THis community service activity aims to enhance the human resource capacity of Dasawisma members in effective administration management as a family development data base at the sub-district level. The assistance was conducted using a participatory approach and hands-on practice, including socialization, technical administrative training, and reflective discussion. The results indicated an increase in Dasawisma members' understanding of the importance of orderly, systematic, and integrated administration in supporting social activities. Members' technical skills in managing family data, filling administrative books, classifying information, and preparing simple reports improved significantly. Furthermore, the assistance strengthened communication and coordination between Dasawisma and sub-district officials, promoted group independence, and strengthened Dasawisma's role as a key data source for family development. These findings confirm that planned and participatory higher education assistance plays a strategic role in community empowerment, supports good governance at the local level, and can serve as a replicable model for other community development programs.

Education plays a strategic role as a tool for social transformation capable of shaping individual character, addressing social inequality, and driving societal change. In the Indonesian context, character education has become a central issue in building a generation that is faithful, pious, morally upright, and responsible in accordance with the values of Pancasila. Through a holistic approach, character education integrates spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social aspects to create quality individuals. Furthermore, learning methods that involve role modeling, habituation, and community participation emphasize the importance of collaboration between schools, families, and communities. As an agent of change, education also aims to create a knowledge-based society where science, innovation, and problem-solving serve as key pillars. Through lifelong learning, problem-based learning, and collaborative approaches, education provides space for the development of human potential relevant to global challenges. However, challenges such as educational disparities, curriculum relevance, and teacher capacity remain obstacles that need to be addressed through inclusive policies, continuous training, and improvements in educational infrastructure. By adopting an integrated approach, education can serve as a solid foundation for building a just, inclusive, and adaptive society in response to social changes.

This community service activity aims to improve the financial management ability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) chips in Tunggulsari Village, Brangsong District, Kendal, Central Java. Given the limited access to technology, the mentoring approach is carried out flexibly, combining manual and digital methods. Training focuses on using notebooks, simple tables, and calculators. For MSMEs that have access to smartphones, training is given on using simple financial recording applications. The activity results showed a significant improvement in the ability of MSMEs to record transactions and understand simple financial statements. Despite the obstacles to access to technology, this activity has succeeded in increasing financial capacity with an adaptive approach. Thus, it is hoped that MSMEs in Tunggulsari Village can make better business decisions and improve the competitiveness of MSME chips.

Congestion in Pontianak City significantly impacts traffic flow, affecting both efficiency and comfort of road transit. The city's unsignalized intersections, crucial for managing vehicle flow from multiple directions, are under scrutiny for their performance. A study using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (IRCG) has assessed intersections, that the degree of saturation often exceeds acceptable limits, leading to congestion and increased delays. The research highlights that the current capacity of these intersections is insufficient to handle the growing traffic demand. For instance, under maximum traffic flow conditions, one intersection recorded a total traffic flow of 2,978.20 pcu/hour against a capacity of 2,716.40 pcu/hour, resulting in a degree of saturation of 1.096. This indicates a need for interventions like installing traffic signals or modifying road geometry to enhance flow efficiency. Despite these findings, the analysis of existing conditions specific unsignalized intersections showed a level of service value of E and F, suggesting that these intersections currently require immediate improvements. However, to further improve intersection performance, recommendations include reducing side obstacles, enhancing road geometry, and installing two-phase traffic signals, which offer the highest capacity with minimal delay. These measures aim to ensure that Pontianak City's transportation infrastructure can effectively.

PT. Dian Swastatika Sentosa generates electricity through a private thermal power plant. This company produces steam and electricity for paper mills. The company hopes to meet its steam and electricity needs in 2023 with a boiler with a load capacity of 180 tons and a maximum capacity of 220 tons. However, from February to July 2023, that goal was not achieved. The most common problems faced by this company are the failure to conduct preventive inspections and timely machine maintenance, as well as the failure to carry out necessary repairs. Delays in machine repairs, which result in inconsistent machine downtime schedules to meet customer demand, leading to damage to boiler equipment, causing abnormal boiler operation and reduced steam production. This research aims to design equipment to withstand operational impacts using failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) with the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) techniques. The RCM method assists in identifying the processes that must be followed to guarantee that a machine or system performs as intended. RCM can also be used to design, choose, and create alternative maintenance methods that are focused on safety, operations, standards, and economics. For the entire problem in the investigation, a dynamic model is necessary. An analytical system is used in this model in order to recognize and duplicate the features of the overall system., as well as to provide repair solutions and address the burden of the problem. Structural transformation is an important process in the economic development of a country. In Indonesia, the plan to move the National Capital City (IKN) from Jakarta to Nusantara in East Kalimantan is one of the strategic steps in accelerating structural transformationThe methodology used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the acceleration of structural transformation through the development of IKN has a significant impact on the formation of a new economic base and increasing Indonesia's competitiveness. Sharia cooperatives are Sharia-based economic institutions that play a strategic role in empowering the economy of the Muslim community. By adhering to principles such as the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling), as well as implementing profit-sharing systems (mudharabah or musharakah), Sharia cooperatives provide a fair, transparent, and inclusive alternative to support economic activities in society. These cooperatives aim not only to achieve financial gains but also to fulfill social missions, such as poverty alleviation, equitable welfare distribution, and holistic improvement of the community’s quality of life. Various products and services offered—such as Sharia savings, halal financing, and Sharia-compliant investments—provide financial solutions that align with Islamic values and meet societal needs. Nevertheless, the implementation of Sharia cooperatives faces several challenges, including limited public understanding, competition with conventional financial institutions, and constraints in human resources and capital. Through public education, capacity building for cooperative managers, and comprehensive government policy support, Sharia cooperatives hold great potential to become a key instrument in fostering a more just, equitable, and sustainable economy. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating Sharia values into cooperative management to ensure its contribution to the sustained welfare of the community.

To meet the needs of safety and comfort within the Faculty of Engineering, Cenderawasih University, the campus has provided a fairly adequate parking area. With the parking area that is already available, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of the need for parking areas within the Faculty of Engineering, in order to arrange vehicles that are neater, safer and more comfortable. The formulation of this research problem is in the form of existing parking conditions, parking characteristics, and ideal parking lot capacity. This research aims to identify problems, analyze characteristics, and determine the size of Parking Lot Units. The benefits of research for reference materials, input to local governments related to parking solutions. Make a calculation of the parking lot capacity. The limitations of the research problem, which was carried out in the parking lot of the Faculty of Engineering, Cenderawasih University and the number of parking lot capacity, Calculating the capacity of the type of motorcycle and car vehicles, the survey was carried out on 3 (three) active working days, namely Monday. This training aims to empower the Youth Organization of Sinar Bhakti Village to optimize Instagram as a medium for information dissemination and community services. The main problem identified is the lack of understanding and skills among Youth Organization members in effectively utilizing social media to support local activities and community needs. The training methods included material delivery through presentations, group discussions, and hands-on practices with a participatory approach. Participants were trained to create relevant, engaging, and informative content and learned professional techniques for managing Instagram accounts. The results of the training revealed that participants gained a better understanding of digital communication strategies, such as utilizing Instagram features to disseminate information, promote village activities, and enhance community interaction. Participants also demonstrated increased confidence in managing social media as a primary means of communication with the community. Overall, this training successfully enhanced the capacity of the Youth Organization to leverage digital technology for empowering local communities.

Increasing the capacity and sustainability of water resources are major challenges in reservoir management, especially in areas that are highly dependent on water resources for domestic, agricultural, and industrial needs. The Sier Reservoir, which plays a vital role in providing water to the surrounding area, has experienced a decline in capacity due to sedimentation, uncontrolled flow, and changes in rainfall patterns due to climate change This study aims to identify optimization efforts that can increase the capacity of the sier reservoir and ensure the sustainability of its water resource management. The methodology used in this study includes literature studies, field observations, surveys, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study indicate that technical measures such as sedimentation cleaning, infrastructure improvements, and the implementation of technology-based monitoring systems can increase reservoir capacity.

Development is a planned process carried out by the government or related institutions to encourage changes that contribute to improving people's welfare. In this case, development is seen as a systematic effort to achieve people's welfare, where the government plays a strategic role in driving the wheels of development, especially in supporting economic growth. Economic growth can be driven through infrastructure development, such as roads, electricity, and mining, because all three play an important role in supporting economic and social activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, and mining infrastructure on economic growth in Central Sulawesi Province. This study was conducted in Central Sulawesi Province using a quantitative method based on secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that simultaneously, road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, and mining infrastructure have an effect on economic growth in Central Sulawesi Province. However, partially, only electricity infrastructure has been shown to have a significant effect on economic growth, while road and mining infrastructure do not show a significant effect. However, the government needs to review the strategy for developing and maintaining road and mining infrastructure. Factors such as the low quality and quantity of roads and the lack of development of downstream industries for nickel processing can be obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of this infrastructure in supporting economic growth. On the other hand, increasing electricity capacity and distribution remains a priority to support the development of the industrial sector and small businesses in the region.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, including Melon Golden, play a crucial role in the nation's economy. With a significant contribution to GDP and employment absorption, the development of MSMEs through the utilization of technology, particularly digital marketing, is key to expanding markets and enhancing competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing on the sales of Melon Golden, as well as identify the digital marketing strategies used and the challenges in its implementation. The method used is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, conducted at the MSME Melon Golden in Cilegon, Banten. The results show that digital marketing has made a significant contribution to increasing sales by leveraging social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The main challenges faced are limited technological understanding and increasing business competition. Strengthening Human Resources (HR) capacity in digital marketing is essential to improving operational efficiency and expanding into international markets. International business expansion strategies, such as product development and promotions tailored to the global market, also offer great opportunities for Melon Golden to increase sales and introduce products to international markets. This study provides valuable insights for MSMEs in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities in the digital era.

This socialization activity aims to increase the understanding of tourism managers on the banks of the Musi River in Palembang regarding ecotourism service standards based on local wisdom. The material presented included the basic concept of sustainable ecotourism, tourism service standards, the application of local wisdom in service, and case studies of the successful implementation of local culture-based ecotourism. The implementation method consists of seminars, interactive training, and group discussions that involve direct simulations in the application of tourism services. The evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test which showed a significant improvement in the understanding of participants after participating in the activity. Monitoring is carried out by observing the active participation of participants during the activity. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to understand the importance of implementing ecotourism service standards by prioritizing local wisdom as the main attraction. This activity has a positive impact in improving the quality of tourism services in the area. The resulting recommendations include the need for further assistance activities to ensure sustainable implementation and capacity building for tourism managers in a sustainable manner.

This research aims to design a new warehouse layout at Alfamart with a dedicated storage method to increase material storage capacity. The instrument cluster assembly process at Alfamart is very dependent on the smooth supply of materials. The increase in production capacity from 2,500 units/day to 3,000 units/day in 2021 causes a larger need for storage space. The main problem identified is the limitation of the material placement area in the old warehouse. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the types of goods placement policies and optimal facility layout. The research method used is a combination of literature study and data collection from the research site. The results of the analysis show that the new layout design can increase the storage capacity up to 30%, from 240 pallets to 312 pallets. The new layout not only improves the placement of goods, but also increases operational efficiency through wider lanes, clear zoning systems, and better lighting. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to warehouse management at Alfamart, ensuring that all materials can be stored and accessed in accordance with the established standards.

The Indonesian iced tea drink business located on Jalan Karundang, Cipocok Jaya sub-district, Serang City, Banten, is one of the branches of Indonesian iced tea in Bogor. The aim of this research is to analyze operational management at the Serang branch of the Indonesian iced tea business by analyzing the operational management function. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Determining informants using purposive sampling. Data collection through semi-structured interviews. Test the validity of the data by source triangulation. The results of the discussion from this research show that the Serang branch of Indonesian iced tea MSMEs has implemented operational management well in accordance with the 3 operational management functions. Conclusion The Serang branch of the Indonesian tea company MSME has planned its operations thoroughly and in depth, including capacity, location, layout, methods and also the quality of raw materials.

This community service provides a real contribution in increasing the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary field. By equipping the owners of Albania Coffee & Resto with the knowledge and skills needed, it is hoped that they can increase the competitiveness of their businesses and contribute to local economic growth.

Theimplementation of the merit system in civil servant management has shown its effectiveness in supporting the principles of justice and equality. However, to achieve more optimal results, efforts are needed to increase the capacity of human resources, strengthen supervision mechanisms, and enforce sanctions for violations. In addition, the government needs to encourage changes in organizational culture to better support the principle of meritocracy. Further studies are needed to evaluate the long-term impact of implementing the merit system at different levels of government. The merit system is a reflection of professional personnel management where the placement of employees and officials uses performance competencies and track records as a measure of appointment. The main purpose of the implementation of the merit system is to improve professionalism, fairness, and equality in the management of Civil Servants (PNS). The abstract of this research aims to explore the strategies implemented by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers in forming digital ethics in students in the era of social media. With the increasing use of social media among children and teenagers, digital ethics education has become crucial to ensure that students can use technology wisely and responsibly. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of curriculum documents. The research results show that MI teachers integrate character values ​​into digital ethics learning, utilize group discussions, and use technology as a learning tool. Apart from that, collaboration with parents has also proven important in supporting digital ethics education. Despite challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and differences in student backgrounds, suggestions for increasing the effectiveness of digital ethics education include increasing teacher capacity, systematic curriculum development, and parental involvement. Thus, this research provides insight into the importance of digital ethics education in MI and the strategies that can be implemented to form an intelligent and characterful young generation in the era of social media. without any references or formulas.

Mining roads are one of the most important facilities that greatly affect the smoothness of production and affect mining costs. Therefore, the construction of mining roads must be carried out carefully to meet technical and work safety standards. Road conditions, distance, road slope and road carrying capacity will greatly affect the production capacity of heavy equipment, especially the production capacity of transport equipment. The location of this research is at PT. Energi Cahaya Industritama, precisely in Palaran sub-district, Samarinda city, East Kalimantan province. After observations were made at the research location, it was found that the geometric conditions of the road did not comply with the standards based on the overburden transport equipment or the largest transport equipment, for example, the width of the road on bends and the slope of the road. After conducting the research, the results of the data from the geometry of the access road were obtained, namely, the actual condition of the geometry of the access road on the straight road width is divided into 6 segments with a width of 13.3 meters, 14.3 meters, 14.5 meters, 13.2 meters, 15 meters, 15.7 meters. Meanwhile, the width of the bend road is also divided into 2 segments with a width of 15.9 meters and 15.5 meters respectively. And on the slope of the road there are 2 segments with values ​​of 11.1% and 14.8% respectively. Based on the results of the simulation software, the productivity of the transport equipment was obtained at 92.42 BCM/hour, which shows that productivity has increased by 12.23 BCM/hour from the actual productivity value of 80.109 BCM/hour. It has an average cycle time of 10.33 minutes, which shows a reduction in time or 6.01 minutes faster than the actual average cycle time of 16.34 minutes.
