Each individual must have their own awareness and play an active role in practicing PHBS (Implementation of Clean and Healthy Living) in everyday life. All health behaviors are carried out with awareness so that family or family members can help themselves in the health sector and play a role in activities in the community. The main aim of the PHBS movement is to improve the quality of health through an awareness process which is the beginning of individual contributions in living clean and healthy daily life behavior. The general benefit of PHBS is that it increases people's awareness of wanting to live a clean and healthy life. This is so that people can prevent and overcome health problems. Apart from that, by implementing PHBS the community is able to create a healthy environment and improve the quality of life. This includes the elderly group (elderly). The elderly are an age group that has experienced decline in many aspects, namely physical, psychological and social. The existence of these limitations will greatly affect the ability/independence in implementing PHBS. The lives of aging seniors need to be managed well, emphasizing the concept of active aging, maintaining independence and quality of life in the last third of life.

The aging process is a natural phenomenon experienced by every individual, characterized by physical and mental changes that affect the body's functions and capabilities. The speed of the aging process can vary between individuals due to the influence of hormones and other factors. Elderly is often thought of as a disease, whereas aging is actually a natural process of decreasing the body's resistance to external and internal stimuli. During aging, the elderly experience physical, mental and psychological changes. Efforts to improve the health of older adults with chronic diseases are made through the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. This includes regular exercise programs, a healthy diet by limiting salt, fat, and cholesterol intake, quitting smoking, avoiding alcoholic beverages and caffeine, managing emotional stress, and undergoing regular monthly health check-ups. With age, older adults are at risk of various diseases, decreased body functions, imbalances, and the risk of falls. These challenges often conflict with older adults' desire to remain independent and active. The mismatch between expectations and conditions can even lead to depression. Therefore, there is a need for special attention to the health and well-being of the elderly with chronic diseases to maintain their quality of life.

This research intends to find out the struggle of Afro-American women against discrimination in Alice Walker’s The Color Purple. This research is qualitative, which means that the data are in the form of words; thus, the data came from the novel and other books that are relevant to this research. A mimetic approach is used in data analysis to unearth the literary work as an imitation or reflection of aspects of human life, such as sociological, historical, or psychological background that is related to the topic. The result shows that the Afro-American women that are pictured in Celie’s life should struggle against both white and black discrimination. The whites did not accept the existence of the blacks and treated them cruelly through violence, rape, and murder. On the other side, the black man oppressed the Afro-American woman through sex abuse, physical abuse, and economic depression. The black women were living under the protection of men. However, their protection is no better than dominance and subservience. Even though Celie was treated abruptly and disrespectfully by her father and her husband, she could face it bravely, increasing her knowledge and insights, achieving financial success, and being happy in her life. Therefore, she achieves self-esteem, self-acceptance, economic independence, and, above all, freedom for the whole of her life. This is the realization of African American women's desire to gain recognition as individuals who deserve fair and equal treatment.

This study aimed to determine the relationship of adolescent postpartum mothers to the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were teenage mothers who gave birth in July 2022 at the Nalumsari Health Center Jepara. The sample is 35 respondents utilizing total sampling. The research instrument used the EPDS questionnaire and was analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that (1) most of the respondents, as many as 20 people (57.1%), were in their late teens (16-19). (2) The incidence of Postpartum Blues in postpartum mothers who did not experience postpartum blues was 14 people (40%), mild postpartum blues were nine people (25.7%), and severe postpartum blues were 12 people (34.3%). (3) the results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between postpartum teenage mothers and the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara (p-value 0.254 > 0.05). The result showed that age was not the main factor in the incidence of postpartum blues; however, it was caused by other factors such as social, psychological, and emotional factors. In addition, a person's maturity level cannot be determined merely by age. It is suggested that mothers who will undergo childbirth should enrich their knowledge about postpartum period psychological adaptation and factors influencing the incidence of postpartum blues by carrying out activities during antenatal care so that there is preparation to undergo the delivery process until postpartum care and baby care appropriately.   Keywords: Teenage postpartum mother, Postpartum Blues Occurrence

Theft is a crime that is intended for property and goods and often occurs in society. This crime is an action that can shake the security stability of both the assets and the lives of citizens. Therefore, the Criminal Code (KUHP) emphasizes detailed and severe punishment for violators. This can be seen from the form of punishment and the threat of punishment imposed(Arief Rahman Kurniadi 2022: h.77). Theft is also a criminal act, if it is committed by an adult, he will undergo a legal process, but in general, if he is caught, he must go through the legal process that has been in effect. But it is different if the crime of theft is committed by children, and of course the legal process that is enforced is also different(Usep Tatang Suryadi and Yana Supriatna 2019: h.15).

Education is defined as a form of mentoring and developing the potential of students who are directed and embedded in personality, then can be applied in everyday life. Character literally comes from the Latin character, which means, among other things: character, character, psychological traits, character, personality or morals. Someone who behaves dishonestly, is cruel, likes to steal, is said to be a person with bad character. Meanwhile, someone who likes to be honest, helpful, polite, can be said to be someone who has good character. So, the term character is more reflected in a person's personality. Lickona states that character education is a deliberate effort to help someone so that he can understand, pay attention to and carry out core ethical values.
