This study examines the theme of non-violence in interactions between adolescents. This study raises the perspective of Pope Francis' encyclical “Christus Vivit” as a Christian perspective in dealing with youth development issues. There are three research focuses, namely describing bullying among adolescents, the role of teachers in schools as controls to prevent bullying, and the role of the Church in Christian assistance in the problem of bullying in adolescents. Researchers use qualitative research methods. To obtain data, researchers used direct interview techniques and zoom meeting-based interviews. Data processing and analysis were carried out in a descriptive way. The research findings show that the psychological impact felt by victims due to bullying is feeling awkward when put together in group work and feeling lonely, afraid to come to school and also afraid to look at social media again. The psychological impact can be felt if you take things too seriously or take your feelings too seriously so that the victim will feel sad. But there are also victims who feel normal because they accept and resolve it in a family and peaceful manner. Students need to be reminded again of the rules that apply in schools, the goal is that all student behavior creates comfort and safety among students. It is better for teachers not only to teach about learning material but to provide character lessons for students on the sidelines of teaching material. The role of the Church should be more aggressive in inviting youth to be involved in church services to develop maturity in their faith so that there is determination not to commit acts of bullying.

This research seeks deeper information about religious moderation in terms of acceptance of tradition. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and several of these methods were intended to obtain information and a clear picture of the focus of the problem discussing religious moderation within the framework of acceptance of tradition. By conducting field observations, interviews, and inputting literacy sources that are relevant to the research theme, the researcher categorizes the data, presents the data, and concludes the data according to the focus of the problem. This study confirms that, religious moderation must be carried out by every human being, because basically in an order in society the realization of harmony is desired, especially in the realization of religious moderation through the implementation of traditions. In carrying out this tradition, the community wants to create unity, brotherhood and harmony by upholding the value of religious moderation as an effort to accept the tradition. They mingle with everyone because this is a form of love and self-awareness as creatures that are able to be tolerant of inter-religious beliefs, so as to create a balanced life in the aim of religious moderation. In establishing social relations, Christians must also not close themselves off. In line with the teachings in the Church's document, Gaudium Et Spes 24. The meaning of Abraham's call for Christian Religious Education is important in practicing Christian teachings today. By understanding Abraham's calling, Christian teachers can apply the steps that Abraham used during his life to the teaching of Christianity. The research method used is qualitative through analysis of scriptural texts and related literature. The values contained in the history of Abraham's call, such as faith, patience, obedience, and submission are very relevant to Christian religious education. This paper also discusses how to apply these values in the context of Christian education, including reflective and interactive learning. However, understanding the meaning of Abraham's call in the context of Christian religious education presents challenges, including differences in interpretation and understanding that arise from different Christian traditions. The solution to this challenge is to increase insight and understanding through dialogue between Christian traditions and interfaith studies. This paper also provides solutions to overcome challenges in understanding the meaning of Abraham's call, and the need for greater insight and understanding through dialog between Christian traditions and interfaith studies.

Di era digital saat ini, teknologi informasi berkembang semakin cepat dan tentunya berjalan secara signifikan. Dalam dunia perkantoran, salah satunya otomatisasi dalam pengelolaan arsip perlu menjadi suatu perhatian bagi perusahaan. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, tentunya hal ini bertujuan untuk mendorong adanya perubahan dari arsip yang masih bersifat konvensional berkembang menjadi digitalisasi arsip dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang canggih saat ini. Dengan adanya digitalisasi arsip ini, akan memberikan hasil kinerja karyawan dalam pengelolaan arsip yang lebih efektif dan lebih efisien. Pada tempat peneltian yaitu PT. X ini masih mengimplementasikan pengelolaan arsip konvensional dan disertai adanya timbul permasalahan pada karyawan. Pada dasarnya sistem pengelolaan arsip pada perusahaan yang masih bersifat konvensional dapat dikatakan kurang efektif jika dilihat dari hasil produktivitas kerja karyawan yang menurun dan tidak efisien dari segi waktu dalam penemuan arsip kembali. Sehingga melalui artikel ini peneliti bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan terkait digitalisasi arsip sederhana dengan melakukan pemanfaatan pada Microsoft Access. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskripsi dengan studi kasus pada PT. X. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan e-arsip sederhana dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access.

The teaching profession is generally recognized as a very respectable, noble and noble profession because the purpose of education is to develop a virtuous and competent human personality. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work ethics and work experience simultaneously influence the work performance of employees at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office? The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether there is an effect of work ethics and work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The population is 108 people and the sample is 52 people. The results showed that work ethics and work experience simultaneously affect employee performance, where Fcount (86.578) is greater than Ftable (3.18) and Sig.á (0.000b) is smaller than α 5% (0.005). There is an influence of work ethics on employee performance, where the tcount value of 5.511 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 less than α (0.05). There is the influence of work experience on employee performance, where the tcount value of 2.780 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.008 less than α (0.05). 77.9% work ethics and work experience can affect employee performance. The positive sign in the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 4.825 + 0.552X1 + 0.314X2 indicates that employee performance will increase if work ethics and work experience are good.

As for the background of this research, it is known that the issue of interfaith marriage has become a polemic and even relevant issue to be studied. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan mengenai pengelolaan sarana prasarana kantor pada salah satu perusahaan. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana kantor perlu dilakukan dengan baik dan berkala agar peralatan, perlengkapan, dan ruang kantor tetap dalam keadaan baik dan siap pakai sehingga kegiatan bekerja dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan permasalahan yang terjadi seperti peralatan dan perlengkapan kantor yang tidak disimpan dan dirawat dengan baik serta tidak dilakukan pengecekan secara berkala. Terlebih lagi, ruang penyimpanan peralatan kantor kurang terawat dan minim penerangan serta terdapat kebocoran pada ruang arsip. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan literatur terdahulu.

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

Salah satu sumber mata pencaharian masyarakat di Desa Sibalaya Selatan, Kecamatan Tanambulava, Kabupaten Sigi adalah di bidang pertanian yang ditanami jagung. Setelah melakukan observasi, kami menemukan bahwa di daerah ini banyak menghasilkan limbah hasil pertanian yaitu tongkol jagung. Seperti yang kita ketahui bersama bahwa limbah adalah buangan yang dihasilkan dari suatu proses produksi baik industri maupun domestik. Dan sampai saat ini memang masih menjadi masalah besar dalam masyarakat. Fenomena ini juga yang terjadi pada masyarakat di Desa Sibalaya Selatan.Masyarakat hanya membuang limbah jagung-jagung tersebut, tidak memanfaatkannya sama sekali. Melihat fenomena tersebut kami mencoba menemukan salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi limbah tongkol jagung tersebut dengan menjadikannya suatu produk yang selain bernilai manfaat juga nantinya dapat memiliki nilai komersil. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan memanfaatkan tongkol jagung itu sendiri menjadi bahan bakar dan sumber energy. Metode pelaksaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah (1) observasi, (2) demonstrasi, dan (3) praktek langsung oleh masyarakat. Pemanfaatan limbah tongkol ini tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah salah satunya mengurangi pencemaran limbah tongkol jagung, karena banyaknya limbah tongkol yang tidak di manfaatkan dengan baik sehingga kami berpikir soal tongkol jagung tersebut diubah menjadi produk yang bernilai yaitu termasuk suatu teknologi alternatif sebagai pengganti bahan bakar minyak yaitu briket, sekaligus membuka peluang usaha yang dapat memajukan pendapatan di Desa Sibalaya Selatan.

The prophet Habakkuk was a prophet who lived in very similar times and is still relevant today, and he struggled with the commonplace question that believers should ask “why did God allow curses to happen?”  Habakkuk lived in a time of suffering, oppression of injustice, crime, hatred and division was rampant, the wicked surrounded the righteous.  The method used in this study is a qualitative method based on literature studies, namely by using data collection methods, using reliable and accurate sources such as journals, books, and the Bible.  Difficult circumstances and a sense of injustice surrounded his prophetic vocation, but in fact this did not prevent the prophet Habakkuk from fulfilling the Mission God gave him.  When the prophet Habakkuk asked God for help, he did not know of any evidence of an answer from God to his cry.  He only saw that God only seemed to be silent and did not want to answer his call, but he was sure that God would answer his prayer.  Habakkuk's sense of certainty comes from his living faith in the midst of suffering.  Habakkuk's poem provides an example for today's people to have a long-suffering, steadfast attitude, and think positively in facing difficult times.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara daring bagi guru-guru Kimia se-NTT pada tahun 2022. Dasar pelaksanaannya adalah kebutuhan guru-guru Kimia akan suatu panduan dalam pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang inovatif guna meningkatkan minat belajar siswa seiring dengan perkembangan era digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi guna mendesain pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif. Di era digital saat ini, guru-guru tidak hanya dituntut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar berdasarkan pengetahuan materi yang dimiliki, namun juga dituntut untuk dapat menerapkan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan inovatif guna mendorong dan memotivasi siswa dalam belajar dan berpikir kritis. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pembuatan instrumen soal menggunakan quizizz dan wordwall. Biasanya guru-guru di sekolah memberikan soal ujian kepada siswa dalam bentuk manual, sehingga siswa merasa bosan untuk menjawab pertanyaan dalam soal tersebut. Pembuatan soal menggunakan quizizz dan wordwall akan memotivasi siswa dalam mengerjakan soal karena disajikan lebih menarik dan interaktif. Layar akan menampilkan skor siswa secara realtime, sehingga siswa dapat melihat urutan skor mereka dengan antusias. Media ini juga cukup mudah untuk dikembangkan bagi guru sehingga memudahkan guru untuk menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran. Guru juga akan lebih mudah dan cepat dalam menyusun nilai ujian siswa.

Indonesian language learning is a national language learning that is closely related to national values. Until now, learning Indonesian is used as a main subject in an educational institution. The role of Indonesian in learning at the junior high school level is expected to be able to realize the profile of Pancasila students who are instilled through national values in learning Indonesian. Therefore, the research conducted included an educational institution, namely a junior high school with an area coverage in Surakarta. This article aims to focus on the integration of national values in Indonesian language learning to realize the Pancasila Student Profile at the junior high school level in the Surakarta region. This article uses a qualitative method using field note data that has been made. The data source for this article is field note data from the results of the implementation of junior high school students in the city of Surakarta.

The increase in the number of elderly population (elderly) in the city of Semarang, the increase in the elderly will bring problems due to the aging process which causes a risk of decreasing health status. The elderly will become the strength of a country if they are in a healthy, independent, active and productive condition. One solution to achieve this requires the optimal role of health cadres. As a religious institution, GKJ Jatingaleh Semarang has a service task, one of which is health care for the elderly. To support this service, the PPM FISIP UNTAG Semarang Team conducted PPM activities at the church. The purpose of the PPM activities is assisting in the formation of health cadres; provide medical examination services and provide medical equipment needed in examination activities. The method used is mentoring and practice of health checks. The results of these activities were the formation of a GKJ Jatingaleh health cadre team with 5 cadres as members; health checks have been carried out on 47 elderly residents of GKJ Jatingaleh; and delivery of medical equipment.

Increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers through the development of digital learning materials is urgently needed because without developing digital learning materials, PAK teachers will experience a lag in digital information. This study aims to investigate the development of digital learning materials that can increase the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. In the digital era that continues to grow, the use of technology in Christian religious education has great potential to create a more interesting and effective learning experience. This study uses a type of qualitative research and involves literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the integration of Christian religious values in digital learning. The results of the study show that the development of digital learning materials can provide significant benefits in increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. By integrating Christian religious values, teachers can create more innovative and creative teaching methods. The use of technological resources such as multimedia, video, and interactive software allows teachers to extend learning materials and create more engaging learning experiences for students.

Criminal provisions in a statutory regulation are certain doses or remedies as a means of achieving the formulated goals. The purpose of this article is to examine and analyze the inconsistency of the material content of the criminal provisions against the formulation of the objectives of legal certainty in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3 of 2020 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining. The research method uses a normative juridical method. Secondary data in the form of primary legal data on laws and regulations related to the criminal provisions of the Minerba Law is elaborated so that the adequacy of the content of the criminal provisions is able to test the clarity of the objectives of legal certainty. The results found that there were inconsistencies in criminal provisions as a means of achieving goals in the formulation of guaranteeing legal certainty. The application of Article 162 of the Mineral and Coal Law is subjective and tends to criminalize members of the community around mineral and coal mining. This fact proves that the objective of legal certainty is objective, ambiguous with subjective criminal means. The main article of criminal provisions in the Minerba Law is Article 158 which is systematically constructed with Article 35. Basically, the criminal provisions are used as the legal regime for licensing in the strategies and techniques of government control and control in the mineral and coal sector.

This article discusses the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi through a semiotic approach. According to Tinarbuko (2008), semiotics is the study of signs in order to find out how these signs function and produce a meaning. Meanwhile, according to Christomy and Yuwono (2004), argue that semiotics is the study of signs (signs), sign functions, and sign production. In semiotics there is a signifier (signifier) ​​which is a sign that can be seen by the eye, visible form / physical form while the signified (signified) is the meaning contained in the message that has the concept, function, and value contained in the sign. So the purpose of this study is to find out the signs of meaning in the poem "Democracy" through the method. In this study using semiotic analysis. Semiotic analysis is a qualitative data analysis technique that aims to find or analyze symbols or signs in a text systematically. And the conclusion in this study is that based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi strongly ties its meaning to Indonesian political life. In discussing the poem, it tells about the people's struggle to burn and replace the rights they should have received for the hard work and sacrifices that have been made.
