In this research, the author used a descriptive-analytical method by collecting data through literature studies and analysis of PT's corporate governance policies and practices. Bank Syariah Indonesia has had a positive impact on company performance and the trust of shareholders and customers. Productivity is an indicator of a company's performance. In 2021 to 2023, a precast concrete construction and manufacturing company had difficulty achieving its spun pile production target of 3,480 tons/month. This condition causes the company's productivity to fluctuate and tend to decrease overall. This study aims to evaluate the decline in productivity by measuring the value of productivity based on 3 criteria, namely material, labor and machine criteria. The method used is Objective Matrix (OMAX). The productivity value in the production years 2021 to 2023 fluctuates with a downward average value. The highest productivity value in the 2021 production year occurred in period 8 with a value of 748 while the lowest productivity value occurred in period 6 with a value of 170. The highest productivity value in the 2022 production year occurred in period 21 with a value of 638 while the lowest productivity value occurred in period 14 with a value of 166. The highest productivity value in production year 2023 occurs in period 26 with a value of 966 while the lowest productivity value occurs in period 27 with a value of 0. Criteria that contribute less to productivity and need to be improved are labor criteria that show values below the average. While the material and machinery criteria show values that tend to be below average. While the material and machine criteria show values that tend to be good, with the application of OMAX, PT XYZ can improve partial productivity and total productivity in the future and identify factors that cause a decrease in productivity.

Music genre classification is one part of the music recommendation process, which is a challenging job. This research proposes the classification of music genres using Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) and Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) extraction features. This method was tested on the GTZAN and ISMIR2004 datasets, specifically on the IS-MIR2004 dataset, a duration cutting operation was carried out, which was only taken from seconds 31 to 60 so that it had the same duration as GTZAN, namely 30 seconds. Preprocessing operations by removing silent parts and stretching are also performed at the preprocessing stage to obtain normalized input. Based on the test results, the performance of the proposed method is able to produce accuracy on testing data of 93.10% for GTZAN and 93.69% for the ISMIR2004 dataset.

With the rapid development of information technology, Tiktokshop has become an increasingly popular e-commerce platform in Indonesia. However, selling on Tiktokshop does not always guarantee success, especially for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that focus on selling special products such as CustomKids. This research aims to determine the impact of Tiktokshop's inactivity on sales of MSMEs, especially the custom children's industry in Indonesia. This research analyzes various factors that might influence Tiktokshop's inactivity, such as lack of presence, lack of user interaction and algorithm changes. We also assessed the direct impact of the suspension on sales of CustomKids products, taking into account variables such as decreased sales, decreased market share, and the psychological impact on MSME owners. The results of this research will provide insight to MSME owners, the government and stakeholders to help them develop strategies to advance Tiktokshop activities and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a special focus on CustomKids products. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding will help in decision making to improve the performance of MSMEs in the digital era.

Company PT. PAL Indonesia is a manufacturer of Indonesian Defence system equipment which is especially in the largest marine sector in Indonesia. In addition, PT. PAL Indonesia has 22 divisions. One of them is the Technology & Quality Assurance Division. One element that requires precise and accurate measurement is calibration. In the operational balance the calibration process is the key to overcoming the calibration request in the department. This research uses the line balancing method to determine the process time from the beginning to the end of the calibration process. The results obtained from the balance delay method are line balancing methods, in the previous company condition of 77% and after the improvement has been reduced to 5%, it can be concluded that the balance delay has decreased so that the performance is better. Meanwhile, in the Smoothness Index, the results that are known in the company's previous condition are 9 minutes and the results obtained after the repair are 3 minutes with the position weight method (Ranked Positional Weight) getting the late operation speed is 160 minutes so that it is used as a cycle time in the calculation of this method in the process of knowing the calibration work from the beginning to the end.

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and performance evaluation on employees at PT. Shopee Indonesia with a qualitative approach. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Indonesia's economy relies heavily on the steel industry, making it an important sector. This study was conducted with the aim of understanding the comparison of financial ratios. iron and steel sector in Indonesia in 2019 to 2021. This study utilizes secondary information derived from the annual financial statements of steel industry companies in Indonesia. The findings indicate an overall improvement in the financial performance of the steel sector in Indonesia in 2021 compared to 2019, as evidenced by an increase in most financial ratios. Therefore, the study concluded that the financial performance of the steel sector in Indonesia experienced positive growth in 2021. However, certain financial ratios, such as current ratio and quick ratio, still require careful attention.

Laboratory space is a place to store important assets, so security is an important factor. The application of technology is needed to help security in the laboratory space. In addition, with various technology options, it is necessary to consider human errors that often occur. The use of smart door access with a mechanism using a fingerprint sensor is determined due to security considerations and minimizing human error. Security is guaranteed because only registered fingerprints can access the room. The microcontroller uses Arduino Uno as a system driver that has been programmed in the Arduino IDE. The system works according to the function where the outer door uses a fingerprint sensor while the inner door uses a touch sensor to move the solenoid door lock. Three variations were carried out, namely clean fingers, dusty fingers and wet fingers to observe fingerprint performance. The fingerprint sensor works quickly when the finger is clean then the finger is wet and finally the finger is dusty. The length of time the solenoid door lock opens when the smart door access system is operated according to the settings in the Arduino IDE program.

In This Research, An Analysis Of The Application Of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Will Be Carried Out In The Wadung Asri Market Drainage Channel Normalization Project. This Research Aims To Find Out Whether Contractors Have Implemented The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Concept In Their Material Procurement Process. The Research Results Show That In The Project Material Procurement Process, The Contractor Has Not Implemented The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Concept Significantly. This Can Be Seen From Decisions In Selecting Suppliers Which Are Only Based On The History Of Cooperation Without Considering Other Factors. Apart From That, There Were Delays In The Arrival Of Materials Which Resulted In Project Work Being Delayed From The Initial Plan. Therefore, It Is Necessary To Improve The Goods Procurement System That Has Been Running So Far By Implementing The Supply Chain Management Concept.    

This research aims to analyze the influence of several factors that influence company value from an accounting perspective. The research method used is a qualitative analysis method which is suitable for analyzing the relationship between variables. One source of data is taken from the company's annual financial reports over a certain time period. It is hoped that the results of this analysis will provide a clear picture of the extent of the influence of each variable on company value. The results of this research can be a guide for company management in making decisions regarding capital structure, dividend policy, and efforts to improve financial performance. In addition, the findings of this research can also provide insight to investors, financial analysts and regulators regarding the factors that need to be considered in assessing the health and value of a company. The conclusions of this research are expected to contribute to the accounting and finance literature by providing a better understanding of the relationship between capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, cash levels, financial performance, and firm value. This research can also be a basis for further research in exploring other factors that might also influence company value in an accounting context.

A part or department within a company called the marketing division is responsible for managing all aspects related to the marketing of the company's products or services. The marketing division also plays a crucial role in the development of a company, so it must perform well. Ability to communicate effectively and well is crucial for smooth interactions and activities, especially in formal settings. Because of this, the purpose of this study is to understand the interpersonal communication relationships inside PT Hamri Indonesia's marketing division. Additionally, it looks into how much interpersonal communication might help staff members in PT Hamri Indonesia's marketing division work better. Furthermore, the study attempts to pinpoint obstacles that PT Hamri Indonesia's marketing division faces in relation to interpersonal communication. Primary data for this study came from observations and interviews, and data analysis in this study is qualitative. The sources of secondary data include definitions, theories, and a variety of literary works. The importance of encouraging effective interpersonal communication among persons is indicated by the conclusion reached from the impact of interpersonal communication on the performance of marketing division employees.

The economy in Indonesia is starting to experience an increase in income. It can be seen today that many people choose to become entrepreneurs. PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk carries out the "Bestee" internship program with business assistance for underprivileged customers. In this program, BTPN Syariah attracts participants from the Certified Independent Study and Internship (MSIB) program. This research aims to see how influential the role of BTPN Syariah customer business assistance is on increasing customers' income and skills in entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The business assistance carried out by this facilitator has a good effect on BTPN Syariah customers who run MSMEs where they can improve soft skills and good hard skills regarding entrepreneurship that have never been known before, increase sales income significantly due to the material provided during mentoring and can effectively increase performance of MSMEs run by BTPN Syariah underprivileged customers.

This study aims, to test and analyze, the effect of .work motivation and work ability on the performance of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District .both partially and, simultaneously..This type of research is quantitative, the data collection method uses a structured questionnaire given to respondents and .measured using a 5-point Likert scale. The. survey population is MSMEs in Tangulangin .District. The sampling method used in this, study was non-probability sampling, the number of samples investigated was 63 sectors. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SPSS 24 application program. To ensure that the data is not biased, validity and reliability checks are carried out. The results, of the analysis show that work motivation. has a positive and significant. effect on the performance of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District, work ability .has a positive and insignificant effect on the .performance of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District, and together work motivation, and work ability .have a positive and significant effect.on the performance of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District.

This research aims to determine the role of HR management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. This research uses qualitative research by looking at the role of human resource management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. And for data analysis used, namely reviewing the data, reducing the data, compiling the reduced data, presenting the data and checking the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the role of HR Management in improving employee performance is to direct and control all employees so that they are effective in carrying out work by evaluating employee performance and ensuring that each employee carries out the duties and responsibilities according to their job and the management carries out job training to improve skills and performance assessment in human resource procurement. The efforts that have had a positive impact on employees that have been carried out by management are fulfilling employee rights by providing compensation and job training to improve skills and increase career paths as well as providing performance targets for each employee.

In measuring the corporate performance of PT X in the third quarter period, it has not been achieved optimally. This non-achievement is caused by several factors including projects from several corporate divisions in the production section that have not been completed within 1 year, the realization of the Company's Work Plan and Budget Year 2023 which is not optimal, and performance management by each corporate leader that is not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the company's corporate performance using the Key Performance Indicator method to determine performance measures in Quarter III. The research conducted uses information obtained from observations and data sources directly from the company. Then data processing using the Key Performance Indicator method to determine the achievement of the company's corporate performance. From the results of the achievement of each indicator, the total score of the company's corporate Key Performance Indicator in the third quarter of 2023 was 46.45%. For the Key Performance Indicator target based on the Company's Work Plan and Budget of 100%. Therefore, the achievement of the realization of the Key Performance Indicator score on the company's corporate performance has not met the target in the Company's Work Plan and Budget for 2023. So it is necessary to accelerate the realization of indicators that have not met the achievement of performance based on the Company's Work Plan and Budget Year 2023.                                                                                                    

Until now, many warehouses in companies are still not neatly arranged, this is because the storage layout is not perfect, making it difficult for employees to reach the materials that will be taken for use in production activities. PT. XYZ is the largest shipbuilding company in Indonesia. PT XYZ also has several warehouses, one of which is Warehouse 03 electrical. This research aims to help optimize the efficiency level of Warehouse 03 Electrical PT. XYZ uses the 5S method and Pie Chart. The implementation of the 5S culture in Warehouse 03 electrical is implemented according to the applicable SOP, but the implementation is not yet optimal. Application of the 5S method in warehouse 03 electrical PT. XYZ It is felt that XYZ is not yet optimal because only 2S (Seiso and Seiketsu) is running optimally. while 3S (Seiri, Seiton, Shitsuke) has not run optimally. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the application of the 5S method in the 03 electrical warehouse of PT. XYZ. The evaluation results using the 5S method and Pie Diagram aim to support and increase productivity in the Warehouse 03 electrical area as well as company performance

One method of analyzing company strategy is to use the SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) and the SPACE Matrix, namely analyzing from an internal company perspective by reviewing the strengths and weaknesses that exist within the company and from an external company perspective by reviewing the company's internal aspects. opportunities and threats that exist outside the company which are then created a matrix to determine PT's position. XYZ. Based on the IFAS matrix, PT XYZ' position is in a relatively good position in facing its internal environment with a value of 2.80. Meanwhile, PT XYZ' EFAS position matrix is in a relatively good position in facing its external environment with a total value of 3.10. This research provides a theoretical examination of the implementation of the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) Information System to enhance the management of scholarly publications at the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Sebelas Maret University (UNS). SINTA, serving as a platform indexing and presenting information on scholarly publications, is the focal point of this study with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of scholarly publication management within the academic environment of LPPM UNS.The study commences by offering a theoretical overview of SINTA, encompassing its roles and primary functions in providing information on scholarly publications. Subsequently, the fundamental concepts of scholarly publication management are analyzed in detail, involving processes such as article submission, metadata management, and researcher performance monitoring at the institutional level.The significance of implementing SINTA in enhancing research visibility, real-time monitoring of researcher performance, and facilitating easy information access becomes a primary focus in identifying the benefits of this implementation. Additionally, case studies and examples of successful implementations at LPPM UNS will provide a concrete illustration of how SINTA can be effectively applied in the context of scholarly publication management.However, the study also includes an analysis of challenges and obstacles that may be encountered during the implementation process, including data security, accurate information availability, and integration with other existing information systems within the institution.Through this study, specific recommendations are expected to be generated for LPPM UNS to enhance the implementation of SINTA as a primary tool in scholarly publication management. The conclusions drawn from this study aim to provide deeper insights into the role of the Science and Technology Index Information System in improving the effectiveness and quality of scholarly publications at LPPM UNS.
