Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Community Service by providing material related to handling and preventing stunting in Laburan Baru Village, Paser Belengkong District. Counseling or material for handling and preventing stunting is carried out through lecture methods and question and answer discussions. The target of this activity is for all community members in Laburan Baru Village, Paser Belengkong District to understand more about the dangers of stunting for children's growth and development. In this activity, the importance of good cooperation between cross-sectors to deal with stunting was also conveyed, whether as community members, village officials, health centers, and all parties must work together in handling and preventing stunting.

Based on the experimental results, optimal conditions for the use of eugenol occurred until day 2, where the addition of eugenol with treatment 3 as much as 1 ml amounted to 38.82% better when compared to other variations of eugenol addition.  The addition of eugenol preservatives cannot preserve the content of vitamin C in sweet mango juice even the content of vitamin C tends to decrease. A sample is a portion taken from all objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The sample in this study was 20 people in one intervention group. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling, namely taking samples according to the criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection techniques use questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses the Independent T test. Statistical testing uses parametric analysis with the significance of the test results determined based on the p value <0.05. Based on the statistical test results, it is known that the p value is 0.001<0.05 which means that there is an influence on the intensity of pain before and after administration. Warm Compress. Family is the closest person to the patient who has an important role in the patient's recovery. This type of research is quasi-experimental with one group pretest design. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were family members who became caregivers for people with mental disorders at Naimata Hospital with a total of 52 respondents. Data analysis in this study used the T-Test. The research was conducted at Naimata Mental Hospital Kupang City. Data collection will be carried out in August - October 2023. This research aims to find out how the management control system at the Cita Hati Foundation is regarding the incentive system given to local teaching staff and foreign teaching staff.  The data source for this research uses primary and secondary data.  The aim of this research is to display, explain and analyze the function of implementing a management control system.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is usually used to describe and describe current phenomena, whether human engineering or natural.  Primary data was obtained directly from the Cita Hati Christian School, which was the subject of the research.  By conducting direct observations at the Cita Hati Christian School and interviews with people at the school who are related to this research.  The results obtained are that the Cita Hati Foundation has teaching staff who are competent in their fields, not only local teaching staff, but also bringing in foreign teaching staff to improve the quality and value of education.  The presence of foreign teaching staff has both positive and negative impacts on the foundation, especially local teaching staff.  This is due to the differences in treatment given by the foundation to the two.  So the researchers suggest that the Cita Hati Foundation evaluate and revise the incentive program that will be given to employees, in accordance with the policies that have been determined or agreed and the point is that the policies made must be in accordance with the Foundation's ability to provide incentives in accordance with employee performance.  This will encourage better performance so that the company can also develop forward with employees who are loyal and willing to develop together.

Acne is a chronic disease caused by blockage of the oil glands in the skin. The beauty treatment for treating acne is Mesotherapy Acne, which is a treatment technique that incorporates certain substances into the subcutaneous fat tissue. The purpose of this study was to find out the treatment techniques and the effectiveness of Mesotherapy acne technology. The method used in this study is the method of R&D, interviews, observation, documentation and literature. This research developed three acne facial care techniques, namely the technique of pulling up, rotating, and pressing. The author made different studies based on duration, technique, procedure and type of treatment. Product validation of acne facial care technique books using acne mesotherapy beauty technology was carried out by 2 beauty lecturer validators. The results of the scores for all content aspects, display aspects, language aspects, and supporting questions obtained a total score of 28 and 29. Intervals 0-16 are not accepted and 17-32 are accepted. The conclusion of the validation results from the two validator data used is acceptable. Based on these three techniques, the upward pulling motion is effective because it can reduce acne. It is recommended that a guidebook for acne facial care techniques using mesotherapy acne beauty technology can be further investigated because it is effective in dealing with acne skin problems. Éclair is a type of processed pastry made from flour, water, butter, and eggs that has a cavity in the center which is generally filled with vla filling. The purpose of this research is 1) To determine the public acceptance of peanut shell powder substitution products for making éclairs. 2) To determine the best formula for utilizing peanut shell powder as a substitute in making éclairs. The research methods used are literature, documentation, experiments, and sensory evaluation. experiments in this study were performed 4 times. The results showed that the most preferred éclair product was the product with formula B, that is, éclair with an 8% substitution of groundnut shell powder. Based on sensory evaluation, the best éclair recipe was found to be 138g wheat flour, 6g groundnut shell powder, 100g margarine, 2g salt, 250 ml water, and 2 eggs. Suggestions given include: 1) More research needs to be done to test the nutritional content of the éclair. 2) Further research is needed so that groundnut shell powder can be used as an additional ingredient for various other dishes. 3) Give special treatment to groundnut shell powder when buying, by sifting again, so that it does not leave a jagged texture..

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, which is the most frequently found bacteria and is transmitted between humans via the air route. The incidence of TB in Indonesia in 2020 was 301 per 100,000 population. Therefore, family doctors play an important role in promoting health and preventing TB disease, identifying risk factors, clinical problems, and providing management to patients by implementing holistic family doctor services based on evidence based medicine through a patient centered and family approach, the main problem This patient did not wear PPE when in direct contact with other patients while working at PKM Tanah Pasir. In this case report, primary data was obtained through anamnesis (autoanamnesis), physical examination and home visits to complete family data, psychosocial and environmental data. Patient Mr. R, 45 years old, underwent routine TB treatment at the Tanah Pasir Community Health Center and was diagnosed two months ago. The patient has normal nutritional status. Pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions are carried out for patients in the form of education about TB disease for patients and their families. The results of the evaluation of the intervention are that the patient has started to do physical activity and the family has supported the patient's routine treatment.

This research aims to look at the process of achieving aspects of the hierarchy of needs in the character Iyan in the novel Iyan Bukan Anak Tengah by Armaraher. This research looks at how the character can fulfill aspects of the hierarchy of needs to achieve self-actualization. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method, by analyzing words and sentences of text using Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Need theory. The results of this research show that the character Riyan did not fulfill the hierarchy of needs aspect during his teenage years so that the character Ian did not obtain self-actualization during adolescence, but the character Riyan fulfilled the aspect of the hierarchy of needs in adulthood, thus obtaining self-actualization during the character's adulthood.

Improving Students’ Writing Ability In The Procedure Text Using Duolingo Application At 8 Grade Students Of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. Final Project, English Study Program, Faculty of Language and Arts Education, Universitas PGRI Semarang. Supervisor I Dra. Maria Yosephin, M.Pd, Supervisor II: Dra. Siti Lestari, M.Pd. This study aims to 1) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text before they are taught using the Duolingo application. 2) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text skills after they are taught using the Duolingo application. 3) to explain the significant difference in students’ writing competence in procedure text taught before and after using Duolingo application. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research. An experimental design was applied in carrying out this study.  The researcher took two classes as samples: VIII A (experimental group) and VIII B (control group). The experimental group has been given treatment by duolingo application in procedure text. On the other hand, the control group was not assigned treatment at all. The population in this study was class VIII in the  academic year 2023/2024. This study indicated that using Duolingo Application in procedure text is an effective technique. The results of the pre-test mean scores in both classes were 66.34 for the experimental group and 66.94 for the control group. In addition, the mean post-test score of experimental group was 84.78, and the control group was 76.66. These findings were calculated using the t-test formula. The t-test > t-table, based on the test results. T-table 5% percentage is 1.670. the computation shows that 6.180 > 1.670. There is a significant difference in students using  the Duolingo application in procedure text for students of grade 8 of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. Students are interested and excited when using Duolingo Application in the learning and teaching process with the goal of developing students’ writing skills. Based on the research findings, the researcher concludes that using Duolingo Application in procedure text can help students to develop and improve students writing skills.

The aim of this study is to examine how PT Mayora Indah Tbk handles exchange rate variances and foreign currency transactions. At PT Mayora Indah Tbk, instances of exchange rate variances and foreign currency transactions arise from the existence of subsidiaries overseas, loans, export sales, and certain significant company acquisitions. The qualitative research method is employed, with PT Mayora Indah Tbk as the subject of investigation. The collection of data and information utilizes library research methods and information extracted from PT Mayora Indah Tbk's Annual Report. The findings of the study indicate that the treatment of exchange rate variances and foreign currency transactions at PT Mayora Indah Tbk aligns with the relevant PSAK. Nonetheless, the study is constrained as it relies on data from publicly distributed financial statements and concentrates solely on the account of other income exchange rate variances in the elaboration of financial statements. The researcher looks forward to improved and more intricate research endeavors in the future.

This article will analyze foreign currency transactions at PT. Appipa Indonesia. In import-export transactions related to two different countries, using different currencies, namely foreign currency and local currency. Foreign currency transactions in their treatment can affect the financial statements of sales, purchases, accounts payable, receivables, and so on. This research method is descriptive qualitative. PT. Appipa Indonesia has implemented accounting treatment in accordance with PSAK No.10 regarding exchange differences on foreign currency transactions.

Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk The method used in this research is a descriptive method using secondary data obtained from the company's financial reports. The research results are based on the application of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk's accounting principles in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). The author notes translation differences when recognizing income or expenses and does not consider translation differences when recording assets or liabilities. This research also shows that the resulting exchange rate differences have a significant impact on PT's annual financial reports. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. A favorable exchange rate difference can increase the company's net profit, while an unfavorable exchange rate difference can reduce the company's net profit.
