This change in regulations regarding employment status creates new dynamics in the implementation of employee recruitment in various government agencies. This creates challenges in maintaining the quality and integrity of the state civil apparatus, along with efforts to increase the professionalism and effectiveness of the bureaucracy. To understand the impact of this change comprehensively, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research that can provide better insight into how the PPNPN recruitment discretion can influence the letter of the Minister of PANRB No. B/185/M.SM.02. 03/2022 concerning Employment Status in Central Government and Regional Government institutions, the contents of which are that honorary employees will completely expire on November 28 2023 and be replaced by PPPK. This regulation means that government officials no longer have discretionary authority to appoint honorary employees or PPNPN. Flexibility of authority for the government to meet the needs of supporting personnel through outsourcing mechanisms. Document Study research method: by reviewing existing related documents. The documentation study approach is research that analyzes the PANRB Minister's Letter and other related policy documents to understand the content, objectives and provisions of the regulations. Data collection through literature and qualitative analysis. The research results show that violations of the PANRB ministerial regulations will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. To meet the shortage of ASN positions or other supporting staff, the leadership proposed the formation of CPNS and PPPK after mapping the positions. The recommendations from this research are the importance of the availability of human resources for civil servants for good public services, and changes in policy regarding the recruitment of honorary employees by the government or leadership.

The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction. In an effort to achieve international civil state standards (ASN), local government agencies have set several main goals, including improving communication and speaking foreign languages, mastery of advanced public information technology and application of ethics and integrity in public administration. serve. function. service assignment. This study aims to describe the strategy of a kindergarten principal in improving the quality of education, from a leadership perspective, the role of the principal towards teachers and the management of the principal in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education in Sentang, Kisaran Timur District, Asahan District.The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. There were three subjects in this study, namely one school principal and two teaching teachers in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Quran Education. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the strategy of a school principal is seen from three aspects, namely: 1) Principal leadership, the head of the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education, becomes a leader by learning to understand and learning to act professionally by dedicating oneself and being loyal to the school. 2) The role of the principal towards teachers in improving quality, the principal refers to improving good communication with teachers, students and school members. Meet the needs of teachers, both in fulfilling teaching and learning facilities and infrastructure. 3) Management of the principal of the school, carrying out the preparation, implementation of a program of school activities that have been designed to achieve school program goals in accordance with the school's vision, mission and goals that have been set.

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. In broadcast programs, an announcer plays the role of controlling discussions that discuss various important topics in an interesting way so that the public gets the right information. The aim of this research is to determine the content of the podcast tv show program on tvMu and the role of the announcer in the podcast tv show program. tvMu created a program called Podcast tv Show, hosted by Fini Auliani. The podcast tv show program is an inspirational show for Muslims, especially Muhammadiyah members, but packaged in a more relaxed and creative way. The content broadcast is content that inspires the public from the sources presented. This research uses a qualitative method to explain the role of broadcasters of TV show podcast programs on tvMu. This research uses Boyd's theory that a broadcaster must have credibility, authority, clarity and clarity of voice volume, a strong personality, high professionalism, communicativeness and excellent appearance. The results of this research are that the TV show podcast program has experienced an increase in broadcast quality, such as innovation in developing broadcast themes. If previously it only discussed issues related to Muhammadiyah, now it has developed into discussing various economic, social, political and cultural issues. This has an impact on increasing the number of viewers or viewers on YouTube social media.

In distributing zakat, zakat management is required which details the management of zakat given from an institution to prospective zakat recipients. Management of zakat distribution is carried out to make it easier for Amil to be directed in terms of zakat distribution in accordance with sharia principles. In this research the author tries to make research and analysis regarding the management of zakat distribution at the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation which includes planning, organizing, distributing zakat, as well as monitoring the validity of muzaki when receiving zakat, such as the validity of muzaki in terms of residence and family. , and education. The results of this research will show that the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation has become a superior ZIS (zakat, infaq, shadaqoh) management institution that is trustworthy, professional and transparent within PT PLN (Persero) in empowering mustahik to become muzaki.

Mental health is a vital aspect of deep human life, and religious views play a crucial role in understanding it. This research aims to explore and understand the relationship between mental health and religious perspectives on individual quality of life. The research method used was a systematic review by searching for articles on Google Scholar using the keywords "Health," "Mental," "Al-Qur'an," and "Islam." Inclusion criteria include research articles in the last 10 years, Indonesian, in journal form, and publicly accessible. The research results show that mental health plays an important role in the Islamic view, which provides comprehensive guidelines for maintaining mental health. In the Islamic view, several important aspects include tawakkal (submission of oneself to Allah), dhikr and prayer to relieve stress and anxiety, maintaining balance in life, supporting healthy social relationships, providing social support, forgiveness, patience, and when needed, seeking help professionals such as psychotherapy or counseling. The Islamic view of mental health involves spiritual, psychological, and social dimensions, and by combining religious teachings with appropriate medical care and social support, individuals can achieve optimal mental health in accordance with the principles of their religion. Mental health in the Islamic view is an integral component of efforts to achieve holistic well-being in an individual's life.

Bus systems are an important component of modern computer organization and architecture. In this context, the two types of buses that stand out are Universal Serial Bus (USB) and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI). The USB bus is an interface standard commonly used to connect various external devices to a computer, while PCI is an internal bus that connects computer components. This study aims to analyze the role and characteristics of the USB and PCI bus systems in computer organization and architecture. The results of this analysis provide an in-depth understanding of the role of USB and PCI bus systems in modern computer organization and architecture. This information can help IT professionals and system designers make decisions regarding hardware connectivity and performance in a variety of computing environments.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of PAK Teachers' Professional Competence on the Learning Interest of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used is quantitative with descriptive statistics with a population of all grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year totaling 65 people and set the sample to be total so that it is a population study. Data was collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 40 items.  The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of PAK Teacher Professional Competence on the Learning Interest of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the relationship between variable X and variable Y obtained the value rxy = 0.776 > rtabel(=0.05; IK=95%; n = 65) = 0.244 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 18.917 + 0.738X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 60.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the r test obtained by calculating > rtable, which is 0.776 > 0.244. Thus, the hypothesis put forward in this study can be accepted, namely that there is an influence of PAK Teacher Professional Competence on the Learning Interest of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The implication of the research results is that if to increase students' interest in learning, PAK teachers must improve their professionalism.

This research aims to determine the influence of professionalism of Christian religious education teachers on the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Salak, Pakpak Bharat Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. Hypothetically, there is a positive and significant influence between the Professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 1 Salak for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research population was 152 people and the research sample was 31 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 50 items which were compiled by research based on variable indicators in accordance with expert theory. Instrument testing was carried out on 31 Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Salak who were not research respondents whose validity and reliability had been tested. The results of data analysis show that there is no positive and significant influence between the Professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Motivation of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Salak for the 2023/2024 Academic Year with a significant test of the influence obtained by tcount < ttable of 0.24 < 1.749, thus it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

This research aims to determine guidance and counseling services for students with special needs at one of the schools providing inclusive education in the city of Bandung. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. This research method is used to search for in-depth information. The subject of this research is one of the schools providing inclusive education in the city of Bandung. The results of this research show that guidance and counseling services for students with special needs in inclusive schools are not yet effective. This is caused by the lack of professional guidance and counseling teachers in handling students with special needs and the absence of professional teachers in handling students with special needs. The problems faced include a lack of professional guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with students with special needs and a lack of socialization in dealing with students with special needs. This research was carried out with the hope of measuring the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services for students with special needs and what aspects and efforts need to be improved.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of PAK teacher professionalism on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Sitio-tio Samosir Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Sitio-tio Samosir Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 50 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 40 items, namely 20 questionnaire items for variable Samosir 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.563 > rtable(=0.05,n=50) = 0.297, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X with variable Y. b) The significant relationship test obtained is the value tcount= 4.716 > ttable(=0.05,dk=n-2=48)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test influence: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="34.775"+0.371X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 31.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=18, dk denominator=n-2=50-2=48) namely 22.24 > 1.51 Thus Ha accepted and H0 rejected.

The purpose of this research is to find out how professional training and career development impact employee performance. The South Sulawesi Province Representative Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is the subject of this inspection. This research uses primary data; Samples were obtained using random sampling and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear analysis. The samples collected were 40 employees. The survey results were tested for reliability and validity using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, t test and F test. Positive and significant results were obtained through analysis of the relationship between employee performance variables (Y) and training variables (X1), with a significance level of (0.004 <0.05). Positive and significant results were obtained using the career development variable (X2) with a significance threshold of t (0.000 <0.05). However, based on the results of simultaneous tests with a significance level of t < a (0.000 – <0.05), the variables are employee performance (Y) and professional training (X1) and career development (X2) as well as conveying positive and meaningful results to others.

In managing family management, the one who acts as the manager is usually the housewife. To be able to manage family finances professionally. Research with the title: "Family Economic Management After the Increase in Prices of Basic Materials (Case Study of Housewives in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir District). This research uses qualitative research methods. The types and sources of data needed are primary data and secondary data. With 9 informants who were interviewed, namely housewives. The research results show that housewives' understanding of family economic management is very simple. The absence of a housewife regulates the family economy after the increase in prices of basic commodities. There are no income posts and expenditure posts, and expenses often exceed income. There is no influence of internalization on family financial management. And the impact of rising prices of basic commodities has a big impact on housewives' purchasing power.

Efforts have been made to educate the nation's life, one of which is a policy for teachers as the main party who contributes greatly to education. As an educator, a teacher needs to create a meaningful educational atmosphere and be professionally committed and set an example. One thing that can be done is to have textbooks to support the quality of education. However, from an analysis of the situation at one of the Al-Ittihad Cianjur Vocational Schools, the majority of teachers have never published a book to use for the teaching and learning process. The results of interviews and pre-activity observations also showed that there had never been any training that provided material for publishing textbooks. On the other hand, some teachers already have modules that can be turned into published books. Therefore, this service seeks to improve the abilities and understanding of teachers at Al-Ittihad Cianjur Vocational School in creating published books that can be used for the teaching and learning process. The material was provided through socialization and attended by 15 teachers from various expertise. Based on the results of interviews after the activity, teachers have knowledge about the flow of book publishing and also the process of changing modules into textbooks. However, I will still think more about making books because there are too many activities to do at school.

The findings and analysis of the research are, 1) The Principal's Performance in Fostering Teacher Professionalism at UPT SD Negeri 141 Gresik includes: peer tutor assistance, training and workshops, mentoring and collaboration, observation and feedback, curriculum development, research and innovation, use of technology, discussion and reflection, qualification improvement, and career plan development; 2) Forms of teacher professionalism include: continuous development, commitment to students, reflection and renewal, professional ethics, collaboration, involvement in decision-making, use of technology, effective classroom management, monitoring and evaluation of students, communication with parents, development of learning materials, career development, and involvement in school activities; 3) Supporting factors include: school management support, resources, school culture, effective communication, professional development programs, constructive performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, understanding of teachers' needs; and inhibiting factors include: limited resources, resistance to change, unclear vision and goals, internal conflicts, time pressure, curriculum incompatibility, high administrative demands, uncertainty of the school environment. In general, school principals must provide professional services in the field of education in order to organize the educational process effectively and efficiently.
