Improvements in all areas are very important in the development of today's business world, such as increasing productivity, efficiency and service, all of which have become the key to increasing company excellence. To increase efficiency in purchasing activities can be achieved in many ways, one of which is the Just In Time purchasing system. Just In Time is a method that is essentially to reduce waste through purchases in the right amount and time supported by the best quality. According to the results of the discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the factors contained in the Just In Time purchasing system can be applied at CV Prima Jaya because its application can make inventory costs more efficient. In addition, there were also obstacles to quantity, quality, and suppliers. All of that can be overcome by maintaining good relations with suppliers. The implementation of this Just In Time purchasing system cannot be done directly but must be gradual.

The current administration system for apartment buildings in Pontianak city still relies on manual data recording methods, which tend to cause various recording errors such as delays in data processing, incorrect data entry, and difficulties in accessing information. This condition has an impact on suboptimal service to apartment residents. As an alternative to address this problem, it is proposed to develop a web-based information system that can digitize data from various business processes in apartment management. This system is designed using the Laravel framework, a popular framework for web application development. The stages in this community service include in-depth analysis of system requirements that are suitable for the conditions of apartment buildings in Pontianak city, designing a user-friendly and efficient system, building the system based on the design that has been created from manual form recording, and conducting training for apartment managers to be able to operate the system well. This technology transfer has a positive impact on the change in the administration model and it is expected to create more effective and efficient apartment management and is easily accessible because it is online. Some other benefits that occur include increased accuracy of resident data, ease of accessing information, data transparency, and improved service quality for residents

Limited land resources are a problem for fisheries, especially in urban areas. So the need for a new innovation in the field of fisheries for cultivation. Vertiqua (Vertical Aquaculture) is an innovation in vertical cultivation in limited land and water. The Vertiqua system as a cultivation medium has not been effective in increasing fish growth due to slow growth and high ammonia levels. Therefore, innovation is needed to increase the effectiveness of Vertiqua, namely by using the upper biofical filter. The data used to analyze is descriptive analysis by describing and describing the data that has been collected. Growth in length, weight, and survival, length-weight relationship, daily length growth rate, daily weight growth rate, and water quality were calculated using existing formulas. Comparative testing of growth was calculated using the T-test on the Mini Tab application. The results of the research showed that the top filter biofical vertiqua was able to increase the growth of koi fish. The growth value of the top biofical filter vertiqua is effective when compared to the soil pond. this is indicated by the value P<0.05. The upper biofical filter vertiqua system is also able to maintain the stability of water quality and suppress ammonia levels so that fish growth and survival are good. The vertiqua system with the upper biofical filter has an effect on fish growth, this is supported by the upper biofical filter, which is able to maintain water quality and suppress ammonia levels so that fish are not stressed and feed can be utilized properly.

The incidence of type 1 diabetes mellitus mostly occurs in children and adolescents has increased significantly every year, especially in developed countries in Western Europe which continue to experience the highest increase. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for type 1 diabetes in children and adolescents in developed countries in Western Europe. This type of research is a systematic literature review. The literature search strategy as a source of information was carried out by accessing electronic databases online, namely Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Article quality assessment using Critical Appraisal Skill Programme (CASP). The results showed that out of 10 (2014-2024), conducted in the United Kingdom (n=1), Sweden (n=1), Germany (n=1), England (n=2), Denmark (n=3), Norway (n=1) and conducted in Norway and Denmark (n=1). Of the 10 articles, 5 out of 10 articles examined BMI on the development of type 1 diabetes in children and adolescents. The results of this systematic review found that age, gender, race, family history of diabetes, socioeconomic, BMI, nutritional intake in mothers and children, physical activity, infection and smoking will increase the risk of type 1 diabetes mellitus in children and adolescents in developed countries in Western Europe.  

This research attempted to analyze the impact of financial and economic shocks in a number of developing countries that are similar in terms of the size of the economy and the diversity of its economic structure, as well as the similarity in the quality of the exchange systems used to demonstrate the extent of the monetary authorities’ ability to target inflation in light of the occurrence of shocks of various types and forms during the research period, in addition to This is an indication of the extent of the diversity of the economy and its connection to those shocks, as the oil sector constitutes a large portion of the gross domestic product of the countries of the research sample, with this being lower for the Emirati economy, and this matter made the Iraqi economy to be more affected by the economic crises and shocks that occurred during the period of the study compared to other economies. Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, where the Saudi economy comes in second place in terms of being affected by these shocks, followed by the Emirati economy, which had the least impact. The research variables (inflation, public revenues, and gross domestic product) were also closely linked to the occurrence of both positive and negative financial and economic shocks. When countries face a positive economic shock, the economic situation in the sample countries improves, and the research variables tend to increase, and vice versa when those countries face a shock. Negative, taking into account the varying rates of impact and response, especially with the UAE economy.

Land and water sources are important in cultivation activities. Efforts to overcome the problem of limited land and water for cultivation include technology development. One of the technologies being developed is vertiqua. The Vertiqua that has been developed, both with and without biophysical filters, still has weaknesses, namely high levels of ammonia. Therefore, a biofical modification was carried out, namely using a biofical top filter to increase the effectiveness of reducing ammonia levels to support fish growth in the vertiqua. The aim of this research was to test the effectiveness of the biofical top filter on the rate of reduction in ammonia levels in the vertiqua. The research design was carried out using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) for one treatment with three repetitions, in this study with an upper biophysical filter as treatment and three vertiquas as repetitions. The data analysis carried out in this research was an experimental method. The results of the research are presented in the form of graphs, tables and narratives using Microsoft Word and Excel. As for testing, the research sample was tested with the middle value using Microsoft Excel and Minitab 21 by comparing the test results with the standard. According to the research results, the use of an upper biophysical filter can have an effect on maintaining physical and chemical water quality parameters (P<0.05) so that they comply with quality standards. However, there are several water quality parameters that do not comply with quality standards, such as pH and nitrite. The use of the upper biophysical filter type in the vertiqua koi fish cultivation system has an effect on reducing ammonia and maintaining water quality so that it meets quality standards. However, the nitrite value at the beginning was high, but after two weeks of testing the value began to decrease, indicating that the upper biofical filter was running optimally.

This study aims to determine compensation moderating the influence of service quality of educational staff on student satisfaction at Serang Raya University. The form of research used is descriptive and quantitative research. Descriptive research is a form of research that aims to describe existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. The population in this study were 100 educational staff respondents and 100 student respondents at Serang Raya University. Then, data processing used the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results showed that the interaction of compensation variables had a positive but insignificant effect on service quality of 0.184 with a p-value of 0.063 (> 0.05 ) . The interaction of service quality variables had a significant positive effect on student satisfaction of 0.915 with a p- value of 0.000 (<0.05) and the interaction of compensation variables in moderating service quality on student satisfaction had a positive but insignificant effect of 0.048 with a p-value of 0.373 (> 0.05). The study was conducted at only one institution (University of Serang Raya), so the findings may not be generalizable to other organizations. The findings of this study have the potential to lead to the development of a new theoretical framework that incorporates the moderating effect of compensation on the relationship between service quality and student satisfaction. This framework can provide a more comprehensive understanding of how compensation affects student satisfaction in educational settings.

Testing is done in two ways: with testing tools and with questionnaires submitted to users and system developers. The results of testing conducted with questionnaires yield quality scores of Correctness 77,66%, Reliability 77,8%, Efficiency 79,01%, Integrity 77,31%, Usability 77,67%, Portability 77,31%, Maintainability 90%, Testability 90%, Flexibility 93,3%, Reusability 95%, Interoperability 90%, so the average quality is 84%.

: Oyster mushrooms are one of the popular horticultural products in the community, with a significant increase in demand from year to year. However, farmers often face difficulties in identifying and preventing diseases that attack oyster mushroom plants, which have an impact on production stability. To overcome this problem, this study aims to design an expert system that can diagnose diseases in white oyster mushrooms using the Dempster Shafer Method. This system is designed to provide accurate diagnostic information and solutions to deal with diseases in oyster mushrooms, so as to improve the quality and quantity of production. This study also strengthens previous studies using the Certainty Factor method, with an emphasis on the use of expert knowledge to overcome disease problems in oyster mushroom cultivation. The case study was conducted at Omah Jamur Tiram Stabat, where the results of the implementation are expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of oyster mushroom cultivation in the area.

The growth of comet fish (Carassius auratus) in the vertiqua system using a biofical filter is motivated by limited land and water which can cause low water quality to affect the growth rate of fish. The utilization of technology needs to be done to overcome these problems and the technology used is vertiqua. Previous research showed that comet fish in the vertiqua system produced slow growth rates and had high ammonia levels. Therefore, vertiqua was modified in the filter section to become a biofical filter. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of comet fish growth in the vertiqua system using a biofical filter. The benefits of this research are that the vertiqua system using a biofical filter can be a solution to overcome the problem of limited land and water, become a support for system cultivation innovation, and become a reference for further research. This research method uses descriptive methods, observation and interviews. The comet fish used in the study were 3-4 cm in size. The results of this study indicate that the vertiqua system using a biofical filter is still not effective in supporting fish growth. The growth rate of comet fish in the vertiqua system is significantly different from that in the soil pond and the growth rate of comet fish in the vertiqua system is lower than that of comet fish in the soil pond. Ammonia value is relatively high from the quality standard (>0.05). However, this system is able to maintain good fish survival and good water quality, especially in temperature, pH, and DO.

This study aimed to know the prediction of rice sales for Employee Cooperatives Republic of Indonesia Bina Warga Benjeng in the following month. Rice sales are often difficult to predict market demand. When consumer demand increases, rice supplies sometimes suffer from shortages. If consumer demand decreases, stock builds too much and results in a decrease in rice quality. In order for the rice sales process to run smoothly, it is necessary to have a sales prediction so that there are no excesses or shortage in rice supplies. The method of discussion used to predict in this study using the Single Moving Average method which is a prediction method that uses new actual data requests to raise the predictive value of the next month’s demand. The best results were using the Single Moving Average methods using rice sales data variant 25 kg variant were successfully implemented with an RMSE value of 9.3% which means this prediction accuracy of 90.7% accurate.

This study analyzes the employee performance assessment system at the Malang Regency Transportation Office, based on observations and interviews with several employees. Performance assessments are carried out annually with quarterly evaluations by the head of the sub-division. Evaluations include employee performance, financial administration, and staffing. The assessment process involves several stages: Annual Work Plan (RKT), Performance Agreement, Employee Performance Targets (SKP), and the use of the "SIAP KERJA" Application. The RKT is prepared as an elaboration of the Agency's strategy and facilitates program evaluation. A Performance Agreement is a commitment document between leaders and subordinates related to the implementation of tasks with performance indicators. SKP includes targets that must be achieved in a certain period, measured based on quantity, quality, time, and cost. The results of this assessment are then summarized in the "SIAP KERJA" Application, which experiences technical problems such as frequent errors or maintenance. The suggested solution is to fill in daily activities regularly. This performance assessment aims to improve the integrity, accountability, transparency, and performance of the apparatus, as well as be the basis for evaluation, awards, and sanctions to employees.

The development of health information systems (GIS) is important in this digital era to improve patient data management and provide better care. This research aims to develop a SIK that can help health service providers manage patient data more efficiently and improve care coordination. Development steps include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and performance evaluation. The developed system has features such as recording patient medical history, scheduling appointments, monitoring health conditions, and communication between health care providers. The evaluation results show that the developed SIK succeeded in increasing efficiency in patient data management and care coordination. Healthcare providers can easily access patient information, plan more coordinated care, and communicate effectively with colleagues. Thus, the development of this SIK is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of health services and patient outcomes through better data management and more coordinated care.

The use of electronic medical records (EMR) in hospitals has become a primary focus in efforts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare services. This study aims to identify the relationship between EMR usage and the satisfaction level of healthcare workers at Hospital X. The research method employed is a quantitative study with an analytical approach and a cross-sectional design, involving 55 healthcare workers using total sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured EMR usage and healthcare worker satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. The analysis results show that 44 respondents (80%) categorized their EMR usage as good, and 42 respondents (76.4%) were categorized as satisfied with their work. The chi-square test results yielded a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating a strong relationship between the use of electronic medical records and healthcare worker satisfaction at Hospital X, particularly in terms of ease of access to information and the reduction of errors in medical record-keeping. This study concludes that although EMR provides significant benefits for improving the quality of healthcare services, system improvements and adequate support are necessary to achieve optimal satisfaction among healthcare workers.

The development of corrupt practices from year to year is increasing, both in terms of the quantity or amount of state financial losses and in terms of quality, which is increasingly systematic, sophisticated and its scope has expanded in all aspects of society.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Research data sources are generally distinguished between data obtained from library materials (secondary data). Normative legal research methods only recognize secondary data. The secondary data consists of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. In this research the author used qualitative analysis to analyze the data. Where qualitative analysis is a way of analyzing data sourced from legal materials based on concepts, theories, statutory regulations, doctrine, legal principles and expert opinions as well as the author's own views.This research aims to find and examine more deeply the legal instruments in the context of accountability for perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption committed jointly. The results of this research are influenced by certain factors, and as a result of acts of corruption, responsibility can be imposed on perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption, not only those who commit corruption individually, but also those who do it together.  

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the extent to which the quality of village financial reports can be influenced by human resource (HR) knowledge, SISKEUDES implementation and internal control systems. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data collection, namely a questionnaire. The population in this study was 160. The sampling techniques used purposive sampling, so that 100 people were used. The data analysis techniques used were data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, human resource (HR) knowledge, SISKEUDES implementation and internal control systems partially influenced the quality of village financial reports.

Sleep disorders are a prevalent issue with significant implications for human well-being. This research focuses on studying interior design concept and dynamic lighting tailored for individuals with sleep disorders aiming to create a supportive environment through human circadian rhythm. Through literature analysis and experiment-based methods, key design factors including lighting and human circadian rhythm system were identified. The outcome is a comprehensive interior design concept for theraputic purpose that promotes comfortable sleep and relaxation by synchronizing lighting design responding to the behavioural changes following 24-hour cycle. This study also explores timed interior lighting scenario for effective sleep therapy processes, aiming to enhance the quality of life for individuals with sleep disorders.
