This community empowerment activity aims to identify optimal use of riverbank land through developing street vendor businesses (angkringan), empowerment focusing on social initiative programs and entrepreneurial training. The methods used to empower angkringan traders include field visits (observations), focus group discussions, and outreach, the activities of which begin with an analysis of land potential along the riverbanks in Sampangan Village. The activity partners are street vendors (angkringan) located around the banks of the Sampangan river, consisting of three groups, namely a group of immigrants, a group of housewives and a group of youth who manage modern angkringan businesses. The results of empowerment for angkringan traders were identified, among others, by carrying out social initiatives, namely entrepreneurship training which covers three main aspects, including marketing, financial management and product development.

In the current digital era, MSMEs business competition is getting tougher in getting customers through digital marketing platforms. The best strategies and solutions are needed by MSMEs to gain market share by optimizing several search engine techniques. Digital marketing in the form of websites that rank well on Google search pages will get more potential visitors. The website must be capable of being featured on Google pages. One way to optimize a website is by using search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to get a good ranking on search engine pages. SEO techniques are needed to increase brand awareness and generate potential traffic for a company's services or products. In this study, the authors apply SEO to MSMEs engaged in florist business. This research is an implementative research with SEO Web Design Methodology method, which emphasizes the delivery of information precisely and quickly. The result of implementing the system development method carried out on the digital marketing platform software from Funcraft Florist is that the Funcraft.epizy.com website can appear on the initial ranking of Google pages after applying SEO techniques according to keywords.

In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. In the era of technological development and digitization in various fields, MSMEs as a type of business that has a large role in building the economy also need to experience development in the field of technology in marketing their products. The purpose of this service is to develop MSMEs in terms of digital marketing and expand the MSMEs marketing network. One example of MSMEs that need digital marketing assistance is UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family". The method used in this community service activity is divided into four stages, namely the survey stage, the digital marketing socialization stage, digital marketing assistance and the maintenance and evaluation stages. Digital marketing assistance activities for UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family" are a form of community service with the aim of developing and participating in elevating regional potential so that they can have a marketing network that is not limited to the local market.

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. In the current rapid development of the business world, making competition between companies tighter, which requires the company to manage its business better, which in turn the company is able to compete and has superior value compared to other companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the performance of CV Musika employees. The population used in this study consisted of all employees of CV Musika. The number of samples in this study were 92 people with sampling techniques using total sampling. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Of the 38 variables analyzed, 23 variables were obtained and 6 factors were formed that affect employee performance at CV Musika. The results of the study obtained an eigen value of 9.205 for the physical needs factor, reward factor 2.636, discipline factor 1.696, factor carrying out work procedures 1.352, work loyalty factor 1.080, attendance factor on time 1.003, so it can be concluded that these 6 factors are the most influential on employee performance at CV. Musika.

The development of franchise businesses in the field of f&b is a form of human innovation and creativity as we live in modern times and this has led to high competition. This competition makes business actors implement marketing strategies with the aim of attracting consumers through purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for Mixue beverage products in the Mojosari branch. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used online questionnaires and used data processing tools in the form of IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue outlets Mojosari branch.

The more stringent developments in business life, the more difficult it is for any company to maintain customer satisfaction from its competitors. For this reason, service quality is needed to retain consumers, not only service quality, price and promotion are also the most important things in retaining consumers. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality, price, and promotions significantly on customer satisfaction at Muliamart. The sample used was 100 respondents. The method used uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with certain criteria. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 2022. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a partial effect (3.636 > 1.988), Service Price has a partial effect (2.427 > 1.988), and Service Promotion has a partial effect of (3.422 > 1.988) t-count > t-table on Satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality, price, and promotion have a simultaneous effect of (46,765 > 2,700) f-count > f-table on consumer satisfaction. the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.594 or equal to 59.4%. And the rest is influenced by other variables.

Swiftlet's nest is one of the most famous foods in the world. Swiftlet's nest is believed to have very good benefits for the health of the human body. This swallow nest besides having a high price, can also be beneficial for the world of health. In order to get high-value swallow nests, it is necessary to know the types of swallows that can produce good quality nests. This study uses the theory of income in the book development economics by  Sukirno Sadono. The research aims to determine the role of the swallow business in increasing the income of the Sumber Agung community. This research includes field research, with the method of observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis used is qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the swallow's nest breeding business in Sumber Agung Village is a side business where the average community in Sumber Agung Village has a livelihood as oil palm farmers. The swallow's nest breeding entrepreneurs aim to improve the family's economy by looking at the high selling price of swallow's nests and export value. The risks faced can also be minimized so that there are no substantial losses.

The emergence of the era of society 5.0 is colored by the rapid world of digitalization which describes almost all areas of life including the accountant profession. This study aims to determine the development of digitalization towards society 5.0 and the efforts and challenges made by the accounting profession in facing that era. In this study using a qualitative approach method with interview techniques through online and offline to 2 Respondents of Public Accounting Firms and 2 Respondents of Tax Consultant Firms. The era of Society 5.0 requires accountants to understand technology and use it in their work. The reason is, accountants play an important role in the world of finance and business, which has a positive impact on efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, accountant learning must be adapted to technological developments to prepare future accountants who can face the challenges of the digital era.

The Broiler Chicken business owned by Andien, belonging to Mrs. Tri Winarti, initially operated with a capacity of 12,000 chickens and planned to expand to 24,000 chickens. This study aims to assess the sustainability of the development of Andien's Broiler Chicken farm to 24,000 chickens from a financial perspective. Financial analysis was conducted through calculations of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the expansion of Andien's Broiler Chicken business from 12,000 chickens to 24,000 chickens is a viable step based on the scenario calculations. The Payback Period (PP) is 1.31 periods, indicating a quick payback of investment as PP is less than 12 periods. The calculation results show an NPV value of Rp 4,936,714,867 using a 6% discount rate (based on the 2023 BRI KUR interest rate), and if using a 7% discount rate (based on the 2023 Mandiri KUR interest rate), the NPV would be 4,633,045,331. The presence of a positive NPV indicates the viability of this business development. The calculated IRR value reaches 22.26%, exceeding the 6% discount rate. The feasibility of the business is also supported by a BCR value of 1.09, where a ratio above 1 indicates the viability of the business.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

Current technological developments can develop very rapidly and this causes changes in people's lifestyles. With the presence of the internet, not only marketing- based businesses but also developing online transportation services such as Grab, which provides online transportation services to consumers. This needs to be considered as a service provider to maintain the loyalty of service users. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-loyalty through customer satisfaction on users of grab transportation services. This research was conducted in the community in the district Kecamatan Pandaan who uses grab transportation services in 2023. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire which is distributed online via Google Form. The selection of the sample used in the study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique in which the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research on data management, this research was conducted using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on the results of this study it can be seen that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e- loyalty, there is no significant relationship between e-trust directly to e-loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty

This study investigates the relationship between employee performance, training, and human resource development at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV in Makassar City. The study reveals findings with major significance for organizational improvement through meticulous data analysis and statistical evaluation. The research conclusively shows a link between employee performance and training. Statistics highlight the crucial influence that training plays in improving employee skills and work effectiveness. These findings support the constancy of this correlation by being in line with earlier studies. It advances our knowledge of organizational behavior and performance dynamics by clarifying the relationship between training and employee performance. The study's findings are insightful for businesses looking to maximize staff productivity through strategic training and human resource development programs. It acts as a manual for businesses hoping to use training to boost productivity and encourage staff development.

The solutions for the problem of less optimal strategy implementation in BBI Sukamaju need to be found, and as the first step, efforts are needed to evaluate the chosen strategy, to review and to re-evaluate the situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and business threats), and also to update the formulated strategy so that it suits the developments of the external environment in order to support the efforts of function development of Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) on Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis at Supplying of Quality Fish Seeds in Ciamis Regency. This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

This thesis discusses the Analysis of Marketing Strategies in Nawasena Efforts to Increase Consumer Buying Interest. In this study raised issues in the form of: influencing factors in the development of SMEs and marketing strategies of SMEs. This study aims: to determine the factors that influence the marketing strategy of SMEs. This research method is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis method on 4 respondents, namely business owners and 3 employees. The data was collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires filled in by respondents, as well as documentation. Then the data obtained from the results of data collection were analyzed using SWOT, IFAS and EFAS analysis.

Abstract. The method used in this research is Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, and Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping is used to map activities ranging from upstream to downstream from a tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Mapping is used to map and analyze the role of gender in the tempe industry value chain. Whereas the Canvas Business Model is used to redesign the tempe industry business model in Tenggilis  Surabaya based on value, gender, and competitive advantage. The results of this study are Value Chain Mapping and Tempe Business Model  for the home-based tempe industry. The role of women housewives in the tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis  Kauman is almost 50%. For the tempe production system and marketing management for the SME scale, such as the tempe industry in Tenggilis  tempe village, the maturity level has reached the optimal level, level 5. For external suppliers, the maturity level is still low at level 2 or still in the development stage. For market orientation, competitors and product development are already at a competitive level. Revenue Streams from the tempe business process in Kampung Tempe is the sale of tempe and its processed products, as well as a tourist visit.   Keywords: gender role, tempe industry, tempe business model, value chain mapping   Abstrac. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, dan Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping digunakan untuk memetakan kegiatan mulai dari hulu hingga hilir dari suatu rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping digunakan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peran gender dalam rantai nilai industri tempe. Sedangkan Canvas Business Model digunakan untuk mendesain ulang model bisnis industri tempe di Tenggilis  Surabaya berdasarkan nilai, jenis kelamin, dan keunggulan bersaing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemetaan Rantai Nilai dan Model Bisnis Tempe untuk industri tempe rumahan. Peran ibu rumah tangga dalam rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis  Kauman hampir mencapai 50%. Untuk sistem produksi tempe dan manajemen pemasaran skala UKM seperti industri tempe di Kampung Tempe Tenggilis  tingkat kematangan sudah mencapai tingkat optimal yaitu tingkat 5. Untuk pemasok eksternal tingkat kematangan masih rendah pada tingkat 2 atau masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Untuk orientasi pasar, pesaing dan pengembangan produk sudah berada pada tingkat kompetitif. Aliran pendapatan dari proses bisnis tempe di Kampung Tempe adalah penjualan tempe dan hasil olahannya, serta kunjungan wisatawan.   Kata kunci: peran industri tempe, gender, model bisnis tempe, pemetaan rantai nilai
