The purpose of this research is to analyze the efforts of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes to obtain an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on the Government Financial Report (LKPD). This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study used a SWOT analysis and data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and was supported by observation, documentation and triangulation.  Based on the processed data, it can be concluded that in the strength factor, the highest average is the commitment and high integrity of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes and the Board of Institution Leaders, with a value of 7.9. The lowest average value is on the weakness factor, the area of Brebes Regency so that the total assets are larger and more complex, with a value of 6.0. The highest average value is on the opportunity factor in (Bimtek) and socialization from the central government with a value of 7.7. The lowest average value on the threat factor (Threat), the culture of the community that does not consider education is important, with a value of 6.1. The SO strategy gets the highest score of 4.17, so it can be said that the SO strategy are the best alternative.  Keywords: Opinion, Regional Government Financial Statements, Unqualified Opinion (WTP)

AbstractCommunication in disaster management uses a variety of media. In communication context, the media used as a channel for delivering messages that called the communication medium. This study aims to find the most effective disaster education communication based on a descriptive quantitative approach. Reserchers took samples aged 17-20 years old who had participated in disaster socialization activities that held by Meterorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency in Cilacap, Central Java, Indonesia and every respondent has had disaster experience. The number of research samples is 175 respondent. In the context of communication, the medium becomes important because it is a channel for delivering message.  An import function of communication is how medium can delivered message to be undesrstood together. The fuction of communication is providing information, education and persuasion. It was found that varioys activities have beed carried out such as Goes To School, which is used to deliver messages used some communication medium like pocket books, animated video, and power point template.  Fact findings related to the best communication medium  were sozialization (face to face meetings), films, public service advertisements, and roleplays. This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

The purpose of early detection and prevention of Osteoporosis is to increase public understanding of Osteoporosis. The implementation method carried out to carry out community service regarding early detection and prevention of Osteoporosis is to conduct coordination meetings between teams and the Sub-District of Panai Hilir Labuhan Batu, then conducting screenings and by conducting seminars and gymnastics to increase understanding and prevent Osteoporosis in the community, then cross-sectoral cooperation is carried out, then socialization of prevention and early detection of Osteoporosis is carried out, as well as providing assistance and monitoring whether the activities carried out are appropriate to the community or on target

PKM is one part of the learning process that is applied directly in the community. Which focuses on "Agricultural/Fisheries Technology Management" (Manufacture of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC)). Lembang Mappa' is one of Lembang whose economy lies in the agricultural and plantation sectors. Almost all residents in Lembang Mappa' work as farmers. There is one problem that has not been resolved, namely how to make organic fertilizer whose ingredients are easily available in Lembang Mappa'. The activity of socializing and making liquid organic fertilizer from gamal leaves, rice washing water, brown sugar or granulated sugar, EM4 was carried out three times with socialization to the public about how to make liquid organic fertilizer and its application to plants. After this activity, it is hoped that farmers will be able to make their own liquid organic fertilizer at home, so they can save money on purchasing fertilizer.

This assimilation can be a measure of success carried out by the correctional institution, because it is a process of increasing coaching based on the evaluation of previous coaching programs and has gone through certain assessments and has met the requirements set by the Correctional Team. The author is interested in the problem of assimilation guidance for prisoners at the Kedungpane Class I Prison in Semarang and the obstacles in the assimilation guidance program for inmates. This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. The obstacle in fostering the assimilation of prisoners is the lack of socialization to the community so that there are no third parties or people who are willing to accept and employ prisoners in the process of returning to society in a positive way.   Keywords : assimilation, Correctional Institution, convict .

The harmony and integrity of the household can be disturbed if behavior and self-control cannot be controlled, the bad result is negative behavior, namely anger and quarrels which can lead to acts of domestic violence. Likewise, neglect of the household is not a new thing, because the fact is that it often occurs in the reality of society. This study aims to explain the factors that cause household neglect, to explain the legal consequences for the husband who has neglected his wife, and, to explain the efforts that must be made to prevent neglect in the household again. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach and a descriptive analytical research specification, data collection using techniques such as literature study, interviews, and documentation. The data source that has been used is secondary data. The results of this research indicate the factors that cause household neglect are; do not provide a living, make dependence; the existence of a patriarchal culture in society; low education and knowledge of women as wives. The provisions of the Marriage Law stipulate that the husband must be responsible, if it is violated then legal sanctions will apply. In cases of household neglect, a solution is usually found not to be penalized and not to be fined. Efforts that must be made so that household neglect does not occur again is by car; there must be awareness, there needs to be religious guidance, it is not enough to just provide material but cannot educate his wife well, there must be mental development because a husband to become a leader must be able to lead his wife to a better direction. Legal consequences / sanctions for a husband who has neglected his wife can be punished with a maximum imprisonment of three years or a maximum fine of Rp. 15 million based on articles 49 and 50 of Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning PKDRT. Efforts that must be made so that neglect of the household does not occur again is by means of citizen awareness that neglect is a criminal act, so that law enforcement must continue so that people understand that neglect is a criminal act, from the aspect of marriage there must be socialization from the general public .   Keywords: neglect, wife, violence, household, criminal.

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

This community service aims to (1) instill self-confidence to grow development and introduce children to the basic schools to love more and more ancestral culture based on local wisdom; (2) Promote a sense of trust with mental education with good character, based on the development guidelines of Pangkur Pupuh 3Serhatama Fiber, and (3) Fostering a smart and quality society, through basic education that has the spirit of Pancasila. The method of implementation used in this service with learning and training socialization papers. The population of this study were 20 teachers, prospective teachers and students of SDN 3 Suruh. The result of this community service is that the teacher can understand the songs and practice the PangkurPupuh 3SeratWedhatama song. Thus, the method of learning through training and socialization is more effective in making teachers, prospective teachers and students understand the philosophy of Armageddon 3Swedhatama fiber.

Taxes have a very important role in the life of the country because taxes are needed in financing most of the country's development interests so that people's welfare is achieved. Public awareness is needed in order to create a tax orderly culture for the people of Indonesia. One of the efforts to raise public awareness can be done through outreach to school students so that early awareness of taxes has been formed. Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan community service team carried out socialization to Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 4 Lamongan students regarding taxes using the offline method. The students responded enthusiastically to the tax introduction activity. With this activity, the community service team hopes that Indonesian people will become more aware of tax obligations.

Development of Village Potential in tourism in Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang, as well as the implementation of community service by several lecturers who have knowledge and skills about tourism. This activity was in the form of socialization about the Potential of Tourism Village based on Ekowista and Guide. The main objective of this activity is to help the people of Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City, in order to develop the potential of their village for tourism activities. As well as providing benefits in the form of Training and Skills related to the Tourism Sector based on the Tourism Law Number 10 of 2009 in Chapter I article 1. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) Analyzing the potential of Tourism Villages, in collaboration with UPRRID KKN Students, village potential based on maps, thus the principle of developing village potential as a tourist destination location through FGD of Village potential for the development of Leading Ecotourism. With the principle of making tour packages by practicing Guide training, this is the concept of Tourism Promotion and its marketing

SMK Negeri 11 Semarang is a school that has four competency skills, namely Graphic Preparation, Graphic Production, Multimedia, and Animation. Every time they enter the beginning of the school year, school socialization and skills competencies are carried out to new students through the Student Orientation Period, using the lecture method from each of the Head of Skills Competencies. Researchers have created an attractive and informative audio-visual presentation media, packed with docudrama stories, namely documentary films. The results of validation tests conducted by expert experts and users show that the documentary films that have been developed by researchers fall into the very good criteria with a percentage of 93.75%. In addition, through the use of the 228 new students as respondents, it can be concluded that the documentary film developed by the author falls into the good criteria with a percentage of 61%.

ABSTRACTThis community service activity entitled "Socialization of Law No.13 of 1998 concerning the Welfare of the Elderly" aims to increase awareness of the importance of improving the welfare of the community in the elderly, so that the elderly can achieve increased welfare. This community service activity should be of benefit to various parties, including contributing to more awareness and improvement of the welfare of the elderly, especially in the city of Surakarta. It is the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially the third Dharma, and the results can be used as input to LPPM and as a support for other Tri Dharma activities, namely Education and Research. This community service was carried out on-line using the windows-teams facility with about 35 participants. The implementation was carried out by means of webinars using windows-teams due to restrictions on human meetings as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hendaknya bermanfaat kepada berbagai pihak, antara lain memberikan kontribusi untuk lebih menumbuhkan kesadaran dan peningkatan kesejahteraan para lanjut usia, terutama di kota Surakarta.  Merupakan pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya Dharma ketiga, dan hasilnya dapat menjadi masukan kepada LPPM dan sebagai pendukung kegiatan Tri dharma lainnya yaitu Pendidikan dan Penelitian. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara on-line dengan menggunakan sarana windows-teams dengan peserta sekitar 35 orang. So far, the distribution of zakat has been done by Muzaki (obliged to pay zakat, or giving zakat) giving directly to people who get zakat. The impact of this arises from queues of people who get zakat, the distribution of zakat is not evenly distributed, sometimes some get double and some don't. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize better zakat management, namely through the Amil Zakat Institution and Baznas so that the distribution of zakat can be maximally evenly distributed. The method of implementing this socialization is by giving lectures in vitual or online because it is still in a state of covid 19. From this service, community members have a better understanding and understanding of the distribution or distribution of zakat through the Amil Zakat Institute and Baznas.

To encourage political participation, good political education is needed. Political education can target young people as agents of change that have much influence in political development. Therefore, it is important to provide political education in strengthening the political participation of Indonesian youth. This program aims to provide Political Education in Strengthening Youth Political Participation. The service program was held in a four-month time series, from January to April 2019. The socialization activities had been held in Mandan, Sukoharjo Regency on Saturday, April 21, 2019 for one day, attended by 34 young people. The method used in program was socialization and active discussions, and providing motivation for the participants, which was previously preceded by participant assessment activities. The socialization activity lasted for one day. The core material of socialization consists of (1) political introduction; (2) the importance of political participation; (3) youth's ideal actions in political participation. The members of this program were Youth Organization of Mandan , Sukoharjo. Through this program, it can be beneficial for: (1) youth and the general public, to get a picture of political education and positive political participation; (2) for regions, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional development; (3) for tertiary institutions, as fulfillment of the Tri Dharma element of Higher Education. Keywords: Mandan, political education, youth.

Accounting information has an important role in achieving business success, including for small businesses. Accounting is one way to produce financial information that can be used by management as a basis for making strategic decisions. Reports produced include balance sheets, profit/loss reports, changes reports and cash flow reports. All of these reports can be used by information users. For small business actors in villages, it is minimal to have accounting records, most of them make business decisions based on experience alone. Small business development is needed to make it strong, both related to development both external to the company and in managing the company's internal. If from an internal perspective, the management of small businesses still considers that the accounting process is still not very important to implement. Empowerment of business management management is very necessary. Good financial reports can provide useful financial information for making strategic business decisions. This community service is expected to increase the ability of business actors in the villages of Bancak District, Semarang Regency so that they can provide information on the financial condition of businesses that are being run for each reporting period. The community service team of ITB Semarang Accounting Study Program lecturers conducted community outreach activities in the form of simple lectures and training. The results of this community service were well received by participants in the Financial Accounting socialization and training for business actors in Bancak District, Semarang Regency.

The digital age encourages the flow of information to move quickly and shift the pattern of international relations. This has influenced the development of the total diplomacy scheme in supporting the achievement of Indonesia's diplomacy goals. In this program, we take international relations students of Slamet Riyadi University as activity partners.International Relations students should be able to engage in total diplomacy positively. They will be provided with digital intelligence according to the positive character of the nation is needed, so that they are able to contribute in growing Indonesia's positive image in the international eyes. This community service program would like to support Indonesia's efforts to collaborate digital media in a total diplomacy scheme with student youth agents, through "Strengthening Youth Digital Intelligence as a Form of Its Contribution to Indonesian Total Diplomacy." They were given socialization, training and assistance in creating content related to diplomacy. The series of activities lasted for six months, starting from the exploration to the distribution of video content made by them which was adjusted to the Indonesian diplomacy mission. Keyword : digital intelligence, Indonesia, total diplomacy, youth

Parking fees are a potential source of local revenue (PAD). Revenue from parking fees is a potential source of local revenue, given the fact that there has been an increase in the number of motorized vehicles in Lamongan Regency, both cars and motorbikes. The problem with parking fees that is often faced is a lack of understanding about parking fees and law enforcement related to parking fees. Based on these problems, the community service team of Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan in collaboration with the Lamongan Regency Government held a socialization of parking fees for parking attendants in Lamongan Regency with the hope that there would be an increase in understanding of parking fees and their laws, followed by an increase in Regional Original Revenue (PAD) so as to create development growth in Lamongan Regency.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

The e-commerce market trend is taking place around the world. This trend encourages international trade be more intense. This can be an opportunity for Indonesia to be able to develop its exports rate using e-commerce. Based on this background, this program purposes to provide indeep information to industry and trade players about how to increase their potential and expand the market through international e-commerce. This international e-commerce should be a solution to improve its economic welfare. The method of this program is carried out through assessment and socialization at the location of service, as Kampung Batik Laweyan Solo. Exploration activities were to obtain detailed information about program targets, which are held in August and September 2018. Furthermore, a one-day socialization event is held on 28 October 2018. The results of this program are (1) business actors can obtain information about the potential export by utilizing international e-commerce; (2) for the region, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional economic development; (3) for universities, as a fulfillment of the Tri Dharma elements of Higher Education.Keywords : export, international e-commerce, Kampung Batik LaweyanI.
