The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities, especially for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of education, and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market.

This paper focuses on unlocking the creative potential of architecture students through an exploration of the Four C model of creativity. This model extends the traditional understanding of creativity and offers a comprehensive framework for fostering innovation in architecture. It introduces "mini-c" and "Pro-c" dimensions, highlighting creativity within the learning process and the attainment of professional expertise. Architecture demands a blend of technical skills and artistic expression for effective communication of ideas. However, nurturing creative thinking among architecture students faces challenges, including fear of experimentation and traditional teaching methods. To address these obstacles, the paper suggests integrating problem-based learning (PBL) and mind mapping techniques. PBL encourages collaboration and critical thinking, while mind mapping stimulates visual and associative thinking, aiding idea generation and organization. Additionally, the role of technology in architecture education is explored, emphasizing the benefits of mixed learning environments that enhance collaboration and creativity. Embracing technology readiness equips students with tools to tackle real-world challenges and create innovative designs. In conclusion, this paper underscores the importance of creative thinking in architectural design and its implications for the discipline's future. By adopting the Four C model, implementing PBL with mind mapping, and leveraging technology, educators can revolutionize architecture education, nurturing a new generation of architects prepared to shape the evolving world with imaginative and visionary designs. 

Fish is known as a functional food which is important for health. Fish has a fairly high protein content, besides that it contains OMEGA-3 unsaturated fatty acids (in which it contains EPA and DHA) which are quite popular for maintaining and lowering cholesterol, containing vitamins and minerals. Fish meatballs, Shredded Fish, Naga Legs and Nugget are diversified processed fish products. This dedication aims   to increase the knowledge and skills of the community in processing fish into fish meatballs, shredded fish, dragon feet and nuggets. The method used in  dedication is direct counseling and training. The results obtained from this dedication showed that increase knowledge and skills of PKK mothers in diversification process fish product.

Learning media has an important role in increasing students’ understanding and retention, attracting their attention, and supporting various learning styles. In the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), where students tend to be more interested in practical learning, developing relevant and interesting learning media is crucial, especially for Indonesian language subjects. This article discusses the importance of training for vocational school teachers in creating effective learning media. This training aims to increase the understanding of vocational school teachers in Karangpucung sub-district about the concept of learning media, equip them with technical skills in making media, and integrate information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process. Through stages that include theory, practice and feedback, this training is expected to increase teacher creativity and student learning motivation. Overall, this training contributes to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning in vocational schools, creating a more dynamic and effective learning environment.

Rapid technological advances make print communication media begin to be shifted by information media that utilizes computer technology as a means of delivery. Technological developments change the teacher's task from being a teacher to a facilitator who provides convenience in learning. SD Negeri 004 Bangsal Aceh is one of the schools that still applies the mathematics learning process using textbooks so that students do not understand the lesson. Teachers are required to make changes in teaching patterns in the classroom, one of which is with animated videos. This study uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method covering concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing and distribution. The final result of this research is an animated video of mathematics learning about the material of flat shapes. Animated videos are used as an interesting and effective means of information and learning media. Besides that, it can also improve students' understanding and skills in learning mathematics, especially the material of flat shapes

Art education in kindergarten is part of the process of forming a whole individual in accordance with the goals of national education. Art education includes dance, music, visuals and drama. This activity aims to provide assistance to kindergarten / early childhood teachers in artistic creativity and creativity, especially painting activities using local wisdom-based media so that they can be applied in teaching and learning activities in kindergarten / early childhood education. As for art and reativity, what is meant is not only to form skilled students at imagination through fine arts, but also to form appreciative and creative personalities through the experience of art processing. This activity can contribute not only to the development of teaching materials, but also to the ability of kindergarten / early childhood teachers to create art, especially art and creativity which can have a positive effect on the development of teacher skills by packaging teaching materials based on art and creativity according to the needs of garden children childhood and early childhood education. This PKM activity was attended by Kindergarten / Early Childhood Teachers who are members of the entire West Semarang District, Semarang City.

Maos Lor Village, is one of the villages that has considerable agricultural potential and is one of the centers for banana production. However, the added value of banana cultivation in the village is not yet optimal. The selling price of bananas given is still quite low so that it has an impact on the level of economic development of the community which is still low when compared to the potential of the area owned. The objectives of this community service are to: 1) Increase knowledge in processing bananas into banana Dodol through training for community groups in the Maos Lor Village environment and 2) Improve community skills in increasing the added value of the Banana Dodol processed business. The activity was carried out in March-July (4 months) with several activities including socialization, training on making Calcium Dodol and post-production assistance. The results of this activity include the formation of a small business group of Banana Dodol "BAJA MAOS) which so far has been able to produce as much as 52 kg

This article dsiscusses the importance of parental assistance in the process of learning to read for grade 1 students at SD KARANGUNTUNG VILLAGE. Parental involvement at home plays a very important role in building a strong early literacy foundation for children. Through effective assistance, students will more easily understand reading learning material, improve their literacy skills, and increase their confidence in communicating. This research aims to understand the role of parents in supporting children's learning to read at home and to provide practical recommendations for parents in carrying out this role. Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.  

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in Moringa processing; increase participants' knowledge about the potential of Moringa leaves as a healthy food ingredient, and produce Moringa chicken nuget products and Moringa leaf sticks. The activity method used is mentoring with activity stages; 1. preparation, 2. implementation, 3. evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants in processing Moringa leaves, participants knew that Moringa leaves have good nutritional potential and can be developed as a healthy food processing ingredient, and participants are skilled in processing Moringa leaves into Moringa chicken nuggets and Moringa leaf sticks. . Given the large benefits of this activity, it is advisable to carry out further activities in the form of assistance in marketing Moringa leaf processed products in order to increase people's income.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

In their life, the people of Siwal Village cannot be separated from the use of oil. Moreover, the majority of Siwal Village residents work as food or fried food sellers on the roadside. Repeated use of cooking oil can have harmful effects on health. In addition, used cooking oil that can no longer be used is usually dumped in careless places and causes environmental pollution. Another problem in Siwal Village is the lack of skills of children due to the influence of gadgets. With these things in mind, training on how to process used cooking oil into an alternative material for making used used wax is one of the right solutions. Activities consist of a location survey, implementation, results and discussion. Community service by presenting teachers, school principals and in material presentation and interactive question and answer events to the level of mastery of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta teachers regarding the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning for SD Mojosongo III Surakarta Teachers is intended to be able understand the essence of 4C in learning to support the smoothness of the learning process as well as theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in elementary schools. The delivery of this material to all teachers at SD Mojosongo III Surakarta, school principals and school supervisors totaling 25 teachers, both classroom and sports teachers, religion teachers and art teachers from parallel classes at the school. With the hope of teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that aspects of teacher knowledge and skills can further improve the abilities and professionalism of primary school teachers. Providing a scientific basis for elementary school teachers in understanding the essence of 4C Implementation in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning which consists of Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity, and provide theoretical clarity and understanding better about learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in Primary Schools. In achieving this National education goal, this goal was designed by experts in the national capital while the humans who serve as this national goal are in areas with different cultures and intelligences, as well as teachers who carry out the heavy task must be able to describe and interpret Law no. 20 of 2003 must be able to achieve this at the same time, besides the teacher's responsibility to educate the nation's children, teachers also have responsibilities that are no less serious towards their families, both economic and other responsibilities. It is very wise for the government to pay more attention to teachers with a policy of providing additional financial income from the professionalism of teachers, namely a professional allowance of 100% of the basic salary, teacher professionalism is a condition for obtaining this allowance and to be recognized as a professional teacher, teachers must meet various requirements. as evidenced by the portfolio collected. English learning for children called English for Young Learners (TEYL) is developing in various parts of the world, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. This policy began in Indonesia since the enactment of the 1994 Curriculum, and its implementation continues to be increasingly necessary. This is related to the government's efforts to prepare reliable and quality students, who will be able to compete at the national and international levels. English has become a very important language in the international community. Therefore, everyone is expected to be able to learn, master and understand English well. In Indonesia, English occupies an important priority as the first foreign language that must be studied and mastered by students and has been taught in schools ranging from kindergarten to university level. In learning English, there are four (4) language skills that must be learned by students, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. One of the important language skills to be learned by students is speaking. One element of language that needs to be improved to support speaking skills is vocabulary. Vocabulary plays an important role in word recognition. The more English vocabulary that is owned and mastered by students, the better they are at understanding various learning materials delivered in English. Mastery of a large and extensive English vocabulary can also improve students' ability to communicate using English. The introduction of English vocabulary in SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar can use learning media that is fun, easy and effective. The learning media is Word Webs. The Word Webs media has the benefit of increasing students' knowledge of English vocabulary and strongly supports speaking skills. Word Webs learning media is a learning media that can be used in the teaching and learning process of English especially Vocabulary. Through this Community Service Activity or Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, learning English using Word Webs media at SDN 01 Suruh Karanganyar feels more fun and memorable. This will make students feel enthusiastic and happy in learning English provided by using Word Webs media. This media can also help teachers in teaching English vocabulary to support students' speaking skills with fun.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

Temanggung robusta coffee has flavors and raw material components that reflect the regional characteristics. To assure the quality and increase the competitiveness, coffe harvesting and post-harvest processing must be carried out according to the geographical indication standart (IG). The application standar of IG practically still has several problems such as a low motivation of harvest and post-harvest processing aspects as well as farmer’s group management. By cooperating with two farmers’ group in Muncar and Ngadisepi village, Gemawang sub-district, Temanggung Regency, Universitas Sebelas Maret has implemented community partnership program. This aim at increasing motivations and skills of farmers in managing coffee processing based on IG standart. Methods used in this programs include: (1) training, (2) introduction of a pulper device, and (3) supervision. This program has: (1) increased motivation, knowledge, skills of farmers’ group in coffee post-harvest processing based on IG standart, (2) increased motivation for strengthening management of farmers’ group institutions, (3) provided applied technology, and (4) increased the economic of coffee value added.

This research was motivated by the results of the BPJS assessment of the Guguk Panjang Health Center where the impression value of the Guguk Panjang Health Center was 66.25%. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis uses Outer Loading and Inner Loading Analysis, while data processing is assisted by using SemPLS software. Based on the research results, the authors conclude that the quality of basic health services is related to patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between the dimensions of service quality simultaneously. From the results of the study, it was found that the variable dimension of service quality that has the greatest effect on patient satisfaction is the Assurance (Skills) dimension with an Original Sample value of 0.222, the second is environmental comfort with hypothetical results (p value 0.017), while the smaller dimension is Empathy. (p.Value 0.50%). Whereas for the dimension of Staff Reliability there is no relationship with Patient Satisfaction with a hypothesis value of 0.449 > 0.05 as well as the Responsiveness and provision of information dimension has no relationship with patient satisfaction with a value of 0.535 > 0.04. Thus patient satisfaction with services at the Bukittinggi City Health Center is prioritized for an increase in the dimensions of Reliability and Responsiveness of Officers.
