The beauty salon business is part of art for every woman in expressing beauty through creative ideas and beauty care, which has become an individual's identity, personality, and development in today's era. The development of the world’s beauty business in Indonesia continues to grow, supported by beauty culture originating from abroad and within the country. Beauty salons in Semarang offer quality service and care experiences, making it easier for consumers who need quality and fast service. The community service activity program concluded that business plan assistance training was conducted by providing an understanding of the importance of a business plan for beauty salons in Semarang. The business plan created is written evidence; the entrepreneur is able to create a business plan and apply the business opportunities that arise, and is ready to implement the business ideas that have been planned at the beginning, by determining the policy direction that he wants to achieve. A business plan is created with the aim of making it easier for the business to run according to targets and make it easier to achieve as a means of communicating with consumers and increasing capital.

The digitalization of the economy gave rise to a variety of e-commerce that rivaled and detracted from youth and adult consumers on Facebook. The purpose of this study was to analyze the interest of adolescent and adult consumers in products promoted through Facebook social media in the rural areas of South Brebes, Rembang and Kudus. 10 people were represented in each region consisting of 5 teenagers and 5 adults using a purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation and interviews with researchers as the main research instruments. The research was carried out in each of the designated rural areas. The data from this study were analyzed using inductive analysis techniques and data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the data. The results of this study showed that the interest of rural adolescents and adults in products promoted through social media Facebook had differences in terms of objectives, types of products they were interested in, and types of interest. Teenagers are interested in beauty and fashion products with exploratory interest types, while adults are interested in products from daily necessities, household goods, to hobbies, with interest types including transactional, preferential, referential, explorative, and selling interests. Interest in selling is something that is interesting and different from other interests

Shopee is an e-commerce which is known for frequently changing brand ambassadors with the aim of attracting consumers from all classes and ages. Furthermore, another effort which is made by Shopee is that improve the quality of its products in order to attract more consumers. The aim of this study is that to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors and perceptions of product quality on purchase intention with the subject of student of the Shopee application users. This study used quantitative methods. Moreover, the samples in this study were 107 students who used Shopee application who were selected by using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis were analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the analysis show that there is no influence of brand ambassadors on purchase intention with a sig value. 0.301 (p>0.05). However, there is an effect of perceived product quality on purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a Sig. 0.00 (p<0.05). Both of them can simultaneously influence the purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a large influence seen from the R square coefficient of 36.6% so that the other 63.4% is influenced by other variables.

Shallot is a horticultural commodity that has good market prospects because it contains high nutrition and can be used as spices and ingredients for traditional medicine. However, shallot production in Indonesia still often fluctuates and even experiences a shortage in meeting the needs of domestic consumers. To increase shallot production, this can be done through intensification efforts, namely by improving cultivation techniques, such as the use of organic fertilizers, proper fertilization, and the use of superior varieties. This study used a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely factor I, fermented NPK ( F) consisting of 0 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml. Factor II was the variety (V) of the Brebes Bima variety, the Probolinggo variety and the Nganjuk variety. The parameters of plant observation were: plant height (cm) and production per plot (g). The data analysis method was a factorial randomized block design (RBD). The results showed that the application of fermented NPK and the use of varieties had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height (cm) and production per plot (g).

The effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, which is entitled " Analysis of Business Capital, Labor, Number of Consumers and Production on UKM Income in Medan Petisah District". In this study, researchers used primary data using a population of 176 and a sample of 122 SMEs in the restaurant sector. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS version 16.0 application, capital has a significant direct effect on income. Labor has a significant direct effect on income. Consumers have a significant direct effect on income. And based on path analysis research, the results of data processing show that the value of capital has a positive effect on income through production as an intervening variable. Labor has a positive effect on income through production as an intervening variable. Consumers have a positive effect on income through production as an intervening variable.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of product excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari. The population in this study were all consumers of CV Pucuk Daun Lestari totaling 1,320 consumers. The number of samples for research uses a margin of error of 2.5% of the total sample, namely 92 consumers. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling method. The data collected was carried out using questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of product excellence and service excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari, either jointly or partially.

In general, the development of the Integrated Security System (SKPT) in its implementation still experiences synergistic weaknesses between the networks formed, and actually tends to affect the level of effectiveness. This has resulted in many processed food products, especially PIRT that do not have distribution permits, due to various factors and constraints that occur in the field, in addition to law enforcement that is still not optimal, especially those related to the implementation of distribution permit provisions that have not been able to reach all producer communities. PIRT. With the socialization of the PIRT distribution permit, it is hoped that it can further increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the food safety system, which at the same time seeks efforts to improve the SKPT as an ideal and effective policy format, and qualitatively can also further enhance efforts to protect food consumers.

Indonesia is one of the countries whose residents have started using the internet in conducting buying and selling business transactions, with the increasing number of internet users and online business transactions, a marketplace, Shopee, was born. Shopee is an online marketplace platform that is used to practice buying and selling goods actively and easily. The products offered by this application are very diverse, ranging from garments, cellphones, beauty products, electronics, sports instruments, medicines, home furnishings, office stationery to food and beverages. Shopee services are implemented in interactions between producers and consumers quickly, easily and precisely. The advantages of Shopee are not only online business transactions, but Shopee is also a source of employment which is quite large and easy to work on. The sales strategy carried out by Shopee is very good so that this makes sellers and buyers more comfortable in shopping. The Shopee application is very suitable to be used as a sales medium because the promotional features provided by Shopee are able to increase the seller's sales profit. From the explanation above, the Hyunbina Collection business has a marketing method to sell products to consumers, it is necessary to use the Shopee Marketplace Sales to increase sales of women's bags. Based on the background of these problems, the authors are interested in compiling a Final Project report with the title "The Effect of Utilizing the Shopee Application in Increasing Sales of Hyunbina Collection".

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.

The purpose of this study was to review the market place of PT Tokopedia in maintaining the image and trust of consumers after the leakage of customer data. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data I use is in the form of writing I & I, not numbers. I have reviewed this data. Based on Ijournals, my mother, Iwebsite, and other official documents, PT Tokopedia informs about user data leaks. Tokopedia requires the necessary policies. Utilizing a new data security method, namely blockchain, as well as establishing special laws for the protection of personal data, is necessary to minimize the amount of business personal data. a significant impact on consumer confidence thereby influencing consumer purchasing power for sales made on the PT Tokopedia marketplace.

Abstract. Market transactions work based on the price mechanism. However, overall. The effect of the ups and downs of supply on prices depends on the availability of goods. Prices of goods in the Soppeng central market often change or are unstable, sometimes rising and sometimes falling, these changes are not based on demand or supply factors but depend on situation and condition factors. This research was conducted to find out how Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the price mechanism were realized or not in the Soppeng central market. The type of research used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, while the technique used to determine informants was purposive sampling. The data is using description and comparison techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The price mechanism in Ibn Khaldun's thought is influenced by supply and demand, labor value, purchasing power, and the government. 2). In setting prices, traders in the Soppeng central market are based on the quantity of goods demanded by consumers, the price of the goods themselves, transportation costs, the quantity of goods available, prices set by other traders, and according to the ability of the buyer. 3). Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the price mechanism are appropriate or realized in the Soppeng central marke     Keywords: Price Mechanism, Ibn Khaldun's Thought.

The objective taken by the researchers was to find out what the BPOM's obstacles were in controlling the distribution of illegal cosmetics in Gorontalo City, one of the efforts made by the government to improve public health and carry out supervision by forming BPOM. Cosmetic products that do not have distribution permits or are illegal which do not comply with applicable regulations are still a problem for the people of Gorontalo. This can be seen from the existence of cosmetic distribution facilities that sell illegal cosmetics that have not been controlled by BPOM in Gorontalo City. This study uses an empirical juridical legal research method that aims to analyze the problems that are carried out by combining legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field. From research at the BPOM office, the authors found that there are still many unlicensed cosmetics business actors who commit fraudulent acts in producing cosmetics without a distribution permit with chemicals obtained at low prices without thinking about the impact on the consumers who use them, which causes BPOM's losses. obstacles in distribution monitoring. Illegal cosmetics due to lack of control over goods entering the city area, especially the city of Gorontalo, lack of public knowledge to distinguish genuine cosmetics from fakes, so that the circulation of illegal cosmetics is rampant. In general, people are only interested in cheap prices without being keen to know the basic ingredients for making these cosmetics, cosmetic ingredients that are easily and cheaply found on the market and counterfeiters' knowledge about the composition of counterfeit cosmetics are the contributing factors. Consumer behavior is the basis for consumers to make purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior is an activity that is closely related to the process of purchasing goods or services. In this study, the independent variable is consumer behavior (X), while the dependent variable is online purchasing decisions (Y). This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of consumer behavior in making online purchasing decisions for the people of Brebes Regency on e-commerce shoppe. The type of research used is quantitative research. The processed data is the result of distributing questionnaires to the public or consumers randomly via google form, the number of population is unknown with a sample of 100 respondents who have been processed using SPSS 22. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, test normality, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R²), and t-test (Partial). Based on the t-test (Partial) shows a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions with a value of 0.000 <0.05

There are so many attractiveness of advertising messages on why an advertisement is made. Generally, an advertisement was made to persuade the public or consumers candidates for buying and consuming a certain product. If previously, several advertisements for products mostly use the beautiful women with certain indicators such as white skin, long black hair, thin and sexy body; recently seems to show a trend by using the veiled woman (woman who wears hijab) as its models. There must be many interpretations regarding this symbol. For example about the dakwah messages on Muslim women's identity that are performed through their way of dressing up, religious commodification because the appearance of a Muslim woman will attract the attention of Muslim consumers, the deconstruction of the meaning of beauty, or a combination of several attractions of the advertising message that was represented by woman with the hijab. This article will analyze about those various symbol interpretations.

This study aims to determine how influential the store atmosphere variables and service quality are on customer satisfaction in silkygirl beauty products at Matahari Department Store Thamrin Medan. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and questionnaires. The population used is employees who are consumers of slkyygirl beauty products, with the number of samples taken using the slovin formula, the sample obtained is 94 respondents with α = 0.5 . Data processing using SPSS Version 25 software, with descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial testing, the product has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Then based on the partial results it can be concluded that H2 is rejected which means that partially service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In testing the F test that has been carried out by the author, it is known that the store atmosphere variable (X1) and service quality (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Silkygirl store in Matahari Department Store, Medan.

The purchase decision is the root of the achievement of a sale which on the purchase decision has an impact on turnover and sustainability of each organization. The purchase decision is one of the form of consumer behavior in using a product. In using a product to make a buying decision, consumers will go through a process that is a description of consumer behavior analyze various options to make decisions in make a purchase. The purchase target will be achieved if the attributes Purchasing drivers are met by the company, one of these attributes is: Quality of service, promotion, location.The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of samples set as many as 97 respondents. The analysis used includes the test validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially. Service quality affects satisfaction, however for the promotion variable has no positive and significant effect partially to customer satisfaction. And location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. For the simultaneous test, the quality of service, promotion and location has an effect on customer satisfaction.

Promotion is a communication activity carried out by a person or company with the broader community, where the aim is to introduce something (goods/services/brands/companies) to the community and at the same time influence the wider community to buy and use the product. Purchasing decisions are a process where consumers choose and evaluate products or services, often consumers consider various things that suit their needs in the purchase decision process. Every company built by a business entity or individual is generally the same, namely, to seek as much profit as possible by increasing purchases at the company, it takes various kinds of marketing activities, one of which is to hold promotional activities for the products produced, with the existence of marketing activities. Sales promotion in each company will indirectly help increase purchases of products. This study aims to determine how much influence promotion has on purchasing decisions at the Qolsa Fashion Store. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all consumers of the Qolsa store in the metro city. In this study, samples were taken from many as 50 respondents. Data was taken through a questionnaire method. Data processing is done with the help of Microsoft Excel. The test includes a validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, simple linear regression test, F-test, and t-test. The results show that there is a significant positive effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that: There is a promotion effect on purchasing decisions for clothing at the Qolsa store in 2022 with the regression equation Y = 44.324 + 0.3233 X can be seen from the results of the analysis of the calculation of the value of t-count and t-tab above, it means that it is known that t-count > t-tab can be seen in the table of t point on the 5% significant list, namely 2.65> 1.68 also the Fcount value of 4.28 is greater than Ftab = 4.04 which is 4.28> 4.04 means There is a Significant Effect of Promotion on Purchase Decisions Clothing at Qolsa Stores in Metro City in 2022.

Consumers’ purchasing decision of a product or service can be affected by several factors. In this research there are 5 factors: product, employee service, culture, price and psychological. The purpose of this study is to determine whether these 5 factors are the factor considered by the customers in purchasing products in the selection food shop (Mie Setan). This research uses quantitative approach with 100 respondents as sample. They were obtained with incidental sampling technique. Data were obtained by using questionnaire instrument. Meanwhile, the technique of data analysis used confirmatory factor analysis. The result show that the most determinant Factor of consumers’ decision purchasing is the product.

Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a problem that is often encountered by a salesman who must travel exactly once to all consumers in a route and will return to the starting point of departure. Algorithm Genetic Algorithm is one way to find heuristic solutions based on the evolutionary ideas of natural selection and genetics. The aim is to find the optimal route for the distribution of bottled water products produced by PT. Mual Natio Maju Bersama. To find a solution, the chromosomes processed by the genetic algorithm are represented through the stages in the Genetic Algorithm individual initialization, fitness value, linear fitness ranking, roulette whell selection, crossover, and mutation. The purchase decision is the stage in the buyer's decision-making process where the consumer actually buys. Decision-making actions that include decisions about the types and benefits of products, decisions about product forms, decisions about brands, decisions about the number of products, decisions about the seller and decisions about when to buy and how to pay. The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. The benefits of this research are for writers as an addition to knowledge about the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions, for companies as information and guides for companies to improve purchasing decisions through product quality and service quality in the future, and for other parties as input and reference for researchers furthermore. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on product quality and service quality on the decision to buy an Xpander car. In this study using a quantitative/associative approach and sampling techniques using non-probability sampling as many as 96 respondents taken from consumers of PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor. Sources of data in this study are from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique models, and processed with the help of the SPSS program through validity tests, reliability tests, data normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simultaneous effect tests, partial effect tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results of testing the hypothesis indicate that product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially significantly influence purchasing decisions. Product quality is the dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions.
