The teaching profession has an important role in educational management. From here we will explain the role of driving teachers in the independent curriculum and the impact of the presence of the new curriculum, namely the Independent Learning Curriculum, which demands the role of teachers as the main guard of change to change mindsets and increase their competence to suit the demands of the new curriculum. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the role of driving teachers in managing enjoyable learning using existing technology so that students are encouraged to improve their academic achievement. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely using interview data collection techniques with teachers at schools. The data analysis technique used is in the form of notes on the results of the interviewees. The results of this research reveal that the real role of teachers in the Merdeka curriculum in the Merdeka learning era, especially the role as driving teachers, namely teachers in the Merdeka learning curriculum must be able to act as a driver to have professional teaching skills with the requirement of being able to manage the class effectively, being able to build effective relationships with students. and must be a person who is creative, innovative, skilled and has high enthusiasm to accompany teaching and learning activities at school.

Emotional intelligence is a major focus in modern psychological studies, and research continues to expand to understand its aspects, factors, and benefits. This literature review explores the dimensions of emotional intelligence which include understanding one's emotions, managing emotions, empathy, and social skills. Factors that influence emotional intelligence, such as social environment, life experiences, and genetics, are an important focus. The benefits of emotional intelligence include improved psychological well-being, better interpersonal relationships, and superior academic and professional performance. This article aims to understand and develop a person's emotional intelligence. The method in this article uses literature study, namely a data collection method by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to research. This article details the contribution of various studies to enriching the understanding of emotional intelligence, providing a basis for the development of more effective training programs. in increasing individual emotional intelligence.

In this case, Dhani Ahmad Prasetyo or more familiarly known as Ahmad Dhani, is the leader of the Dewa 19 music band, which is one of the legendary bands in Indonesia. Since Ahmad Dhani's creative work is one of the souls of the music scene in Indonesia, he forbids anyone from being a professional singer to perform his work for conventional needs. This is also in force to the former vocalist of Dewa 19, namely Once Mekel. He officially pursues a solo career who often performs Dewa 19 songs for commercial purposes without giving royalties. This is a violation of the copyright of a song and must be fulfilled by royalties towards the creator of the original musical work, namely Ahmad Dhani as the creator of the work. The research method in this study used descriptive-analytic research with normative juridical methods. Copyright is regulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Commercial use of copyrighted works without permission will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of Article 113 paragraph (2) of Law No. 28 of 2014, with a maximum imprisonment of 3 (three) years and/or a maximum fine of IDR 500.000.000 (five hundred million rupiah)

The legal profession is one of the professions that requires its members to fulfill moral values. The main criterion for being an organizer of the legal profession in upholding the law lies in the independence of professional organizers and the strength of moral integrity in facing various problems under their responsibility. According to the ethics of the legal profession, legal professionals are expected to possess certain critical individual abilities. The judge, as the main element of the judiciary, places his profession as the representative of God, because the judge's task is to determine law and justice in society, so the responsibility he carries is very heavy but noble. Therefore, with such great power given to the judicial profession, judges are required to have a balanced attitude, full of responsibility to their conscience and ethical values toward their profession. However, when we look at the current reality, there are many problems that arise. There are many cases of judges violating the code of ethics.

Professional zakat is a type of zakat which is specifically related to income or earnings obtained from certain jobs or professions in the Islamic economy. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature studies and observations. The aim of this research is to provide information related to professional zakat. The research results show that Professional Zakat is calculated based on a certain percentage of an individual's income after meeting basic needs and debts that must be paid. The percentage that must be spent varies between 2.5% to 20% depending on the assets owned

In learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung, Canva can be used as a tool to develop student creativity and combine Japanese language knowledge with technology. Using Canva in learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung has several benefits, namely: Helping students develop creativity. Canva allows students to create interesting and unique presentations, infographics and documents. Students can use images, fonts and themes that are appropriate to the material being studied. Canva can be used to create posters, flyers and brochures that convey information in Japanese. Canva allows students to learn graphic and design techniques. Students can practice technical competence in using the Canva application to create professional and attractive presentations, infographics and documents. To work collaboratively in practicing Japanese language competence. Students can train collaborative competencies in creating presentations, infographics and documents that convey information in Japanese together, train digital literacy competencies in using the Canva application to conduct research or convey information in Japanese digitally. Using Canva in learning Japanese in high school can be done online or offline, depending on the student's needs and conditions.

Pekerjaan konstruksi yang dikenal dengan tingkat kesulitan yang tinggi menjadikan sebuah fokus yang terpusat oleh banyak professional. Kegiatan konstruksi yang selalu meningkat menjadikan beberapa peluang aktifitas usaha konstruksi selain konsultan dan kontraktor. Penelitian ini mengkaji kebutuhan akan scaffolding stager / perancah konstruksi dengan menggunakan data sebuah perusahaan persewaan scaffolding stager di Kota bandung.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalam menganalisis evaluasi investasi dengan metode Net Present Value (NPV) dan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). Selain itu, dalam pengambilan keputusan analisis investasi, di lakukan analisis sensitifitas (sensitive analysis) dalam mengukur seberapa layak investasi ini akan dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa investasi layak dilakukan apabila didasarkan pada metode Net Present Value (NPV) dengan benefit sebesar Rp. 68,373, 714.99 (NPV>0) dan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 1.074 (BCR>1) disimpulkan invetasi ini layak dijalankan. Berdasarkan analisis sensitifitas (sensitive analysis), dengan menggunakan tiga parameter, yaitu (1) apabila cost dianikkan 10% dan benefit tetap; (2) apabila cost tetap dan benefit diturunkan 10%. Sementara pada parameter (3) apabila cost dinaikkan 10% dan benefit diturunkan 10%, menyimpulkan bahwa investasi ini tidak layak untuk dilakukan dikarenakan tidak memenuhi parameter ke tiga dari analisis sensitifitas (Sensitive analysis). Penelitian ini sangat terbatas dalam mengumpulkan data, untuk penelitian selanjutnya data yang cukup lengkap akan memberikan hasil analisis yang lebih akurat.

Education currently occupies a very important position in human development. The quality of the Finnish educational system is interesting to study because its success has been recognized worldwide. This study provides an overview of the comparison of the education systems of the countries of Indonesia and Finnish. The method used in this study is literature study. The results of the study show several differences, (1) Indonesia's educational system is colored by many competitions while Finnish puts forward the principle of equality; (2) Indonesia has a system of failing a grade and student ranking, Finnish has’nt failing a grade and ranking system; (3) Indonesia load learning every week +/- 40 hours, Finnish lessons +/- 30 hours per week; (4) Indonesia learns a lot in class, Finnish puts forward problem solving methods; (5) Indonesia assignments almost become a routine agenda every face to face, Finnish does not burden students with a lot of tasks, (6) Indonesia minimum teacher qualifications D4, Finnish minimum teacher qualifications S2 (Master), (7) Indonesian qualifications students enter basic education for at least 6 years (5.5 years accompanied by written recommendations from professional psychologists), Finnish qualifications for students entering basic education for at least 7 years.

This research aims to evaluate the development of teachers' professionalism in the digital era. The applied research method is a Literature Review. Data collection is conducted through library research to identify articles relevant to the research topic. The government strives to develop the teaching profession as a strong and respected occupation, as reflected in the enactment of Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, which aims to develop the teaching profession through legal protection. With the rapid advancement of digital technology, teachers need to have appropriate qualifications to perform their duties effectively. A study indicates that strategies to enhance teacher competence involve comprehensive monitoring of learning aspects and gradual support from school principals and supervisors through training. The professionalism of teachers is reflected in their skills in applying information technology precisely and developing creative and innovative teaching methods.      

Technology-based learning has become a focal point in modern education, presenting both challenges and opportunities for educators. This study explores the dynamic landscape of planning pedagogy within the realm of technology-enhanced teaching. The research delves into the obstacles faced by educators when integrating technology into lesson planning, examining the associated opportunities for innovative pedagogical practices. Utilizing a qualitative approach, this study investigates the experiences of Aviva Hanum Siregar, Rahayu, and Safran, students in the PGMI program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education Sciences, Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. The findings highlight the diverse challenges encountered in adopting technology in lesson planning, such as technological barriers, resistance to change, and the need for continuous professional development. On the flip side, the study sheds light on the promising opportunities that arise from incorporating technology into teaching strategies. The authors discuss the potential for enhanced student engagement, personalized learning experiences, and the development of 21st-century skills. In conclusion, this research offers valuable insights into the multifaceted landscape of technology-based learning in the context of lesson planning. This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of professionalism, personality on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, namely an approach that uses numbers that are processed through non-parametric statistical analysis in analyzing correlational research results. This research is included in the associative type, which contains a complete picture of the relationship between one variable and another variable, has a linear relationship type, because basically it wants to see the relationship between the independent variables, namely teacher professionalism and personality, with a sample size of 51 people. The conclusion of the research simultaneously that professionalism and personality variables have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance can be seen where the F-count value > F-table (27.672 > 2.790), partially the professionalism variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance where the t-count value > t-table (3.295 > 2.000), and partially the personality variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance where the value of tcount > ttable (3.884 > 2.000).

The use of standard language is used in writing news. This research aims to identify and analyze writing errors made by journalists in writing news on internet media, especially on CNBC Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, focusing on Indonesian writing errors from the aspects of spelling and diction. The research results show that there are several errors that often occur in news writing on CNBC Indonesia, such as inappropriate use of punctuation, letter writing errors, and word writing errors. These errors can confuse readers and create ambiguity in understanding. Recommendations that can be given are to increase accuracy in the use of punctuation marks, letters and words. Journalists need to pay attention to correct writing rules and double-check before publishing news. Apart from that, the editorial team also needs to provide training and guidance to journalists to improve the quality of news writing. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving the quality of CNBC Indonesia's online news writing and reducing ambiguity in reader understanding. This is important to maintain media professionalism and provide clear and accurate information to readers. In this way, it is hoped that CNBC Indonesia's online news can become a reliable source of information that is easy for readers to understand.

This research aims to explore the role of performance management in improving the quality of education in schools. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and promotional strategies on customer satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the number of samples obtained based on criteria and data analysis techniques using SEM Amos. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through 100 respondents. The results showed that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers and promotional strategies have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers.

This financial management and digital marketing assistance aims to provide knowledge of financial often experienced by UMKM entrepreneurs is ineffective financial management, and a lack of knowledge causes poor business performance. Not only that, but weak digital marketing knowledge is also a problem that is lacking in UMKM entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is necessary to have training and mentoring activities for financial management and digital marketing for local UMKM entrepreneurs. The implementation of this activity was carried out from July 24, 2023, to August 8, 2023. This activity was attended by two UMKM entrepreneurs. The methods the team used were counseling and mentoring. The results of this activity can increase knowledge and financial management, both properly and professionally.

Therefore, one of the efforts of social workers to properly implement the roles of social workers, one of which is broker. This research aims to determine the causes of children living on the streets, to determine the role of social workers at the Bina Pemuda Taruna Jaya 2 Social Institution and to determine the social functioning of street children at the Taruna Jaya Youth Development Institution 2. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. And determining informants uses purposive sampling. To overcome the social problems of street children, as a social worker, he carries out general roles at the Bina Pemuda Taruna Jaya Social Institution 2. The services provided by the institution to improve the social functioning of street children are in the form of administrative services, health services, family services, practical skills education services , there is social counseling guidance, equipped with basic needs, good social roles and can solve problems on their own.
