This system can also help improve the patient experience by providing convenience and comfort in the registration process. Overall, the use of queuing presses and outpatient registration systems can help improve efficiency and patient experience in a hospital, as well as optimize resource use.

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.

The second dose of the COVID-19 vaccination plays a crucial role in enhancing protection against viral infection and strengthening the body's immune response. However, challenges remain in its implementation, including low public participation and limited awareness of the benefits of full vaccination. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination, including participation rates, encountered barriers, and increased public awareness. The method used is a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test survey before and after vaccination education. The results indicate a significant increase in public understanding and participation after the educational intervention. Therefore, educational and socialization strategies should be continuously reinforced to optimize COVID-19 vaccination coverage.

The short and long term impacts of stunting can affect the cognitive or affective abilities of toddler growth and development. Lack of knowledge on caring for mothers of toddlers related to fulfilling balanced nutrition, especially during the First 1000 Days of Life can have an impact on the occurrence of stunting. This community service is aimed at increasing mothers' knowledge regarding stunting incidents and optimizing 1000 HPK. Implementation of activities in the form of counseling and two-way interactive dialogue. The results of the implementation of community service showed an increase in the knowledge of the counseling participants after being given stunting counseling. Counseling participants looked enthusiastic and actively participated in the activity until the event ended. It is hoped that regular and scheduled counseling programs can further improve welfare and optimize the growth and development of toddlers.      

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.

In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.    

This article has the aims and objectives to be obtained, namely to find out and analyze the importance of the existence of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on internet sites, and how forms of regulation based on positive law in Indonesia. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research have shown that the existence of IPR on internet sites has basic values ​​and objectives, namely as legal protection for creators owned by individuals or groups. for his hard work in making copyrighted works with economic value contained therein and Anticipating and also preventing violations of IPR belonging to other people, HKI is also currently regulated in various legal constructions that apply in Indonesia, such as Law Number 28 Year 2014 concerning Copyright, Law no. 15 of 2001 concerning Marks and other implementing regulations. With the objectives and construction of the applicable law, it is actually important for the government to continue to optimize and review the application of the law periodically in order to prevent IPR violations on internet sites carried out by cybercrimes.

Background : The age of infants and toddlers is the golden age of the period of growth and development of a human being. To stimulate the growth and development of the baby, it is necessary to stimulate the baby. Baby massage and spa are activities to optimize the growth and development of babies. Research objective : to determine the effect of baby massage and baby spa on the growth and motoric development of babies aged 3 to 6 months. Research Methods : This study used a quasi-experimental and pretest and post-test design with a control group. The number of samples of infants aged 3-6 months was 60 babies, 20 babies for the baby massage group, 20 babies for the baby spa group (solus per aqua) and 20 babies who were not treated because their parents refused. The instruments used in this study were baby scales, tape measure and DDST II. Data analysis in this study was the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney tests. The results of the study: There is an influence of baby massage and baby spa interventions on the growth and motor development of infants aged 3-6 months with p-Value = 0.000 (<0.05). The Mann Whitney test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05 at α = 5%), so that it can be concluded that there are differences in the growth and motor development of infants aged 3 to 6 months between the control group and the intervention group (who get baby massage and baby spa). Conclusions and suggestions : It is hoped that baby massage and baby spa can optimize baby growth and development. There is a difference in the effect of giving baby massage and baby spa on the growth and motoric development of infants aged 3-6 months. So that giving actions like this can be routinely carried out to maximize the growth and development of the baby.

This study aims to describe the relationship between principal managerial competency and teacher performance improvement. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SLB Negeri Sasa Ternate City. The subjects in this study were school principals and teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out in natural settings (natural conditions), primary data sources, and data collection techniques involved participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of SLB Negeri Sasa Kota Ternate is able to optimize school resources, both teachers and staff, direct students to be role models and take full responsibility for school progress. Patience, caring, hardworking, punctual attitude. The principal tries to establish himself as a leader according to the expectations of the teachers and all parties. So that it can be said that the principal already has a management program to improve teacher performance. The performance of a good teacher does not just happen, there are many factors that affect the high and low performance of a teacher, including internal factors and external factors, internal factors depend on the skills of the teacher himself, while external factors influence a lot, one of which is the principal's leadership competence. . This shows that the managerial principal can provide a positive increase in teacher performance.

High prevalence of stunting impacts long-term cognitive development, physical growth, and productivity of the young generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to optimize the role of public administration in disseminating policies and programs to reduce stunting through education, training, and direct community assistance. Activities were carried out through coordination with government officials, community health cadres, and local leaders, using local communication media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results indicate an increase in community knowledge on stunting, balanced nutrition practices, and active involvement of both officials and residents in stunting reduction programs. Optimizing public administration through capacity building, cross-sector coordination, and information technology utilization supports program targets. This service recommends strategies for sustainable, participatory, and data-driven program implementation. Enhancing community concern for orphans is an essential aspect of inclusive and sustainable social development. This community service activity aims to implement strategies of empathetic communication and social management to improve the quality of social interactions and community attention toward orphans. The method applied was a participatory and qualitative descriptive approach, involving both the community and orphans in all stages of the activity, from planning, implementation, to evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in social interaction quality between the community and orphans. The children exhibited positive emotional responses, such as comfort, acceptance, and appreciation, while the community demonstrated increased participation, collective responsibility, and structured social management skills. The integration of empathetic communication and social management produced dual impacts: enhanced emotional well-being of orphans and strengthened social empathy within the community. These findings suggest that this strategy can serve as a sustainable model for social care activities and can be replicated in other communities. Therefore, the application of empathetic communication and social management has the potential to support inclusive social development, foster community solidarity, and improve the welfare of vulnerable groups sustainably.

For more than a year, the Covid-19 pandemic has hit, causing many changes and giving birth to new norms and practices in the social, political, and economic order, both at the individual, community, institutional, state governance, and relations between nations. One of those affected is the office sector, but agencies are required to optimize performance without neglecting the health protocols set by the government. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and digital competence on employee performance at the Batang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The population in this study were all employees of the State Civil Apparatus totaling 133 people. The sampling method is using a census. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the workload has no significant positive effect on employee performance. The workload is an obligation that must be completed by employees following the specified time so that the level of workload does not affect employee performance. Digital competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding implies that employees within the Batang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office can operate digital devices.

In this era of rapid technological development, many things are developing rapidly, one of which is the development of games in the world. Many games have been made by the developers themselves, so there are already many variations of the type of game itself, one of which is the endless runner genre game. In the endless runner game itself, there is an object that we have to create massively and repeatedly which usually applies to how to create and delete these objects massively. However, there is a better method in optimizing the implementation for massive object creation and deletion with the object pooling method, where the difference is in this method uses how to activate and deactivate objects. So in this way, it will optimize the game so that its performance does not drop and memory usage does not take up much space.

PSWAN is an internetworking project undertaken by Govt. of India at Pondicherry. It covers a vast area, under it there are various state headquarters and district headquarters. Approximately 3000 systems are using its internet services. Since the number of systems are more and the bandwidth required is less so optimization was needed. Optimization was required without hardware modifications, so we defined some of the parameters through which we can achieve the optimization of this network, these parameters are 1. Type of protocol 2. Type of Topology 3. Access policies 4. Load balancing 5. Traffic bottle neck 6. Bandwidth utilization. To make the network cost effective, some small networks were moved to broadband network so that bandwidth usage can be mitigated and consequently network will get optimized. Since this project (PSWAN) is using the CISCO devices only so it was easy to simulate the network, we used OPNET simulator as it is precise than other simulators. First the operational network was simulated and then the proposed one, proposed model showed evident positive results. The simulation tool used is Opnet. OPNET is extensive and powerful simulation software with wide variety of capabilities. It enables the possibility to simulate entire heterogeneous networks with various protocols

The results of the research show that there are religious values ​​contained in the bookStories in the Quran, Published by Pelangi Mizan. The religious value in this study refers to Muhaimin's perspective which includes 3 aspects, namely: human relationship with God, human relationship with humans and human relationship with nature. The religious values ​​contained in the book Acts in the Quran Published by Pelangi Mizan, namely 1) the relationship between humans and God is an attitude of piety, gratitude, praising God and surrender. 2) the relationship between humans and humans, namely not insulting other people and being arrogant 3) the relationship between humans and nature, namely loving animals, which is contained in the story of Prophet Sulaiman.

This study aims to find out how to optimize moral and religious development in early childhood through the game method. This type of research uses library research or library research which makes library materials in the form of books, scientific magazines, documents and other materials that can be used as a reference source in this research. The results of the study show that this game method can be used by parents or early childhood educators because this method easily stimulates existing developments in children, both moral development and religious development. moral and religious development in children. The purpose of the research is to optimize the contribution of billboard tax as a source of local funds and minimize the potential for lost billboard tax (EOL) in Demak Regency. This type of research is an explantative study that aims to find an explanation of the phenomenon of not optimal Reklame Tax as a Source of Regional funds. The object of this research is The Billboard Tax in Demak Regency. The sub-districts selected as research samples are potential sub-districts for billboards in the sense of easy access from various corners, crowded centers and or city centers including (1) Demak kecematan, (2) Guntur subdistrict, (3) Karangawen subdistrict, and (4) Mranggen subdistrict. These four subdistricts are used as analysis bases to then be generalized as a representation of Demak Regency. The data source is obtained by documentary studies, interviews with relevant officials, as well as field surveys. Data analysis is conducted with the following stages (1) calculation of potential tax receipts, (2) calculating the effectiveness of billboard tax management, 3 analysis of the causes of high low EOL and (4) formulation of policies for the optimization of billboard tax. From the results of the analysis will be formulated the right strategy to minimize EOL. The results showed that the contribution of billboard tax as a source of regional funds is still very small and not yet optimum. This happens because of the high tax on EOL (expected opportunity lost) and the number of wild billboards. The high EOL and wild billboards are due to the relatively weak governance (weak information system, coordination and supervision) and the motivation of the work of officers that has not been optimal. To optimize the potential of tax receipts need to be carried out the development of governance based on integrated information systems. To minimize EOL, a policy of strengthening the governance of The Billboard Tax is necessary: (a) establishing an integrative information system for the management of billboard taxes, (b) reorganization of the billboard tax management organization. (c) improve work rules, (d) improve more effective mechanisms of action, and (e) develop the professionalism of the officers involved.

The socialization and mentoring covered material and practice on videography and video editing techniques using simple technology, smartphones. Through this activity, partners are expected to be able to optimize social media in promoting the potential of their villages, events and business products in order to reach a wider market so that business development and progress can ultimately increase the income of the Segunung Traditional Village.

This research aims to examine the liquidity ratio at the Ao' Gading Civil Servant Cooperative PGRI Ranting Balusu in the North Toraja Regency. This research's data analysis technique is the analysis of the liquidity ratio, which consists of the current ratio and the cash ratio .In 2018, the current ratio was calculated to be 3.51 %; in 2019, it was calculated to be 3.41 %; and in 2020, it was calculated to be 3.31 %. In 2018, the cash ratio was calculated to be 0.71 %, while in 2019 and 2020, it was calculated to be 1.04 % and 1.20 %, respectively. According to the rules set forth by the State Minister for Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, current ratio calculation findings indicate that it is not good, According to the decree of the State Minister for Cooperatives and UKM of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006, dated May 1, 2006, and the outcomes of the cash ratio calculation at Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, they are classified as not good. According to the assessment requirements of the Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM, the liquidity of the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu Civil Servant Cooperative  is rated as poor based on the study conducted with several liquidity ratio formulas, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006 does not mean that it is illiquid but the cooperative does not optimize its current assets because its cash is still too small compared to its receivables even though its current assets are greater than its current liabilities.
