactions.  Meanwhile, microstructural analysis reveals that the language conveyed by Ganjar Pranowo aims to achieve certain communications.

This research explores the impact of Islamic values in shaping communication strategies in religious organizations. Through a qualitative approach, this study analyzes how Islamic principles, such as justice, loyalty, and mutual understanding, are reflected in organizational communication processes. Research findings show that Islamic values play a crucial role in shaping messages, communication structures, and interactions among organizational members. Communication strategies based on Islamic values tend to strengthen organizational identity, create internal harmony, and gain external support. The implications of this study highlight the importance of understanding the context of religious values in designing effective communication strategies for religious organizations.
