This study used a descriptive quantitative research methods and data collection techniques by sampling from questionnaires.

MSMEs in Indonesia have become an important part of the economic system in Indonesia. This is because MSMEs are business units that are more numerous than large-scale industrial businesses and have the advantage of absorbing more workers and are also able to speed up the equalization process as part of development. Until now, MSME products continue to experience quite rapid development in line with market demand trends. As an effort to balance market competition, MSME players must continue to innovate and be creative to improve the quality of their products, one of which is through product branding. The MSMEs found in Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency, are Chips MSMEs. These MSMEs have problems, such as poor marketing and the absence of product logos on packaging. Another problem with marketing is the absence of media to promote MSME businesses. In this case, creating a social media account is the right solution in marketing media for Al-Amin Chips MSMEs. This activity was carried out using a mentoring method by carrying out several activities, namely: (1) Logo Making, (2) Logo Submission, (3) Training on Creating Social Media Accounts and Promoting the Chips Business Through Social Media. By creating a logo, making packaging attractive can influence purchasing decisions and help MSMEs grow and develop. This MSME needs to rebrand its business so that this product can compete with similar products. If further developed through social media, these MSMEs can expand their marketing reach and be more efficient in carrying out promotions.

Career development in an era of ambiguity is becoming increasingly important in the modern era of uncertainty and rapid environmental change. The ever-changing business, social, and technological environments pose new challenges for individuals seeking to develop their careers. This research aims to identify career development strategies in the face of an ambiguous work environment, as well as to explore the concepts and practices of career development that exist in this era of ambiguity. This research uses the literature method or literature study, which is by utilizing various literature sources to obtain data. A qualitative approach was chosen because the data produced is in the form of descriptions or words. The results showed that career development is very important in the era of ambiguity, and each individual needs to integrate flexibility, adaptability, and understanding of uncertainty in their career development strategy. With a deep understanding of ambiguity and the ability to adapt, individuals can maximize their career potential in this era of change. Organizations can also support employees by creating an environment that enables growth and development amidst rapid change.  

BUMDes serves as a tool to drive rural economic development by harnessing the potential within the village. One of the primary obstacles in the development of BUMDes is the lack of qualified human resources. The aim of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to provide training and workshops to the management of BUMDES in Desa Waru, focusing on developing BUMDES flagship products. The method employed in this PKM involves training and workshops, which include both theoretical instruction and practical application of the materials provided. The participants in this activity consist of 15 individuals who are part of the management team of BUMDES in Desa Waru. As a result of this PKM, BUMDES in Desa Waru now possesses several flagship products that can be further developed, including "Snack Si Engkong" made from cassava, a Savings and Loans Cooperative, and a trendy concept Café business. The training and workshop on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as an Economic Driver for the Community in Desa Waru, Parung District, Bogor Regency, have been conducted smoothly, without significant issues. The materials provided in this activity were well-suited to the needs of the participants, who also serve as the management team of BUMDES in Desa Waru.

This research aims to increase knowledge and insight in the field of industrial economics, both in terms of concept, application and development of industrial economics in Indonesia. Change management in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era has become increasingly important in dealing with business dynamics that change rapidly and unexpectedly. This study uses the literature study method to explore the concepts and practices of change management that are effective in dealing with the instability and uncertainty of the business environment. Through the research method of literature study, the authors analyze various sources of literature which include change management theories, as well as case studies of the implementation of change management in various organizations. This article highlights the importance of organizational adaptation to rapid and unpredictable environmental change. The study results emphasize continuous adaptation and innovation as the keys to success in the face of constant change. In addition, this article provides insight into how organizations can turn VUCA challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth and development.

 In an era full of technological developments, various daily activities are connected with the help of the internet, making operations easier and faster. One use of this technology, for example, is massive marketing activities carried out via social media, one of which is WhatsApp. This application introduces WhatsApp Business features specifically designed to facilitate the marketing of their products to consumers. This increase in the number of WhatsApp users opens up more opportunities for businesses to maximize the application's potential as a digital marketing tool. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotions and services via WhatsApp on sales. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this research was 37 people using the questionnaire distribution method as a data collection tool. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The research results show that variable X1 (promotion) and variable X2 (service) each influence variable Y (sales) in a positive direction. Besides that, variables X1 (Promotion) and X2 (Service) in the model together are able to explain 40.3% of the influence on variable Y (Sales).

The frozen food business continues to experience an increase in transaction value from 2020 to 2022. However, it is different from the Omahnong, which has decreased from 2020 to 2022. In solving the problem, new business innovation is needed. The research aims to find out the business model canvas that will be applied after doing ten types of innovation, the ten types of innovation strategy that has been carried out and the new ten types of innovation strategy. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of the study found nine elements of Omahnong's business model canvas after doing ten types of innovation. In addition, it was found that the ten types of innovation strategies that have been carried out by Omahnong are cost leadership, flexible manufacturing, superior product and community and belonging and the results of the new and appropriate ten types of innovation strategies for Omahnong are cost leadership, predictive analysis, superior product, loyalty program, and process automation. This research can be used as a reference for entrepreneurs in innovating business strategies and can help Omahnong in developing its business.

Purpose-The main orientation of this article is to recognize the pattern of digitalization's impact on the current development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human resource management and how it affects the skills needed by HR professionals for decision-making through talent management and employee retention to ensure employee capabilities by aligning work at the right time based on the company's business priority goals. Methodology-This study uses a qualitative methodology that uses descriptive research. This research focuses on decisions made by leaders to improve the quality of human resources and seeks to identify areas of knowledge that have not been explored in research. Findings-Research results show that the company's strategy of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides many benefits, such as improving operational efficiency, developing innovative products or services, and making better business decisions based on better forecasting and analysis. Practical Implications-Through the implications of HR data analysis as decision-making in forecasting human resource trends using AI, talent management, and employee retention. This is applied to the recruitment and selection process that provides benefits such as rewards to employees who can achieve targets. Therefore, a supportive work culture by honing the talents and potential of employees to create maximum and efficient performance can have a good impact on the company.

Calculations in determining an agricultural product can use several calculation methods, one of which is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. Tsukamoto's fuzzy method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In Tsukamoto's method, every consequence has a rule in the form of IF-THEN that must be represented in a fuzzy set with a monotone arrangement function. So this requires a system that can produce predictions in tea production in Kerinci tea plantations to meet market needs. The solution offered is a production prediction system in Kerinci plantations using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The prediction results obtained in this study were a 36% increase in tea sales production.

Our work programs are Disaster Mitigation Socialization, Waste Recycling and Making Ecobrics, Making Waste Decomposition Plags, Educating Gender Equality for Teenagers, Making Water Filter Tools, Strengthening Pre-School Age Children's Literacy Using Used Used Materials, Qris Socialization, Making Alternatives or adding other variations of dodol products, MSMEs sharing with local entrepreneurs regarding integrated marketing communication and public speaking in community business development such as in tofu and tempeh factories and helping organize correspondence filing in Pasir Emas Village. In general, the activities or work programs that we carry out can run well and smoothly.

The researcher chose this type of quantitative research because he wanted to know and prove the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction 3Second in West Jakarta. This study used an associative design which can be used to see the effect of two or more variables. Based on the f testing criteria it can be seen that the significant value is 0.000 or less than 0.05, it can be stated that there is a significant simultaneous influence on promotion (X1) and product quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). Brand image has a significant effect on product quality. On the results of the t test, a significant value of the brand image variable was obtained at 0.000 ± 0.05, which means that brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on product satisfaction 3seconds. In the results of the t test, a significant value of the product quality variable is obtained at 0.000 0.05, which means that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

One of the Islamic Boarding School Owned Enterprises (BUMP) at the Izzatuna Putra Palembang Islamic Boarding School is a pesantren cooperative that works to support the economy and improve the economy. This study aims to: (1) Describe the extent to which Islamic boarding school cooperatives have contributed to the economic expansion of Islamic boarding schools., (2) What is the role of cooperatives in improving the economy of the Islamic boarding school Izzatuna Putra Palembang in the study of Islamic economics. This is a type of field research using primary and secondary data sources. The data obtained will be presented with narrative text. This study uses qualitative data analysis methods/techniques using inductive thinking methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The role of cooperatives in improving the Islamic boarding school's economy is marked by the development of cooperatives that run a trading business every day where a portion of the profits will be deposited to the Islamic boarding school, both material and non-material, and the Islamic boarding school cooperative is also very helpful. in increasing the income of members of the cooperative and the Islamic boarding school community. To develop villages, the government gives direct authority to villages to manage their areas independently, one of which is through economic institutions in the village, namely Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Bunton Village is one of the Adipala District villages with BUMDES in the growing status category. The main obstacle found in BUMDES in Bunton Village is that every work activity needs to be properly administered. Apart from that, BUMDes Bunton has yet to be able to optimize the marketing of its tourism business units. The activities carried out include two things, namely classical assistance and special assistance to BUMDES members in Bunton Village in overcoming the two problems above. The result of this activity is additional knowledge for BUMDes managers regarding Human Resources development.

The creative economy of bouquet marketing among students is useful for honing certain talents, skills and creativity from the community to provide welfare and increase pocket money. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely by explaining bouquet marketing as a developer of creative economic marketing strategies among students in a narrative form. Students consider the creative economy as a place that has great potential and opportunities. They see that creative industries such as art, design, music, film, fashion, and computer games can produce innovative works and create new jobs. In addition, the creative economy is considered as a space where one can express their creativity freely. The marketing strategy used by students to promote their business is to use social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram and others. There are several strategies for online marketing that might attract potential customers. Among them is using attractive pictures or videos, visuals are very important in attracting the attention of online consumers. The suggestion is to promote more often, create more so that customers are interested.  

Community Service is a lecturer's obligation which must be carried out as an implementation and recognition of the Tridharma of Higher Education, and is a lecturer's concern for environmental sustainability and the existence of community life. One form of concern from researchers which focuses on the community economic sector is still being carried out in order to play a role in the development of the nation's economy. The methodological approach used by researchers is to provide counseling and assistance to micro, small and medium business actors in managing their businesses with marketing strategies to increase profitability in their businesses. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the economic implementers that give color to Indonesia. The number of MSMEs is increasing every year and has absorbed a lot of workers. The existence of MSMEs is part of human life activities to meet their daily needs as well as their existence in the era of economic globalization and the ability to survive in the face of the economic crisis and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Marketing also requires a strategy that will later be able to win a battle.
