This research entitled "The Relation of Religious Moderation in the Malay Muslim Community of South Sumatra to Democratic Stability" aims to analyze the relationship of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra and its impact on democratic stability in the region. In the context of a religiously and ethnically heterogeneous society, religious moderation is an important factor influencing the stability of a democratic system. This research methodology includes surveys, interviews and content analysis regarding the understanding and practice of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community. The resulting data was then analyzed to determine the relationship between religious moderation and democratic stability, taking into account other factors that might influence this relationship. Research findings show that in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra, the practice of religious moderation can make a positive contribution to democratic stability. Religious moderation can play an important role in encouraging interfaith dialogue, reducing opportunities for conflict, and increasing inclusive political participation. In this context, understanding and implementing the values ​​of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community of South Sumatra can be considered as social capital that supports sustainable and stable democratic development. These results have important implications for developing policies and strategic approaches that encourage religious moderation as an integral part of the social and political dynamics of society.    

In this study, the complexity of motivational factors is closely related to the context of organizational culture, team dynamics, and perceptions of rewards and recognition of individual contributions. Participation in decision-making, opportunities for career development, and interpersonal relationships at work also emerged as important elements in motivating employees. The qualitative analysis highlighted that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding work motivation in this environment. However, the need for recognition of achievement, a sense of involvement in the work process, and support from superiors and coworkers have a significant impact on individuals' motivation levels. This study provides an in-depth understanding of what influences work motivation at the Office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a sensitive approach to individual needs and preferences in designing effective motivation strategies to improve productivity.

In this paper, the author discusses inter-religious harmony in Indonesia with a focus on the strategic role of religious leaders in building brotherhood. Indonesia, as a country with rich religious diversity, faces challenges in maintaining harmony amidst complex societal dynamics. Through qualitative analysis by examining literature from various sources, this paper identifies concrete strategies that have been implemented by religious figures. Religious figures have a central role as spiritual leaders, spiritual advisors, and religious teachers, significantly influencing religious and social life. Although Indonesia is known as a tolerant country, several challenges such as social conflict, religious polarization, and intolerance are still issues. The concrete strategies proposed involve interfaith dialog, joint social activities, educational initiatives, communication strategies, and strengthening nationalistic insights. These efforts are expected to strengthen interfaith brotherhood and maintain harmony in the future. The results indicate that religious leaders can serve as agents of peace and tolerance, but they are also faced with challenges such as conflict, politicization of religion, and difficulties in interfaith communication and dialogue.

Traditional markets are an important element in the economic and social life of communities in various regions of Indonesia, and the Temu Traditional Market around Prambon, Sidoarjo, is no exception. This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the potential of the Temu traditional market as a buying and selling interaction process for the community around Prambon. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews and field observations, we explored how this traditional market functions as a center of economic activity and social interaction, as well as how it influences the dynamics of local communities. The results of the research reveal that Temu Traditional Market is not just a place for shopping, but are also important in preserving cultural heritage, supporting people's livelihoods, and encouraging unique social interactions. However, this research also identifies several challenges facing traditional markets, such as changes in consumer tastes and competition with modern shopping centers. Therefore, this research provides important insights for stakeholders and the community in understanding the vital role of the Temu traditional market in supporting economic and social life in the market.

Character education has become an important conversation in the context of global education, especially in this modern era. The contribution of ideas by KH Hasyim Asy'ari, on the relevance of character education in the current context, has its own advantages. This article discusses his thoughts which emphasize universal values such as honesty, simplicity and social awareness as the main foundations of character education. This thinking is not only relevant in a traditional context, but also has strong applicability in facing the dynamics of complexity in the modern era. KH's approach. Hasyim Asy'ari in character education emphasizes the importance of forming strong morals as the main foundation in building individuals who are responsible and have integrity. Character education does not only focus on religious values, but also emphasizes the importance of developing moral and ethical aspects that are relevant in everyday life. The aim of this research is to look at the role of technology in a literary work. The literary work used in this research uses the novel genre entitled Saturday with Father by Adhitiya Mulya. The problem discussed is how technology plays a role in shaping the dynamics of family life in the novel. This includes, among other things, how technology can change the way families communicate, both positively and negatively, and its impact on the dynamics of relationships between family members, then how technology can act as a liaison between family members who are physically separated or otherwise based on the context of the story described. in the novel. The method used in the research uses a hermeneutic approach to explore the role of technology in shaping the dynamics of family life. Through this research, we can understand how technology is not only a tool used in everyday life but also influences how families interact, communicate, and form emotional bonds in their lives.

Regulations on filling the position of village head in the event that there is a vacancy in a village head official in Article 47 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages states that the Regent/Mayor has the authority to appoint a Civil Servant from the Regency/City regional government as Acting Village Head in lieu of the vacant Village Head in order to continue to carry out government in the village, until a new village head is elected. The legal consequences if the position of village head is not filled by a definitive official will result in the village not functioning properly in accordance with the objectives of the government and the village community in particular, which will result in negative impacts such as instability in village conditions.  This article discusses the dynamics of the development of mining management policies in Indonesia. Where mining activities in Indonesia itself have been going on for a long time. The study of this article shows mining regulatory policies in Indonesia to date, which have experienced many ups and downs in several regions of Indonesia. Starting from the licensing system, utilization of natural resources, policies towards mine workers and several other things, both national and international companies. The various dynamics of these developments show that mineral and coal mining is always seen as a strategic commodity economic center so it is worth fighting over, especially Indonesia which has a lot of natural resources whether it was once by domestic or foreign entrepreneurs and even recently by the central and regional governments, and the law was then held to support these goals.

Learning is a key element in building a nation's civilization. The level of learning understood by a community will have a significant influence on the lifestyle that will be created. This research uses a phenomenological approach by explaining and describing phenomena that occur in conditions in the field. In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. A focus on improving the educational process, innovative teaching methods, and long-term educational support are also recognized as elements that can provide positive impacts. Finally, adapting to changes in learning areas, such as technological growth, curriculum changes, and social dynamics, is considered important and requires flexibility in school policies. However, it is necessary to explain that this conclusion is universal and needs to be confirmed by specific findings from actual research    

This research aims to analyze and document the application of customary criminal law in dealing with criminal acts in the Marind Tribe of Merauke. The Marind tribe of Merauke, as a community group that maintains traditional values and local wisdom, has a unique customary criminal law system that is deeply rooted in their traditions. The research results show that the customary criminal law system in this tribe plays an important role in maintaining social order and maintaining harmony among community members. The application of customary criminal law in the Marind Tribe of Merauke involves a process of deliberation, consensus, and the formation of collective decisions by traditional stakeholders. The decision includes traditional sanctions that reflect social norms and local wisdom values. Apart from that, this research also identifies the challenges and obstacles faced in implementing customary criminal law, especially in facing rapid changes in the social and economic environment. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the dynamics of the application of customary criminal law in modern society. This research offers promise for criminal justice by providing findings that can help create a more effective and balanced approach to addressing criminal behavior. Combining traditional criminal law with a formal legal system can lead to a better and more efficient system for handling criminal activity.  

This research discusses the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational policies at MTs PAB 2 Sampali as an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of secondary education. Qualitative methods were used with interviews, observation and document analysis. Madrasa heads were the main respondents, ensuring an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of policy implementation. 1) Policy planning begins with identifying needs and challenges involving analysis of student achievement, facilities and curriculum development. Consultation and participation of stakeholders, including teachers, parents and students, is the next step. Goals and objectives are set with a focus on improving achievement, strengthening the curriculum, and student participation. 2) The implementation process begins with careful planning, communication and socialization of policies to stakeholders, training and professional development for teachers, full implementation of policies, and ongoing evaluation. Positive impacts can be seen in increasing student achievement, student participation in extracurricular activities, and parental involvement. However, limited resources and resistance to change are challenges that need to be overcome. 3) This research provides a positive picture of MTs PAB 2 Sampali's efforts to improve the quality of education through policy planning, implementation and evaluation. Even though challenges exist, a commitment to continuous improvement can make this institution an inspiring example in planning education policies that have a positive impact.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of linear regression as a forecasting tool to estimate the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) in Indonesia. Utilizing UMP data from various provinces during the period 2002-2022, this study employs linear regression to analyze the factors influencing UMP determination. The predicted UMP for North Sumatra in 2023 demonstrates a high level of accuracy (R-squared = 0.9678), affirming the potential of linear regression as an effective tool to understand regional economic dynamics. The research provides a crucial foundation for policymakers in regional economic planning and suggests avenues for further investigation, including exploring alternative prediction methods and analyzing the impact of UMP regulation policies.

Peanuts are a typical snack from the city of Bagansiapiapi, the basic ingredient of which is made from peanuts. The aim of this research is to carry out an in-depth analysis of the role of peanuts as a method used in an effort to create the best results in order to get quality improvement, for this research the author using research methods (qualitative methods). This research involves a survey of industrial practitioners who apply the hitting nut technique in the context of improving product quality. The research results show that hitting nuts has become a significant approach in quality improvement strategies. The author wants this research to provide in-depth insight into the potential of peanuts as a strategic tool to achieve quality improvement goals. The practical implications of this research may be useful for organizations to better understand the dynamics of hitting nuts and design more effective strategies in improving product quality. Not only that, the author wants to make an important contribution to the quality management literature and provide a basis for further research in the development of innovative quality strategies.  

This research discusses the implementation of agrarian law policies regarding the distribution of rights to cultivated land in Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of policies, the level of community participation, and the factors that influence the implementation of these policies. The research method is descriptive qualitative which involves literature study, field study and interviews. The research results show that the implementation of agrarian law policies has had positive impacts such as changes in land ownership status, but also has negative impacts such as conflict and legal uncertainty. The level of community participation is proven to have a crucial role in the success of policy implementation. Factors such as unequal distribution of land, legal uncertainty, and lack of community involvement are obstacles to policy implementation in Sampali Village. It is recommended to revise agrarian law policies by considering input from the community and increasing their participation in the decision-making process. Strengthening institutions at the local level, participatory conflict resolution, and developing educational programs were also identified as important steps to improve sustainability and fairness in policy implementation. It is hoped that this research can contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics of agrarian law policy implementation at the local level and become a basis for improving policies that are more effective and inclusive.

This research explores the impact of religious leadership and responsibility in an organizational context, with a focus on the role of the Chair of the IPPNU. The research method involves interviews with sources to understand how to overcome organizational problems before aeend during leadership. The results of the interview highlight participatory strategies in problem solving and wise evaluation after holding the position of chairman. The resource person emphasized the importance of effective time allocation to manage responsibilities amidst busy schedules, by prioritizing what needs to come first.Furthermore, this research describes the real practice of the IPPNU Chair in proving religious responsibility. Prioritizing religious aspects, such as prioritizing prayers before events, becomes concrete actions that support organizational values. These findings provide an understanding of how religious values ​​can be manifested in real daily actions and contribute to strong leadership.In conclusion, this research details the significant role of leadership and religious values ​​in managing an organization like IPPNU. The implications of these findings can help develop better leadership strategies and strengthen the quality of religious organizations to face internal and external dynamics.  

Improving the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a primary focus in this digital era. This research explores efforts to enhance the branding of Puspazary MSMEs through packaging innovation and digital marketing strategies. The collaborative approach involves updating packaging design through re-branding photoshoots and digital marketing via Instagram. Through a two-month internship, the team focused on introducing the MSME, accessory production, marketing strategy analysis, content creation, and participation in innovation development. During the internship, re-branding photoshoots were implemented, packaging innovation by transitioning from cardboard to transparent ziplock, and digital marketing through Instagram. The results of these activities created a more attractive branding and increased competitiveness for Puspazary MSMEs, emphasizing the importance of innovative branding strategies in supporting MSME sustainability amid global market dynamics. The conclusion highlights the positive outcomes of implementing packaging and digital marketing innovations, while recommendations involve the continued development of digital-based branding strategies to expand market reach and enhance the resilience of Puspazary MSMEs in this digital era.

This article discusses the role of catechesis and family dynamics in dealing with the complex dynamics of the contemporary era characterized by social change, technological advances, and moral crises. Social change poses new challenges in family structures and norms, requiring catechesis to align its guidelines with modern family realities. Meanwhile, technological progress requires the adaptation of catechesis to take advantage of new media without losing the essence of spiritual values. The moral crisis engulfing society reinforces the need for catechesis that can provide relevant ethical guidance. Family dynamics, as the basis of religious education, take center stage in understanding how catechesis can support the formation of character and moral values in the family environment. Collaboration between church and family was identified as a key element in ensuring holistic and effective religious education. Through this article, it is hoped that a deeper understanding of how catechesis can respond to changing times and remain relevant in forming the foundations of faith and morals in the contemporary family.

Monetary policy is a vital instrument in managing a country's economic stability. Global economic transformation and dynamics in financial markets require in-depth evaluation of monetary policy. This research aims to analyze the influencing factors of monetary policy and investigate the impact of its transformation in the current economic context. Through a careful methodological approach, this research uses secondary data analysis from various global and national economic sources. The literature review investigates the current literature on monetary policy and economic transformation. The results of the data analysis provide deep insight into the factors influencing monetary policy and the consequences of its transformation. The main findings show that changes in the global economic order, financial technology and capital market dynamics play a major role in changing the monetary policy paradigm. This transformation can have a significant impact on economic stability and societal welfare. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for developing policies that are responsive and adaptive to economic transformation. The practical implications of this research include the need to update a more dynamic monetary policy strategy to answer new challenges in the era of globalization. It is hoped that further research will deepen specific aspects of monetary policy transformation to provide a more comprehensive view.

Understanding mechanical and organic solidarity theories, education management can utilise these insights to design an effective, inclusive and relevant education system in the face of continuous social and technological change. The purpose of this research is to explain the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective. The results of this study show that education management should be able to create the right balance between these two types of solidarity. This means understanding the importance of maintaining valuable social norms while accommodating individual diversity. In a modern society, education management should allow students to grow according to their potential, enable student participation in decision-making, encourage collaboration between stakeholders, and respond with flexibility to social change.
