This activity aims to provide an overview of early childhood language development from learning stimulation activities through interactive video learning media at the Denali Development Center (DDC). Interactive video was chosen because it is considered very suitable for the characteristics of early childhood who tend to get bored easily, have low focus and concentration, and tend to be active and find it difficult to sit still. Based on the results of observations that have been made at DDC found problems where some children aged 1-3 years, experience speech delays where children cannot pronounce vocabulary correctly when communicating, the vocabulary mastered by children is still small, children cannot compose simple sentences when communicating, children have not been able to provide answers to questions that are given quickly and straightforwardly and the child has not been able to listen properly. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out during the service period, gradually the child experiences significant language development where the child is quiet and never makes a sound or gives a slow reaction, this child begins to make sounds such as laughter or bubbling. And other children who cannot pronounce words correctly, gradually these children can say some words well and their meanings can be understood and the vocabulary they master also develops. Therefore providing stimulation to children is very important to reach this stage of development. Children who receive less stimulation tend to have problems and obstacles in their development.

Property price determination is a complex challenge influenced by various factors, thus requiring an effective method for accurate prediction to support investment decision-making. In the current digital era, conventional approaches are being replaced by data-driven and artificial intelligence methods, where Linear Regression remains a popular choice due to its simplicity and effectiveness in modeling linear relationships. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical characteristics of a house and its selling price, and to build an accurate predictive model using the Linear Regression algorithm. A quantitative method was used, focusing on Building Area , Number of Rooms, and Building Age  against the House Selling Price. Correlation analysis results show that Building Area has the strongest correlation (0.81) with price, while Building Age shows a negative correlation (-0.52). The Linear Regression model demonstrated very strong and stable performance. The model achieved an R² Score of 0.9396 on the testing data, meaning 93.96% of house price variability can be explained by the model. Furthermore, the low MAE of only 11.31 million rupiah indicates a small prediction error, and the consistency of R² scores confirms that the model does not suffer from overfitting. This study concludes that the Linear Regression model provides excellent, stable, and reliable prediction performance for projecting house selling prices

Thematic learning in elementary schools has several special characteristics that distinguish it from other learning approaches. Children of school age / 6-12 years are called school age, because children have finished kindergarten as a real preparatory institution. It is called the ripe period for learning, because the child has tried to achieve something, but the activity of playing development is only aimed at getting pleasure when doing the activity itself. It is called a mature period for school, because children already want new abilities, which can be provided by schools (Nasution Noehi, 1993: 44). According to Banett, et al., the characteristics of elementary school age children are as follows. (1) They are naturally curious and interested in the world around them. (2) Enjoys playing and prefers to have fun. (3) Likes to organize himself to handle things, explore a situation and try new ventures. This research is mainly intended to reveal the old southern pride reflected in the characteristics of Amanda, a southern lady. In conducting this research, the writer uses qualitative research, in which the data are collected in the form of words and the writer is the key instrument. The data were taken from the work itself and other relevant books supporting the data. In analyzing the data, the writer uses a mimetic approach, which considers that literary work is a reflection and imitation of aspects of the universe. The result of this research shows that in the southern part of America before the Civil War, there was a custom called "southern gentility." This is one of the aristocratic values that consists of the manner of speech, the way of wearing the clothes, and the manner of treating the caller: the way to welcome and praise the gentleman caller, his wealth, and his beauty. This southern gentility represents old southern pride or honor. These values are reflected in Amanda’s attitude as an old southerner. However, a change in period is followed by a change in values; the aristocratic values mentioned above are no longer all relevant to the new South's way of life because they faded away after the Civil War in 1861-1865. Amanda, as an old southerner, has always held these values; however, realizing that they are no longer applicable in the present, she attempts to adapt the new southern values. Yet, she is too late to adjust because her son, who possesses new southern values, refuses to accept her advice, so he runs away.

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.
