Education has a major role in the process of forming the character, ethics and morals of Gen-Z or the current generation. The subject that reflects several Islamic values is Fiqh. Students' understanding or interest in Fiqh subjects is still not optimal. So it is necessary to apply effective learning methods to increase student understanding. The demonstration method is one approach that is very suitable for achieving this goal. Because, students have the opportunity to see firsthand how the concepts in Fiqh can be applied in worship as well as everyday life . The process begins with a planning stage carried out with the teacher to identify various fiqh concepts that are confusing and often difficult for students to understand. Then there is a live demonstration where students actively participate in learning through observation and asking questions. Then the data was collected through interviews and observations of students, and qualitative analysis was carried out. Implementation will be greatly supported by the presence of materials or tools such as printed Fiqh of Worship books, visual presentation tools, animated videos and other multimedia support, while the instruments are still guided by interviews and observations . The demonstration method makes an important contribution to the development of students in critical thinking and solving problems, developing ethics and understanding related to worship in Fiqh. By formulating solutions, the ability to analyze problems, and also make ethical decisions. The right step in improving the development of the quality of Islamic religious education in the field of Fiqh in the context of worship is to use the demonstration method, because in this method, students will easily understand several concepts of worship in Fiqh by being more involved in learning and better.

The apple cider vinegar fermentation process requires careful monitoring and control of variables such as pH, alcohol content, and amount of acetic acid.  This research adopts Fuzzy Logic Control by utilizing the MQTT communication protocol, pH, alcohol and water pump sensors, as well as solenoid valves and DC motors as actuators.  This Internet of Things (IoT) based solution provides real-time monitoring information on the fermentation process.  The results showed that the test system succeeded in maintaining a stable pH of around 3.9-4.0 during the initial stages of fermentation, while industrial data showed greater variations.  Alcohol content increased consistently in the test system, in contrast to the spike on day 7 in industry data.  At the formulation stage, the pH dropped to 3.68 in the test system, while the industry maintained 3.70.  At medium and slow mixing stages, the test system showed a significant decrease in pH and a consistent increase in alcohol.  At the harvest stage, the pH was lower in the test system compared to industrial, with slightly higher alcohol content.  Test results show that the implementation of this system can reduce the fermentation process time by up to 2 days faster compared to conventional methods.  This conclusion shows that IoT-based systems are able to provide better control and monitoring than conventional systems, so they have great potential for wider adoption in the apple vinegar fermentation industry to increase production effectiveness.

This study examines the strengthening of regional disaster management governance through a risk-based policy framework, focusing on the role of local governments in disaster-prone areas. The object of the study is the disaster management system implemented by the Dumai City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), which faces various potential natural and non-natural disasters. Although national and regional regulatory frameworks are in place, disaster management practices at the regional level still tend to be reactive, partial, and not fully based on comprehensive risk analysis. Therefore, this study aims to identify key issues in regional disaster management governance and analyze the role of risk-based policies in strengthening institutional effectiveness, cross-sectoral coordination, and disaster preparedness. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with BPBD officials, relevant stakeholders, and community representatives in disaster-prone areas, supported by field observations and documentation studies of policies, disaster risk assessment documents, and institutional reports. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis methods to identify patterns related to governance structures, policy implementation, and disaster risk management practices. The study results indicate that disaster management governance in Dumai City has shown progress in regulatory aspects and emergency response capacity, but there are still weaknesses in the integration of risk into development planning, inter-agency coordination, community participation, and mitigation and prevention efforts. This study concludes that the implementation of a risk-based policy framework can encourage more anticipatory, integrated, and sustainable disaster management governance, and provides important implications for the formulation of public policy at the regional level.

The skin is the widest organ that makes up the human body which is the outermost and covers the entire surface of the body. The outermost location causes the skin to receive stimulation for the first time such as touch stimulation, pain, or bad influences from outside. This causes the skin to stretch due to disease. One of the most common skin diseases suffered by people is acne. Acne occurs generally triggered by the bacterium Propionibacterium acnes (gram positive bacteria). Effective acne treatment can use antibiotics, but inappropriate use of antibiotics can lead to resistance. Therefore it is necessary to have alternative therapies from plants that have the potential as antibacterial. One of the natural ingredients from plants that have antibacterial properties is mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana Linn.)This research was conducted using a descriptive experimental method with the aim of knowing the presence of antibacterial activity in cream preparations of ethanol extract of mangosteen rind (Garcinia mangostana Linn.) against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria as seen from the inhibition of bacteria with varying concentrations of 10%, 15% and 25% by using paper disc diffusion method and solid liquid dilution method. The positive control used clindamycin cream and the negative control used 1% DMSO. Analysis of the diameter of the inhibition data was carried out using the One Way ANOVA test. The preparation formulation that has the largest diameter in the diffusion test is F3 with a concentration of 25% with an average inhibition of 6.36 in the medium category.  The MIC and KBM values in the dilution method were at a concentration of 12.5%. The results of a normally distributed One Way ANOVA are measured with a value (P> 0.05). Cosmetics have varied purposes, including cleansing, increasing brightness, changing appearance, and protecting or maintaining certain conditions. The applicable cosmetics regulations are explained in the BPOM provisions, which mandate registration before cosmetics can be used by consumers. In this research, the results of two literature reviews are presented that support this statement. The first study by (Chandra Adi Gunawan Putra, 2023) shows that the need for state involvement in protecting consumers arises because of the power imbalance between business actors and consumers. The second study by (Ribka Amanda Dera, 2019) the regulation of cosmetic products has been regulated by BPOM number 12 of 2020 article 2 paragraph 1 which emphasizes that cosmetics producers must ensure that their products which will be distributed both domestically and abroad meet the criteria, safety and security standards. benefits, quality marking, and claims. The results of both studies show that the importance of terms and conditions related to cosmetics are under law and regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Constitution, the Health Law, provisions issued by the Minister of Health and decisions taken by the Head of the Republic of Indonesia Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and in BPOM regulations starting from formulation to product withdrawal. So that any party who commits an illegal act by producing or distributing pharmaceutical or cosmetic products without a permit will receive applicable sanctions in accordance with legal provisions.

Teacher competency is very important, so a teacher must have the ability to professionally improve the implementation of their duties in the field of education. This is useful for educating the nation's children. This feasibility study aims to formulate policies related to improving the quality of education which is focused on the conditions of adequate madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers based on the professional competence possessed by each teacher. This research uses qualitative methods with cross sectional techniques to analyze data for each MI teacher based on academic qualifications according to the field of study they teach. The findings of this research show that there are still many MI teachers who do not have undergraduate academic qualifications as stipulated in Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. The ratio between the number of elementary schools (SD) and MI (both private and public) in Tampan District is 5:1; or the number of elementary schools is 41 consisting of 31 state elementary schools and 10 private elementary schools, while the number of new MIs is 8, all of them have private status. It can be argued that public interest and the government's response to MI is still relatively low due, among other things, to the relative lack of competent teachers.
