The Feasibility Study of the Revitalization of the Merdeka Field in Medan City is to obtain a Foundation of the Planning and Design Program regarding the Development of the Merdeka Field Area in Medan City that meets the needs of the community as a nationally viable public facility. The feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Field in Medan used primary data and secondary data. In the feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Medan Field, it was analyzed through spatial aspects through Medan City Bylaw No.1 of 2022 concerning Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) and Medan City Zoning Regulations from 2022 to 2042. The result of the feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Field Medan is that the concept planned for the revitalization of Merdeka Square is in accordance with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of the city of Medan by remaining a Green Open Space (RTH) that functions as a catchment area. In addition, the Merdeka Square area also provides Blue Open Space (RTB) which can function as a medium for water storage and prevention of flooding.    

Abstrak – Website yang salah satu fungsinya adalah media penyebaran informasi sudah masuk ke bidang pendidikan. Content management system (CMS) Sekolahku merupakan aplikasi open source yang membantu dalam pengembangan website bahkan menjadi sistem informasi sekolah untuk semua jenjang pendidikan. Terdapat lebih dari 150 jumlah pengguna CMS Sekolahku, tetapi belum dilakukan pengujian sistem. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian terhadap CMS Sekolahku menggunakan black box testing dengan teknik boundary value analysis yang berfokus pada masukan dan data keluarannya. Tahapan awal adalah menentukan bagian yang diuji dan dipilih 8 form yang diujikan. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap bagian yang telah dipilih tersebut. Setelah itu terbentuklah sebuah dokumentasi dan hasil pengujian. Terdapat 26 test case dan dihasilkan 18 test case yang sesuai, artinya hasil yang diharapkan sama dengan hasil pengujian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa CMS Sekolahku sekitar 70% berhasil dan cukup layak untuk digunakan tetapi butuh perbaikan. Penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai dokumentasi hasil pengujian dan referensi.   Abstract – One of the website's functions is to spread information. The website has helped many sectors including the education sector. Content management system (CMS) Sekolahku is an open-source application that helps website development and becomes a complete information system for schools on every level. CMS Sekolahku has more than 150 users however no system test document was found. The research purpose is to test CMS Sekolahku using the black box testing method with a boundary value analysis technique that focuses on data input and output. The first step is to choose which part of the system needs to be tested. Eight forms are selected. Then, the next step, do the test on the chosen forms. Last, the system test document with the result in it is formed. There are 26 test cases, and 18 test cases are successful, which means the expected result equals the actual result. The result shows a 70% of success rate and is quite decent to use but requires improvement. The study can be used as a system test documentation and a reference.

The activity of cadres is very important in posyandu activities because if the cadres are not active, the provision of health services and posyandu activity programs cannot run properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities in the working area of ​​the Kenarilang Health Center, Alor Regency. This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional study approach. The study population consisted of 210 cadres, with a total sample of 68 cadres using convenience sampling/accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using chi-square statistical test. The results showed that the variables of knowledge (ρ = 0.023), occupation (ρ = 0.022), incentives (ρ = 0.002), and support from community leaders (ρ = 0.043) had a relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Meanwhile, the attitude variable (ρ=0.492) had no relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Puskesmas Kenarilang should improve training on promotive efforts when providing cadres in increasing knowledge about the duties and functions of posyandu. Village and sub-district governments should always provide appropriate incentives as motivation in increasing the activity of cadres in posyandu activities, and it is hoped that community involvement will always support cadres in posyandu activities.

The research aims to determine the application of the Raw Material inventory Accounting System at PT  Industri Kapal  ndonesia (Persero). The type of research used s descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research conducted from July to September 2021. The results showed that the accounting system for raw material inventory at PT Industri Kapal  Indonesia (Persero) has been effective, this can be seen by the existence of  interrelated functions. Then the  inventory recording method used  is the perpetual recording method and the FIFO (First  In First Out) valuation method. And the procedures that form the inventory system at PT Industri Kapal  Indonesia (Persero) are quite good because of the division of tasks and documents that can be accounted for.

The impact of covid 19 makes the habits of people who work and students often work or study via online. A cozy and adequate space is needed to carry out online activities and freelance work. The right solution is to design a coworking space mix use building that can provide space and facilities to support comfort for consumers. Coworking Space is a workspace concept that can be used together with various backgrounds such as students, freelancers, students, entrepreneurs, or other companies. In Medan City coworking spaces are still relatively few that have multi-functions as the author designs. Most only prioritize one function so that consumers can easily get bored when working. In this design, hopefully it can be a problem solver and become a comfortable working, meeting and relaxing space for consumers.

This study aims to 1) describe and analyze the professionalism of the apparatus of the District of North Luwu Regency in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization professionally, especially from the aspect of responsiveness and innovation, 2) analyze what factors are faced and affect the Masamba District of North Luwu Regency in developing the apparatus. professional in terms of responsiveness and innovation in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. With data analysis techniques, namely: data reduction, data organization, and interpretation. The results of the study indicate that 1) The responsiveness and innovation of the Masamba District apparatus both in the context of serving the community and in carrying out other tasks are considered lacking, so that the noble goals of the organization and providing the best services for the community have not been achieved; 2) The vision and mission of the organization is limited to being a decoration of the cabinets and walls of the Masamba District Office; 3) The authorities and responsibilities of each Masamba District apparatus have been well understood and implemented from the top leadership (Camat), middle officials (Sekcam and Section Heads) to the implementing staff although they still use a hierarchical system in carrying out tasks and making decisions; 4) The leadership of the Masamba Camat in managing the administration and managing the running of the organization can be said to have gone quite well where in addition to using a formal approach, the Camat also uses an informal approach so that there is an emotional closeness with his subordinates; 5) The awards received, especially financial awards based on seniority of service period and meritocracy, are still considered inadequate and do not reflect justice by several Masamba District employees; 6) Another factor that has a considerable influence on the professionalism of the apparatus is seen from the responsiveness and innovation of the government apparatus in Masamba District, namely the organizational culture that grows and continues to develop.

The decision support system as a tool for decision making, has now begun to be widely applied in various fields of life, not least in making a decision for the process of accepting new students at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabaliused. With the decision support system (SPK) can help schools in the selection of new students. The method used in building a decision support system in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The method used to select new students is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which functions to calculate the final score of each student in the school and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) serves to rank each student.The result of this study is that the combination of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) methods in determining new student admissions at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabali School can be used. SPK (Decision Making System) can display information according to what the user inputs correctly.

Urban landscape design is an approach in designing cities that has a positive impact on city residents by providing a livable environment. Urban landscapes come in various forms, one of which is city parks. A city park is one of the facilities provided by a city and its residents can carry out several activities in it. A city park also serves as a city landmark. The city of Salatiga has several parks with recreational functions but not many city parks are available to function as public spaces. One of them is a park located in Tingkir District, Salatiga City, namely Tingkir Park. The purpose of this study was to apply 3D computer technology in the redesign of Tingkir park with the concept of Urban landscape design. A city park that is functional, aesthetically pleasing, can be a better public space and can become a landmark in the area. The method of developing a Virtual 3D City Park Design product uses 5 steps ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluation). In academic interest, this research results in the experimentation of computer graphics technology in the development of urban park design.

Setting a strategy in running the existing system in the company, therefore it is very important for the company to evaluate the management control system which is one of the basic functions of management. The object of the research is PT. JNE Indonesia, especially at Cikuda Jatinangor agents. This study aims to determine the state of the control system in JNE in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study explain that the system that applies at JNE is still running well as evidenced by the absence of complaints from company employees, the implementation of activities that run normally, and the programs that are run in the midst of this pandemic do not make income decline JNE’s management performs the control systems very well, and ensures the security of packages that will be sent until they are received by costumers.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. Aging or the process of getting old is a process of disappearing or decreasing health functions in meeting the needs of life. Aging is characterized by sagging skin, gray hair, poor hearing, and worsening vision.1 The WHO classification of elderly (elderly) includes middle age (45-59 years), elderly (60-59 years). 74 years), old (75 – 90 years), very old (above 90 years).2  

Dull skin is a skin condition that is full of dead skin cells. The cause of dull skin is due to lack of water supply, pollution and sunlight and lack of facial care. Facial care can be done using a face mask. Facial masks are treatments intended to treat facial skin. Rice water is obtained from washing rice. Cherry water contains vitamins that are beneficial for skin health. Greentea has antioxidants that are good for skin health. The abundant content of EGCG antioxidants in greentea has the ability to rejuvenate damaged skin cells. The aim of this research is to create a mask based on leri and greentea water which functions to treat dull skin. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are literature, interviews, experiments and documentation. The experiment was carried out at the Laboratory of the Make-Up Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, Jalan Sultan Agung, No. 77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City. The experiment was carried out 3 times with the composition of (1) 15 grams of water powder and 10 grams of greantea, (2) 15 grams of water powder and 15 grams of grentea, (3) 10 grams of water powder and 15 grams of grenteea. From the results of these three experiments, this experiment produced a mask with a green color, coarse texture and a fresh scent of greentea.

Telang flower is generally used as food coloring amd traditional medicine. The contents of telang flower has many benefits for humans. Also, it is hoped that the use of telang flower in the manufacture of lip balm will be a new innovation in cosmetic products. The aim of this research is to create a lip balm based on telang flower which functions to moisturize the lips. This research uses literature, ekasperiment, documentation, observation, and public teasting methods. This experiment resulted in two products with different compositions. In addition, that the two products have been tested publicly on 20 panelists ranging in age from 18 to 25 years. From 20 panelists who have tried 2 lip balm products. It was found that most pf them preferred products with a composition of 8 grams of teang flower extract, 50 grams of coconut oil, 30 grams of olive oil, 300 grams of beeswax, and 15 grams of ethanol. This can be seen from the public test average calculation score oh the favorite indicator, namely 2,5. Basade on the statemensts above, it can be concluded that the opporatunity to be developed as a new innovation in the world of cosmetics.

Development is the process of changing the functional capacity or working ability of the body's organs towards a state that is increasingly organized and specialized according to the wishes of their respective functions. According to the 2015 United Nations Emergency Children's Fund (UNICEF) report, data was found that the incidence of growth and development disorders in children under five, especially motor development disorders, is still high, namely 27.5% or 3 million children. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the motor development of preschool children at TKIT Al Hikmah. This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional approach which was carried out in February 2021. The research population was 40 preschool aged children. With a sample of 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using a logistic regression test with a confidence level of 95%. The results of the research showed that there was an influence of the length of interaction and stimulation with children on the motor development of preschool aged children and there was no influence of age, education and mother's occupation on the motor development of children aged 3 - 4 years at TKIT Al Hikmah. It is hoped that mothers can increase developmental stimulation during interactions with children and make contact time with children a useful time for stimulation.

As the author observed, it turns out there are still problems that occur in checking and calculating the raw material supplies of helmet sockets, such as miscalculating raw material stocks and slow checking of stock availability of raw materials, so that it will disrupt scheduled production systems and can harm the company. Based on the things mentioned above, the author argues that in order to overcome the problem in question, it is necessary to design and implement a system that is integrated between related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005 while system design includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data and database dictionary. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the process of checking and calculating helmet socket raw material supplies for the future can run smoothly and on time.

The methodologi that the authors use in the writing of this thesis include the method of identification and system design. System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

Background: Anemia is a condition in which the concentration of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is lower than the normal value. Anemia that occurs due to iron deficiency so that the formation of red blood cells and other functions in the body is disrupted is iron nutritional anemia. Based on Riskesdas data in 2018, the prevalence of anemia was 48.9% in the 15-24 year age group. According to WHO, adolescents are residents in the age range of 10-19 years, young women have a higher risk, this is because young women experience menstruation (menstruation) every month. The impact of the incidence of anemia in adolescents can reduce concentration and learning achievement, as well as affect productivity among youth. Based on this background, the author is interested in carrying out community service activities for the prevention of anemia in young women during the new normal period of Covid-19 at Panca Atma Jaya Vocational School, Klungkung. Purpose: The purpose of this activity is as a form of implementation of Tri Dharma Stikes Panca Atma Jaya Klungkung. Methods: Participants who took part in this activity were 67 students using the pretest and posttest methods. Results: The results obtained were an increase in the pretest score (before being given education) which was 69.41% to 89.42% in the posttest result (after being given education). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between posttest scores, which increases after education is held, so anemia prevention education needs to be given and improved to improve anemia prevention behavior in adolescent girls.

The preparation of Standard Operating Procedures in the form of guidelines aims to assist in carrying out the functions of a professional and safe workplace. Of course, if food or drinks are processed without hygiene and sanitation standards, it can cause several diseases for consumers. In addition, by not applying good hygiene and sanitation standards, it may endanger employees.

Indopintan Sukses Mandiri is a company engaged in electronic assembly. Accounting information systems have a close relationship with inventory control. In recording the raw materials of PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri implements a perpetual recording system, which is a recording of the amount of inventory that is carried out every time there is a transaction. so that the amount of inventory available at any time can be known. The recording of these raw materials is carried out by the bookkeeping department and the warehouse section. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. The research method uses interview and documentation techniques about the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. From the overall research results, the Accounting Information System for raw material inventory at PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri has been running quite effectively, seen from the preparation of clear procedures. The procedures for the Accounting Information System have been quite effective because the documents used for transactions have been serially numbered in print. Internal control is still less effective because there are still multiple functions in the reception and storage department.
