Transportation is a very important aspect of its existence in society, both the transportation of people and goods. One of the well-known online transportation companies in Indonesia is PT Gojek Indonesia. During its development, there have been actions committed by unscrupulous people in the community that harm online motorcycle taxi drivers, namely fictitious / fake orders. Fictitious Order is an order that starts with creating a fake account through an online transportation application that can harm the company.The problem is what is the form of the agreement between the driver and the user and is there the responsibility of PT Gojek Indonesia. The method used in this research is sociological juridical, with data sources in the form of interviews. The results of the analysis were presented descriptively and analytically.The results show that there is no legal regulation that regulates protection for Gojek drivers who experience fictional orders. But from the PT. Gojek provides compensation in the form of compensation money. However, this is not widely used by drivers, because the process of disbursing compensation money takes time, so the driver as the victim prefers to bring the results of the fictitious order himself or sell it to someone else.  Keywords: Protection, Transportation, Gojek

The problems experienced by young women in facing online learning adjustments during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Aisyah Kadipiro orphanage have the potential for stress for adolescents. The existence of a source of stress or stressors that trigger stress needs to be minimized with good stress management skills. Stress management skills need to be possessed and developed so that adolescents will be more skilled in implementing appropriate coping strategies. The target of the community service program that will be carried out is the Aisyiah Kadipiro orphanage. The phenomenon of stress caused by new adjustments to learning online during the Covid-19 pandemic makes teenagers feel stressed in learning. A solution that can be used to teach adolescents about stress management is through online stress management training. In this training, you will be taught about problem-solving when facing stressful situations and doing relaxation. The expected result of this community service activity is that teenagers in the orphanage can apply and practice coping strategies to manage stress during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Forms of domestic violence action in the community Kel. Purwosari, Kec. Laweyan, the city of Surakarta still does not need to be reported by the surrounding community. This is because there is a reason that acts of domestic violence are internal family matters and other people do not need to interfere to then be able to intervene or even report these acts of domestic violence. From the above conditions, it can be seen that not many people know that anyone can report this action to anyone who knows about the incident. This is a mandate from the existence of Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Meanwhile, if you look at the conditions in the community, it turns out that domestic violence is taboo for others to know and it is a shame for the head of the family that he is considered unable to take care of his household affairs properly until he has to commit domestic violence to his family members. In addition, there are also Kelurahan officials who do not know that this is also a collective responsibility in order to minimize the increase in cases of domestic violence in Indonesia. Where this usually leads to divorce in marriage and the psychology of children from victims of domestic violence.

Developing of prototype now are became easier with the existence  of 3 d printer, now is common known as rapid prototyping method. There are many different method on 3d printing depend on material used for printing. The wide range of material that can be print using 3d printer such as metal to plastic even ceramic. The rapid prototyping using 3d printer have various advantage compare to traditional prototyping. The development of 3d printing makes it not only for prototyping but can be a small batch manufacture, where economic scale of production cannot be reach with traditional production. The fast development of computer and internet technology have big impact on the 3d printer development, before the development of reprap 3d printing was only knew by industrialist and manufacturer. After reprap born, 3d printer is became more common to personal user. People can have their 3d printer at home. People can design their own product using CAD software and send it to 3d printer, or send it via internet to print by 3d printing company. Even there ara lot of advantages of 3D printer development , there is some disadvantages of 3d printer, especially on regulation.          

Penelitian ini menyuguhkan tentang urgensi pesantren sebagai wadah pembentukan kaderisasi ummat. Pesantren sebagai tempat pijakan manusia didalamnya bukan hanya mengajarkan tentang dinamika ke Islaman namun juga mengajararkan santri untuk berenterpreneurship. Home industri hadir sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan insani dalam segi ekonomi berkelanjutan. Adanya home industri dalam diri pesantren mampu membentuk kader bangsa yang mampu berdaya saing dalam bidang usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan field research (penelitian lapangan) yang berlokasi di PP Nurul jadid wilayah Al-mawaddah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi pesantren mampu memberikan peluang besar terhadap diri para santri untuk dapat berbakat entrepreneur dengan usaha home industri bakery di wilayah Al-mawaddah. Sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan berbasis transaksi lokal dan non lokal. Dengan mematok harga  berkisar Rp 2000-Rp 5000 mampu meningkatkan omset terhadap devisa pesantren. Hadirnya usaha bakery bagi santri Al-mawaddah mampu menumbuhkan bekal usaha entrepreneur ketika terjun kedalam dunia masyarakat, sehingga pada saat itulah terbentuknya manifestasi insan yang berkarya.   This research presents the urgency of pesantren as a forum for the formation of ummah cadre. Pesantren as a place of human footing in it not only teaches about the dynamics of Islam but also teaches students to be engaged in entrepreneurship. Home industry is present as an answer to human problems in terms of a sustainable economy. The existence of a home industry in pesantren is able to form a cadre of the nation who are capable of competitiveness in the business sector. This study uses a field research approach (field research) located in PP Nurul Jadid Al-mawaddah region. Data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. The data collection method uses interview and observation techniques. The results showed that the axistence of pesantren is able to provide great opportunities for students to be gifted entrepreneurs with a home bakery business in the Al-mawaddah region. The marketing system is based on local and non-local transaction. By fixing prices around Rp. 2,000-Rp. 5,000, can increase turnover for foreign exchange boarding schools. The presence of bakery business for Al-mawaddah santri is able to grow entrepreneurial stock when it plunges into the world of society, so that’s when the manifestation of the creation of human beings works.

Military justice carried out by the Military Prosecutor is an indirect authority because the delegation of the case is an implementation of the Handover of the Case from Papera, in other words the Military Prosecutor cannot delegate the case or take prosecution action to the competent court without the existence of a Decree from Papera because it is in accordance with Article 123 paragraph (1) letter f of Law Number 31 of 1997, in essence, the authority to hand over cases is the authority of Papera, not the authority of the Military Prosecutor. The aim of this research is to analyze the responsibilities of Military Prosecutors in carrying out prosecutions. Technically, juridically, they are responsible to the TNI Prosecutor General (Orjen TNI), while operationally they are responsible to the Case Submitting Officer (Papera). Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that Military Prosecutors as law enforcers in the field of prosecution in the Military Justice environment have a strategic and decisive role in indicting someone before trial. For this reason, the professionalism of Military Prosecutors is a necessity in carrying out their duties so that prosecutions can be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and the goal of law enforcement itself can be achieved optimally as expected.

Thomas Aquinas (1225/1224-1274) is one of greatest thinker in the history of Medieval philosophy. He wrote his par excellence work, called Summa Theologiae. It is a theological work but rich with philosophical arguments. He established his arguments by citing Greek thinkers such as Plato and Aristotle. One of Thomas’ important argument is the prove of God’s existence or what nowdays calls as The Five Ways. Thomas presents his readers that God exists and proves it philosophically than theologically. Richard Dawkins (1941 - ) revives The Five Ways to modern readers by critizing Thomas’ arguments in his The God Delusion. Dawkins bases his critique on the evident character of modern science. His critique is supported by his Darwinism background and his efforts to promote atheism. According to Dawkins, The Five Ways does not prove anything about God. This article tries to examine and interprateThomas’ arguments on The Five Way and how Dawkins reads and critizes it from atheism point of view.

This paper outlines the Balala Tradition which is one of the Dayak Banyadu tribe traditions. The Catholic Church values the culture and values of the local wisdom of its people. However, inculturation of culture into a celebration of faith requires a method approach. Models of faith contextualization from Stevan Bevan are one of the methods used in this paper. Identification of the problem of the Belala Tradition is the weak signification of the faith of the Dayak Banyadu tribe who are Catholic in living the Belala Tradition. So the focus of this paper is on the inculturation of the Balala Tradition in the Catholic faith paradigm. The purpose of this study is to provide a theological basis and meaning of the Catholic faith for the value of locality in the Belala Tradition. This paper will explore the experience of the existence of the Dayak Banyadu tribe in living this tradition in the eyes of the Catholic faith.

Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research indicate that the submission of criminal charges (requisitoir) made by the Military Prosecutor for all general summonses must be based on a conference because the conference facts are legal facts produced through the conference examination process by analyzing all the evidence submitted.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

Homosexuals or currently better known as LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) is a phenomenon that has graced the media lately. Starting from the prosecution for legalizing same-sex marriage, the pros and cons of its existence, prostitution of minors for gays to prosecution by certain groups to criminalize homosexuals. Although homosexuals have existed for a long time, it is not yet known for certain the cause of this same-sex liking. Including the debate whether homosexuality is classified as a nuisance, risk or grace (normal). Homosexuality is a feeling of being attracted to the same sex (Stuart, 2013). Homosexuality does not occur between men and men (gay) or women and women. Another understanding according to Behrman, et al (2012) states that homosexuality is a physical and romantic force of the same sex. This is different from ancient times where homosexual behavior was carried out in secret (Budiarty, 2011).

Prostitution is an act that deviates and violates the rules of social and religious values ​​and norms. Prostitution involving parties such as pimps, commercial sex workers, and service users comes from various circles due to economic factors and lack of mental strength in dealing with global changes in society that changed to the modern era, as well as lifestyle demands where values ​​and norms exist in in society began to be eroded by the changing times that are increasingly developing. The method used in this research is normative juridical, research specifications in concreto, secondary data sources, the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that law enforcement in the handling of prostitution in Demak Regency was carried out using the model of actual enforcement law. It emerged after the discretion in law enforcement was believed to be due to limitations, both related to infrastructure, quality of human resources, quality of legislation and lack of community participation. Law enforcement officers include the Civil Service Police Unit, Demak District Police, and Social Services. Obstacles that occur in law enforcement in the prevention of prostitution in Demak Regency are due to legal factors including; in the sound of the Regional Regulation numbers are unclear so that it can be bargained in other words not in accordance with these rules, law enforcement factors; law enforcement officials are less assertive, law enforcement officials prioritize the principle of humanity, and the lack of personnel, factors and facilities include; the absence of rehabilitation houses to accommodate community disease perpetrators (CSWs) and lack of funding to crack down on perpetrators to the judicial process, community factors include; the community is less participating in reporting the practice of prostitution around them, and there are backing / thugs or pimps who protect commercial sex workers to provide information early so they can escape, cultural factors include; The inherent community culture has long since begun to be abandoned, and the existence of a modern city culture has entered the Demak District.   Keywords: Law Enforcement, Prevention of Prostitution

The provision of legal aid to the poor is an effort to fulfill and simultaneously implement a rule of law that recognizes and protects and guarantees the human rights of citizens regarding the need for access to justice and equality before the law. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the mechanism for providing criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City, the fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the poor, and the inhibiting factors for fulfilling the right to criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City. The approach method used is juridical normative, descriptive analytical research specifications. The data source used is secondary data. The data collection method used is literature study. This research is presented in the form of a report which is described induction through qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the mechanism of providing criminal legal assistance to the poor in Semarang City was in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 11 of 2016 concerning Legal Aid, Semarang City Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Implementation of Legal Aid and Regulation of the Mayor of Semarang Number 131 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Legal Aid. The fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the people of Semarang city so far the fulfillment of the right to legal aid in criminal cases against the urban poor has not been maximized because it has not been felt by all levels of society, especially the poor who do not know about the existence of free legal assistance, besides that it is also constrained by budget constraints. The factors inhibiting the fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the people of Semarang City are funding factors, law enforcement factors and community factors.   Keywords : legal aid, criminal cases, poor people

The increase in motorized vehicles in urban areas is followed by an increase in cases of motorcycle theft due to the lack of public awareness about the motorcycle security system. The intensity of motorcycle theft with its disclosure is still far in comparison. Crime will also increase, such as cases of theft of motor vehicles, especially motorbikes. Cases of motorcycle theft still often occur, this happens because there is still a lack of security systems contained in motorized vehicles that only use ignition. the existence of an alternative safety system is needed because the average key of a conventional motorcycle is easily penetrated by thieves. A double motorcycle safety device (Doble Smart Lock) composed of an RFID and Personal Identification Number (PIN) and an ATMega microcontroller. This system serves to provide two-stage security. The first stage is a microcontroller in the form of a PIN and the second stage is an RFID system. If the first stage breaks then it will enter the second stage, namely the RFID system The results in the form of a main tool for motorcycle management consists of: Power supply, RFID Card, RFID Reader, Personal Identification Number (PIN), IC / Microcontroller ATMega and already running. The system testing process shows the number 3 in the expert validation test and the number 3 in the expert validation trial. Based on the above calculation, it can be concluded that the validation results from the expert show that the value of 3 is between 2 - 3, which is classified in the valid category. The system process shows the number 3 in the expert validation and the number 2.9 in the validation trial of the user. Based on the above calculation, it can be concluded that the validation results from the user point to a value of 2.9 between 2 - 3 which is classified in the valid category.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

The journey of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) in the constitution is considered to still not compensate for the dynamics of proliferation of legislation. The reason is that the function of the DPD with the DPR in the field of legislation has been tugging and there has been intense competition in the formation of legislation, on the one hand the existence of the DPR as an institution holding a legislative function born earlier is considered to dominate the formation of legislation. On the other hand, the existence of the DPD as a new institution that is also given a legislative function, its authority is considered to be too small when compared to the authority of the DPR in the process of establishing legislation. Even the DPD is considered to add to the problem of over regulation in Indonesian legislation. Borrowing the term Richard Susskind mentions that hyper regulations or obesity are legal and over regulation. This situation led to the implementation of the DPD's legislative function not being optimal because it tends to be half-hearted. In other words, the existence of the DPD as the holder of legislative power is still under the shadow of the DPR, so it has not been taken into account in the process of establishing legislation in Indonesia, even though it has been corrected by the Constitutional Court through Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 92/PUU-X/2012 and Decision Constitutional Court Number 15/ PUU-XIII/2015, but the decision was ignored.

Medical records arevery supportive not only to organize important instrument processes in handling medical legal problems that may occur in hospitals less successfully in aneffort to improve the quality of service as expected.The most important thing in the medical record is the numbering of medical record documents. One type of medical record numbering used is the Numbering System Unit (UNS) is a numbering system where the system provides one number to outpatients, inpatient and emergency department. Each visiting patient receives one number when the patient first arrives to the hospital and is used forever on subsequent visits. The patient's medical record number is unlikely to be used for the number of another patient, since the numbering is already organized and will be continuous with the filling of the medical record document and in the process of handling the patient. Based on research conducted in Main Clinic of Inpatient PKU Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo in giving medical record number Unit Numbering System (UNS) have been run well and effective start from place of registration of patient, filling of medical record by doctor, giving medicine to patient, with ease in searching, storing, and maintaining patient's medical record but still experiencing the problem of duplicate nu mbering at the time of patient registration where the patient got double number, although not nearly every day found the existence of double patient medical record number.
