An education system without functioning education management or management is unlikely to be able to foster school growth. Management procedures must be implemented systematically and dynamically in the National Education System. The principal as a manager with executive and leadership functions needs to align his internal capabilities in responding to the pressing needs of his environment. Managerial is a process or framework that involves guiding or directing a group of people towards organizational goals or real purposes. For the sake of achieving a successful institution in the realm of education, of course, it is very much determined by the quality of the teacher's performance guided by the Principal. Specifically, this research is intended to explore, analyze and obtain data on planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the managerial implementation of school principals in improving the quality of teacher performance at Masagi Islamic Middle School, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject is the principal of the school. The results of the research, namely: (1) Planning has been carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, (2) Organizing is carried out in a balanced manner by prioritizing performance, competence and rank order, (3) Implementation of managerial competencies by seeking effective learning, (4) Evaluation school principals in improving teacher performance by carrying out monitoring and evaluation of each activity that has been carried out, making reports on program implementation and following up on evaluation results. The obstacles faced in efforts to improve teacher performance professionally include the problem of limited human resources in implementing teacher professional capacity building.

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. Analysis of employee payroll accounting information systems should be carried out effectively and required relevant information and a system, namely an accounting information system as a means of communication which can later be used for the needs of company management. Likewise things at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan Bungo Jambi Regency where employee payroll accounting is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the payroll accounting information system for employees at PT. Star Rubber, obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems and efforts to overcome obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems at PT. Star Rubber. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from subjects in the study including the Director, Expenditure Treasurer and employees regarding the payroll system of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan and Employees of PT. Star Rubber.  The results showed that the Employee Payroll Accounting Information System at PT. Star Rubber has been designed to support the achievement of company goals and the creation of good internal control. In addition, the payroll and remuneration system is also designed to ensure that employees' salaries and wages are paid. While the related functions at PT. Star Rubber is a staffing function that is held by the personnel department, the function of recording employee attendance times is held by the timekeeper, the function of making payroll and wages is handled by the personnel section, the cashier function, and the function of paying salaries and wages is authorized by the personnel and cashier section.

Radio monitoring is a way of regulating the use of radio frequency spectrum by broadcasting media in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, this is regulated by the Directorate of Resources and Equipment of Post and Technology Data (Ditjen SDPPI) which is responsible for carrying out the functions of regulating, supervising and controlling the frequency spectrum using radio monitoring to monitor, observe, and control the use of frequency spectrum by broadcasting media in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Class 1 Medan's Class 1 Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center in an effort to regulate radio services. This research is a qualitative research that is descriptive in nature, namely describing and explaining the problem according to the facts in the field.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information and knowledge related to the importance of brands to the community in Tambu Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency as a form of learning for home-based businesses. The MBKM student activity method used is in the form of education or providing information on brand functions. The use of the mark on shredded fish product packaging to provide a mark on the product, as a means of promotion, shows the quality of the product and the origin of the product. Providing learning about the function of the brand given by the MBKM Faculty of Economics students to the people of Tambu Village as an effort to provide education on the importance of using a brand. In addition, using a brand serves to provide an identity for goods or services and functions to ensure quality and combination for consumers.

Forests have a production function, namely economic value, such as wood, rattan, agarwood and so on. Forests have an ecological function because forests are very important for the survival of human beings, animals and plants. Ecological functions include absorbing carbon dioxide and then producing oxygen for life, a source of water, preventing erosion and flooding, habitat for animals, and a source of biodiversity. The purpose of planting tree seedlings is a form of making a production forest where it retains water during floods, secondly as an increase in the economy of the people of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The author uses a descriptive observational method using a persuasive approach to the community by interviews and field observations. By planting candlenut, avocado, jackfruit and petai trees. Implementation of tree seed planting activities on holidays, namely Sundays and trees planted around the river area, with the involvement of village government officials and Risma youth. The planting was carried out in stages considering that there were 850 trees planted including: 500 candlenut seeds, 200 avocado seeds, 100 jackfruit seeds, and 50 petai seeds. The target achieved in planting tree seedlings is expected to become community income in the future. From the community service activities it was concluded that the land in the production forest was used by the community for gardening and farming, then utilizing forest products. The types of forest products that are widely used are candlenut, tamarind, jackfruit, guava, and pineapple.

This article attempts to reveal the essence of social piety in the halalbihalal tradition in Indonesia, by focusing on tracing what is done in that tradition so that it can be mapped where the form of social piety is. The article is a finding from qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The results of the study show: that the halalbihalal tradition is an implementation of social piety, which functions as a complement to individual piety that has been forged before for one full month in the month of Ramadan. This refers to the hadith of the Prophet that sins against Allah can be forgiven directly by him, but sins related to other people must be lived by establishing direct communication with those concerned. Social piety in halal bihalal manifests in the act of apologizing, asking for halal, praying, and giving alms. The research implication, narrative understanding brings a bond of individual piety, and social piety is synergized in the personality of a Muslim so that he becomes a kaaffah Muslim. This research is expected to contribute to the conceptual of Islamic education.  

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.  

Organic fertilizers are materials derived from plant residues, and animal waste, both those that have undergone decomposition and those that are undergoing a decomposition process that functions to add nutrients. Substantially organic fertilizers are composed of humus and non-humus materials so that they can improve marginal soils and sand-dominated soils. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various organic fertilizers on sand planting media, and to determine the growth response of pakcoy on various types of organic fertilizers. The research was conducted at the Field Laboratory I Experimental Garden and Agrotechnology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, the research took place from September to November 2020. This study was arranged in a randomized group design (RAK) with the treatment of various organic fertilizers, which were divided into; no organic fertilizer/control (B0), cow manure (B1), chicken manure (B2), comba-sheep green manure (B3), calopogonium green manure (B4). Each treatment was repeated four times as a group, resulting in 20 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of six polybags, resulting in a total of 120 polybags of pakcoy plants. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of pakcoy plants. The results showed that organic fertilizer had a very significant effect on all observed growth variables of pakcoy plants. Cow manure treatment in the first and second week plant height variables showed the highest value (5.04 cm, and 6.71 cm). But in general, in the third to fifth week, the average chicken manure gave the highest growth response on the variable of plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of pakcoy plants.

The tendency of accounting fraud has attracted a lot of media attention and has become an issue that is often heard and important in the eyes of world business people. Not only in the BUMN sector but also in companies engaged in Merchandising. The city of Padang which is the capital of the province of West Sumatra which also has many companies engaged in Merchandising. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the effectiveness of internal control and individual morality on the tendency of accounting fraud in merchandising companies in the city of Padang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all employees who carry out accounting duties and functions in merchandising companies in the city of Padang. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22. The results showed that the effectiveness of internal control had no effect on the tendency of accounting fraud in merchandising companies in the city of Padang, while the individual morality had a negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud in merchandising companies in the city of Padang.

The educational process functions as the intellectual development and potential of students. The use of appropriate learning models or media can encourage the growth of students' enjoyment of the learning process, increasing learning motivation. This study applies the ASSURE learning model with Mentimeter media which can be accessed through each student's device. Menimeter media is used as a form of technology application in the learning process. Mentimeter can be used as an online presentation medium or presented in a quiz format to assess students' understanding of the material provided by the teacher (Zulfa & Huda, 2021). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach method with research instruments that use test instruments and non-test instruments. The results of this study indicate that the ASSURE model with mentimeter media can be applied in learning to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work. The use of meter media in the learning process can motivate students in learning which affects the acquisition of learning outcomes.

An accountant must know the code of ethics because it is an important profession in the economic field. The accountant's code of ethics is used as a guide in carrying out its main duties and functions in accordance with the competence possessed by the accountant in order to improve the quality of his work so that it can be used as a guide in determining attitudes and behaving based on professional ethics. There are still many violations of professional ethics, in Indonesia one of which is PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya, which manipulated its financial statements. This case started that PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya stated that it was unable to pay the JS Savings Plan policy claim that was due in the amount of Rp. 802 billion on October 10 2018. From the results of the BPK investigation, it was revealed that there were inconsistencies which indicated fraud in the implementation of saving plans and investments. This analysis aims to explain the basic concepts of ethics, code of ethics, and find out which basic principles of accountant ethics have been violated by PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya. In the Case of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya There are 4 basic principles of accountant ethics that have been violated, namely, integrity, objectivity, competence and prudence, and professional behavior.

The presence of plastic in today's contemporary era, has various functions that greatly help people's lives. Plastic with all its properties, which are more inclined to the many advantages of its use and flexibility so that it is easy to use in various fields of life. With this fact, there are more and more products that rely on plastic as a basic ingredient in the manufacture of their products. This is of course supported by very high market demand, so that all types of production of goods made from plastic are mushrooming. If we return to our original purpose, the creation of plastic was indeed used as a substitute for paper bags, which at that time was experiencing a crisis of threats due to the increasing number of illegal logging incidents, so that there was a potential for the scarcity of the trees themselves. However, the opposite is currently true, where the use and production of plastics is increasingly dominating, making the remaining production waste and waste resulting from its use even more insurmountable. This is compounded by the fact that plastic is difficult to decompose, requiring hundreds of years of time. This, in the concept of a risk society is called the boomerang effect, because something that existed in the industrial era was created as a form of innovation that exists as a solution, but in the modern era like now it has become a separate risk for the surrounding community. For various phenomena as a result of the creation of plastic itself, society does not necessarily let them slowly be swallowed up by existing risks, but there are many efforts to create innovations as a way to protect themselves from various risks distributed by production and the increasingly widespread use of plastic in today's reality.

The Wedding Agreement novel by Mia Chuz is a form of written literature containing code-mixed language elements. Code mixing is presented in the form of inserting English elements into Indonesian. The purpose of this study was to describe the form of linguistic elements, the causal factors and the function of mixing the English code in the novel Wedding Agreement by Mia Chuz and the implications for learning advertising texts, slogans and posters for class VIII SMP. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using content analysis techniques. The results of the study found 120 data containing the form of linguistic elements of English code mixing in the form of inserting elements in the form of words, phrases, basters, and clauses as well as 7 causal factors and 8 functions of English code mixing in Mia Chuz's novel Wedding Agreement.

The aim of this research is (1) to describe the factors causing code switching in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. (2) describe the function of using code switching in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is speech events that occurred in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. The object of this research is data containing code switching in speech events in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. The technique used in collecting data uses non-participating listening and note-taking techniques. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods with data transcription and data classification steps. The validity of the data is obtained through continuous data searching according to the facts, persistent observation techniques, and triangulation. The results of this study show two conclusions. First, there are five factors that cause code switching in Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge, namely the speaker, the interlocutor, the presence of a third speaker, the subject of discussion, and to evoke a sense of humor, and simply to have agency. Second, there are five functions of code switching in Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge, namely explaining, asking, reprimanding. Affirm and remind

Tourism sector has a good prospect in the future, because it can give big foreign exchange for developing tourism sector. Developing tourism sector needs several factors of human resources, one of them is the communications factors in which language as a means of verbal communication plays an important role. The functions of language and such ast o develop science and technology. And to communicate with other country. The people who are involved in the tourism industry are required to communicate with the tourists in their language. The language which is often used to communicate with the foreign tourist is English. If they cannot understand the English language, the foreign tourist will often find difficulties in communication. The problem are : What are the roles of English tourism in Tobelo? The hypothesis is that the role of the English language and the ability of a person in using the English language is important in the tourism industry.    

Main tasks and functions in general are things that an employee in an agency must or even must carry out on a regular basis in accordance with his or her abilities to complete the work program that has been created based on objectives. This research aims to (1) find out the discipline of employees at the village head's office. Rampoang, Bara sub-district, Palopo city (2) knows how well the employees are disciplined towards the main duties and functions of employees at the Rampoang village head office. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, library studies and documentation. Results This research shows that (1) Employee discipline has not been fully implemented well in the Rampoang village head office, Bara subdistrict, Palopo city, seen from 4 indicators of work discipline which include punctuality, using office equipment properly, high responsibility and compliance with office rules. These four indicators are punctuality and compliance with office rules which have not gone well because there are still employees who often commit violations, especially in terms of working time discipline. However, the use of office equipment and the high level of responsibility held by employees at the Rampoang subdistrict office have been carried out well. (2 ) the main duties and functions of employees at the Rampoang Village Head's office, Bara District, Palopo City, which were assessed based on service and empowerment aspects, have been carried out well

The main problem faced by farmer groups in South Dumai District is the weak management of data, information, and group administration, which affects the effectiveness of agricultural development planning and evaluation. This community service activity aims to strengthen farmer group institutions by improving their capacity in data and administrative management. The method employed was a community organizing approach through participatory extension activities, group discussions, and initial mentoring involving 33 participants consisting of farmer group administrators and members. The results indicate an increase in farmers’ understanding and awareness of the importance of data and orderly administration as a basis for planning, decision-making, and evaluation of agricultural development programs. In addition, early social changes emerged in the form of collective awareness and the initiative of group leaders to actively strengthen institutional functions. Strengthening farmer group institutions through proper data and administrative management is expected to support sustainable agricultural development and improve farmers’ welfare.

The problems that exist at Khairul Imam IT Junior High School can be seen from the behaviour or attitude of its personnel, including teachers who are unable to do work based on the tasks and responsibilities that have been assigned. This tendency can be seen from the teachers' preference to accumulate or collect work. This research is conducted with inferential principles where the relationship between various variables tests hypotheses and makes generalisations.  The population in this study were all teachers of SMPIT Khairul Imam, totalling 45 people. To determine the performance of SMPIT Khairul Imam teachers, the sampling procedure in this study used the saturated sampling method, namely the entire population (all teachers) who were used as respondents. This research data has 2 variables, namely the dependent variable is the performance of teachers (Y) and as an independent variable is the leadership style of superiors (X). In this study, it was found that the leaders at this research location have been able to carry out their functions well in directing, guiding, motivating, and supervising teachers to carry out their duties.  All of that takes place because there has been interaction, communication and cooperation in the school environment. If the teacher has a good impression of the leader then the teacher will carry out the tasks that have been set with full seriousness and responsibility. So in this study it was concluded that the leadership style has an influence on the performance of Khairul Imam IT Junior High School teachers..

The need for housing for the community has increased the sale and purchase of land, the process of legality in land certification has become crucial and needs to be understood carefully. Actualization of community service through outreach regarding land law in Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District, Semarang City has the aim of increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the importance of land registration and increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the benefits and functions of land registration. The socialization uses power point presentation media by dividing the method into 4 main components, namely: the lecture method, the interactive discussion method, the consultation method, and the evaluation method. With the socialization related to land law, the people of Ngadirgo Village, Mijen Sub-District gained adequate insight and understanding so that later they can take care of land certification independently so as not to cause problems in the future. The land certificate bleaching program is also one of the main topics related to the socialization of land law as an effort to provide legal certainty and legal protection of community land rights based on the principles of simple, fast, smooth, safe, fair, equitable, and open and accountable so as to increase the welfare and prosperity of the community. and the country's economy as well as reducing and preventing land disputes and conflicts.
